SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

Had a bad experience with ATI.  My roof still leaks in three different area.  I am reminded of the bad experiences with them every time it rains.  In addition to a bad job on the roof, they lost personal property, took 3 times longer than promised, sloppy workmanship and used the cheapest subcontractors.

If you have a fire or flood, find a contractor you trust.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Update:  I found out that the insurance company had let go the senor claims adjuster that Envy was doing business with.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I'll be honest. Temple Roofing was not the first ones I called for my repairs. But they most definitely were my last. Ryan and company had me from the first time we talked. Not once did I feel pressured , stressed out or uncomfortable about this major job my house needed. I was always informed of my options, what was the next step needed. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. These guys were fast and did incredible work on both our repair and cleaning! Russ was awesome and got the job done quicker then expected. We were very happy with the final results of the repair as it was unnoticeable. I would highly recommend these guys.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Our home owners insurance contracted with this company after a car went through our block wall. It has been nearly 6 months and the repair still is not complete. Communication with them has been terrible, they continue to make false promises about    schedule and completion date. So frustrating!! Avoid them if you can!

David impressed me with his knowledge of diverse contracting situations right off the bat.  My expectations were high though, due to the fact that Silverton had been highly recommended to me by a personal acquaintance who is employed by a major insurance carrier. We met at the property early in the a.m. and David spent a good hour discussing the various options with me.  He thoroughly explained each process and seemed to have a genuine concern for what was going to work best for ME and the time constraints I was under. Never did I feel as though I was being pressured into a sale(for lack of a better word). Our agreed upon price is exactly what my final invoice amount was - no hidden fees or charges. Had a burst pipe in my kitchen.  I had 2 inches of water in my kitchen, living room, dining room and family room.  Someone suggested I call Copper State.  They were there within an hour, and stayed til 10 pm.  They took care of the water, set up the fans and called my insurance company and dealt with them for me.  Jeremy the mitigation  technician couldn't have been nicer or more professional.  He even set up a temporary sink for me and was here when the insurance adjuster came as well as putting my furniture in storage while the house was being repaired.  If this ever happens to you don't hesitate to call them.  The mitigation department is superb!

We had water damage to the garage from a leaking water heater. Parker and sons recommended this company. Their agent Nephi came to the house and informed us that they will take care of the rebuild and reinstall action of the water heater in the amount quoted. We paid by credit card. He did not have us sign a contract and sent it later. 3 days later their company calls us and tells us that we need to send someone to do an estimate for the rebuild. Explained that this is not what was explained to us. Have had multiple calls about this but no resolution. Awaiting call from general manager. This has been more than a week out.
Looking at reviews for this company looks like I am not alone. Same agent listed in another review.
