Nobody loves calling a company like ASAP Restoration. It comes on the heels of a home disaster, where stress is high and questions abound. Not only was ASAP super responsive in responding to the immediate needs of mitigating flood damage, the company also helped me navigate the frustrating process of insurance claims and home restoration. Everyone I worked with and talked to was great: Starting with Tony. who answered my first call and talked me off the ledge, Doug, who did the estimate for the insurance company, Annette the patient office administrator, and Nick, the project manager. The workers who came out to do the reconstruction work were all top-notch, conscientious and polite, including drywall installer Zeus and painters Mike and Jerry, and the floor installers from Floor One. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Having your home renovated is never an easy thing to go through, but the folks at this company made it as pain-free as possible.

Shauna Hensley with ATH Restoration is simply the best at what she does!  She really knows her stuff.  The customer service is top notch.  You will not get a more fair and honest quote for your restoration.  I highly recommend you call them.  They are just the nicest company and I recommend them 100% and they deserve all of the stars in the sky not just 5 stars!!!

I requested to have my tile and grout cleaned on Friday and Mike was super responsive and came out the very next day. He was on time and very friendly. Honored the quote he gave me and it was super affordable. Our floors look great! We will definitely use this company again!

I'm so surprised by the positive reviews. He ripped me off for $5000.00. Have to rewire the lighting, got paint all over my furniture and was paid to redo my roof. Just did a few patches. I've learned a hard lesson.

We have used Darryl a few times at our house. Once when we were buying and we saw that the previous owners had a flood in the home, he came through and did a full home inspection and found a few areas that were not correctly replaced. His team did a fantastic job remediating the areas to where you would never know anything had ever happened. We've also had him out when we've had a few previous scares of mold. Each time Darryl is thorough, honest, professional and  goes above and beyond to walk us through everything he is seeing. To give an example, yesterday we had him come out and look at a small leak we found and he was honest in that we would be able to fix it ourselves and walked us through the steps we should take. Would highly recommend using this company!

I had a wonderful experience with Good Times Restoration.  From the first communication when I reached out to the company via Yelp for a quote, I received stellar support! I received a timely quote, timely service, and timely advice! The company saved me from buying a house with a significant mold issues.  The tech was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to explain everything to us. After the inspection, he quickly turned around his report. The inspection was free but I can guarantee you that if I ever have an environmental problem in my house - my first phone call will be to Good Times restoration! Well done- 5 stars!!

Came out after one of my properties had a weird smell, they found a small section of mold and found a major leak behind my toilet they took care of the mildew smell and removed all drywall from the affected areas. Cleaned up all the nails and left no dust ready for my drywall guys to patch it up. Fast professional and honest straight to the point with no BS. Very happy With their services.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

I wish I could give a score lower than zero. This company took something that should've been an easy fix to a situation that took months to resolve. My condo had a leak coming from inside a wall. I should've called the plumber and had it taken care of the next day. I remembered that I had a home warranty on the property so I contacted them instead. That was my first mistake. The plumber they sent took a quick look and couldn't determine anything. He said a restoration company would have to come out and open up the wall to access the leak. Alex, from the restoration company, came out, took a look and said they needed the results of an asbestos test before they could open the wall. They wouldn't have the results until the following week. They couldn't do anything before then. What?! This was an active, intermittent leak releasing gallons of water and soaking the carpet in a few areas. I never would have imagined that this situation would turn into such a nightmare, largely due to this company. They did such a horrible job that their negligence resulted in at least 3 floods and the loss of my tenants. To add insult to injury, they called and left two voicemails, also sent two emails saying the insurance company was issuing a payment but they weren't getting enough money and there was an $830.23 balance. I got a letter in the mail stating so and I called my insurance adjuster. He said this is common practice for these companies to do this and the insurance already paid what charges they felt were justified. All of the communications from Rocky Mountain Restoration had a threatening tone when it came to collecting money. The letter stated that it was my second notice, which wasn't true.  When I got the letter in the mail, I emailed the company saying that it is unethical to try to collect more money after they already received their insurance payment! I had home insurance and a home warranty and these weasels are sending me an $830 bill?! The response I got wasn't very convincing. The Claims Manager, J. Tanner, claimed that the letter that I received in the mail was mailed by mistake. Hard to believe after receiving phone calls & emails stating the same. They are vultures & liars. Stay away. Communication is key- who came up with that one??

Minor leak in tub lead to nearly $5000 in charges for two drywall repairs, one of which didn't need repaired. Many others have shared this as well but the best word to describe Adams is FRAUD. Included a line item charge for $300 in HVAC labor despite absolutely no HVAC involvement. Referred to a plumber who claimed he replaced a busted pipe but really just added puddy to a drain, and charged $450. Unresponsive. Non-proactive. Unhelpful. Slow. Call office and all you hear is oh I don't deal with that department, you'll have to talk to someone else.
