Best Damage Restorations in United States

We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

Ultimately, unimpressed. They get more than one star for how it started, but less than 5 for how it ended.  We had water damage in our kitchen and the insurance company stripped it down. We contacted this company on a referral, and at first they were very responsive. Since we were rebuilding anyway, we told them that we wanted to get a new cabinetry configuration, and they promptly provided a brochure for new cabinetry. Once the insurance funds came through, we contacted them and asked about specifics, to ensure we knew what we were getting. While they provided some of the information requested (like ROC#), the best way I can describe the response is a civil huffy. They concluded with something to the effect of since you're changing the configuration, we can't do the work. If this were the case, why didn't they say that upfront instead of wasting our time? I didn't really believe this was the reason, given that they gave us the brochure up front. Instead, I have a sneaking suspicion the change of heart was because we asked about things like ROC# and bonding. In the long run, I guess they did us a favor. We went with a different company, are thoroughly satisfied, and I've rated that company well better.

I swear, between a dog and a baby, my carpets are a walking nightmare. Luckily I have Yelp to lead me to a go-to business! Now that I have a baby with a sleeping and nap schedule, I have to carefully plan when people come to work on the house and the windows of time are always a pain because I never know exactly when they will show up. I did some research and realized that Arizona Carpet actually does on time appointments which means they actually show up at a specific time and they really did! I love supporting local businesses and I love that they are not only local but also family-owned who have been in the Valley forever!

When they showed up, I was pleased to see that the technician was very friendly and welcoming and someone who I would definitely trust to be in my home. You never know who is going to show up when you hire a service, but these guys hire good technicians! I even knew who to expect before they showed up because they sent me a picture of the technician and also told me that he had been background checked. I've never experienced a cleaning service who is so thorough!

As soon as I need a carpet cleaning again (which will be soon because Baby D loves to spit up!) I will call Arizona Carpet. I also like that they offer rug and tile cleaning (and they give you a free spotter bottle when they leave!)

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

Good communication and on time arrival. Respectful and easy to talk to when explaining how they were going to do the job. We needed dozens of tiles installed after solar panels were installed by another company. The team completed the job very quickly and even showed me what was done as I had a few concerns about how the solar company left my roof. All in all great communication from reception, Marie to Jose and Co. I will be using again in the future and I would highly recommend them to you!

We had a team from EcoDry come out to fix damage from a flood in the upstairs bathroom. Our team was Leonard, Thomas, & Moses. They did an outstanding job. They took great pride in their work. They used protective plastic on carpet and stairs. They took great care in cleaning up after themselves. They were kind, courteous, friendly, and worked hard. Thank you EcoDry, Leonard and your team. We appreciate you so much and HIGHLY recommend your team and company.

Stratton Restoration started out very strong, but finished the job incredibly weak. Shane assessed the damage and started the ball rolling with excellent customer service and was highly professional. Casey, our project manager, started the job enthusiastically and professionally, but that level of customer care fell off dramatically after learning we had submitted a 5 star review. Jerome, Stratton's drywall specialist was excellent throughout his time on our job. He is an artist when it comes to mudding and finishing the job. His repair of our walls was seamless and undetectable. Stratton subs-out their tile work and the company they use is incompetent. They installed chipped tile, left gaps, and their employees were incredibly unprofessional. When the issue came about, Casey assured me he would get another company to finish the job correctly. Then, Casey said they'd be using the same company, but that he would be directly supervising the job. Casey failed to supervise and the tile guys were a no-show on Monday and when they arrived to complete the job, chipped three more tiles and left, leaving two of the tiles unchanged. They also damaged the cabinet in the bathroom, damaged our bedroom wall that will require putty and paint, and marred the bathroom walls. Casey said he'd be by at the end of the day to reinstall our toilet, after the tile job was completed. Casey was a no-show and didn't bother to call or return our calls after we left two messages. We waited for hours and finally decided to run the errands we had put off while waiting for Casey. The following day Casey showed up to install our toilet and when confronted about his not showing up, remarked, Well, I'm here now. No apology for putting us out, for no-showing, and for not calling. We will be letting The Hartford know of what transpired throughout the job and that maybe, just maybe, Stratton Restoration doesn't deserve their preferred status with them.

Drystar was communicative, professional, very clean and unobtrusive during our restoration. We had the proverbial emergency - a burst pipe. Our plumber referred Drystar to us and they were wonderful with the repair process in every way. Chad especially has been the best.

We had lots of storm damage and water leaks through the roof. Silver City was here quickly and did everything they said they would do.  I felt very comfortable having them inside the house.  Their painters were neat and masked everything.  They helped us pick roof tiles and compare the durability and cost.  We did some upgrades and they even helped with that.  They are great people.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I hired this company's other entity CMS STONE RESTORATION to restore my Saltillo tiles patio. That apparently meant power washing the patio and sealing it.
I honestly was expecting more for what he was charging for such a small patio. I though he was gonna make it look like the before/after pictures on their website.. you know??
Craig showed up all enthusiastic on how this small job was going to be so easy and would be done in no time.
He was right! It took him not time at all!! I paid him by check (a pretty hefty amount for such a small job) and he left.
Only after my patio dried I realized that he had ruined it completely! He etched every tile by power washing it, sandblasting it and creating all kinds of swirls on the tiles that could not be washed off because the water pressure ate the tile away...
When I texted the photos he was totally great about how he will take care of everything and fix all the damage on my patio.
He showed up the next day and power washed again!!! as if that would change anything and said he would be back to seal with a different/better sealer.
At this point the check hadn't clear yet.
I knew that I had to do something more to fix this before sealer went on, so I spent the weekend hand sanding each tile. All 400sqft worth. One by one!
Monday I texted as to when he would come, and he replied towards the end of the week.
I should have canceled the check right there and then!
Thursday I got a text that he would show at 7:30am next morning. He never showed and I texted at 8 to let him know not to bother as landscapers next door were blowing stuff all over and I would have to clean the patio before he came... but this time the check had cleared and I never heard back from him. Not a single word. Not an ok, I ll come an other time, nothing! I still haven't heard from him.
I found out he was originally this carpet cleaning company now doing something else to branch out...
The fact that his company's name now is CMSstonerestorationscott… and not registered on Yelp (they are registered there under CMS cleaning) should have been my first clue as their site doesn't allow reviews.. and they pick which ones to show on their new website... I wonder why?
I would have been ok if he offered partial refund and told me I should find someone else, after he ruined my patio, but he chose to be petty and take the money and run!
He has lost my business for good and I am notifying everyone I can in Phoenix, including all the neighbors on next door app as well, so none of you fall victim of this company.
