I have worked with multiple companies in the valley with multiple houses and none were as honest and knowledgeable as Leak Science. Ryan will not waste your time or money. He's prompt and quick. He is excellent with communication both in returning calls and responding to concerns in a way that makes sense and gives direction on options for you to take. I will only call Ryan for any such issues in the future.

Had a slow leak hiding in the back of our kitchen cabinet that caused some nasty mold across the kitchen and bathrooms.
Josh replied to my weekend yelp message with helpful info and eased the initial scare of hurry up n get out of the house.
We had other companies come out. The other we considered came in lower but a. I didn't get such a great vibe & b. They wanted to rip out parts of my bathrooms that were nowhere near the mold! I chose Josh, insurance didn't cover, he had his crew work small areas at a time to try to minimize and damage and save me money.
His crew was nice respectful, careful and meticulous!
I hope I never need his services again and kinda hope no one does, but if it should happen that water damage comes up he's got my referral no questions!

Clean Theory ... HOLY COW! Amazing! Ron showed up to my home at 9am on the dot! And he got to scrubbing and cleaning all my tile and OMG! Very very impressive job! I obviously knew my floors needed cleaning but as Ron was doing his thing I couldn't help and peek and the dirt and grime that was coming off the floor was shocking! My home is located south of the airport so I had this theory that the soot from the airplanes were the major culprit in all this mess but now I'm at certain that is a huge factor, AZ dirt is not that black! Clean Theory overall provided a great service. Ron was fast but took the appropriate time to give the floors the attention and elbow grease they needed. The pricing and value are stupendous! I had never had my floors cleaned professionally and now that I had this wonderful experience with Clean Theory I will be planning to have Ron out here for a service at least once a year. Don't question whether or not you want to call Clean Theory and book an appointment. Just do it! You'll be the happiest most satisfied customer with nice and shiny CLEAN floors!

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

Ed is a man of great integrity it shows in his work and it shows with how his crew treats him. I can't begin to tell you how thorough and professional this job was done from the first branch cut to the last twig brushed off of my yard. A late season monsoon storm delivered heavy rain and an unpleasant puddle in my living room. Tom came by to do the initial assessment and was helpful throughout the whole experience, even referring us to a roofer, pigeon remediator (because, weirdly enough, pigeons had been the cause of our leak) and a drywall repair expert. Eric was the tech who came by, hacked a hole in the ceiling, and set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to run for a long (very loud) weekend to make sure our attic dried out. Both gentlemen came right when they said they would and did excellent work. I was especially grateful for how thoroughly Eric cleaned after his visits--our ceiling is high, and drywall dust went absolutely everywhere!

This company truly took good care of us amid a stressful time. I'd definitely call on them again if needed.

Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

I see Jim Kowalski has posted another negative about my review.  It is easy to blame someone else, but the truth is always the best.  I stand by what I said and I never once changed the scope.  It was Aaron Mullins who was inept at his job.  
I also see Jim K has many of his employees leaving reviews to boost the star rating.

A couple of years ago we came home from a week away to find a leaking valve under our kitchen sink. The water damage was extensively spread throughout our kitchen. Reliable and great service. Had a couple of the other companies make me wait most of the day and then postponed to another day because they were busy the rest of the day. But Douglas Weeks came out when they said and did an amazing job. Fixed my electric issues in no time. Was polite and professional even educated me through out the whole process. I recommend his quality services and will continue to use this company.
