Best Damage Restorations in United States
My water heater blew Monday morning. My insurance agent recommended Darrin at Purtec as she said he wouldn't charge me for more than I needed as so many other water restoration companies do. Darrin was out within the hour and complemented me on getting the water turned off as soon as I did-he contained the area in plastic and ran fans-his men came out the next day to check and said it needed another day. They came out this morning and tested and everything was completely dry. They took away all the plastic and fans and cleaned up after themselves beautifully! I couldn't be happier with Darrin and his crew!

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning up some mold that was found inside our wall from a cracked tub. He was very professional, easy-going and friendly-he got the work done quickly as well. Now we are at ease that we are completely mold free and the area looks great. Definitely recommend is you are looking for a mold- remediation company in the valley!!

I used them because my insurance (USAA) referred them for water damage in my kitchen, and has worked with them for 35 years. I was so happy with their work - they finished quickly, they were friendly, responsive, wanted to make sure I was happy, and then cleaned up after themselves. My house looked better after the work than it did before the water leak!

Do yourself a favor and keep shopping, you DO NOT want to hire Quick Restore. I screwed up and jumped into hiring this company because my plumber referred me (I'm guessing now was solely to receive a finders fee from QR) and I didn't want to take the time to research abatement/emergency service cleanup companies- BIG MISTAKE. There is a laundry list of reasons not to use Quick Restore:
-QR charges you/insurance for stuff they didn't do (I was billed for removal and reinstallation of my reverse osmosis system - I don't own an RO system).
-For work QR is unwilling/unable to do, they quote you high prices to hire experienced sub-contractors but then choose the cheapest, most inexperienced workers, presumably hired from Home Depot parking lots, to complete the work and QR pockets the savings.
-They make constant mistakes in both their estimates and the work they do forcing you to closely monitor and document everything. I strongly recommend taking before-and-after pictures so you have proof, otherwise they will argue that it was done correctly.
-They drag their feet on repair work, be prepared to constantly follow up to remind them they still have work to do. It took QR a full year to finish the repair work on my kitchen after a drain line backed up.
-They overcharge for the equipment they temporarily leave in your home. In many cases it would have been cheaper for me to go out and buy brand new equipment versus renting theirs ($50+ a day for floor fans/dehumidifiers, $100+ for a cheap plastic laundry sink)
-They put very little effort into getting insurance company approvals. They will send one email and then make you pester the insurance company to pre approve the work so it can get started. For the price these guys charge, they should do a much better job following up and explaining to insurance why specific work needs to be completed.
-Very little effort when it comes to matching existing tile, countertops, etc. Be prepared to do this yourself or end up like me with wonky, mismatched replacements through your your home.
The one good thing I can say about Quick Restore is everyone that works there is very nice, but unfortunately the issues I had with these guys far outweighed their niceness. Trust me and choose someone else, you'll thank me later.

I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

Excellent Job! EcoDry's crew did an awesome job at removing some wet carpet and ensuring the cement was properly treated to prevent mold growth. They came out quickly and were courteous and respectful. ***Would HIGHLY recommend!***

When my upstairs neighbor passed out with the bathtub running and flooded the whole place, my awfully managed HOA tried to go to war with me (associa Arizona who are questionably/negligently managing funds) i had no choice but to go through insurance. As such they assigned Stratton to rebuild my home which was destroyed. Initially i was skeptical seeing as Stratton has so many negative reviews (not entirely sure why) but aside from some communication issues they restored my condo beautifully and made the effort above and beyond when we had another flooding scare. Ultimately Gabriel, Shane, Tanner, and Chris pulled together and made it happen. The experience wasn't perfect but then again it's not an everyday occurrence so I don't have much to compare it to. All I know is I cane out better off and Stratton got the job done. A little slow at times and communication was a struggle at times but ultimately they did a great job

A microburst hit my house. Drystar was initially responsive and arrived with a dehumidifier. Then days went by. I called to remind them we needed testing and demo done. Each step required multiple requests for action. When I explained what I needed done as a customer due to future plans I had for the space the damage occurred in, my requests were largely ignored. I simply asked for the ceiling to be repaired at the joists so that I can install lighting in the future without dealing with a jigsaw puzzle in my attic space. I was told by Noah that 'it's done this way all the time' and received contradictory statements from Martin about how their demo guys don't necessarily see what is needed for the restoration guys to do a good job, and that they'd make it right. That was last week. I am STILL sitting here in my house with no ceiling in the kitchen or laundry room, and no follow up has occurred, even after attempts at follow up. I work for a major homebuilder in the valley, and I can say from experience, without a doubt, do not use this company.

Silver City was recommended to me by USAA, one of the top insurance companies, for roof repair/replacement. I knew they would be reliable, but was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service from Brenda, the great job oversight and coordination by Dave and the competency and cleanliness of the construction crew. They even delayed the crew for one day to allow me to re-insulate, providing me help and tips on that at no charge. They found several areas of damage I had not seen, went back to USAA for me and got them paid for and repairs. I will never use anyone else for this type work.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We paid a great deal of money to have our pavers sealed by this company 1 1/2 years ago. Six months later they looked terrible, We have called for 1 1/2 years and they have never returned the call. Stay away from this business. It is a scam. They have now changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration..
