SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had Ricardo Hermosillo from ATI at our residence to assess and repair damage in our bathroom. He was so professional and my wife and three young girls were very comfortable with him fixing our home during the day while I was gone at work. He finished his work in a timely manner and did an excellent job with the repair. I appreciated his honest feedback with the duration of the project - Undersell and over deliver. He did just that.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. Fred came out and did an amazing job with my rug, we worked out a solution to my soda stain and I had it washed for a reasonable price, considering it was a rug and I've never heard of someone washing one before, very formal and respectful 100% would recommend his service.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I dreaded finding someone to address my roof and leak issues after the storms last year.  A friend recommended Tempel roofing with a glowing review and I thought it was too good to be true....  but, I was wrong and pleasantly surprised!!  Ryan (the owner) was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and managed to help me file a successful claim with my insurance company.  I would add a 6th star if I could!!!  Great experience

I came from out of town when my mother passed away and I didn't know her home was filthy from hoarding and excessive dog excrement. I personally have never seen or smelled anything like it. I called Joe and the next morning he was there to assess the situation and by evening his team was there. in 1 night they removed all the food, garbage, carpeting and cleaned and sanitized surfaces. His team was so efficient, I paid less than the quoted amount. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of clean-up.

I have a little puppy at home who peed and pooped on my carpet and it was pretty dirty, now that he's potty trained and won't pee on the carpet anymore I decided to have my carpet cleaned. The costumer service was so nice when I called and she was really detailed and gave me a really good price. Not only that but the carpet cleaning was amazing too! Their schedule is flexible and they came right on time.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Had a kitchen fire and Belfor came to do restoration. Everything was packed and transported to a warehouse. I was not told everything in my kitchen would be thrown away, otherwise I would have saved some of my more important things.
I did not get all my possessions back and got things NOT mine. I called to return not my things but never got mine. I am missing China I cannot replace. Things that were my grandmothers I cannot replace. A whole basket of Bernie babies I was saving for my great granddaughter.  Have called several times with no response. They don't care, it's not their possessions.  They are supposed to be the best ???  Hate to see the worst!

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Worst company ever don't ever use them !! The owner try's to use intimidation tactics!!  They are very dishonest! They cheat your insurance company!! They lie!! Absolutely the worst company I've ever used!!!

Our original problem was taken care of by another company.  Copper State decided to rip our bathroom and half of the kitchen apart looking for asbestos.  We told them that a previous asbestos check was negative.  The two unsupervised employees tore out and broke the quartz countertop, ripped out the cabinets with a crowbar, and broke the dishwasher.They brought in three large machines that made our entire house rumble.  Copper State said there was asbestos and they tore out the entire kitchen floor and the bathroom floor.  They hammered sheets of plastic  into the walls and trim.  The walls were removed down to the studs.  Our appliances were placed in the livingroom, patio, and on the carport.  The tub surround was reduced to shreds.  The workers said that Copper State would replace everything at no cost to us.   We were forced to leave our house and return to our other home.  We were told that the entire job would take two weeks on March 22.  It's May 18 and nothing has been started.  We are looking for legal assistance.

I have a new appreciation for the water restoration business and an even greater appreciation for Dry Force.  After experiencing a flood in the middle of the night, my stress and uncertainty about what to do next was quelled by the folks at Dry Force within minutes of my call.  A technician (Sergio) arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes and completely provided my wife and I relief.  He was professional, considerate and extremely thorough.  Although he drew the short-straw on covering late-night  emergencies that night, I couldn't have asked for better customer service.  Frankly, I was expecting much less in terms of response time, organizational effectiveness and professionalism (especially so late at night).  I was also impressed with the use of what seemed to be, state-of-the-art technology.  Sergio used an electronic tablet to take pictures and start my file.  This system provided a cohesive service delivery (eliminating any gaps in communication) for us throughout the entire process, no matter who we spoke to at Dry Force.  On that note, I need to recognize Albert who assisted me by phone later in the process.  Although Albert works at the office (not in the field), he was able to answer questions about our situation seamlessly and with confidence, despite not being our specific technician.  Again, we received exceptional customer service and professionalism.  I don't usually take the time to post reviews and I am not easily impressed, but my experience with Dry Force exceeded all expectations and is worthy of the recognition.  Thank you Dry Force and keep doing what you're doing to ensure such a pleasant customer experience!
