This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

I was devastated to find out that my home, which was about to be sold, had developed black mold as the result of a few tiny leaks in a small water line running between my wallboard and cabinets. I was on a very tight schedule to resolve the problem in order to close in time. I had two other traditional 'rip and remove' mold removal and treatment companies come out and give me a quote. Both were extremely expensive and would require not only ripping out and removing the wallboard but my cabinets. One company rep actually excitedly told me that I should be happy because I would probably get new cabinets and my insurance company would pay for them. Both these traditional companies would not have been able to start work on the project for four weeks and it would tear my home apart for several more to remediate the problem. I was less than impressed and very upset and discouraged. Then I found Pure Maintenance of Arizona. Thank God! They came right out and clearly explained how they would address the problem, and how their patented two fogging process worked on the mold as well as the spread of mold spores throughout my home. Best of all, no need to rip apart anything! It could be done in half a day and, best of all (and unlike the other companies) they have a one year warranty. The whole two fogging process made so much more sense to me than the traditional method. I was impressed. Not only that but they quoted me a price not much more than my insurance deductible so I was able to just pay for it myself and not incur possible higher premiums. I hired them right away and they fit me into their schedule very quickly thereby allowing me to keep on schedule for the closing. A crew came out, performed the processes in about a half a day and, when I returned, found that they had cleaned up after themselves leaving my home as clean as they had found it. The final step was testing by an independent lab to ensure levels were normal and mine were. I was absolutely thrilled with the results! I know I've given the new owners the healthiest alternative out there to the mold problem plus a guarantee not available through any other company. The owner is a professional and great to work with and the employees are very polite and efficiently and effectively performed the work. I was so happy with both the result and my experience with Pure Maintenance of Arizona, that I just recently hired them again to handle a possible mold issue at my new home. I highly recommend this excellent company!

I was invited to Abesilon USA and I have to say that it is a great place to learn Rope Access. The instructors are very knowledgeable and strive for excellence. I enjoyed the way they teach and they answer all questions with detail and will show you if applicable (i.e. knot tying etc.). No question went unanswered and all questions were answered so that everyone understood. In their training facility, they do not use just one type of device but have a variety that are used, that way everyone knows the different devices and how they are used as well as their function. Their training facility and classroom area is clean and has ample room. I had the opportunity to meet the founder and have to say that he is easy to talk to, very sociable, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Abseilon USA to anyone who wants to learn Rope Access.

I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

Tactical Restoration recently completed a repair to our ceiling. They did an amazing job. Alex who did the estimate and scheduling of repairs was great to work with. They had to come in an fix/complete a job which another restoration company screwed up. Crew that worked on our job were very professional, competent and a pleasure to work with. We hired Peak One for a major remodel for our kitchen, dining, and living room. The original estimated time for completion was about 3 months, but due to poor project management (in our opinion), the actual time was significantly longer than that. Initial demolition took one week which was fine. However, the next week, not a single worker showed up. Over the next several months, there were many weeks when workers showed up for only a few hours per week. The quality of some of the subcontractors was poor and frequently workers would show up having to ask us what they were supposed to be doing that day. The painters were sloppy and planned on leaving prior to final touch ups, although we got them to satisfactorily complete their work. The cutout in the granite for the cooktop was off center. The tile setters had to come back twice because the wall had not been prepared properly and the appliance installers had to return to put in the range hood as that space was also not prepared properly. We believe that the majority of problems was due to lack of foresight and inexperience on the part of Peak One's project manager. In addition, we expected the project manager to return onsite at the end of each day to oversee progress, but there were many times he didn't show up. Other problems included unfair charges that we thought we had an agreement with Mike that we were going to be reimbursed, but in the end he seemed to remember things differently, so that didn't happen. I would not hire Peak One again.

I suggest you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want your house fixed. This company has HORRIBLE service. They were referred by my friend's insurance company so we thought they were good. They did some work on the flooding of the AC. My friend called them back because they kept putting off the time they were supposed to finish the work. 12 DAYS LATER and after numerous calls and messages to DC restoration they still never got back to the client about finishing the work they started. After they finally called back, the client complained about them not getting back to the client to finish the work. They did not even apologize and told the client to use another company! Very unprofessional.

This company is also known as Renewal Restoration.  I hired them to do repairs following a water leak in my spare bathroom.  The damage was to the dry wall and my kitchen/bathroom cabinets.  The cabinets needed to be removed and rebuilt.  It took close to 2 months to complete.  A week after completion things started to fall apart. A shelf under my kitchen cabinet fell with everything on it, I had to repaint the bathroom wall due to blotches, drawers in my kitchen and bathroom cabinets fell off the tracks because old brackets were used and broke causing the drawers to fall, one cabinet was not secured and was sliding around, the toe board fell off, caulking around the bathroom vanity started cracking, and as recent as 4.2.21, another sliding drawer came off the track and fell AGAIN.This was repaired more than once by this company.  They also charged for work that was performed by the 1st Restoration company that provided the mitigating services.  Therefore, in addition to being incompetent they also commit fraud.  They charged my Homeowners Insurance for packing and resetting.  They didn't pack one single item.  The first restoration company did all of that.  They are Liars!
I had approximately 22 people in & out of my home while Covid was raging on.  I have underlying medical issues and was terrified the entire time.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Their incompetence and dishonesty will end up costing you.

Don't let this guy scam you, does insurance fraud without you knowing, google his name Marc táseles and look for your self so many people got scammed by this guy, he doesn't finish the work and then takes you to court to collect money

UPDATE 2: The crew has just left after their second visit. We are VERY pleased both with the end result and the professionalism of the crew. I would award 5 stars if this was the result of the first cleaning, but am awarding four simply because of the need to redo. I love to see a company that stands behind its work, and one that values their reputation for quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

 UPDATE 1: The business owner contacted me. He was very apologetic and said they guarantee their work. He sent a crew out to redo the cleaning. They're here as I write. Stay tuned for update.

Very disappointed. Our usual carpet cleaner for our rental property retired, and he was a whiz at making the carpets look great in the space of two hours. The Stanley Steamer crew cleaned for 45 minutes. And while the carpets are cleaner, I can't see how a single pet stain was removed, and the carpets just don't look like they've been cleaned. So we're shopping around for someone who can do it right. Any suggestions?

We had five plumbing projects. Contacted three plumbing companies. Joe Streckfuss in the only one who would do all five projects without us having to buy some of the required parts and using other trade people to do various parts of the projects. Joe even saved us money on some of the items (sinks, faucets, shower heads). Did good work on all five projects.

These guys are amazing!!!  They are calm and professional in the most stressful situation.  So knowledgeable and explain things every step of the way!  I do not have enough nice things to say . . . from the minute I spoke with Amanda in the office to when Jeff and his team showed up and did their magic.  Highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat (but let's hope I don't have too)

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
