Last year a hose blew off my neighbor's toilet and sprayed water all through her house the Saturday before Labor Day. We have patio homes that share a common wall so some of the water leaked into our garage and my closet and bedroom. The water damage was sooo much worse at my neighbor's. I called PureTec and Darren was at our location in the west valley in under an hour. Fortunately the damage on my side was minimal. He pulled back the carpet and got a fan going until his team could get there and pull up the padding, etc. They had us back to normal in a few days. It was watching Darren helping my neighbor that was truly amazing. He calmed her down and sat with her at our kitchen table and patiently talked her through the entire process that was about to happen, and he helped her collect what she needed to spend the night with family. He worked diligently with her homeowner's insurance to ensure that the extraction and drying was covered, and I can't even remember how many times he came by to check on us, and our neighbor while she was working with the packing company to remove her belongings to storage while the restoration work was being performed. If any of my friends even mention a water problem, I am ready with Darren's card. PureTec is a company that operates with integrity in an industry where many do not.

AZ Carpet Restoration is coming to my house tomorrow - AGAIN - and I can't wait.  I realized that so many times those of us who love our vendors don't tell anybody.  Well, this one deserves a shout out - my home's carpet will be gorgeous and clean in 18 hours!  And they clean our stores, my neighbor and a couple of my close friends carpets.  Used others years ago, no comparison.  The staff is awesome from the minute you call to the group that rings your doorbell - as I said - happy feet - my carpets will be gorgeous in less than 18 hours!

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!
Hired this company to redo a bathroom after major plumbing issues and after 6 months the work still wasn't complete. This was the only bathroom in the house and my mother who is in her 80's had to live with this nightmare every day! I finally hired another company to finish the job and these people had the nerve to ask for more money! Absolutely do not hire them!

The roofers communicated well, did a thorough and attractive job, and considered appearance and tile match on my old, outdated tiles. They did the job contracted by a solar company, so I can't comment on cost or estimates. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

I had Ecodry come out to my home after my water heater broke. I read reviews to see what I was getting myself into. I was kindof worried. But the second they stepped into my house, it was a different story. They were all so kind and helpful, they let me in on every step of the process. Their work was very clean and efficient, and the job got done fast! I used them for the reconstruction as well and the results were just as great! I would recommend them to my family and friends! My mother, 82 years old, lives alone in a small home in Payson, Arizona. She had a house fire in December. Reconstruction needed to be performed and asbestos was found so it needed to be removed. The insurance adjuster asked if my mom had a construction company she wanted to use and she said no. So, the adjuster recommended a friend of his...Stratton Restoration. They showed up and immediately wanted my mom to sign all kinds of paperwork including paperwork that said she would agree to have their company do ALL the work. She called us and we told her not to sign anything. They did not give up. They tried and tried and she finally put them on the phone with us and we told them we would like to get several bids and we would be happy to look at their bid. They said that they just wanted to clean everything from the fire and put it in storage for my mom until she figured out what she wanted to do. Like they were doing her a big favor. So, unknowingly, we told her it was okay to sign on for just cleaning and storage. No one in our family had every been through a fire before, and they knew that. Again, they tried to make her sign an all inclusive deal. Again we had to get on the phone with them and made them hand write in the words contents, cleaning and abatement only. She agreed to that portion only. We decided to go with a local company to do the actual construction. We then got a bill from Stratton for $30,000!!!!!!!! If you would have asked me how much it would cost for them to do what they did, I would say $1,000. max. Not only that, but we then find out that this money came directly out of my mother's insurance claim!!! Money that should have gone to her for contents, got sucked up by Stratton. I requested an itemized invoice (that took many emails to obtain). It was padded like crazy. They had hours and hours billed for supervising for someone watching someone else take photos of items. They exaggerated their hours. They exaggerated their days. They exaggerated everything. They charged $65 to clean a $5 pair of shorts. That doesn't even include the storage for the shorts. If they would have told my mom that she would have told them to throw them away. Anyone would. They all have to be thrown away anyway because of the asbestos and smoke. Their inventory list and photos were incomplete and incompetent. I asked several times where the complete list was and I was told over and over Don't worry, it may not be listed but it's all there in the storage unit. Well on an insurance claim it's ALL suppose to be listed. Not just whatever they choose. On top of that they were charging $239 a month for storage units. I called the storage unit facility and found out the charge was actually $95 per unit, not $239. Not once did Stratton give my mom an estimate of the charges before they performed any work, and not once did they mention that this would be coming directly out her pocket. We would have never in a million years agreed to this if we would have known the price and where the money was coming from. And they knew that. That is why they did not say a word and tried to rush my mom into signing so quickly. They also allowed her to go into the house where they said asbestos was found without a suit or mask to retrieve belongings. Who knows what the medical implications of that will be. They are now holding her belongings hostage unless she signs over the $29,346.87 check. They take advantage and prey on people and the elderly that just went through a very traumatic experience. Unconscionable. Since then, while speaking with others, I hear they do this all the time. They find out the insurance limit and take every penny they can.
My advice is to NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
They are thieves with no conscience.
My mom is retired and lives solely on social security that is at poverty level. They have taken almost all of her claim money and left her with smokey, asbestos tainted personal belongings. Oh no wait, she doesn't even have that because they are holding them hostage.

Superb restoration of my flood damage, they made a nightmare into a dream, as the laundry room is better than ever! And on top of it, Robert's customer service was top notch and he was super helpful in figuring out what we could do to correct everything that happened. I've never had a flooding situation that started off so stressful end up so happy thanks to a company that handled it so well and that clearly cared about what we wanted.

This place has employees who steal from you. I trusted them with my belongings and their crooked staff robbed me blind. Dont let these people in your house.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers.  The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty.  Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone.  Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on!  If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service,  I would!  Don't use this company!!
