My AC went out on Wednesday evening, butt so busy during the week to get it checked out. A friend recommended another company, but after speaking with her she advised they no longer service Maricopa. She recommended The Cool Guy company to assist. I contacted the business via text; which I already was delighted about. I briefly explained the symptoms; and he advised he would stop by later that afternoon. . .keep in mind this was Saturday. So I was still able to get errands done out of town and he didn't test me like a crazy person to tell me to do this and that. When Josh arrived; he was very personable and professional. Josh was able to locate the issue/cause; repair and viola working AC again. I truly appreciate good quality and through work, but more importantly he genuinely cared about our situation. I highly recommend The Guy; and did I mention you can reach him anytime of the day or night; including weekends with your needs?

I had a particularly bad experience with West Coast. Not because of the level of customer service - they respond very quickly to your calls. They are incredibly courteous. I am writing a poor review because of the low quality of work provided and what appears to me to be a lack of integrity in the bidding process.
They responded to our facility at a point when our air conditioning had shut down entirely - our front office was stifling. The prognoses they provided was poor at best - we had air conditioning units that had reached their last leg and would cost thousands to get operational. We had hours to commit to spending tens of thousands to replace our air conditioning units or risk having to wait.
We called some industry contacts to get a second opinion and realized that 1st the quote that we were being provided for new units was egregious. The competitive quote that we received was 40% (that is a 4 followed by a zero) lower to install the same equipment (a savings of over $6,000) if the units did in fact need to be replaced.
2nd - the technician that reviewed our units found that the real issue was poor air flow from a ten dollar filter, and a few minor repairs (saving us nearly $15,000 - and he guaranteed the work). His prognoses - our air conditioning units would last for years with simple yearly maintenance.
The most disturbing part of my experience with West Coast Plumbing was what appeared to me to be deliberate actions to force me to purchase new units instead of honestly servicing the units we have. Our main unit was iced up - air flow needed to be unrestricted (changing the filter) - they didn't check the air flow but instead just pulled the breaker out of the unit and left it unplugged - told me it would be thousands to fix it and that they couldn't guarantee the work. When the other tech came by he plugged it back in and the unit instantly started pumping cold air. Replaced the air filter, and what do you know we saved $8000.
In addition, on the same day that they came to our facility, a mysterious Yelp review shows up on the site from another yelper named Keith R. praising their services. I have asked Yelp to review this - when they do and notify me that the review is legitimate, I will modify this part of my review. Until then, my recommendation would be to go to a different company.

I called mike, and he responded to me in less than 15 minutes of me calling. Set up an appointment, and he showed up on time. He also called in advance that he was coming and approximately the time he would be there. I ask him if he was familiar with the Honeywell T6 Pro, and he said yes. I was skeptical at first, and when he arrived at the house, he did a thorough walkthrough of current equipment (Heat Pump) to ensure he would set it up correctly. As he went through the new unit's programming, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and all went well. The units are performing as they should. He seems to be an honest service technician that didn't over charge me. I highly recommended mike, and I definitely will use him again.

Really fast response to an issue I had while installing my Nest. Anastasia gave me instructions over the phone, that did the trick, and I easily could have left it at that, but I wanted confirmation both the heating and cooling system worked with the Nest, so I opted for a visit at a time that was more convenient, and I wanted the entire system ready for the transition from winter/spring/summer.
The tech was genuinely honest, as most companies require service calls 2x per year, even on new AC/Heating systems, but this tech suggested the system is in great shape, and we are not in a high dust/pollutant area, therefore check again in 2 years. He also reran the wires as one of the wires needed for the recommended Nest install, wasn't done properly (why we had the issue originally) and for a reasonable fee, we were done.
When most companies are engaged in excessive milking of clients, it's refreshing to do business with someone who doesn't.

Bragg NC Go AIRBORNE all month when they both claimed they called on the same day/ same date of review. Shame on both of you!

Six Stars! Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?). Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago. I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit. Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work. Phew!

This 1 star is for the response provided from the business. The customer is not always wrong as it appears is the philosophy being taken. Please respond honestly and keep the facts straight. The manager called to tell me he did not mean to have this happen to me, that is all that was said.

Two came out to my house, not one. Is it customary to send out two plumbers to give just an estimate? Fact is, I was told I would be able to have work done. I am confused why in the response he said only one worker came out... I was also told that Monday, NOT Saturday was the soonest they could schedule me.
I told the woman on the phone when she asked if I would like to reschedule, that I can't I need to have this done today. I was never told at that point, this can't be done. This was not a mystery of the expectations for the work to be done. I was told that the work I was having done was common stuff and if nothing had to be special ordered it could be done then at the time of them giving me the estimate. That night, despite what is being said by plumbsmart, they did not keep their word or even try. That tells me a lot.
I had plumbers come on Saturday, the next day, from a different company installed everything in less then two hours. I was not planning on writing this, but all the comment had so much false information I thought I should point it out.
To summarize
Two plumbers came not one (they were planning to install)

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment. In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up. We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase. Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text. This company is running on the back of a napkin. Highly unprofessional. My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks. RUN from this company.
Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work. Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty. They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company. 20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf. This company lacks complete integrity.
