I don't normally leave reviews for company I don't hire, but that is what makes Josh and his company all the more impressive! Before driving out he asked me to send him some pictures of the areas I was concerned about. He told me it is impossible to tell without seeing it in person but that he felt very confident it was in fact mold eating away the drywall by our shower. He gave me some awesome tips for how to go about it myself without investing so much money into this smaller project. He then went on to email me other contacts and info for me later in the evening to make sure I had all of the info. Great guy and extremely impressive service! I would feel confident you are in good hands with him and his team.

Completely outrageously priced, $38,190!! My project is: frame out for a garage door and repace t1-11 wood siding. There's nothing complicated about this project. The house has already been inspected by a structural engineer.

The room was a carport, enclosed it & now a finished room with electric. Conversion to a garage does not require a structural engineer. This fee isn't on the quote but I'm told they needed a structural engineer. I call bullshit!!

What an amazing company! I can't believe how professional and knowledgeable Nate was. He explained the entire process from start to finish and was always available for me whenever I needed him I would highly recommend them for any water damage or mold removal project.

Michael was very friendly and professional. He cleaned our light grey sectional & did a great job at getting all of the stains out & made them look brand new again! My fiancé and I were very pleased with his service & he did it in a timely manner & even gave us advice on our flooring grout. I recommend his services to anyone!

We had Mike and his team out to repair some holes after electrical work, some water damage on our ceiling, and painting.  He was very responsive with his quote and got the job done in two days start to finish.  Excellent, friendly team!  I wouldn't hesitate to have them back for more work.

Jeff came to my home to test for mold by taking air samples. A total of 6 including outside samples. $1800 dollars for the testing and lab result report. This is highway robbery.  

I will blame myself for being so desperate and stupid to have agreed to this but after the fact realized what an idiot I was and that I was surely taken advantage of. The guy is a fast talking used car kind of sales person.  And he will talk your ears off until you can no longer hear. And he claims he is a professor at GW, Ph.D., retired from HUD or whatever federal agency he said he worked for etc. Which are all fiction. He fabricates and really knows 0 about accurate mold testing, how to interpret results, the detrimental effects on people who are genetically susceptible to mold illness (about 25 percent of population),  and plays the role of mold expert.  

I just had my entire home inspected, inside and outside, humidity levels taken, dampness detection, 6 samples for mold testing, and written report of lab results- by a different company. For $299!!

I still can not believe I was that stupid to spend $1800 and that this guy the mold expert can take advantage of unknowing victims.

My mother had an improperly installed water heater leak and damage baseboards and flooring throughout her home. She's had a stressful year and has limited mobility. This company was selected by her home owners insurance company. They were polite and clean (work and presentation) as well as professional. She's hard to impress and raves about their service. Thank you!

As a contractor of many years here in the valley I often time run into leaks, and water damage readily. Taylor and crew at 24Hour are the only guys I call. They are FAST, professional, detailed, and get the job done properly.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

I am so happy to have found Chris. He was able to repair & retack the threshold of my carpet from my new tile flooring! Now every time I walk over this threshold I'm not frustrated at the original flooring company who botched the job!  Thank you so much Chris for doing a professional job!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

We had a transom window with a crack and the insulation was coming out.  Shane from Valiant contacted me right away and gave me choices when he would be in the neighborhood.  He came out in 3 days.  His bid was less than the competitors.  We agreed on a date and time for changing out the window.  There was no I'll be there between 10:00 and 3:00.  He needed a week to manufacture the window.

Shane arrived exactly on time - WOW and YAY!  He was a kind young man.  He went right to work and installed the new window.  He cleaned up after the work was done, including dustbusting the floors inside and out.

I completely recommend Valiant Window Repair and Shane.  We will definitely hire him again if ever we need a window repaired.  Susan

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

our bathroom upstairs got a water flood, the damage went from the bathroom to the kitchen in the first floor. Adam's came within 2 hours to start the restoration, step 1 drying bathroom, removing tile and removing ceiling in the kitchen. It took sometime to schedule the repair and that the only reason for 4 stars, the full process took 4 months. Staff is very attentive, responsive to calls and well organized on documentation and contacting the insurance. the final repair was well performed, reinstaling the drywall to the ceiling and tile in the bathroom. I recognize the good job by Paco on reinstaling and paiting the full ceiling in the kitchen and from Kevin and Eric (Projec Mgr) for the tile.
