I had a leak appear under my Kitchen Sink that had damaged all of my cabinets just following Thanksgiving and was hosting a celebration at my home for the Holiday Season near Christmas. Jill, Nichole, and all of the staff at Lotus Restoration definitely understood the need to get this job done quickly and they walked me through dealing with the insurance company each step of the way as this was my first experience in my recently purchased home. The company was quick, efficient, and they completed all of my repairs just in time for me to host my party. If I ever have another issue, Lotus Restoration will definitely be the first company that I contact to help me get the issue resolved quickly and with excellent work.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July. On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA. As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral. They found the problem and repaired it quickly. Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone. I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed. That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001. Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA. I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and great customer service this company exhibited. They were recommended by our insurance company after an upstairs bathroom flooded and caused weak walls and mold. Every part of the team-Paul, Corbin, Alex, Nathan and Sandy-were exceptional. My elderly mother lives in the condo and they went out of their way to make her bathroom safe and accessible during and after the work. . Highly recommended!

Last night we had a midnight call on a holiday weekend from a tenant that had a leak that could not easily be explained over the phone. We called Service 1 at midnight and they were happy to take the call and prompt to be on site within the hour. Woke up this morning to a call from Rob letting me know it had been easily resolved with no damage and significantly cheaper than we expected. Wow! Consistently the team at Service 1 Restoration has helped us out of what were minor catastrophes only to find out that they were able to remedy our plumbing or leak situation significantly easier (and cheaper), than we expected. As a property management company owner the value of having industry providers that are on time, honest, and know their stuff, is paramount to the success of our business. Thank you Service 1 for letting us sleep easier knowing you are on the job!

My insurance company recommend Hydro-Pro carpet cleaners to fix a leak in my shower.
First off my insurance company said they were plumbers and a drywall/plumbing company that takes care of everything.
Well loose lips sink ships.
Thank's Jennifer!
The other plumber was Dave Capko from Ideal Plumbing same office as Ray Odom the plumber from Hydro-Pro carpet cleaner/plumbing!
I just needed to follow this paper trail.
Dave Capko's line was disconnected when I called.
No wonder my insurance adjuster was told that Ray take care of it!
Lie number one.
I had a simple problem that has now lasted 3 weeks from the start when Ray Odom showed up with his thermal camera.
I had a leak coming from my shower that buckled my wall a little bit.
Ray Odom proclaimed Oh you have a leak
My reply was yes I can see that Ray.
You would think if a plumber showed up at your house he would start the process.
Did he NO!
Ray Odom said he would be back with my insurance adjuster.
Patrick from Farmers Insurance came on time.
We both waited for Ray Odom.
Ray Odom finally showed up!
Ray Odom said he had to open up my wall.
Ray Odom was 45 minutes late he should have apologized to Patrick from Farmers Insurance for waiting around for him.
Ray Odom had no apology to me!.
Ray Odom treats women terribly and tries to dismiss me.
I am not a women you dismiss.
Ray Odom found the problem there was a leak where ceramic tile sealant should have been put when the house was built.
Ray showed up again on Thursday I thought he was there to work he set up these fans to dry the water in my wall.
To which shocked my mind because the shower was not used for 2 weeks by this time.
It was dry already.
Ray Odom also told my insurance company Farmers I had mold.
Ray Odom told me I had no mold just water that needed to be dried.
Ray Odem told me he could not stay and do my work because there were larger problems with people who have flooded homes.
Ray blew me off and said he did not work weekends because he likes to ride his motor cycle.
Why I thought is Ray here? His office girl Jennifer told me he was coming every day when I called.
Ray never came on time and spent a total of 2 hours that was his longest stretch.
He came to my home 4 times and this project started in late August!
It is now mid September.
Never ever have I had I had so much mayhem.
Later yesterday a dry wall man showed up named Omar he said why isn't the tile work done?
I said Ray Odom has not finished that yet.
Lie # 2. Yes Ray Odom said he would be finished.
Omar also said there is no sealant put on that needed to dry.
Once again the undependable Ray Odom sent a dry wall man out who was in shock.
Omar called Ray Odom on loud speaker Ray said just don't worry about any sealant or the tile.
Omar asked him about the missing tile.
Ray Odom said he would knock it out from the other side!
That side has NOTHING wrong with it.
Omar just shook his head and kept saying he was so sorry.
Omar is a nice man he kept saying Ray Odom is a bad man.
I agreed.
I am so tired of having this 3 day project take 3 weeks.
Don't count of their promises Hydro-Pro Ray Odom will leave you empty handed without fixing the problem.
Ray Odom will not work weekends bad business decisions!
That was the missing piece to this puzzle.
I bet if it was a home flooded Ray Odom would be at that house on the weekends that = more money!
A handshake means nothing to Ray he said he would come and lied to me.
Ray Odom is a piece of work if he shows up it's hours too late.
Lie # 2 RAY ODOM GAVE ME HIS WORD THAT HE COULD DO THE JOB.
DON'T EVER USE HYDRO-PRO IN SCOTTSDALE, OR ANY OTHER PART OF PHX.
RAY ODEM IS A COMPLETE FAILURE IN MY BOOK.
RAY IS A PSYCHOTIC MAN WHO WILL CONTINUE TO LIE.
RAY SHOULD BE TAKING SOME KIND OF MEDICATION.
****BEWARE LADIES******
BEWARE ALL WOMEN RAY ODOM WILL TRY TO TALK OVER YOU AND BLOW OFF YOUR PROJECT.
DON'T GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY.
RAY ODOM WALKED OFF MY JOB AND THAT WAS IT AS HE MUMBLED SOMETHING DEROGATORY UNDER HIS BREATH.
RAY ODOM WILL MAKE A HOLE IN YOUR WALL AND NOT COME BACK AND FIX IT.
FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME.

We put a claim into first american home warrantee for a filter issue. It was straight forward. Sun brights service rep came out to inspect he unit. He said there was evidence that there was no de in the filter and I explained that we backwashed to remove pressure. He said that the insurance probably would not approve. He the looked at pop ups and said they were spongy, I told him they ere less than 6 weeks old. So rather than fix with low cost solution he was trying to up sale a $1250 cartridge system I am sure he would have recommended the pop ups to be replaced as well. The insurance company sent out another company and the issue was resolved in our favor. I would be very suspicious of anything sun bright said

Our roof took a direct hit from a microburst causing serious damage. Normally I am leery of folks coming to the door offering to take a look at repairs, but Kisasi and his team set me at ease. They quickly took a look and estimated the damage to the roof and showed us issues that would require the replacement of the whole roof.
Getting our insurance claim paid was no easy task, but Mission Restoration and their staff supported the claim all the way. They prepared reports and photos and spoke with my adjuster to obtain a mutually agreeable price, and handled everything.
Unlike my insurance company, Mission Restoration was extremely responsive to communications from me, even returning a call in the late evening when my tarp blew off.
On top of their stellar responsiveness and service, they also did a great job on the roof. Our roof looks great and the job was done on time.
I would highly recommend Mission Restoration if you have any roofing needs.

This provider was hired to repair water damage. This took several months. They were supposed to keep the property secure and locked during the time they were working on it since it was unoccupied. They were negligent in leaving the garage door open over night resulting in art work being stolen. The police were involved. They refused to pay for this loss and refused to give me their insurance information. Legal action is pending.

We called Water Fighters out after a flood in our upstairs bathroom took place and they were out very quickly. Initially I was taken by their professionalism and Brandon and Nic made me feel very taken care of as far as what would happen with insurance claims and such. Prior to getting word from insurance they said they would need to remove all continuous flooring which was carpeting in halls, 3 bedrooms and down our stairs. I tried pumping the brakes on removing carpet that was not affected but they insisted so we trusted their word. It snowballed shortly after we got word that our insurance would only be paying 10k for the incident. Simultaneously to this news, their rebuild bid of 27k total arrived, 10k being for mediation alone (cutting drywall, fans, etc). I asked them to work with me on it since I'm all out of pocket and they came down 5k, but ONLY if I agreed to do the rebuild with them otherwise the mediation would need to be paid in full. Well there goes the insurance money. So in the interest of getting a deal and our moneys worth, we agreed. To start the job I paid the 10k in full and 7k to begin the rebuild.
Last week after they finished the drywall, I spoke with my project manager about putting hardwood instead of carpet and procuring it and all the bathroom items such as vanity and fixtures. Cool, got thumbs up- said we will look at it Tuesday. Come Tuesday it's suddenly a complete disaster, as they put it- we are expecting upgrades and completely changed the scope. First of all, we paid for the upgrades- so by all reasonable and intelligent logic those materials they had planned to procure on their itemized bid should be deducted and bid reworked with only the change in scope of labor. (The materials came out to 6500 of the bid). They refused to see eye to eye with me on this and kept throwing their discount in my face like I'm some charity case. I was a paying customer $17,000 in at that point and all that's been done is drywall repair and texture (using their own numbers the work they've done so far is worth $1500). I told them I'd be more than happy to pay difference in instal but rework the bid with no materials and adjust the labor to hardwood flooring installation. NOPE. They refused, wanted to add supplemental charges to install the flooring and the vanity. I had 4 other highly respected veteran contractors come through my house yesterday and told me flat out this is a straight hustle and to get them the heck out of my house asap. I called them this morning and fired them. We are losing 5500 in labor or whatever the hell else they SHOULD do for what I paid them but I'd rather walk away. I will not give them another dime. The funny part is I've already subbed out the work to a flooring guy, painters, electric and a contractor and am getting it all done this week for $5000. Water fighters told me they would have painted half our walls and left me with no floors for the full $12,000.... They'd set my upgraded vanity and mirrors for an extra $2400 and god knows how much they would've tacked on for the floors.
Companies like this tailor to clients that can collect large chunks from insurance companies for the rebuild. I'm disappointed as they sold themselves to be such great people but when it boils down it they've got complaints with ROC and an F with BBB. I have to question the overall intelligence of the owner as well. What's the point of an itemized invoice if it can't be adjusted?
Don't get involved with these people. They insist they tried to help us best they could. Photos are our house now not including downstairs where they only repaired the celing drywall and texture. After $17,000 in. What a fucking joke!
I'll also add that they sequestered me for reviews at least 4 times during our 2 weeks working together. I said I would at the end, absolutely! As a business owner myself I know how important it is. So here's the review as I promised :)

My family & I suffered a house fire on March 31, 2019. As of August 28, 2020 (17 MO. POST FIRE) we have NOT been able to finalize the business relationship we started with AZ Fire & Water Damage Restoration INC. (AFW) on 3/31/2019 due to their abhorrent business ethics.
I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. Just for the record, this is the only time I have ever written a negative review, I don't like confrontation, & I stand firmly by everything I have written below.
AFW have dragged the reparation of our home for months, made empty promises to complete work, provided shoddy workmanship that had to be redone various times over, & have basically attempted to charge approx. $30,000 worth of work NOT done to the home before I called them out on this, threatening legal action, in order for them them to take me seriously. Additionally their contents department has lost & damaged personal items collected from my home to clean post fire.
I feel that my family & I have been more than patient & kind with AFW, giving them dozens of chances & ridiculously ample time to finish work, but they have taken this kindness as a sign of weakness they could exploit.
AFW initially promised repairs on home would be done by October 2019,
then this got pushed to before Christmas 2019, then end of the year 2019, then end of February 2020, then end of April 2020...
During the time the company was repairing our home, they had an issue with the 2nd of 3 contractors that were hired to oversee the project. The 2nd contractor, Leonel Campas, was let go from the company sometime in January 2020, & AFW did not have the decency to let us know. Our house wasn't worked on for months & it took a negative review on Google in February 2020, in order to be assigned another contractor and obtain a meeting with the 3rd contractor, David Brady, and the general manager, Dean Hamilton, of the company to pressure them to finish a job they had been hired to do.
The 2nd contractor has become a scapegoat of sorts to which the company has continuously blamed the mishandling reparation on our home, instead of taking responsibility & trying to rectify their mistakes in a timely matter.
Even though Brady & Hamilton were very apologetic & promised to have the work on the home finalized by April 2020, we had to continually babysit them to finish the work, & we have still not been able to end this nightmare.
By the end of April 2020, the money our insurance company had allocated for our temporary housing ran out & the house was still NOT finalized. My family & I were forced to move out of the temporary housing and into a hotel, during the beginning phase of the COVID-19 global pandemic. I lost my job as a yoga teacher during the pandemic and was forced to pay for a hotel & food (since we did not have access to a kitchen), placing myself & my family in danger of contracting the novel virus & dipping into my savings for TWO weeks until the house was somewhat hospitable. Floors had not even been finalized by this time.
I requested that AFW pay for some of these hotel fees I had to incur due to their incompetence, but they outright refused to do so, or accept any kind of responsibility for the significant hardship my family & I suffered due to their negligence & terrible business ethics.
When we finally moved back into our home on May 16, 2020 there were still many things that had not been repaired yet, including NO AIR CONDITIONING on the 1st floor of our home, paint subcontracted to Marcel Painting was incomplete & poorly done, & various other big ticket items.
Work on the home slowly continued after we moved in, with workers often showing up whenever they pleased, without any regard that my family & I were living in the home, until I demanded another walk through with AFW's general manager, Hamilton, on 6/9/20, in order to beseech the company to finalize work.
We lived WITHOUT AC in the 100+ degree AZ summer for about a week before they finalized installing the AC. Working with the company that AFW subcontracted to instal the AC has been another headache for us, as the company, Pinnacle Performance, has come out to the home more than a dozen times attempting to resolve issues resulting from poor workmanship. Another AC company was hired on 8/13/202 by AFW to double check the 1st company's work & the tech that came to the house labeled the Pinnacle Performance's work as ghetto work, & found many issues with the AC. These issues have yet still be to resolved.
This is a SHORT list of specific grievances experienced with this company, but many other things have occurred. As I stated before, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone & working with AFW has been a complete nightmare. I would advise anyone who is already dealing with this company to carefully revise line item by line item on their insurance estimate, given AFW's abhorrent business ethics.
