My water heater blew Monday morning.  My insurance agent recommended Darrin at Purtec as she said he wouldn't charge me for more than I needed as so many other water restoration companies do.  Darrin was out within the hour and complemented me on getting the water turned off as soon as I did-he contained the area in plastic and ran fans-his men came out the next day to check and said it needed another day.  They came out this morning and tested and everything was completely dry.  They took away all the plastic and fans and cleaned up after themselves beautifully!  I couldn't be happier with Darrin and his crew!

Arizona Carpet & Restoration Company has cleaned my carpets more than once because they do an excellent job.  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable to do a great job.  I have referred them to friends for any type of cleaning or restoration job, and will continue to do so.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!
Hired this company to redo a bathroom after major plumbing issues and after 6 months the work still wasn't complete. This was the only bathroom in the house and my mother who is in her 80's had to live with this nightmare every day! I finally hired another company to finish the job and these people had the nerve to ask for more money! Absolutely do not hire them!

After a hailstorm, they moved in and sold hard;  promised a lot and provided little beyond the basics. Failed to install a piece of flashing where I now have a leak. Damaged back deck with many promises by the owner that he would reimburse us. Many promises was all we ever got. Dropped lots of trash in attic. Put in a membrane over ridge vent, so there is NO ventilation. Scammers, in my opinion. Just out for the quick buck.

EcoDry was referred to us after an a.c. water damage issue.   Although this isn't news anyone wants to hear,  my anxiety lessened as Jacob cane out the same day that the problem was identified.   He explained the process, and detailed what needed to be done.  Our demo crew, Roland, and Alex were equally as good.   They were efficient, punctual, and did a great job.   Roland was sure to keep me in the loop explaining where they were in the demo process.

We had to file an insurance claim with out H.O. Insurance. We ended up using Stratton Restoration to do the roofing job. I can say that Brandon came out to do initial walk through. Got things going. Wes took over and had the roofers out here right after shingles delivered. I am VERY HAPPY, with the roofing job and the professionalism of Stratton. Good job communicating...good workers, fast and efficient. Sometimes you see crews that one or two out of 4 or 5, work, the rest goof around...not these guys! They all worked hard. And tore off and replaced roof in like 2.5 days. Can't say enough good things. I highly recommend Stratton Restoration. Good job Stratton! Thank you, Terry H.

Several weeks ago I came home from being away, and found my kitchen faucet had broken and left water all over.  I immediately drove to Lowe's and bought a new sink/faucet (my old one was dated). Today Justin and Dalton came to do the preparation for the repair.  They were so polite and efficient.  They went about the job and worked well together.  They kept everything cleaned-up as they worked.  I have great confidence in how they explained to me how the process would go and found their straightforward manner helped me to be able to not have any surprises.  If you have a water emergency, I highly recommend Drystar and especially my fine team of Justin and Dalton.

SilverCity Restoration just restored our house like new after a water leak. Everyone, from start to finish was extremely professional & concerned about our satisfaction. They started/finished our job ahead of schedule & we couldn't be happier!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
