We had a lightning strike recently which caused various equipment to fail in our home. The AC Team came out the next day and was able to determine what needed to be repaired or replaced. They were knowledgeable, efficient, were able to get replacement parts quickly and priced well.

David was dispatched to our home for a plumbing repair, and let me tell you he's a great technician and plumber. He explained things to us as he was fixing our leak from upstairs drain. We discovered John King's,  Service King for HVAC service three homes ago and each new place he's helped with the HVAC system.   Quick to respond, Very thorough, and has been super helpful to us understanding our system(s).  Honest and reasonable costs, plus not pressuring for system replacement.   My cousin did have him replace their system and are completely satisfied.   John also has done two plumbing repairs - clean and fixed right at reasonable cost.   We have his twice a year service plan and appreciate him going above and beyond... will have him replace our system when it's time

I was an idiot trying to install a new thermostat in my home.  Mike saved us from this AZ heat after I blew a fuse in my furnace.  We called Mike very late in the evening in desperate need of his help.  He was very willing to come out that same night.  He arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond our expectations.  Mike is very personable and knowledgable.  We will definitely be using him again for our AC needs.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Mitch, Arron and Casey did a great job. I would recommend Sharp Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone. Arron gave us a honest price, he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We had asked another company to look at the unit. They quoted us over $8000.00 and said the would give us a $2000.00 discount. They didn't even look in the attic. Arron did and beat their price.

We provided a very detailed scope of work, got confirmation from main office that plumber would call if any issues or questions. Service was scheduled and then they delayed the appointment an extra 4 hours, effectively ruining our entire day. When the plumber showed up he refused to do the work unless we paid an additional 400% (4x the original quote that was agreed to by the company). Owner was made aware of the misrepresentation made by the main office and he INCREASED the fraud-quote by an additional $100. This company lied about everything. Owner has zero integrity and EVERYTHING was misrepresented by this company from the very first time they contacted me. Be very careful, they claim to be a decent company but the staff are incompetent buffoons and the owner is a complete scumbag.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
