Rob was supper. He was originally here for a installation of a bathroom sink and vanity top thru a big box home improvement plumbing center.  The job was perfect. I was so pleased I had him come back and do 2 other jobs for me.

The first additional job was to replace the builder grade water supply gate style shut off valve for the house to a newer ball valve type. He had to jack hammer out the old one that was cemented into the concrete block wall and reroute in a  the copper pipes in a U configuration into the garage and install the new valve.  Now I have easy access to the shut off valve..

The second additional job was to replace the shut off valve for the cold water supply to my kitchen sink. He was so quick and neat to get it done.

Additionally, Rob has good people skills as well as his professional efficiency, ethics, and plumbing skills.  I would have him back in a heart beat should the need ever arises. I wish I had him for a job I had done a couple of years ago in my other bathroom.
I highly recommend him for you plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Showed up on time, did the work, didn't gouge me on the price (and there was an opportunity to). Very professional, pleasant, efficient. Our water is great now and I am going to have them out for another project once we've got some money socked away.

Man named Courtney showed up-not Dale as I was told and he took a photo of my house without my permission and when I questioned why he did that he said he just does that to all the homes he goes to to show Dale he was there(??) I told him he did NOT have my permission to do that while on my property, but this did not seem to matter. He arrived for
his 9am appt. at 9:08am and by 10:10am he was done. I had my kitchen faucet & garbage disposal replaced (I provided the new replacements) and the price quoted me over the phone was charged.  Over all very pleased and would recommend and use Dale's again. I wore a mask-Courtney did NOT.

One of their aggressively driving plumbers hit my car on the Fuller Warren and when the state troopers arrived they blamed it on me, awesome when driving a company vehicle just treat as though it's not yours so what does it matter? Especially when the company supports this behavior and allows their employees to lie about their actions when it negatively affects others and their financials for someone's carelessness.

I haven't had plumbing issues buy when I do this is not a company I would call or refer for their Profrssionalism on all levels.

I'd called Monday afternoon before they were closing to get their earliest available appointment to replace a leaking, corroded valve. Their office receptionist, Dayna, was pleasant that day and was able to schedule me in for the upcoming Wednesday and gave me a window.
It's Wednesday morning, about 10am and I'm beginning to wonder why I haven't heard anything yet. So, I give them a call. She answers the phone and we had a scratchy connection so I politely asked her to repeat what she'd said and then my line was cut. I don't know if she hung up or it just disconnected. So, I waited ten minutes and called back. No answer so I left a voicemail with a call back number and my name and what my issue was. It's been about an hour now, I've called two more times and my calls aren't being answered so now I've foolishly rejected other appointments (I was on standby for any cancellations) to have been ignored by their office and to have been stood up by the person they would've sent to help me. So, if you're seeking reliability - perhaps take your business elsewhere. I can't speak on their quality of work or the pricing but they seemed to be the more affordable ones ($100/hour).
They do get an additional star because my FIRST impression was great, it's just the part that really mattered was left unfulfilled.

I own a child care center and called them for a stopped up toilet. They came out, took the toilet off and said they needed a machine and would be back that same day after 3:30 (we close at 6:30).  A little after 6pm, we called them and told them we would give them the code for the front door if they were coming later. No one came and no phone call. 8am we called the next day. The lady taking the call claimed to be the owner and was extremely rude.  She didn't try to rectify the situation. Blamed us for kids being in the room next to the toilet.  Didn't take responsibility for zero cominication and for leaving us  with a toilet sitting on the floor. Disgusting way to do business. Unprofessional and rude. How do you treat others like this?

The plumber came out to fix a leak. The plumber did not have the part so he went to home depot on South Side to get the part even though we had two home depot closer. They charged us 238.00 most of it on labor (which included going to the store) When I complained to the office they said that was how they did things. When I called the owner he said he would fix another problem and make up for the charge have not heard from him yet. The job was done on Thursday. Avoid these people there are more honest plumbers out there. The job took 30 minutes and we were charged for two hours. Will never use them again and have more work to have done but they are not on my list. When I asked if they were members of the better business bureau they said that was just a scam and not worth the membership. Yeah I see why these guys don't want to join. Stay away from these guys.

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
