ASAP Restoration was wonderful to work with after we experienced flooding in our laundry room. The General Manager, Deb, quickly responded to any and all questions, explaining every step of the process. Phil and Jay, who set up the dehumidifiers and fans and checked on the moisture levels for us, were great to work with as well. They were professional, considerate of our space, and open about the status of the drying project as well.

If you are looking at other companies as you are reading this review, look no further, call ZONA!  When I contacted ZONA, we had an unfortunate water emergency in our brand new home.  We had contacted a company before ZONA based on a Google search. When that company came to our home, they were in unmarked vehicles, looked at our situation and scratched their heads.  They even called for backup.  It seemed that our issue was very straightforward, but they clearly were not 100% sure on a game plan.  Sensing that something was not right, I called a very reliable source of mine in the insurance business and she said to immediately send the other company away and call ZONA.

Within just a short period of time, Jason from ZONA came out; he was very very professional, looked at our home and confidently came up with a game plan. He got to work right away and helped us feel at ease.  He stayed into the early hours of the evening as he wanted to make sure all of the work was done right.  As the next few days unfolded, they came as they promised, on time, with a professional crew, vehicles and equipment in tow.  Their owner, Aaron, even came out to take a look at the house first hand.  We appreciated all of the smooth communication from the minute we called them.  

As you can imagine, with a brand new home, we wanted everything back in close to perfect condition.  I know there is no other company out there that can do the work ZONA had done.  They worked with us to make sure every minor detail was just right.  They have stayed true to their word that they want to make us happy at the end of the day, and love the final product.  We cannot say enough great things about Aaron, Jason, Will and crew, we will always appreciate them making a very unfortunate situation as smooth and positive as possible.  THANK YOU!

Arizona Total Home Restoration recently completed an asbestos abatement in our garage. We can't recommend them highly enough! Every employee was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The project was stress-free for us and completed very quickly. Thank you!!

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

At the end of 2022, Mike and his company did a drywall ceiling repairs for us. One of the jobs was a high ceiling that required scaffolding. He and his crew are professional, did a great job, and do quality work. The painters did a good job matching and blending the paint too.

Had a recent plumbing leak.  After being told by another company they would have to cut open walls and do all sorts of reconstruction, I called Daryl for for a second opinion.

Daryl was very patient in understanding my situation, explaining what to look for, how to actively dry out the wet area, and prevent any potential mold issues.

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. I would recommend Good Times without hesitation to anyone, and go so far as to say not to even look further at other restoration companies.

Flood Pros were professional and reasonable. They do a great job of clean-up and monitoring the situation. I had water damage and they were in here every couple of days to check on moisture level. The office staff is so good. Thanks Bridgette!

Doan Restoration was AMAZING! We had a burst pipe in the wall and they arrived as soon as we called. Chris S. Was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide stellar service. If you have water damage -- these are the guys to call!! So grateful!

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

Chris is the man for carpet repair. He re-stretched several sections of my home's carpet that still look as good as the day he did it a year later.  Very fair pricing.  Good communication & quick scheduling.  Would absolutely call him again if I had carpet issues.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

If you are on the fence of who to use i would tell you pick this guy.   I had a difficult problem that i was trying to solve on sound proofing windows in my bedroom.

I started a request for a quote on Yelp , and of the 3 people to respond Shane with Valiant,  answered all my questions about my needs.   Before he even knew i was going to use him, he seem very genuine unlike the other people that responded.  (Why I find this important  is because i dont want to give random companies my phone number or email address to get harassing calls and emails from companies that dont even do windows).  After a short phone conversation with him  he had me convinced he was the right guy for the challenge I had.  He made an appointment with me and he showed up on time, accessed the job on site and he came up with a solution that saved me over $1000.

He did not require a deposit for my job (not saying he wouldn't require a deposit for your job.  But it showed me he wasnt using my deposit to pay for the last job.  As many of the people in home improvement industry do.....

He gave me a quote with him doing all the work and one just for the purchase of the
Glass (for me to install myself  as a super handy DIY. I chose to do the installation my self which meant he would not make as much $'s, and he still treated me as just an  important customer.  VERY IMPRESSED.

Because of this attitude it earned him additional work at my my rental properties.

A major thumbs up for him and people in the trades like him.  Honest trades people are hard to find  but if you use him you will agree.........

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

We had a pipe break in the kitchen wall....plumber stopped working as there was water on the floor under dishwasher and walls were wet. He knew we had to get a restoration company in and called Rocky Mountain. Logan was our project manager; he set up the demolition...we were very pleased with the workers that did the restoration. The cleaned up and made things livable, as much as you can do without a kitchen. We would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration for any of your needs.

Adams Restoration came out when we had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. They came out right away and walked us through the process of what to expect over the next week. They worked with my insurance company and got everything handled quickly. We were so happy to have been referred to them because we had no idea of what to expect. They did a great job and we'd be happy to refer them to our friends and family.
