Ryan came out and met with us to advise on the work that needed done on our pool.  The pebble tec that was rolled on the sides of the pool as well as the steps had cracked.  There were also cracks on the bottom of pool.  Ryan was very honest with us and to what needed to be done-unlike previous quotes we received telling us we needed to resurface the whole pool.  Chris came out to do the work-they are very professional and personable.  They did an excellent job on the pool, steps and and re-cool decking around the pool as well as fixing the chips on the decking.  I highly recommend Leak Science.  They were also very reliable and timely.  Thank you Leak Science for all you have done.

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life.  I had a horrible migraine which caused me to vomit in the bathroom.  I cleaned as well as I could, but the walls were still dirty and I could tell that it was not clean.  This morning I called ServPro of Paradise Valley and they came out a couple of hours later.  They are professional and did the job for the estimate given by phone.  Importantly, they cleaned using an environmentally friendly product used in hospitals and it looks and smells clean.  They did a great job and were quite efficient.  I highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them again without giving it a second thought.

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.  

Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services.

A late season monsoon storm delivered heavy rain and an unpleasant puddle in my living room. Tom came by to do the initial assessment and was helpful throughout the whole experience, even referring us to a roofer, pigeon remediator (because, weirdly enough, pigeons had been the cause of our leak) and a drywall repair expert. Eric was the tech who came by, hacked a hole in the ceiling, and set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to run for a long (very loud) weekend to make sure our attic dried out. Both gentlemen came right when they said they would and did excellent work. I was especially grateful for how thoroughly Eric cleaned after his visits--our ceiling is high, and drywall dust went absolutely everywhere!

This company truly took good care of us amid a stressful time. I'd definitely call on them again if needed.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

I could not be more grateful to George for taking on the headache of communicating with the insurance companies to get majors repairs approved and completed at my property after a car went through the boiler room wall. All I did was make a call to Kowalski and gave George the info he needed to handle everything. He kept me updated throughout the process and when the work was completed you could not tell where the damage had happened on the 1986 stucco building. The paint even matched perfectly. I will definitely call Kowalski again for any construction or mitigation needs.

They will ask you to sign a contract saying that you will pay for everything the insurance company will not pay for. This is ridiculous!!!

Them here is your bill sir. WHAT $10,000 ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS? YOU ONLY DRIED OUT 2 ROOMS. Sorry sir your insurance company did not pay us enough. If you have signed this form, Do not pay them. Insurance companies are there to make sure you do not get ripped off. Please don't let them try to blame your insurance company.

Last week I had Doug out to my home to fix a leak coming from a faucet in my spare bathroom. He was able to fix it that day and did what two other plumbers hadn't been able to do! Finally I don't have to listen to or pay for running what I'm not using because of him.

On  another note, he had amazing advise regarding a guest house build I am looking to do on my property. However the issue I am having is no one is answering in the store and I have called three times now. I can't even leave a message because their answering machine is full.
