This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

Jerri is the best. Honest , reliable and hard working. It's great to see this technology taking off. They came right out, showed empathy then we did a treatment. House is clean and smells great.

They were responsive, worked quickly, anticipated things I wouldn't have thought to ask about and communicated with me and my insurance company very effectively. I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

Tactical Restoration recently completed a repair to our ceiling. They did an amazing job. Alex who did the estimate and scheduling of repairs was great to work with. They had to come in an fix/complete a job which another restoration company screwed up. Crew that worked on our job were very professional, competent and a pleasure to work with. Mike and his team at Peak One completed a major remodel of our 1970's home last year. They were patient, professional and courteous every step of the way. The team expertly guided us through several complex issues that arose. We couldn't be happier with our forever home!

If there was an option to give this company negative stars, I would gladly do so. The owner of this company should message me directly so I can let them know about the horrible service we are and have had with them. Avoid using this company. They were contracted by our insurance company from the horrible storms from September and they have been horrible at communicating, billing, scheduling, estimators are not friendly. Their sister company Damage Control deserves high ratings, while DC Restoration does not.

I had a great experience with Mark,  his son Corey and the Cinnabar crew.  
We had what I thought was an emergency, of black mold found while doing some DIY home renovation.  
It was a Sunday so I was not expecting anyone to get back to me.   To only did mark get back to me but he came to my house ready to assist.  Did an assessment and we decided to open up the wall to see if there was mold.  Luckily there was none!  But they put some fans out to dry everything, came back daily to check the moisture level and once dry sent out a great crew, who dry walled and painted.  I highly recommend Cinnabar to anyone who needs help with any home restorations!

I had a pipe burst in our kitchen and didn't notice for a couple days and unfortunately it made a huge mess! The company my insurance contacted wasn't very helpful and took forever to come out, luckily when I called Rainbow Restoration of Glendale they got someone out to me fast. Andre came out and got on it really quick, it only took a couple days to get everything cleaned up, Maite made sure to stay in contact me with updates at all times. Always answered my calls and questions. Definitely recommend !!

I've been using Stanley Steamer carpet cleaners for years. They are reliable, dependable, don't use any toxic cleaners and do an awesome job. They always arrive promptly and will even give me a heads up that they're on the way. They will move furniture if you want them to and have always gotten out all stains. Carpet dries quickly. Just can't say enough good about this business. AND, I want to give a shout out to Nate, an outstanding employee - courteous, helpful and always does a great job!!

Kudos to Joe Strectfuss Plumbing, LLC as we just had the recommended Green Fusion Water Softener System & Ultima 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System installed in the garage and under the kitchen sink.  
Jay the installer was easy to work with and did a great job on the installation and instructing us on how to operate and maintain the units. We got the double stack water softener unit as it takes up less space in the garage.  Jay also installed the required water softener loop in the garage, as our house didn't come with one.  In addition we had the refrigerator plumbed to the reverse osmosis system.
No more hard water!  We couldn't be more pleased!  Thanks Joe & Jay

I had a leak up in my ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. The did the cleanup and drying okay but the 10 foot hole in my ceiling remains. They were suppose to put plastic on it to seal it but they forgot to bring it. Next day they tape plastic across the hole and leave. It falls down of course. Another day goes by they come try to staple it up. Piss poor job. Its fallen down again and the won't return my calls. My AC has been running for a week straight. All the cold air just goes into the attic. Guess I will just fix it myself.

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
