Best Damage Restorations in United States
We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

Ultimately, unimpressed. They get more than one star for how it started, but less than 5 for how it ended. We had water damage in our kitchen and the insurance company stripped it down. We contacted this company on a referral, and at first they were very responsive. Since we were rebuilding anyway, we told them that we wanted to get a new cabinetry configuration, and they promptly provided a brochure for new cabinetry. Once the insurance funds came through, we contacted them and asked about specifics, to ensure we knew what we were getting. While they provided some of the information requested (like ROC#), the best way I can describe the response is a civil huffy. They concluded with something to the effect of since you're changing the configuration, we can't do the work. If this were the case, why didn't they say that upfront instead of wasting our time? I didn't really believe this was the reason, given that they gave us the brochure up front. Instead, I have a sneaking suspicion the change of heart was because we asked about things like ROC# and bonding. In the long run, I guess they did us a favor. We went with a different company, are thoroughly satisfied, and I've rated that company well better.

This is one of Arizona's finest companies. They perform professional, excellent work on a timely basis and are a joy to work with. One generally is facing a very difficult situation when ACR arrives and they are exceptional at providing service that makes a difference. Follow through and timeliness is very good as well.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry. They came back twice a day to check progress. Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond. We highly recommend this company!

I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

I had a flood at my property in Arizona and living out of state makes the whole situation chaotic. Ecodry really stepped up and took care of things. I had so many questions about the damage and they kept me informed every step of the way. Can't thank them enough for taking care of my home!

I would give negative stars if possible. Words cannot even to begin to express what a nightmare it was to work with this company after we had major water damage at the beginning of april . Let's start with the project manager. Obe is lazy and has absolutely ZERO communication skills. Many calls/texts to him went unanswered and on the chance we did get ahold of him, he was drag his feet and suggest we call people instead of doing his job himself. We had MANY issues with the people stratton sent out from the get go and yet obe didn't come out to the house to handle anything until the very end of the project 2 months later. The company they sent to install our tub and shower did a HORRIBLE job (see pics) and when we sent them the pics of the issue, they sent out the same company to tell us it was fine and supposed to be like that. This was infuriating since the whole reason we were dealing with this issue was water damage and the huge gaps in the shower would have put us right back in the same boat. We finally called the insurance company who sent out a 3rd party to inspect the tub and they agreed it was not done correctly and would handle it. They got obe to send out another company who finally installed it right, but only after the tile and drywall was installed/removed 4 or 5 separate times because of these issues. They claimed that the contractors would be gone by 3 each day and that wasn't the case. One day in particular, the contractor stayed till nearly 730pm doing a rush job on the tile and drywall because his birthday was that weekend and didn't wanna worry about work. He ended up leaving one of the tiles raised much higher than the others, creating a major fall risk. They left certain things unattached in their rush to do the job, including the ring around the toilet pipe and shower head. We requested to have them come fix the shower head issue and were told the guy would come between 2-4pm and he never showed up til 445. We never received any communication from the repair person or obe, even though we had texted him for an update. I ended up turning the guy away cause it was too late at that point, and we were told that we would receive a credit off the final bill if we wanted to just fix it ourselves. We agreed, and yet they never took the discount off. That brings us to Monday 7/5 when I called to get the bill squared away and they were apparently closed but didnt bother to tell anyone. Then I called Tuesday and was told Tiffany was in a meeting and I'd get a call back 30 mins later. I had to call back after 2 hours because they never did and they tried to get me to pay the bill without the credit. When I asked about the credit they had no idea what I was talking about and had to look into it. They called back a few hours later and offered a measly $25, which at this point we took because we just want to be done with them. Tiffany said she would send the bill the next day so we could pay it and lo and behold, it's 2 days later and we haven't got an updated invoice. This company is absolute GARBAGE in both quality and communication and the only recommendation I have is to stay far far away from them.

Took ions and tons of outreaches to put my kitchen back together and once it was it was done incorrectly; it was not a big job. The shelving wasn't put back on and there were gaps in the cabinets where debris can get into. They are eager to help to get payment from insurance and exaggerate repairs for more payment. I was literally asked if I wanted a new kitchen because they could get it out of insurance, so I was cautious. After that I kept getting asked what else I wanted done. Upon reading some reviews, I'm glad I avoided more work otherwise I'd be out money it seems. To make things worse, the person coming out to my house to put my kitchen back together called me and asked ME how much drywall was needed. He also stated he had no clue what the project was just that he was sent out.

There are many restoration companies available in the Phoenix area so it is important to know & trust the people that will be in your home. That is what you get when you call Melanie and work with her team. Having damage to your home is never fun but dealing with a company like Silver City can at least make it easy. I do recommend.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers. The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty. Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone. Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on! If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service, I would! Don't use this company!!
