UPDATE: The review comment left by the owner, Marc, is a prime example of his lies; we (the plantiffs) were awarded the judgement....we won the case...see the attached copy of the judgement.  The judge ruled we had to pay a resonable amount for the services provided (which was our goal all along) and that DisasterLink had to pay $2,000.00 in damages to us.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had our bathroom ceiling collapse from a roof leak and immediately called ATI for help. 3 days before our thanksgiving get together to boot. Robin from ATI reacted immediately and sent out an inspector and a few laborers with huge fans and plastic tarps etc. They cleaned up the mess same day and had areas tarped off and fans going. 2 days later (thanksgiving day) they picked up everything and we were dry again.  They did a fantastic job.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

We had a 5x7 2 year old rug that was about $400 we had cleaned by a mobile cleaner. It just never looked the same (very short pile) and didn't get that clean. We decided to purchase another and after buying and returning two new ones we decided to try to get the original cleaned again because nothing looked as good as that first did. After taking it to F&F I kid you not, for $120 it looked as good as the day we bought it. Even the pile lay was restored! We're extremely happy and couldn't recommend them more.

Envy is the company to call when you need anything reconstructed in your house. They were very responsive and quick to respond to repairing my roof due to time contraints in changing Insurance companies. The roof was completed within 2 days, and they did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!! We have had so many compliments on how nice it looks from the neighbors. They were very easy to work with and worked around my schedule as far as completing the job and receiving pmt. They did not pressure me in chosing them as the company to complete the job. I had 2 other companies give me quotes for the job, and they gave me the best deal. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Tempel Roofing. Not only did they seamlessly manage communications with our insurance company to process the coverage of our roof replacement, but they installed the roof promptly and quickly. This was all happening around some major life events for us, including welcoming a new baby, and they made the process totally painless which was very much needed and appreciated. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. We were so happy with the last experience we had them return to power stretch the carpet in the rest of the house. Brandon arrived masked (important these days!) and on time. He went over the estimate again and got to work even before the movers showed up. I don't know how our pot-bellied dog squeezed under the bed to vomit but Brandon got that stain out as well as some printer ink in the office. After the carpets were all cleaned they looked like new. As usual, this company provided quality work and we appreciated Brandon's professionalism.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

If having to make a home insurance claim isn't miserable enough for you and you'd like some more then this company is for you! These guys are sure to take months to complete your repairs, make appointments with you and stand you up with hardly any notice, and if that's not enough the drywall won't even look good when it's done! Wait! There's more! When you think you've had enough and just want to pay your bill to get these guys out of your life and stop the pain they will be sure to take there sweet time getting you your final bill! Go ahead! Call them now and let your misery begin!

Worked with 911 Restoration as a business and Stephanie was professional and great at communication! We were able to provide electrical services same day and left with a happy customer. 10/10 recommend for any remodeling services!

Very disappointed in the way our situation was handled after a fire. Ted made promises to get the job and failed to follow through on them. There was excuse after excuse why it wasnt getting done in a timely matter. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was that he charged us for several things that he didnt even do. i was given several final bills that were all different prices. He charged different prices for the same work each time and blamed it on his program. With 115,000.00 in his pocket from our job he refused to take care of things that were not completed or not properly done by him. The ultimate slap in the face was that Ted did extras not covered by insurance without discussing it with us then sent us a large bill for unapproved items. Beware!!

In the home restoration system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the contractor, who is supposed to do the work, and the homeowner, who is supposed to pay. This is my story. DUN DUN.

Sorry, Maybe that intro was a bit dramatic and if you aren't a Law & Order fan than no doubt you're lost. BUT that intro was no less ridiculous then my experience with Copper State Home Builders. Here's what happened...last year a pipe burst in our kitchen. We called the insurance co. and they sent out a plumber. The plumber fixed the pipe but there was a ton of damage. He recommended Copper State to repair the damage and told us they would wave the $1000 deductible. Red Flag #1. Copper State came out and our journey began. For 9 MONTHS we dealt with this company. Our kitchen was useless and our refrigerator was in our living room, for almost a year. They no-showed on appointments, switched overseers multiple times, constantly made excuses about why they weren't making any progress and at one point, the lead guy told me I'll call you, so you don't have to worry about that, I'll always be in touch. (Laughing) I may lie to you about why we don't come out, but I'll always call. I was stunned. Did he just admit, while laughing, that he was going to lie to me about why they no-show?! This statement itself was a lie because he didn't keep in touch or call after this visit.

Finally, after almost a year of a destroyed kitchen and about a dozen measurement appointments for new cabinets, they ordered a complete set of cabinets for our kitchen. The cabinets came, my husband and I measured them...and they were to small. They were at least 2 feet shorter then the cabinets we originally had which means there would be a 2 foot concrete gap between our year old tile and the cabinets (our previous cabinets were upper middle range and a typical size...they were very common cabinets and should have been easy to order). We were so angry we could barely breathe.
We called them and said we were done. They made some ridiculous statement about charging us a fee to take the cabinets back but after telling them we would not pay and would never deal with them again, they removed the fee.

From there I became my own contractor and, I'm not even kidding, got my kitchen back together in TWO MONTHS. It took me two months to reconstruct a beautiful, new and improved kitchen. When I think of the time I wasted with these yahoo's I can barely stand it. If you're good at research and organizing a few people then you certainly don't need this company. Heck, call me and I'll help you for free. Whatever keeps you out of the clutches of these money pit scammers.

Using this company was a waste of time.

Property unnecessarily damaged or removed, poor communications, and nuisance calls.  Also presumed that restoration building contractors would be whom they partner with.

You can find better quality service for a better price by avoiding this incompetent company.

I would not recommend.  Instead, go with a professional company that provides this service nationally.
