My wife and I don't use anyone but Donley. They have always taken care of us when we need them the most. From their customer reps to their service techs, they are all very professional, helpful and friendly.

I went through my home warranty who uses this company. They called me and set up a same day appointment. Gave me a 2 hour window, called 20 minutes before arriving and fixed my AC in about 20 minutes. Christian was very friendly and professional. And my house is finally cool again!

Honest, Trustworthy, and Humble are what comes to mind from the service experience we received from Martin and his team. They did an amazing job helping get our home's AC system back up and running in less time than expected!
What impressed the most was that Martin did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. Instead, he clearly diagnosed the condition of the existing AC system, provided service to help improve the issues we were experiencing at the time, and provided multiple quotes for longer term repair. We decided on upgrading to a York system with the 10 year warranty to avoid simply patching up aging equipment and for the entire family to better cope with the fierce summer heat.
Martin exceeded our expectations by his quality of service and with quick honest communication to any questions we had- regardless of the day or time.

I know, there is nothing sexy or tasty about appliance parts, but if/when you need them, Kevin's is the place to go. The microwave died! Fortunately (or unfortunately for me since I wanted a new one) my engineer husband quickly learned what went wrong. He headed off to Kevin's where he received excellent customer service and good advice.
They had the $5 fuse he needed and he was going to get an additional part that he thought might be affected by the blown fuse  ($25) and was actually told to just buy the fuse--that was all he needed. Loved the honesty.

Air conditioning not working properly on 8/18/20 and was referred to this company. Arrived same day and John began troubleshooting the problem. I'm in a complex and multiple units on the roof are not well identified. But he figured it out, took pictures and properly marked the unit. Replaced condenser fan motor and solved the problem. John was well trained and did a very good explaining the issue.

Had them back to replace old thermostat with a new Nest. Valley Best did a great job for me and system has worked great in these crazy temperatures. Thank you.

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

Bill came out and serviced our 3 year old heat pump. He was very through and explained what he was doing and educated us on a few things since we are from another state and had never owned a heat pump before. I will continue to call Bill for all of our heating and cooling needs. He is honest and truly cares about the quality of his work.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Kings of AC were responsive, and came out the exact day that I needed them at our Airbnb. They fix the problem for a very reasonable rate and we are extremely grateful for their service. I will use them again for sure.

Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. Wow. I called Wolff to have them estimate installation of 2 whole home humidifier units since they show up as an Aprilaire contractor. They first wanted to ask if I understood these might cost as much as $5000 each since they might have to bring in an electrician and a plumber.

Talk about hair standing up on my neck! Folks, the Humidifier Units cost $200 each. If their own people cannot do basic electrical and plumbing work, these guys are not a Mechanical AC, Heat and Solar company.

$5000 each for installation of a $200 humidifier? Nice try Wolff, but you won't be stepping foot on my property. LOL...

Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. Do not even try to resolve complaint, they just get rude with you. Very poor customer service. Avoid this company!

Stay away from this place owner tony...show up drunk!  And did not finish the job! bad choice. Hope other will not be fool by him!!

Buyer Beware!  Do not believe Orangutan's initial sales pitch.  We have been with this company for several years dating back to when it was American Home. And DON'T get a service agreement with them! They are horrible!! First, if you have a service agreement they put you last everytime! Second, they send the newest and least experienced technician, third, 80 % of the times they service the unit they have to come back because they screw something up while the are servicing and fourth, for the last 10 + years, twice a year when I schedule service and they give me a 4 hr indow, they have missed the window by at least 2 hrs and some times until next day! Once again if you have a service agreement you go absolutely last and until they don't have anything else to do!
