Supply line in the downstairs bathroom burst and created water damage downstairs.  Called ASAP restoration and they reached in an hour to start the mitigation . Shane Rowley  was their key technician . He gave detailed explanation and then started the mitigation process. He paid attention to even very  small details during the entire process which lasted for 7 days to fully complete. All other people who came were also good and friendly (Rick, Harold, sorry but I forgot the name of other two gentlemen). In the end , It felt that I called the right company for the mitigation work.

We returned home from a 10-day trip at the beginning of March to water damage and mold in our home.  The plumber we called to locate the leak recommended Zona and we jumped right in after reading several positive reviews.  We first worked with the mitigation side of the business - Thomas was fabulous.  On top of being pregnant with 2 small kids in the house AND the Covid-19 situation, I really wasn't crazy about having to tackle this at the time, but we had no choice.  Thomas got his guys out quickly to handle the mold remediation, and made special efforts to keep the mess contained to the one hallway where the damage had occurred.  He kept in excellent contact with me throughout the process, and reassured me in a time when my stress levels were through the roof.  The next step in the process was the restoration.  We were paired up with Robert for this, and his contractor was Richard - who was very good.  These guys knew our sense of urgency in getting the project completed before the Stay at Home Order was issued, and they jumped through hoops to get everyone scheduled within a short amount of time. Richard also kept us very much in the loop with excellent communication.  I am very happy with Zona Restoration and even happier that this project is behind us!!  Thank you guys.

Shauna Hensley with ATH Restoration is simply the best at what she does!  She really knows her stuff.  The customer service is top notch.  You will not get a more fair and honest quote for your restoration.  I highly recommend you call them.  They are just the nicest company and I recommend them 100% and they deserve all of the stars in the sky not just 5 stars!!!

I have never had a need for rug or carpet cleaning since I have been in Goodyear for over 5 years.
I looked on Yelp for reviews and Rainbow International Renovation had excellent feedback so I called them and set up an appointment. They came today to clean two rugs and they look brand new! Mike and Mario or Marco (sorry! I can't remember which one) were very professional and knowledgeable.
Their price was literally half of other cleaner's prices.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Great work. On time, responsive, craftsmanship, quality work. Only potential negative was cleanliness at the end, door had a big chunk of dry mud stuck to it and bathroom counter had some as well. Nothing major though.

We recently moved in to a new home and there is a really odd smell in one cabinet.
Could it be mold?
I called Moldex and at the appointment we ruled out mold due to the smell. I didn't purchase additional treatment but was advised of various cleaning methods.

We chose this company to do the water mitigation and reconstruction due to a water line and drain leak. They were very responsive and communicated well through phone calls and text. They did a great job documenting each step of the process and working with insurance.  The work done was near perfect which I've never encountered since moving to AZ almost 20 years ago. The dry wall, texture and paint were done well and I can't tell where the holes in the wall were. Ruben, Jared, Hunter and everyone I worked with did great.

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

We had fairly new carpeting that was beginning to buckle.  I contacted Chris and received a prompt response.  He came out to give me an estimate and we set a date.  

Chris responded to all emails and showed up promptly for our appointment.  He was very neat and professional.  He made sure all the newly stretched carpet was securely tacked down.  He even had to move some of our heavier furniture in the bedrooms.  

Final product looks great!  All the buckles have disappeared from our carpet.  I highly recommend Chris for any carpet needs.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I had two windows in the house that were not-so noticeably leaking water underneath the carpet of my new-ish build.

I reached out to Valiant Window Repair as soon as I noticed on Saturday night, had a response Sunday morning and an appointment on the schedule by Monday morning.

Shane was outstanding, was very thorough explaining the problem to me, showing me how to clean the tracks on my window as well as the cause of the leak (huge cracks between the exterior wall and the window frame caused by shoddy builder work).

He quickly sealed up all 9 windows (including the cracks that had branched off), popped the windows off the track to clean everything while being respectful of me in a meeting while working from home. Thanks Shane!

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

James was great, efficient and professional.  We are satisfied with Rocky Mountain Restoration.

They were brought in by our home warranty people and AM PM Plumbing. They brought in the huge fans we didn't want. Did a crap job in Our bathroom demo. Cut drywall up past the ceiling (unnecessary) and past all the 2x4 support boards...making a ton more damage for us to fix. They try to up the bill and damages so they make more money if they do the repairs. Worst company and worst ratings for a reason. Plus they left the water damaged cabinet for us to dispose of but had no trouble taking our $1500 bathtub to resell.
