After dealing with my home owners not covering my claim, I was left with the headache of dealing with trusting the right company to come and fix my kitchen and mold clean up and water damage.  I contacted this company and they responded the next day. Came out gave me a great deal!!!  There customer service was great and they went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. They also provided me with other contacts that could help me with my insurance company.  There work was excellent and so CLEAN!!  I'm very satisfied with my choice on choosing them for the job.... So much relief. Thank you so much Az restoration.

EHS came out to my house cleaned up the water and put my house back together. They were clean friendly and affordable I would use them again in the future.

My condo flooded with sewage about a month ago. As you can imagine, after that happens, everything in your house smells. Not to mention, when they have to cut out your dry wall, dry wall debris go everywhere. This business came out and picked up my upholstered king bed and mattress and took it away to sanitize it. Not only did they steam it but they ironed the fabric as well so it honestly now looks better than when I originally had it delivered to my house. Mariana was super nice and prompt, Blake was extremely professional and Eddie and Jason put the bed back together quickly and without any issues. Thank you team! So happy to have my bed back!

We discovered the gutter on one side of the house had fallen so we put out a request for quotes. Patrick at Pelican Power was in quick and regular contact with us through the quote and scheduling phase. Within 2 days of contact, it was fixed, and that was with losing a day for weather. The team was professional and courteous and the pricing fair. Pelican will be my first call for future projects.

Although we didn't end up using this company for our recent ground water damage to our Prescott basement (decided to do it on our own), I thought the owner who responded and sat down with us was very direct and forthcoming about the project. He even hauled away our torn out carpet and pad for us for free. I think that's a class act. Highly recommend giving these guys a call for a bid for your next job.

My plumber was the one to refer Preferred Choice Restoration when I had water damage in my home.  I am very thankful he did because we are new to AZ and wouldn't know who to call.  They came on a Saturday in the timeframe they said they would and throughout the whole mitigation process were great! Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, fast, did great work for us.  They have great customer service and really take care of their customers.  I highly recommend their services.  Thank you to the whole crew who helped!

Had my laundry room redone and it is just perfect! I had never undergone a project like this before and they were so willing to answer all of my questions to make sure that I felt comfortable.  The gentlemen who came to perform the project were just wonderful and made sure everything was precisely to my liking.  And they made sure that everything was cleaner than when they go there.  Rudy and Kimberly were excellent to work with as well.  Will definitely have them back (hopefully the same crew) for future remodeling projects!

Patrick and Josh came to my home today for carpet cleaning. They take great care to protect furniture and your wood floors to protect from scratches. Lay a clean mat at your door so they don't track any dirt in your home. Friendly and very professional. Explained everything to me before they started, step by step. Confirmed price ahead of time. Super professional and friendly. Happy with their work.

We had water damage in our dining room and bedroom and discovered after testing that we had a mold situation. We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation, did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive.  Highly recommended.

I am super impressed. Manny was my technician, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnosis the situation. He had the shower fixed and running in minutes. I was so impressed that I am going to have them back to renovate the entire bathroom. When you find someone you can trust and count on to provide great customer service, quality workmanship and fair pricing you add that person to your speed dial. I am sharing with my fellow Yelpers!!! Literally the most horrible construction company I've seen! There are new workers every time they come to the house to work, if they even decided to show up, one smelled so badly of cigarettes it lingered in the house for a few days. They would show up for two days one week then go ghost mode for another 5 weeks, randomly show up, and do one simple task then leave again for another month! Also it's the worst remodel I've ever seen........

I am sitting here - waiting - 4.5 hours after my scheduled appointment window of 8-10am today. I have called multiple times and repeatedly been told I was next in line and that the dispatch still hadn't heard from their plumbers.

I finally called and, after letting the dispatch know this was unacceptable and that they've now commandeered my whole day - someone will be there within 45min-1hour. Amazing ... now they know where someone is?!

Had a fantastic experience a few years ago - never again. What a complete disregard for your customer.

I have worked with ALM and Larry for many years on demolition, asbestos removal and mold or flood projects.  Their prices are amazing compared to the other big companies and they always have done a great job for me!  I will continue to use ALM and would highly recommend!
