We were given a window time frame from 2pm-6pm and he shows up at 6:45 and acted like I didn't have a reason to be upset. He didn't completely fix the issue so we still have to have an Uv light and safety switch installed. I would not recommend. Even though he was late he never called to say he would be late. My wife and I had to call to make sure he was coming. As a business man you have to be more professional especially as a black business man.

It's July in Phoenix, so of course our A/C goes out. They say it's hard to stop a Trane, but they haven't met mine, it's been down a lot and it's only seven years old!

However, the silver lining to this cloud is West Coast Plumbing & Air. I called them this morning and someone was here in less than an hour.

They were professional, courteous, and they knew what they were doing. No one has ever got our unit up and running so fast.

They earned a customer today and my respect!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

Had a condenser fan motor go out on our 13 yr old air conditioner over the weekend on a Sunday afternoon in the warmest part of the day. I had remembered that Nick and The AC Team had been recommended in our community network. I sure am glad I called. Nick was able to make it out in about 2 hrs. He quickly diagnosed the problem and luckily had the part on his truck that was needed. The unit was up in about 1 hr. He cleaned it all out and it has been even cooler than before. Highly recommend for efficiency, honesty and reliability. I CAN'T be without my A/C!!!

Early this morning, we noticed that the entire house plumbing did not drain.  We Just  moved in a few days ago.  That said Ralph went the extra mile and dispatched Cody quickly to address the issue.  Cody found the issue right away, that is backup between street sewer and house.  Apparently house plastic sewer lines (from house to sewer) can dry out if not used and can back up once use begins.  That said APES was fantastic and took care of drain issue.

The smaller unit on my house stopped working and I called around to a couple places before deciding on this.  My experience has always been kind of mixed with AC places - all of the chains basically work you when it comes to everything, so I never use them.  The last place I used was an enterprise place that normally won't do consumer, but they did it as a kind of perk for their customers.  So, off to Yelp and found Service King.  I was able to schedule him to come quickly, he showed up on time and was out working on the unit - it turned out to be a capacitor, which he had a replacement for.  He also checked out the larger unit for me since he was already here, and I felt his prices were good.  He's definitely going to by my first call when I have any issues like this in the future.

I called mike, and he responded to me in less than 15 minutes of me calling. Set up an appointment, and he showed up on time. He also called in advance that he was coming and approximately the time he would be there. I ask him if he was familiar with the Honeywell T6 Pro, and he said yes. I was skeptical at first, and when he arrived at the house, he did a thorough walkthrough of current equipment (Heat Pump) to ensure he would set it up correctly. As he went through the new unit's programming, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and all went well. The units are performing as they should. He seems to be an honest service technician that didn't over charge me. I highly recommended mike, and I definitely will use him again.

I had high hopes for Nest Pro Az. I based my hire of this service on the good reviews on Yelp. I can't say I had the same experience as others. Ralph, who is the owner I assume, is very responsive by email and offers great advice. Otherwise, I had some issues with scheduling that I feel could have been handled better. On the bright side, I can vouch for excellent service during the install itself. Anthony did a good, clean install and I was impressed with his skill and knowledge of the equipment and getting through my walls and a fairly complicated install at my house as I purchased more than 20 devices that needed installation. Anthony was courteous and friendly and i gave him a great tip to thank him for his service.

How funny deejay ( Really how can you take someone serious with the name deejay... lol) and Amanda, I know those 2, they nwork/worked for yelp were always calling pushy. There is only sooo many times you can politely say NO to pushy sales people,  am I right America? Just yesterday you claimed I was rude,  now today your saying I sold and installed an ac unit!  Which is it please show the proof.

I refused to sign up with yelp again (did not bring us business and expensive) and this is how low yelp sales people will go!  People don't  believe everything on the internet especially yelp reviews especially from these 2 pushy sales people. lol I was out of town from Jan. - Feb. Visiting my son and grand children in Ft.  Bragg NC Go AIRBORNE all month when they both claimed they called on the same day/ same date of review. Shame on both of you!

Check their reviews they claim to be locals from Buckeye check out the Rally's review there is no Rally's burger in Buckeye, America!  Says he lives just down the road from rally's which is in Phx,  Tempe/scottsdale border is where yelp he is located coincidental I THINK NOT,  and Mesa only.
Check out their other reviews and you decide who's telling the truth.

I live in Buckeye and see at least one customer every week or 2 at Walmart or circle K... Why would I crap in my own bed where I lay? Makes NO sense... You claim I was rude to  now I installed an AC UNIT and disappeared, that is a flat out LIE!  I've been in service since 2009 have gone anywhere. Your not in buckeye, I've done business with you, you're outside the area either Tempe,  mesa.

I never serviced you much less replaced your AC system or unit.  You don't live in buckeye. I service in buckeye area with in 10- maybe 20 miles. Stop the lying. Show me an invoice, and what cars are you referring to I have 1 car I was selling. Show the proof bj, deejay, sj, bs or what ever you go by. lol the scams are not true,  I sold my business MDrive Enterprises in 2012 , because health issues,  I wish I never did. My name and number were tied with an immoral business man (Ron D.), but AC MEN or I had nothing to do with his business ethics. Bj you know nothing of the full story.  I am a moral, ethical and responsible man. If I'm ever rude to a real customer I'll be the 1st to fess up and apologise on line and I have. I'm not perfect, we all have our days right America? You type tough words behind your keyboard, Call me and we'll discuss this like ladies and gentalmen.  The burden of proof lies on you.

Okay, so we have beenn having issues with  our hot water heater for quite some time, and every time our landlord is sending oAut the same guy who clearly doesn't know what he is doing, so I had to call some professionals, I called Plumbsmart, and told them what was going on, they got someone to come out to do an estimate within 1 hour!! Shawn did the estimate (AMAZING JOB) and within a couple hours had Charles  (AMAZING JOB) there with him to complete the work, then this morning I get  a call from Matthew (AMAZING JOB) to set up another appointment to finish up some concrete that waS completely torn up by the last  guy who never  came back to fix. This company is AMAZING AND FANTASTIC, they tell you what needs to be done, how they are going to do it, what they need to complete the job and how long it willl take, all the tiie keeping you updated. They are truly professionals who know what they are doing and can really fix ANYTHING plumbing  wise...they know their stuff!!!! USE  THEM!!!! I would tell anybody and everybody who is in need of a plumber for any reason, don't hesitate  to call them!!! THANK YOU PLUMBSMART!!!

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
