Highly recommend ASAP Restoration LLC.  They responded right away and came out the very next day.  Professional was on time and very thorough.  He asked questions about my concerns before proceeding to ensure we were addressing all issues.  Overall I couldn't be more pleased with their service!

My house flooded during a storm in July. I had damage along the entire east wall, which includes the master bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a bedroom. I was given a quote of 10,000 for just the dry out from another company. I was quoted less than half that price by Zona. They did an amazing job at a much more reasonable price, and they did everything they could to help me keep costs down because the flood was not covered under homeowner's insurance.
The damaged areas are now rebuilt. I cannot recommend Zona more. The work was done efficiently and the people there are great to work with.

What an amazing company! I can't believe how professional and knowledgeable Nate was. He explained the entire process from start to finish and was always available for me whenever I needed him I would highly recommend them for any water damage or mold removal project.

I requested to have my tile and grout cleaned on Friday and Mike was super responsive and came out the very next day. He was on time and very friendly. Honored the quote he gave me and it was super affordable. Our floors look great! We will definitely use this company again!

After suffering water damage from a leak, we had Mike's Drywall Service come out to do the repair work after the demo crew left.  Five rooms had the drywall removed from the floor up to about three feet.  Mike's crew did a great job of replacing the missing drywall; you can't even see any seams in the wall!  We also had Mike's crew remove some arches between rooms that we no longer wanted.  Mike worked out the details with our engineer to get the job done right.  The arches were removed providing a more open look and feel.  Mike's crew added a walk-in pantry to what used to be an open area.  Some plumbing, electrical and HVAC work had to be done by people Mike suggested and worked with in the past.  Mike's crew painted the entire interior and did an awesome job.  I usually do my own painting, and am pretty good at it, but his crew did far better than I could have done.  Everything turned out great!  All of the work was done while I was 1,900 miles away.  So Mike and I had a lot of communications back and forth to get things done.  It took about 6-8 weeks to get everything done.  The job cost about $30,000.

We are so happy with our remediation. We suspected we had mold somewhere after some allergies in the house. Daryl came out the day after I called and did walk through and took 4 samples. He found mold is places we didn't suspect (kitchen and a guest bathroom) and suggested the air ducts be cleaned. His bid for the remediation was very reasonable (and lower than any other estimate we got (we checked just out of diligence)) and included the rebuild. He completed the project in 4 days. He has a guaranteed bid, so even though our issue was larger than he estimated, the cost remained the same, which was a relief to us. We would recommend him to anyone in need of a test or remediation--and if you are buying a home, we'd suggest him as part of the inspection!

Jared and his team were beyond incredible. I've had a lot of experience with different contractors and home service providers over the years and there are a very few I would give 5 stars to.

Communication was amazing. They always showed up on time (with a text when on their way), and they were very thorough in their estimate and describing the scope of services.

Our scope of work started with mold, but when asbestos was found, unfortunately they weren't able to service our home. I was actually disappointed that I wouldn't be able to use them! Good Times will for sure be my first call if we ever experience an issue with our home in the future!

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

I recently had some carpet repairs done.  I was extremely pleased with the repair.  Chris, the owner, does the repair himself.  The repair was completed  the next day.  And it was a very reasonable charge.  He was courteous and very professional.  I would recommend this business to anyone with no hesitation .

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

We had a transom window with a crack and the insulation was coming out.  Shane from Valiant contacted me right away and gave me choices when he would be in the neighborhood.  He came out in 3 days.  His bid was less than the competitors.  We agreed on a date and time for changing out the window.  There was no I'll be there between 10:00 and 3:00.  He needed a week to manufacture the window.

Shane arrived exactly on time - WOW and YAY!  He was a kind young man.  He went right to work and installed the new window.  He cleaned up after the work was done, including dustbusting the floors inside and out.

I completely recommend Valiant Window Repair and Shane.  We will definitely hire him again if ever we need a window repaired.  Susan

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

Rocky Mountain was awesome. I would use them again in a second. We had a water leak from our washer and they were out within a half hour of my husband calling.  They were easily reachable by phone as questions arose and communicated well with our insurance adjuster.  They even helped the adjuster understand that we needed more done then the adjuster thought.  They always  showed up on time, and were very friendly and courteous. They were clean cut, used clean language and made me feel comfortable while they worked in my home. They went the extra mile for me in many situations just to make me happy. They always cleaned up after themselves.  Great job guys.  No offense, but I hope not to need you again  but if I do have a water leak, I'm calling you guys!

We have nothing but love for this company! We had a horrible situation and thought it was going to take forever to repair, NOT with this company!  They were there quickly and got everything going, stayed in constant contact about everything that was happening all the way to the end!!!! We hope  to never have a disaster like that again but if we do will will be calling Adams Disaster and Restoration!
