Best Damage Restorations in United States
My water heater blew Monday morning. My insurance agent recommended Darrin at Purtec as she said he wouldn't charge me for more than I needed as so many other water restoration companies do. Darrin was out within the hour and complemented me on getting the water turned off as soon as I did-he contained the area in plastic and ran fans-his men came out the next day to check and said it needed another day. They came out this morning and tested and everything was completely dry. They took away all the plastic and fans and cleaned up after themselves beautifully! I couldn't be happier with Darrin and his crew!

I have known Ryan for years. As an insurance advisor I have sent him clients for a long time. My clients are always happy when Phoenix Flood was able to keep the claim low and off the insurance companies records. Ryan helped my clients with water damage resulting from lots of issues including dripping sinks, leaking showers, broken pipes, and so many more issues.
Ryan saved my clients thousands and thousands of dollars in premium by not turning in claims. He helped keep me profitable on those small losses.
I have sent clients all through out the valley including Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe to Ryan. His team does a great job with any kind of water loss!

I have to give a low review as this company is trying to be something it's not -- a restoration company. The water restore via heat and fans was good service. The rebuild was chaotic, no one knew what anyone else was doing, the project managers (which changed) indicated it was a known internal problem that needed to be improved. They DO NOT understand the value of high end items in order to value them. They do not have a sense of urgency unless it's the sales process which is a bulldoze from water remediation into construction promising the entire way you'll be involved, etc. Absolutely untrue. No communication. They don't listen to what the customer wants.
They jackhammered a custom marble entry medallion when it could have been saved without asking us first and unless Hayden is no longer with the company, they absolutely knew we had a desire to save the medallion which they claimed we didn't tell them about. The estimator put in writing that no outside wall was revealed during kitchen demo and I sent him a photo of it -- they did no lead testing of the wall painted in the 1960s. He was even there after the demo was done and I pointed out the wall. The only service we found as well done was the dryout with heaters and fans. There is damage done due to the poor work of demolition, and by the time the estimate was done it is clear this company is not ready to offer anything but water and fire remediation. The owner refuses to return phone calls to talk with customers which we tried to do several weeks to understand their process and methodology. Find a good reliable general contractor until this company is ready to be a reconstruction company.

beware of geo roofing!!! geo roofing is a horrible horrible company!!! in early february mike peterson (geo salesman) came to my house and gave me a quote for a new roof on my house. he said they were running 2-3 weeks out. i paid them a down payment of 5500 and they gave me an install date for february 26 2019. letty (geo office manager) called me on the evening of february 25th (the day before they were supposed to start) and told me they wouldn't be able to start until march 6th now because they were so backed up. march 6th came around and nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know what was going on. i tried to call mike peterson (geo salesman) and he didn't answer. i left him a message and he never called me back. hours later letty (geo office manager) calls me and says all her roof workers got in a car accident and now they wouldn't be able to start until march 11th. so that day came around and guess what...nobody showed up again and no call from geo letting me know what was going on. i tried to call letty but she would not take my call. they have a receptionist screening all the calls. the receptionist was very insistent on getting my name and why am i calling. they would not refund my 5500 down payment so i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge!!! this company is soooo bad. i just don't want this to happen to anybody else. beware of geo roofing az!!!

In the course of 5 years of home ownership, water damage has happened to me 3 different times. One from my AC unit in my attic, one from my water heater in my garage, and this time from my upstairs toilet drain in my brand new house! So gross! The other times, I had mistakingly called my insurance and they sent out their preferred mitigation companies. Had nothing but bad experiences with both of them. This time I was referred to EcoDry before I called my insurance. (Little did I know, I get to choose what contractor I want.) They got to my home to assess everything for free and basically took over from that point. They called my insurance with me, told them exactly what was going on and handled everything from then on. So much stress was lifted off of my shoulders from this company compared to the past 2 times I had to deal with water leaks. They explained everything for the dry out and then the rebuild thoroughly. Machines were brought to dry everything out and to clean the air since the water that was leaking was sewer water. (I swear the air in my whole house is now cleaner than it was.) The construction of the dry wall was done like it never even had happened. They even fixed a spot from the AC leak that was textured and painted poorly from the last company. 110% satisfaction from me. They really did go above and beyond to help me out. Definitely going to refer this company next time anything happens to anyone I know. Thank you EcoDry!!

The worst! Stay away at all costs. Initially they were responsive and kept appointments and once they got payment, stopped responding, didn't finish work, 12 weeks later and my floor is still pulled up and baseboards are still missing. They won't call me back, won't send the emails I've requested with the scope of work. Abbi is nice until you question their process and portray an unhappy customer, then she's rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure what background Martin comes from but he can't manage a project. Just stay away folks! Save yourself the burden and frustration.

If I could give zero stars I would...
Silver City (SC) was recommended by USAA and so I hired them to assess and repair damage from a possible roof leak in my guest house as the paint on my wall had started to ripple. The estimator from USAA bid the job to remove most of one wall from ceiling to floor board so that we could determine the source of the leak with the understanding that once the inner wall was opened we could determine what would need to be repaired. The gentleman from silver city was very nice but came and cut out a 6'x4' section of the wall where damage was evident and was about to start replacing it when I asked him where the leak had originated from. He said he had no idea...that he wasn't there to figure that out. I informed him that he was and called SC who said they didn't know what I was talking about so then I called USAA and the next thing I knew they called SC and the gentleman cut a huge area out as he was supposed to initially and told me that there was damage to the wood by the ceiling. I called USAA and let them know and silver city sent an estimator who didn't even get up on a ladder but just looked at the area (ceilings are 14high). The next thing they set up was that someone came to treat for mold. I asked if anyone was going to assess the wood and the mold treatment guy told me he didn't do that and wasn't there to figure that out. I called USAA again and they stopped the job and had a structural engineer come to the house and assess the situation. Needless to say, there is extensive damage that needs to be repaired and the wood in question was still wet and should never have been treated with anything but rather repaired. SC was only going to put a bandaid on the issue and cover it up rather than fix it. USAA withdrew the bid from them, they were paid for removal of sheet rock only and a different contractor was hired. In addition, they left a window open in the room and left a bunch of construction supplies in my yard.
buyer beware! If I hadn't been home and followed up on what they were doing I would never have known the amount of damage that was about to be covered up.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
