We were nervous calling companies to assist with our damage. It was already a painful and emotional experience for us to begin with but we're so happy we went with ASAP. They handled everything from our initial conversation to the end. They came out quickly and told us what to expect.

This whole ordeal could've been a lot more stressful but thankfully they made us feel like their only client and my stress level was limited. Deb, the General Manager, made sure we connected the loose ends on some tasks. I'm super grateful to Deb and the thoughtfulness she showed to my wife during the few weeks we communicated.

The owner, Josh, even reached out to me and made sure we are ok with certain things at the end of our job.

Grateful to ASAP. I don't ever want this to happen again but any family members or friends, I would instantly recommend them without hesitation.

Hi, I had an excellent experience working with Zona Restoration.  I had some concerns over mold in my shower, and so rather than just have one company do the testing I scheduled two companies to test after looking them up in AZ Board of Contractors, the BBB.org and anywhere else I could find on the net.   Zona Restoration did a much better job as they did both an air quality test in the shower and another one outside so that I had something to compare it to.  A 3rd party lab provides the results and since Zona Restoration provided the lab results.  Aaron from Zona Restoration was very understanding and helped me understand the numbers that I was seeing.   I would definitely recommend Zona Restoration for any testing needs you have or bathroom remodeling needs.  They're top notch and provide excellent service.  Craig from Mesa

This review is way too over due.

We had a leak that had caused water damage under our kitchen sink back in May. The plumber had recommended calling out a restoration person and had actually put in a referral. I was impatient and found ATH on yelp, and within a half hour they were at my house assessing the damages.

This was by far the best decision I made during the process. Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were wonderful at communicating with me about their entire process. They even came and met with the insurance adjuster and showed him pictures of the damages. I literally heard the adjuster say at one photo, Oh that's great, that will help me get them more back.

Hire them! You will not regret it!

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

Had a recent plumbing leak.  After being told by another company they would have to cut open walls and do all sorts of reconstruction, I called Daryl for for a second opinion.

Daryl was very patient in understanding my situation, explaining what to look for, how to actively dry out the wet area, and prevent any potential mold issues.

Had a flooding incident in my home and called DOAN. Benjamin was the utmost professional and I couldn't be happier with the work performed. My home is in better shape than they found it. I would recommend DOAN Restoration for any emergency or other work needed to your home.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Chris did a perfect job restretching our great room and hall carpeting.  He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable.  He moved the heavy pieces of furniture and made the carpeting look like new again.  I would highly recommend him for any of your carpeting needs.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane came out and measured and explained the replacing the window process. Had the quote back to us by that evening and went ahead and had him put in the order for the replacement. Once it arrived, he reached out to find a time that worked for our schedule to come back and install. Will recommend and use again.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

I'm leaving this review for Rocky Mountain Restoration, but also for Logan in particular.  I just want to commend him for his spectacular work and customer service. Rarely do you find someone this professional, and reliable... I felt that it was worth a review.  

My dad was out of town, in a different country actually, and while I staying over at his place, a pipe busted and the water coming from that pipe was being absorbed by the walls of his bathroom.  It was bad enough that the plumber told me that the walls were about to expand at any moment.  I found this out at night, and contacted Rocky Mountain Restoration, and they made every effort (around my schedule) to get in, and fix it for me.  

Logan was accommodating, professional, friendly, and punctual.  I texted his cell phone multiple times during the process of getting my dad's walls dried, and he NEVER sounded annoyed with me.  Honestly, I can be annoying and demanding.  I'm the type of person who keeps following up if I'm given a timeline and it isn't met.  

Logan was always polite and calm, just trying to get the work done before the water damage got worse.  I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me, and was as concerned about the walls as I was.  There were times I would tell him that a certain appointment time would be ok, only to find out that I can no longer have him come at that time, and I had to reschedule.  Even then, he tried his best to help me and fit my needs.  Again, he was really patient with me.  He would tell me that he would get an estimate or invoice to me in X amount of time, and sure enough, it would be done.  He would give me a window of time that he'd be at our place, and he was NEVER late.  He explained and walked through the process of everything with me.  I would have a ton of questions, and he would answer every single one of them.  

I was given Rocky Mountain Restoration's contact info by my plumber, and he assured me that Rocky Mountain is a reliable company, and he was right.  I highly recommend Logan and Rocky Mountain Restoration to anyone who needs a trustworthy company for their restoration needs!! I have had many home projects done & have dealt with many contractors but have NEVER EVER had such HORRIBLE experience anywhere.

Adams restoration company is the WORST COMPANY to work with. I had a water damage due to a water heater leak. Adams was referred to by the Home warranty company. They went to work right away with many promises and lies. The ripped open a wall where the damage was. They claimed to DRY out all the water before rebuilding. But once that was done, they disappeared asking us to call back when the water heater was replaced.
After the water heater was replaced, and we called them, there was a lady who insisted that if we paid them $500, she could scheduled the rebuild process the very next day. Trusting that, we paid the $500 through our credit card. But nobody turned up.
After multiple attempts to call them, we finally spoke to a lady ANNETTE . She is the most RUDE person i have ever spoken to. She insisted that since the insurance claim was approved for $2300 while they claimed $7500 and since the insurance company had paid us directly for the damages, we pay up the $2300 for the cleanup work that was done first before she could schedule a PROJECT MANAGER to call & schedule the rebuild... The quote for $7500 was way too much for the work that was done by them(basically just put multiple fans to dry the humidity out).  On asking for more details regarding the invoice and on expressing the urgency to schedule the rebuild, she turned out ABUSIVE and Threatened my husband & I. Not wanting to deal with that, we paid the company with the promise that the said 'project manager' would call us the same day. This conversation was 2 weeks since the water damage had happened. Its been a week since the payment to Adams and we have not heard from anyone. On calling them today, a lady MORGAN said the same that a project manager will call us to schedule the rebuild. We have paid $2800 for a couple of fans to dry the moisture out of walls & for the company to rip open my home.
The wall that was ripped open is an external wall leading to my children's room. Its been 4weeks now since the damage & I still not have had anyone call me back. We are now trying to get the repair done through an independent contractor.
The WORST EXPERIENCE  EVER. I don't know how this company is still in business with such ruthless & worthless working for them.
