A couple months after Lynn came out I started to have the same issue as before. I tried calling Lynn to get the issue resolved but he was down due to back surgery. I don't penalize Lynn for getting surgery and being out of work. I do think he could have had recommendations lined up for his repeat customers who called while he was down. Instead, I had to track down another company and have them come and do the work. So far I haven't had any issues with the work that was performed by a different company.

Earlier this morning we had Scott from West Coast Plumbing & Air to the house to figure out a problem with our heater.  Scott showed up exactly on time (actually three minutes early) and took a look at our heater.  He figured out the issue within minutes, told us the part that needed to be replaced and gave me an accurate price for the part and total repair.  We even got a discount for living in Fireside at Norterra.  

Scott was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and a quick worker.  We would highly recommend West Coast plumbing & Air to anyone needing servicing on their HVAC or plumbing system.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. The AC Team is honest, reasonable and efficient. I have been working/using The team for over 4 years. They did my house maintenance and recently had a new unit installed. It was a clean installation, the crew is professional and friendly. I had recommended the crew to family and friends and continue to use their services.

The other day my RO system started leaking and flooded my storage area under my sink.  I called A.P.E.S and they had one of their service techs over first thing the next morning.  Carter was the tech they sent and he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and installed my new RO system in a little under an hour.   Everyone was great from the start to the finish.  They will be my only plumbing company going forward.

I discovered it is best to contact the dealer that handles your brand of HVAC unit.  Although the technician properly diagnosed the problem their cost of repair was nearly double that of the local Goodman dealer.  I saved several hundred dollars by going through the dealer.

Not all heroes wear capes! We came home after a hot day outside at the comicon convention to an ever hotter house. The ac was blowing hot air. Not wanting to wait 3 days for a response from our home warranty, I turned to Yelp and called the first company that was open late on a Saturday. Mike was out in hour and within minutes knew what was wrong and even better, was able to fix it! He had parts handy on his truck which made it a quick fix. I damn near kissed the man as our house was cooler immediately. I don't handle heat well --Backstory, our compressor went out a few years back and the home warranty took 10 days to fix it in 120 degree weather. My husband and I damn near got divorced over that because again, I don't tolerate heat well--so thank you Mike for saving the day, and potentially our marriage. I will shout it from the roof-tops how great his service was! Bravo!!

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Mitch, Arron and Casey did a great job. I would recommend Sharp Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone. Arron gave us a honest price, he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We had asked another company to look at the unit. They quoted us over $8000.00 and said the would give us a $2000.00 discount. They didn't even look in the attic. Arron did and beat their price.

I'm so amazed with the service of this company. I was going to install my Nest Thermostat myself then when I took the cover off my old unit I realized just how old it was and how complicated it might be. First of all, I'm so glad I hired someone to do it. Some rewiring had to be done which I never would have known on my own. I requested several quotes on the Nest site from different companies and was going to wait to hear back. It was a Sunday so usually can't expect much. I got a text with a quote in about 2 minutes and they sent someone out in a few hours! The owner and the employee who was sent out were so professional. Everything was explained. Pricing was very reasonable. My Nest is up and running smoothly. I can't say enough, I wish all companies operated like this!

How funny deejay ( Really how can you take someone serious with the name deejay... lol) and Amanda, I know those 2, they nwork/worked for yelp were always calling pushy. There is only sooo many times you can politely say NO to pushy sales people,  am I right America? Just yesterday you claimed I was rude,  now today your saying I sold and installed an ac unit!  Which is it please show the proof.

I refused to sign up with yelp again (did not bring us business and expensive) and this is how low yelp sales people will go!  People don't  believe everything on the internet especially yelp reviews especially from these 2 pushy sales people. lol I was out of town from Jan. - Feb. Visiting my son and grand children in Ft.  Bragg NC Go AIRBORNE all month when they both claimed they called on the same day/ same date of review. Shame on both of you!

Check their reviews they claim to be locals from Buckeye check out the Rally's review there is no Rally's burger in Buckeye, America!  Says he lives just down the road from rally's which is in Phx,  Tempe/scottsdale border is where yelp he is located coincidental I THINK NOT,  and Mesa only.
Check out their other reviews and you decide who's telling the truth.

I live in Buckeye and see at least one customer every week or 2 at Walmart or circle K... Why would I crap in my own bed where I lay? Makes NO sense... You claim I was rude to  now I installed an AC UNIT and disappeared, that is a flat out LIE!  I've been in service since 2009 have gone anywhere. Your not in buckeye, I've done business with you, you're outside the area either Tempe,  mesa.

I never serviced you much less replaced your AC system or unit.  You don't live in buckeye. I service in buckeye area with in 10- maybe 20 miles. Stop the lying. Show me an invoice, and what cars are you referring to I have 1 car I was selling. Show the proof bj, deejay, sj, bs or what ever you go by. lol the scams are not true,  I sold my business MDrive Enterprises in 2012 , because health issues,  I wish I never did. My name and number were tied with an immoral business man (Ron D.), but AC MEN or I had nothing to do with his business ethics. Bj you know nothing of the full story.  I am a moral, ethical and responsible man. If I'm ever rude to a real customer I'll be the 1st to fess up and apologise on line and I have. I'm not perfect, we all have our days right America? You type tough words behind your keyboard, Call me and we'll discuss this like ladies and gentalmen.  The burden of proof lies on you.

It was necessary to replace the toilets in my master bathroom, which has travertine flooring, and my guest bathroom, which has carpeting.  I had been putting off doing the replacements as I was concerned that the new toilets would not occupy the same footprint as the old ones, which were 40+ years old.  The PlumbSmart technicians exceeded all reasonable expectations in terms of situating the new fixtures.  As PlumbSmart has done excellent work for us in the past, I should have known that there would be no installation problems.  Plumbing problems can be a nightmare, so it's good to have a reliable company like PlumbSmart ready to provide help when needed.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
