Be careful who you choose as a pool service provider.  That's all I can really say.  Still not happy about my pool!

Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process when we had a water heater leak.  Always on time, worked around our schedule and made the process as easy as it could get.  Can't emphasize how respectful and professional they were.

I am at a disadvantage when it comes to dealing with repair or service companies - most of the time, I don't know what I need or how much it should cost. Slate made me feel like I was a priority and at no point did I feel taken advantage of. They made the whole process a breeze! I would recommend Slate to anyone.

Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Worked with Kowalski a few years ago to assist me with restoration of my laundry room due to flooding caused by a malfunctioning laundry machine.  I highly recommend their services and am thankful for their prompt assistance and quality performance.

So I was cautious at first to hire these guys due to some of the reviews on here. It honestly seemed a little shady at first because my plumber was acting like a sales guy for Drylux  but after my experience I can only say good things. Cody, along with the other technician was very respectful to my wife and I. They showed up fast, set up there equipment, cleaned up any mess they made and they were back to get there stuff two days later as scheduled. Not only was their service great but the total cost of everything was not too shabby. Thank you drylux for your services much appreciated.

He quickly and efficiently assessed the situtation and did quality work to complete the job.
He was friendly and had great work ethic.
I would use and highly recommend MOD to anyone who wants quality work done in their home.
