Best Damage Restorations in United States

Cindy has been my lifeline recently after soon to be 2 years of water problems caused by other condo owners. It's been a nightmare. I've had other remediation and restoration businesses and none have been as supportive as Arizona restoration.

Very professional, reasonable prices, showed up on time.  Had suggestions to improve the project.  Would definitely use again.

Finding mold in your home is a gut wrenching moment. Finding out that I did not have mold coverage through my insurance was even worse! I found EHS through To Fix It. Victor was our technician and he was easily reachable and patient, especially with my wife who had many questions about the process as we have young children. EHS turned a nightmare situation for my family and I into a much more bearable one. I am so appreciative for their attention to detail and ensuring my home is safe for my family.

Last May, we had a flood in our home. I called in Doan Restoration. Wes from Doan then called in Integrity Contents (I believe they are partners) to pack up our house and determine what was salvageable and what was not. Both companies were able to come out the same day.

While we were impressed with the team who packed us up and then unpacked us months later, the dealings with this company were less than ideal.

We use USAA insurance so we do not have a specific agent that we work with. However, we did have a Claims Agent assigned to our case and this seemed to confuse Integrity Contents.

- I provided Pete with our claim information who gave it to the office to follow up.
-Our master bedroom was finished first by a third party contractor so we could get back into it
- I called Integrity for a partial furniture delivery. It was then discovered that USAA was never contacted and Integrity would not release any of my furniture, clothes or belongings without pay.
- I learned the woman handling it at the front desk was fired so I believe we fell through the cracks.
- A claim was finally submitted.
-The rest of the house was completed in July and we still did not have our things. It felt like Integrity Contents was holding all of our belongings hostage!
- I complained to Frank and was told that Shannon, the owner, would not release anything without being paid. It's a shame she couldn't take ownership and acknowledge that this was her company's error and compromise even a little for the inconvenience her company caused. She even refused to budge even when the check was in the mail from USAA.  
- We finally got our belongings back once they had their money.

Going through a disaster in your home is very emotional and you are vulnerable and you rely on the companies you hire to have your best interest at heart. Unfortunately, Integrity Contents only cared about the money.

Pelican Power knows their craft and gave us the best deal to remodel our bathroom.   Pelican worked closely with us to help us realize our vision of our new bathroom.  Pelican was true to their word.  Their estimate was on the money and included high-quality products. They started the job on time, worked consistently, thoroughly and considerately throughout the project; and completed the job on time.  Whenever we had a question about anything, Henry, the point person, or Pat, the owner himself, would always get back to me. I truly appreciated the clear communication line we had throughout this project. Because of Pelican Power, we now have a gorgeous shower that we really enjoy. Pelican power gets my highest recommendation for remodeling needs.

I have a sickening odor coming from my AC vents for the past 6 weeks or so. Servicemaster sent an inspector for $150.00 who could not detect odor and spent about 5 minutes inspecting ($150). Received an email that for $650.00 they would look for holes in AC ducts but that they  could not repair. No mention of mold treatment etc.
I would not recommend!!!

This was my first experience with a supply leak in a wall that caused water damage to the extent that I needed to file a homeowner's insurance claim. Our plumber recommended Preferred Choice Restoration and I am so thankful they did! They have made the process so easy and smooth from the water mitigation to the repair. They knew the process so well and were very helpful and nice. Every single person I talked to over the course of 3 weeks was so kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has water damage and needs repairs or just wants to remodel. They made the whole process so much less stressful. I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

Whoa, what a great company to have come work at our house. Noe and Michael were the technicians that were doing the job, Nice, respectful, and explained  everything they were going to do. The bid for the job was a certain price, and noe gave us some options, and the final price for the work came out lower. Great job guys. The bathroom and hallway floor look awesome.  This is a quality business and quality personal. PLEASE give them an opportunity to work at your house or business.

We had mold in our bathroom that went all the way to the neighbors bathroom. All dry took care of it all and safely. After their work was complete we had a company test for any leftover mold and the results came back clean for both affected bathrooms! The employees were also very kind and professional. They worked directly with our insurance too. Thanks All Dry!

Wow! Our experience with The Twin Home Experts was an A+++ from start to finish! Our kitchen sink was completely clogged and we had 10 guest in our home. I called at 7:00 am, they took my information and said I would hear from Manny by 8 AM when they opened. Within 10 minutes Manny called me and set up an appointment to be here within hours. They were polite and courteous and fixed our problem quickly. The Twin Home Experts is now our go to for plumbing in the future!

There is a contractor adage: good, cheap, fast, pick two. Brenner manages to do none of the above... I could tell you a very long story about my experience with them, but it would not fit in this review. It involves a water heater leak, bad repair work, a poorly re-installed water softener, another water leak, more bad repair work and a robbery. Brenner's motto is probably eh, that's good enough.

clogged/backed up drains throughout the whole house. Technician came same day and fixed it for a reasonable fee with 120 day guarantee. I would only call RR in the future as I had two other plumbers here who could not help me.

What ever you do, do not hire Larry Hampton or ALM Services.  He did restoration work on our house with out the proper license.   He did not pull permits.  He agreed to do the total job for 19,000 and filed a pre lien that would have totaled 33,000.  His workers helped themselves to my refrigerator and drank my power aid.  They banged up our furniture and possessions.  They broke stuff and hid the broken stuff.  We have things missing and had to file a police report.   I have pictures of his team using our ladder.  I have a list of 45 things wrong when Larry Hampton was finished. Workmanship was TERRIBLE across the board. The only way we were able to get him back to try to settle or get  my stuff fixed was to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. He lied to me and to the investigator.
