SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

ATI is a world class organization staffed by salt of the Earth people! Ronald McDonald House Charities was lucky to have ATI come to the Roanoke campus and fix water damage from leaking pipes in multiple rooms, resurface and repaint the front of the property giving RMHC PHX a much needed facelift, remove water damaged flooring, remove rotted out exterior wood beams, move and install electric and canister lighting, repaint office space, power wash our sidewalks and my favorite, remove 'Ronald McDonald House' from our front arch and refinished each letter to golden bronze. And now, they've adopted a family bedroom at our Cambridge campus! They really scored a touchdown! Thank you ATI! You're the best!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. I came from out of town when my mother passed away and I didn't know her home was filthy from hoarding and excessive dog excrement. I personally have never seen or smelled anything like it. I called Joe and the next morning he was there to assess the situation and by evening his team was there. in 1 night they removed all the food, garbage, carpeting and cleaned and sanitized surfaces. His team was so efficient, I paid less than the quoted amount. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of clean-up.

I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair.  From the beginning with Kim who responded to my inquiries by email within hours and setting up my appointment.  All charges were explained in detail, to include cancellation.  On the day of my appt I received a courtesy call from the technician on his arrival time needless to say I was skeptical because I it was the day after the rainfall record and street were still flooded.  But there stood Ray at my door on time.  Ray explain what he would have to do yo repair my carpet and also suggested that I should consider replacing in the near future.  Ray was polite, worked very quickly and done within hours.  I was satisfied with the outcome.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

What can I say about the nightmare I had to not only endure thanks to the massive flood in my apartment but the aftercare provided by Belfour.  

It took approximately 10 days for my wife and I to be able to move back into our apartment.  In the meantime I got the pleasure of being forced to stay in hotels all the while sick with both Covid and double pneumonia.  Upon being able to move back home, I came to find out that not only did the workmen scratch my dresser, bed, walls and doors but they left my front door open for a week and a half!  

All I received from them via the property manager was a we are sorry.  My firearms, safe, and all brand new TV's and furniture  could have been stolen.  The fact they weren't is a miracle.  Instead of doing they right thing and paying for my furniture to be fixed they seemed to deny anything happened when my insurance company contacted them.  

Oh and I don't think they actually even cleaned my carpet just dried it.

Be very wary when dealing with these people.

Worked with 911 Restoration as a business and Stephanie was professional and great at communication! We were able to provide electrical services same day and left with a happy customer. 10/10 recommend for any remodeling services!

Make sure to get an estimate in writing ahead of time. Silverton will overcharge when they get the chance. Very unreasonable fees.

There was a small leak in my condo, so after it was diagnosed by a plumber, who stopped the leak, it was determined that a restoration company would need to come in to do the following 1. water mitigation/clean the area & 2. repair the damaged area. The plumber recommended Copper State Home Builders and said they would come out and give a free estimate. A tech from CSHB came out quickly, asked a few questions, such as if this was going to be a cash job or insurance.  Once I said it would be insurance, they said it was a pretty standard situation, but couldn't give me an estimate. That's where I should have walked away, but I felt pressured to get it fixed. I told CSHB they could start the water mitigation. Throughout the whole process I kept well documented notes (times at residence, names of techs, work being done, etc) and come to find out it saved me and the insurance company a ton of money in the end. Once CSHB completed their work, they said they submitted for reimbursement to the insurance company and wanted me to sign a form for the insurance company to pay them directly. I asked CSHB numerous times for a copy of the bill, however they refused and said they deal one on one with the insurance company. I thought that sounded strange so I told them I would not sign the direct payment authorization. I called my insurance company, who immediately sent me a copy of CSHB's bill. WHAT A BUNCH OF LIES!!!! CSHB submitted charges for days they didn't work, tests that weren't completed and amounts that far surpassed what would be considered acceptable. Just one of many examples: CSHB said they have to test for asbestos per Federal Law (which they can't say which law). The lab, which I called, said they did test three samples for Abestos from my approximate 3' x 2' damaged area. The lab said their charge was $15.00 per sample, for a total of $45.00, however CSHB submitted a lab charge to the insurance company for almost $500.00!!! After reviewing all the fraudulent changes, I emailed CSHB asking for clarification, after not getting any answers, I called and spoke with the rep, going line by line on the charges. At the end of the day, the amount that CSHB received for their work was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what they had submitted to the insurance company. I ended up using a different company for the 2. repair of the damaged area.

Disclaimer - I knew from the very beginning that I wasn't going to have to pay anything more than a deductible to the insurance company. I just couldn't sit back and let CSHB so blatantly take advantage of the situation.  

Recommendations-
1. NEVER use Copper State Home Builders
2.  If going through insurance, ask them for recommendations
3. Get an upfront estimate
4. Keep a lot notes
5. NEVER use Copper State Home Builders.

I love this company! They were extremely professional. Once they came out they talked me through the entire process and made me feel at ease with such a stressful time. I would highly recommend this company!  Thanks Jake you are the best!
