Best Damage Restorations in United States

My water heater blew Monday morning.  My insurance agent recommended Darrin at Purtec as she said he wouldn't charge me for more than I needed as so many other water restoration companies do.  Darrin was out within the hour and complemented me on getting the water turned off as soon as I did-he contained the area in plastic and ran fans-his men came out the next day to check and said it needed another day.  They came out this morning and tested and everything was completely dry.  They took away all the plastic and fans and cleaned up after themselves beautifully!  I couldn't be happier with Darrin and his crew!

Ultimately, unimpressed. They get more than one star for how it started, but less than 5 for how it ended.  We had water damage in our kitchen and the insurance company stripped it down. We contacted this company on a referral, and at first they were very responsive. Since we were rebuilding anyway, we told them that we wanted to get a new cabinetry configuration, and they promptly provided a brochure for new cabinetry. Once the insurance funds came through, we contacted them and asked about specifics, to ensure we knew what we were getting. While they provided some of the information requested (like ROC#), the best way I can describe the response is a civil huffy. They concluded with something to the effect of since you're changing the configuration, we can't do the work. If this were the case, why didn't they say that upfront instead of wasting our time? I didn't really believe this was the reason, given that they gave us the brochure up front. Instead, I have a sneaking suspicion the change of heart was because we asked about things like ROC# and bonding. In the long run, I guess they did us a favor. We went with a different company, are thoroughly satisfied, and I've rated that company well better.

Arizona Carpet & Restoration Company has cleaned my carpets more than once because they do an excellent job.  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable to do a great job.  I have referred them to friends for any type of cleaning or restoration job, and will continue to do so.

Excellent service and they responded quickly to minimize the water damage.  Highly recommend them.

Sloppy! Dirty! Lazy! Very very awful company to work with. Can't match molding with their flooring. Don't care for valuables as they covered my entire room with dust which got all over my makeup and expensive pc after jackhammering without putting a tarp up. Employees will argue with you and tell you off but don't forget their MULTIPLE smoke breaks. Reuse old molding, leave exposed nails, take advantage of elder people. And will accuse you that you do not know what you are talking about because you do not understand. Also schedule is not consistent they will say they're coming one day then not show up and when they finally show up will continue plans without consulting owner first. Very childish company please avoid them at all costs. I wish I had looked on yelp before working with these scammers.

beware of geo roofing!!! geo roofing is a horrible horrible company!!! in early february mike peterson (geo salesman) came to my house and gave me a quote for a new roof on my house. he said they were running 2-3 weeks out. i paid them a down payment of 5500 and they gave me an install date for february 26 2019.  letty (geo office manager) called me on the evening of february 25th (the day before they were supposed to start) and told me they wouldn't be able to start until march 6th now because they were so backed up. march 6th came around and nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know what was going on. i tried to call mike peterson (geo salesman) and he didn't answer. i left him a message and he never called me back. hours later letty (geo office manager) calls me and says all her roof workers got in a car accident and now they wouldn't be able to start until march 11th. so that day came around and guess what...nobody showed up again and no call from geo letting me know what was going on. i tried to call letty but she would not take my call. they have a receptionist screening all the calls. the receptionist was very insistent on getting my name and why am i calling. they would not refund my 5500 down payment so i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge!!! this company is soooo bad. i just don't want this to happen to anybody else. beware of geo roofing az!!!

Dallas was awesome, he was very patient throughout this process. We had a lot of questions for him and he was able to answer all of are questions. He was very friendly, professional. He was able to help with a program that helped us with our deductible that made it affordable for us, I'll highly recommend Ecodry and Dallas for assistance please keep up the good work. We hired Stratton Restoration cause we had water damage done to our kitchen island. Stratton communication has been terrible. Also every date they say they will have something done by hasn't been made. The lack of communication is very frustrating.

We hired Drystar for a relatively small restoration job. I was told by Garrett, the project manager, it would take 1 maybe 2 days. Well, it's been about a month. Mostly due to poor communication with the project manager and the workers as well as his lack of communication with us. The workers either showed up to do the work or called me ON the day they were coming to do work. NEVER a few days ahead of time so I could plan for it. Also, the clean up was sloppy. They refused to do specific things that we requested throughout the job. Instead, just ignoring the request. I do have to say the actual workers that came to our house were extremely polite and respectful, but very unclear as to the direction of their job actually was. I definitely would NOT hire this company again.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had the folks from CMS come out to clean my travertine floor. What a great job. I never knew how beautiful my tile could look. They were fast and efficient  and very polite. I am having them come back to seal my pavers next week. Very reasonable prices.
