After calling for an estimate on some roofing repairs Jeffrey came out and did a good inspection. I was satisfied with his quote and was ready to give them the job. However, getting anything in print was beyond ridiculous. No print/email quote in 2 days. Called him back. Asked if I would have it in the next day and a half, yes he says. Nothing ! Called again, trying to go directly to their office, they directed me to him. He checks, says Oh, we don't have your email address !! Gave it to him, supposed to have it there within a couple days, pay half down, other half on completion. Ok. 3 weeks later... Nothing !! What a joke !! Total waste if time. I went with my other contractor instead. Had an email quote next day, gave him the job and he had it done in the time frame he quoted me for the exact price. Didn't have to pay Anything down in advance either !!

Very happy we called Zona Restoration.  They answered the phone when we called, were available to meet almost immediately, were extremely knowledgeable, and were friendly and proactive throughout the process of getting our rental property repaired.  I wish all contractors were as easy and friendly to work with.   Thank you Kelli and Aaron!

Mikes Drywall just completed an interior room in my home in Fountain Hills and did an outstanding job. From the first call I made, Mike was prompt and courteous. The crew showed up everyday at 7am, just as he said they would, and finished the job in three days. When they finished, they cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been there. Wow - I just had the oddest call with this business. I wanted to get a straight answer on pricing because I am concerned I am being exposed to mold in either my office or my home. Instead, the person I spoke to was completely arguing with everything I had to say and then told me I worked for a competitor and to never call them again.

& never wavered to increase price. I had mold & water damage from a slow leaking Attic water pipe. I was unaware of the Leak, dripping behind the Guest Room Closet wall. My home is only 7 yrs. old. What a shock. Who runs around checking Closets for water spots or mold in the corner of base boards in a Guest Closet?
They worked with me bcz (Insurance refused to pay) claiming, I should have seen a tiny leak in the corner of my Guest Closet. There was no smell. So when I saw 1 small spot of mold, I was shocked.
& when wall was opened, the Wood & Drywall was covered with mold. Advice, watch for even smallest water spots,
in closets, under sinks, ceiling spots. Water may be slowly dripping inside a wall/walls & mold grows fairly quickly.
Good Times gave me the option to find my own Plumber, Carpet Co. etc., or use their Contractors.

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

Terrible company!  If your house catches on fire and burns to the ground and you want nothing but issues then hire this company. Be prepared to just do the work yourself. They will leave you high and dry .  Its a terrible company

Co-worker had them work on a simple sink repair with min. water damage. Took 5 months and still trying to go thru the process to get final payment done due to incorrect invoices! Front office manager is rude and shouldnt in a customer service role. Owner is 100% absent from the company. Dont expect anything but long drawn out processes and unanswered calls, text or emails. Everything is total $hit show!
