My water heater blew Monday morning.  My insurance agent recommended Darrin at Purtec as she said he wouldn't charge me for more than I needed as so many other water restoration companies do.  Darrin was out within the hour and complemented me on getting the water turned off as soon as I did-he contained the area in plastic and ran fans-his men came out the next day to check and said it needed another day.  They came out this morning and tested and everything was completely dry.  They took away all the plastic and fans and cleaned up after themselves beautifully!  I couldn't be happier with Darrin and his crew!

This team is outstanding. The customer service and attention to detail they give throughout the cleaning process is second to none, seriously. They're really friendly people to deal with, on time, techs are educated and not creepy, and they do a thorough job. I'd highly recommend them to anyone around Phoenix for carpet cleaning, tile, mattresses, you name it. I won't go to anyone else.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

After a hailstorm, they moved in and sold hard;  promised a lot and provided little beyond the basics. Failed to install a piece of flashing where I now have a leak. Damaged back deck with many promises by the owner that he would reimburse us. Many promises was all we ever got. Dropped lots of trash in attic. Put in a membrane over ridge vent, so there is NO ventilation. Scammers, in my opinion. Just out for the quick buck.

EcoDry did the mitigation work when my water heater failed and leaked. Landon helped me file the claim and Eric, Isaiah, and Veronica came out the next day to do the work. I have to commend this team for their hard work. The day was very hot and they were working in such tight spaces, but they were really dedicated and thorough. They did not quit until the job was done, and they stayed friendly and cheerful all day. They worked well with my insurance company, too. I hope I never have water damage again, but if I do I would definitely call EcoDry.

My insurance company Am Fam contacted them to do repairs from water damage to my house they came out in about three days gave me an estimate so they will get back to me with pricing and never did I had to call them back they said they were waiting on me to send them my thousand dollar deductible to even get started I did that and then took them another two weeks to come out and get started after that they were supposed to match my flooring and said they were having trouble finding a match and would get back to me and three days after they checked other places they never got back to me I called them they said oh yes they didn't have what we needed I'll call someone else to see what materials they have and get back to you still never got back to me a week later I called them still no Flooring still no match and no idea didn't offer to fix it another way I called my insurance company to complain and get this resolved then I called a flooring company myself and got an estimate from them and told Stratton they were out of the picture don't bother I'll take care of it myself this was two months later I had been waiting on them very bad communication don't do what they say not there to help the customer only to collect money I would not recommend them or any repairs of any kind not a good company to deal with do not stand behind their word they are apparently too busy to take care of the customers that they are busy with doesn't make much sense does it.

We hired Drystar for a relatively small restoration job. I was told by Garrett, the project manager, it would take 1 maybe 2 days. Well, it's been about a month. Mostly due to poor communication with the project manager and the workers as well as his lack of communication with us. The workers either showed up to do the work or called me ON the day they were coming to do work. NEVER a few days ahead of time so I could plan for it. Also, the clean up was sloppy. They refused to do specific things that we requested throughout the job. Instead, just ignoring the request. I do have to say the actual workers that came to our house were extremely polite and respectful, but very unclear as to the direction of their job actually was. I definitely would NOT hire this company again.

A very reliable and honest company. They do quality work at a fair price. They work directly with your insurance company adjusters, and are quick to reply when you have questions!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
