They came out and found our leak. Three weeks later somebody came out and repaired it. Beau was great at the repair. You can not even see where he broke up the decking. I would definitely recommend them.

We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. This business is the real deal; professional,  conscientious and efficient! Thank you Nathan!

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.  

Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services.  

We will definitely call him if we need his services in the future- glad there are still a few honest folk out there!!

Rarely do you see any time of service you've ordered showing up right on time.  We had an appointment and there was the truck exactly when it should be.

The individual cleaning our carpets was friendly and did a super job.  He spent time making sure all was as it should be.  We will definitely be calling this company again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

Totally would recommend. Was able to come out same day of the leak. Kept us notified on when they'd be able to come out.  Anthony took his time explaining the whole process on how everything works. I had tons of questions and he had all the answers. I appreciate him taking his time with us as first time homeowners not knowing what to expect. He did a great job with excellent customer service. Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

John A. did a small contracted job for my senior living community last week. From receiving a quote, setting an appointment, and completeing the job, we were done in less than a week. All people involved were courteous and efficient. John showed up on time, was friendly, and did a timely job that turned out just as we wanted. They will ask you to sign a contract saying that you will pay for everything the insurance company will not pay for. This is ridiculous!!!

Them here is your bill sir. WHAT $10,000 ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS? YOU ONLY DRIED OUT 2 ROOMS. Sorry sir your insurance company did not pay us enough. If you have signed this form, Do not pay them. Insurance companies are there to make sure you do not get ripped off. Please don't let them try to blame your insurance company.

Tim with Master of Disaster was excellent to work with. I had him remodel our master bathroom and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I felt comfortable from start to finish with his knowledge and ability. He even gave us an idea to move the entrance to the closet so that we could extend our shower. I am so thankful!
