I called Leak Science to address a suction leak in our spa plumbing. Due to the length of the suction line and the complexity of the many twists and turns of the supply lines, locating the leak precisely was very challenging, but Ryan and his team persevered to ultimately find a crack in a 2.5 line. The repairs required a specialty connector that had to be ordered, but Chris diligently refilled the spa temporarily while waiting for the part and kept in constant communication with me on the status of things throughout the entire job. Ryan was very professional and all business (which is exactly what one wants dealing with these leak situations!). I highly recommend them, as they offer expert leak detection services and are unique in also offering professional repairs (Chris was sensational!). Beware of companies that offer only detection services and then do not stand behind that by not finishing the job with the appropriate repairs.

ServPro did a great job fixing our bathroom, bedroom and kitchen in our unit in Midtown Phoenix due to water damages resulting from a heater explosion from a neighbor's unit in the second floor.
Josh and his team were very professional and completed the job as promised.  We were very pleased with the results!

Five Star Carpet Cleaning did a awesome job on cleaning my carpets and cleaning my tile. They got out stains that I did not think would come clean. They made my tile look brand new. They were very affordable and the guys that came to my house were very professional and hard workers. I will use Five Star again for sure :)

Yesterday Edward and his crew came out to trim several large trees for us. They were so careful with everything in our yard. They moved everything out of the way, put it back, and left everything spotless! In the 22yrs we have lived in our home (in Desert Ridge) they have been the best. His price was very competitive. I would highly recommend.

Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. When we finally discovered it 1-800 came out and got everything drying out and safe for our family in hours.  You can tell they really know their stuff and make sure all the remediation is done properly.  A true small business looking out for their customers.

I had a broken angle stop in my kitchen that flooded out half of our house. My agent recommended Slate restoration, and they did not disappoint!  After calling, Derek showed up to our home within 45 minutes and knew exactly what to do and how to handle my disaster. To top it all off, they made my new kitchen look incredible!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

I had a tree fall on to my building during a recent storm, Brandon, Natasha, Jacob, Andrew & the entire team did a great job making sure my business was not disrupted and worked within my budget.
