Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States
I have used them for plumbing and A/C. Telephone reps are very friendly and helpful. Techs are also very friendly and helpful. I think there service is excellent.
The only reason I have to give them four stars is that they made mistakes installing my A/C unit. They were very courteous and respectful of my home but they made mistakes that didn't become clear until several months after the install.
Luckily, they have come back to resolve those mistakes twice over the past 9 months. Both times, there was no charge and it was a considerable amount of work.
I did sign up for the comfort program where they come twice a year to service and check your unit. When they do come, they spend a couple hours checking everything. I don't think the program is any particular deal but they don't cheat you on the service.
I plan on using Donley again in the future. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest but I feel I can trust them. If they do make a mistake, they make it right.

Qual-Tech was sent by my home warranty company to check my A/C because my bedroom zone was not working. I had another company come before and he diagnosed fully what the problem was. Unfortunately, the tech found an even bigger issue because the secondary drain pan was full of water because the primary drain pan is cracked. This could lead to major issues with flooding and rusting. The tech recommended I go through my home warranty because the potential issues would be expensive, and the policy I have in place might help with the costs.
So I called the home warranty, and Qual-Tech is who they sent. The person who came was not professional at all. First, he entered my house without putting booties on, and when I asked him about this, he said he wasn't going on the carpet so it doesn't matter (more on that in a minute). Before he started, I mentioned what the major problems were, including the zone issue and the cracked pan issue. The zone board is in the attic (which is why I was wondering why he said wasn't going to use booties since he would need to go upstairs and on the carpet), so I was expecting him to look at the outside unit and then check in the attic. Then, I showed him to the bedroom, and mentioned the zone was working at the moment, but I am concerned because it keeps going out. He then went outside and looked at the unit called his boss before coming back in the house.
When he came in the house, he said the outside unit looks fine, and the thermostat in the bedroom was working, so all seems good and to have a nice day. I then asked him why he wasn't going to go upstairs to check on the zoning board, and he said he wasn't going to. Basically, he only did half the job, and refused to go upstairs to look at the rest of the unit. When I pressed him on my concerns, and he continued to act indifferent, I then showed him pictures the other tech took of the unit, as well as the report that was written up. When he saw the water the first thing he said was the drain line is clogged. I asked him if he read the report and he said yes. I then showed him the line that said I first verified the drain line is clear and he said oh. So now we have moved from unprofessional to just lying.
He then went outside and called his boss. Then, he came back inside and asked if he could use the pictures the other guy took. Again, he is avoiding doing his job. At this point I was so furious I wanted him gone, so I gave him the photos and asked what would happen. He said he would write the report that day (friday) and I would hear from the warranty company on Monday. Welp, wednesday rolled around and I had still not heard, so I called the warranty company, and they said a report had not been filed yet.

Called our home warranty company b/c our AC unit went out...in July...in AZ...so it was kind of an emergency, especially since we had kids in our home and my wife has a home office she works out of. Fidelity was very nice, they said I could call Grand Canyon Refrigeration directly if it was an emergency situation to try to expedite the process. I called the #, but instead of someone answering with some type of greeting such as, 'Hello, this is Grand Canyon Refrigeration, how can I help you?' I get someone who just answered with 'Hello?' a couple times so I thought I had actually called someone's personal cell phone in error. Turns out it was the right number, but you would've never been able to tell. The guy acted like I was putting him out b/c it was 90+ degrees in our house and we needed A/C service ASAP. I at least would've liked to get an idea of when I could expect someone...same day, later that afternoon/evening, next day, next week- SOME indication would've been nice. Instead, I was simply told in a very gristly/gruff manner that i would be called when he was ready. COMPLETELY turned off by this type of response and lack of desire to even try to put me at ease as far as to when I could expect someone- so much so that I called my home warranty company back and requested a new company be assigned this work order. I will NEVER be using this company in the future, I wish there was a 0 star rating, I hate to even give them a single star.

I showed up to this place on a Friday afternoon at 4:45pm and they said they close at 5pm. With one car in the parking lot, I thought for sure they closed early. NOPE!
I walked in and was greeted by the nicest lady. She took the part I brought in and compared it to what she had in stock. She even took out her voltmeter and confirmed my part was dead.
She wasn't really sure if she had the correct part. So she called Kevin to confirm. Kevin confirmed that she had the correct part.
I'm a do it myself kinda person. Trying to get certain HVAC and other parts can be really difficult sometimes. Kevin even gave me his number in case I had a question when installing the new part.
It's nice to have found an honest business with genuine people.
I came home, put the new part on..... and I've got nothing but cool air going on now.

I have an older, remodeled home in North Phoenix. My A/C unit is a bit older as well so it needs a bit of TLC. I don't have to tell you about the heat of Phoenix summers so when I realized the unit wasn't cooling my house very well in mid-July I called these guys and they had a tech (John) at my home within one day. After the coil cleaning, re-sealing the duct entry on the roof and re-filling my Freon, we were good to go. John was super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and communicated well. A few days later the same issue occurred & they sent the same tech out again on the same day and he discovered an additional issue with the duct work in the attic. It had separated over time and he quickly sealed it up. A week later the issue occurred again as we were approaching the hottest day of the year so far - 116 degrees. I called the after hours line on a Saturday evening and John was at my door within an hour. A different part of the duct work had separated and also needed to be sealed. He was done in about 10 minutes. Then, he committed to come back the next day (Sunday) and make sure the seal held as an extra level of service. As a bonus, they were also connected as a provider to my Home Warranty. We loved the quality of service we received and have already recommended them to some friends. Very glad they responded so quick so our family wasn't sweating it out in mid-summer! They're definitely worth consideration if you need A/C work done.

Based on positive feedback I read on Yelp about ASavings Air, I gave Jason (the owners there) a call. Turns out, that was a wise choice. Jason and Conrad were outstanding throughout the entire process. I own an electrical contractor in MN and know what separates the good from the bad contractor-wise. These guys are rock solid, recommending only what they would install / provide in their own home. My wife and I highly recommend A Savings Air.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. I called because my AC went out and needed tech to come out asap as I have a 6 month old and the temp inside was rising. I spoke to this company whom advised me they were currently on a job and won't be able to come out for 3-4 hours, which I was ok with. Right on time the tech called me and said he was 30 minutes out and was on his way.
Fast forward 1.5 hours, I called back and the number went to voicemail. I sent a text asking for an updated eta...still nothing.
Completely unprofessional to ghost a customer especially when you said you were on the way. I am entirely understanding that you guys are busy and it's hot af. I would have even been cool if you called back and asked to come out tomorrow morning. But you didn't. Not cool man.
Ended up going with Dependable Air. They were out within and hour and had me running again in no time.

Honestly, I admit I am not the home owner who hired Wolff. I am however the person who has been home when they've come to service, twice. I think they're great! I came home and was experiencing issues with the unit it was 5:30 pm, they managed to send David to help me out and fortunately they sent him within hours of my call. He was kind and repaired my unit. The previous gentleman who came to help a while ago was also very kind and also fixed the unit and I believe it was also the same day. We called Howard Air today because our A/C & Heater socket went Kablooie. They said they would be here around 3 PM, but they over delivered. Theron our tech called a little before 11:30 am. He arrived before 12 pm. He figured out the problem and repaired our blown out socket and wired it back up in a jiffy. He made sure everything worked, meaning the heat came on, and the air conditioning worked and cooled as well. We need more people like Theron in this business. He deserves great accolades and I will ask for him again, when we need help. Thank you Howard Air, for making sure we keep our cool! Sorry, for the dad joke. Because we need heat as well and that works too.

I met Tony through the Gilbert Chamber where I also have met some customers of Red Mountain. I hear that they are prompt, courteous, professional and do excellent work.

Neal B came out on a Saturday when my A/C went out. He was very polite, introduced himself and got to work. He had to trouble shoot to find out what was wrong the the unit. He found the problem and fixed it. He left for a little white to run to the store because he wanted to give the A/C time to cool down and make sure it was working properly. He did a thorough job and didn't leave any mess behind! I would highly recommend him!
