We had a water heater leak that sent water down the stairs and into the wall.
ASAP responded when I called nd quickly gave me a reasonable estimate to
remediate, repair and paint. Since I dont live nearby, I was so happy to find a company that was honest and trustworthy. Representatives called me to inform me of the progress every step of the process. I would recommend ASAP Restoration without hesitation.

All of the workers that came to my house were all very polite  Where very professional acting Where very professional They all wore Masks. Whenever they would do a job they would clean it up they put plastic down put blankets outdoors to wipe their feet any one they send are very very good company Will ,Glen Hasso and Eli were great to work with!!!!!! Absolute pros! They responded immediately--I'm talking setting up fans within an hour. We had to leave town for a funeral but I felt completely comfortable having Nathan and his team work in our home. They were tidy, professional, and always easy to reach. On top of all that they're nice people. 100% recommend.

Michael was very friendly and professional. He cleaned our light grey sectional & did a great job at getting all of the stains out & made them look brand new again! We had Mike out to our house to bid a job. He texted my husband the price for the job and we said we would like to move forward with the job. He said on Thursday that he would get us a contract the next day. Friday came and went with no contract, my husband followed up and mike said he would have the contract to us by Monday. Monday came and went with no contract. At this point I began to feel skeptical and told my husband that we should go with another (cheaper) bid that we got instead. My husband relayed the message to Mike who became very angry and had an attitude about it. He claimed that he turned down jobs to do our job and that this is why they get deposits, etc. etc. Well yes Mike had we gotten that contract and/or paid a deposit to ensure our job was on the calendar then we wouldn't have backed out. That is literally the entire point of the contract. We had other jobs lined up that required the drywall to be done first and didn't have time for flaky contractors so we definitely weren't going to take any chances. He then continued to call and text my husband while he was at work even after my husband told him that he was at work and unable to talk at that time. It was very strange how many times he texted my husband after he was told that we were going with someone else. His last text of the day was around 11pm that night. My husband didn't respond to him at all after saying he couldn't talk so it was definitely very weird behavior. He was very rude and unprofessional and we are both glad that we went with someone else who was prompt, punctual, and did great work and for a cheaper price.

Daryl is exceptional. He removed/treated the mold in our sunken wet bar area as well as replaced/repaired the shelves/walls   He was professional, forthright and clearly talented. We appreciated that he does it all from remediation to final restoration. No need to get others involved. Daryl said up front he would complete the work in one week and in fact he did.  Thank you for the good quality work Daryl.

Trenton and his team were amazing. They showed up and handled all the water and damage and got our house dried out!  They were amazing!!!!!

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Chris called ahead and was on time.  He was kind, greeted us with a smile.  We had some bubbles in our carpet and he made it look like new. Reasonably priced as well.  Will use for future repairs.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane did a great job of sealing up some old windows that were showing signs of gaps in the sealing and becoming drafty. His work ethic was great and he was more than happy to explain the process of the project. Respected my home and surroundings, and provided very fair pricing. Would highly recommend for any window repair projects you may need.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

I called Rocky Mountain Restoration in January to get a second opinion after another company tried to tell me my entire bathroom and downstairs wall needed to be torn out due to some water damage.

JD from Rocky Mountain came out and was AMAZING! He didn't see dollars signs and he instead put my mind at ease. Very honest people who told me worse case I would need a little dry wall replaced. I appreciate their help!

Terrible company, it's been more than a month since I gave them thousands of dollars and still have yet to be contacted about when they will actually come do the job. Please stay far away from this company.. they will likely scam you.
