After dealing with my home owners not covering my claim, I was left with the headache of dealing with trusting the right company to come and fix my kitchen and mold clean up and water damage.  I contacted this company and they responded the next day. Came out gave me a great deal!!!  There customer service was great and they went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. They also provided me with other contacts that could help me with my insurance company.  There work was excellent and so CLEAN!!  I'm very satisfied with my choice on choosing them for the job.... So much relief. Thank you so much Az restoration.

I can't say enough good things about this company! On Monday morning, I woke up to my bedroom soffit bulging in several places with what was apparently weeks worth of dripping water from our upstairs air handler. Luckily, we had the air handler repaired the same day and that company referred us to EHS Restoration for the drying out, soffit repair and repainting. EHS arrived within the hour to assess the damage and determine the best course of action. Before we knew it, there were 3 blowers and a dehumidifier in our bedroom and a blower upstairs. There was extensive damage to our soffit and the blowers had to be on for 3 days straight. But, by Thursday, everything was dry and the soffit rebuild and texturing was done. On Friday, they came back to paint and the job was complete! What everyone needs to know is EHS called me almost everyday to ensure the job was going well and to keep me informed regarding our insurance claim. The workers were talented, prepared, extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Not only would I recommend this company to anyone, but they are a disabled veteran owned business so, please - trust me when I tell you these guys are the real deal!! My condo flooded with sewage about a month ago. As you can imagine, after that happens, everything in your house smells. Not to mention, when they have to cut out your dry wall, dry wall debris go everywhere. This business came out and picked up my upholstered king bed and mattress and took it away to sanitize it. Not only did they steam it but they ironed the fabric as well so it honestly now looks better than when I originally had it delivered to my house. Mariana was super nice and prompt, Blake was extremely professional and Eddie and Jason put the bed back together quickly and without any issues. Thank you team! So happy to have my bed back!

Pelican Power has done an amazing repair/replacement of my roof and hail damage.  People are  fantastic,  work completed quickly,  great clean up after work completed.  It's a relief to know now that I can trust a business with any home issues

Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

This Scottsdale based locally owned company performs to the established standard of care in both water damage and mold projects. They also handle asbestos abatement. I have worked with them in the past and I have had an oversight of many of their projects. I would recommend giving this company a shot

We had mold in our bathroom that went all the way to the neighbors bathroom. All dry took care of it all and safely. After their work was complete we had a company test for any leftover mold and the results came back clean for both affected bathrooms! The employees were also very kind and professional. They worked directly with our insurance too. Thanks All Dry!

After Manny provided me a quote to replace 50 feet of old sewer line he got started the next day.  He came out and had a crew of at lease 3 people digging.  They did all the digging by hand.  The crew was professional and worked the entire time.  The work area was clean and taped off so the residents of the apartment did not fall into the ditches.  At night Manny covered the ditches with plywood to provide additional safety.  The project took three days.  Manny did the work as quoted.  He installed new pipe and additional clean outs for serviceability later.  

You must know that I live in California and I did everything with Manny via phone.  Many called me twice daily and send me photos to my phone showing progress of the entire job... AMAZING!!!!   He sent me photos every day showing where he was with the work and what he had done that day.  At the end of the job he sent me photos of the finished work and how they restored everything back to normal.  He even sent me video of the project and sewer camera.  My residents were complimentary of him as well.  They said he was very professional and kept everyone informed of progress daily.  

BTW... Manny (Twin Home Experts) provided me with the most competitive proposal.  He was more competitive than spraying in a liner, bursting and direct replacement.  After the project I got a new sewer line (NEW not a patch job), new clean outs, and a warranty.  

If you don't call Twin Home Experts (Manny) to get a quote you wont know what truly good service is at a competitive price.

I really want to forget this whole experience and move on, but anyone considering Brenner needs to be warned.  We noticed a leak from our master bath almost immediately after moving into our house.  It was from a pipe underneath the bathtub which ran out into the master bedroom, resulting in the need for all the tile in the bathroom to be replaced and also the wood flooring in our bedroom.

This job was a comedy of errors, which really aren't very funny.  And it took 4 months.
Yes, I said 4 months!!!

I will say, that we ultimately are happy with how it looks, they unapologetically fixed most things, but mostly due to my husband's attention to detail, not theirs.  The highlights of this disaster started with our paperwork forgetting to be filed with the insurance company for 2 weeks.  There was limited respect and attention to covering and protecting our property during demo and construction.  In brief, they also laid one wood floor that was such a disaster, they had to demo it and do it again.  They failed to measure our bathroom properly, so they didn't order the correct amount of tile, then when they tried to order more, it was on backorder.  They washed grout down my sink, clogging it and causing it to leak.  We had two flat tires from our vehicles due to nails, coincidence?  I think not.

Did I mention they tried to collect full payment before the bathroom doors were even ordered and tiles were missing?
Then to add insult to injury, they called me less than 5 minutes after the contractor left for the last time to collect and proceeded to call and email us several times as if we were negligent!  We made full payment less that a week later.  If they spent half the time on quality control as they did on collection, maybe this job wouldn't have been such an utter disaster.  The end does not justify the means.

Roto Rooter sent help promptly - within one hour of my phone call. Emil responded to my call for help. He was on time, very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The problem I had was taken care of quickly, with no additional expenses suggested. This is the second time I have used Roto Rooter in two different cities in Arizona. I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Emil and Roto Rooter.

I have worked with ALM and Larry for many years on demolition, asbestos removal and mold or flood projects.  Their prices are amazing compared to the other big companies and they always have done a great job for me!  I will continue to use ALM and would highly recommend!
