I am so impressed with Josh and ASAP Restoration.  I own a rental home in Arizona and I live in Florida.  Josh was able to assist me with my water damage issue in a clear and concise manner.  I highly recommend this company to anyone, especially out of state homeowners!

I had a roof leak that damaged both outside and inside my home. The team at Zona has been nothing but professional. I have received often and clear communication and additional kindness that went above and beyond their job description. Ryan and Zach stood there and chatted with my 6 year old son and answered his endless questions and took the time to make him feel important. Zach did our interior and did a wonderful job! It looks like there was never any damage...like new! I received clear communication and professional and quick work from him. Highly recommended!

We first used Mike for some drywall repair and replacement about 15 years ago and never forgot the quality of his work, so when our house flooded in May, the only person we contacted for the drywall repair was Mike. Once again the quality of workmanship was professional and the walls turned out beautifully and the texture matches the existing texture flawlessly. You cannot tell any work was ever done. It's that good. In spite of schedule conflicts, other contractors coming and going, and shifting requirements, the work was completed on time and it looks amazing. Thanks Mike!

these guys helped us out today and didn't charge us. They were the first ones to inspect the home we were interested in and in return for them checking it out today they are just asking to be called in the future for any home inspections. They saved us from making a horrible purchase and we will definitely use them in the future and refer them to others.  it was really cool how they work with us and understood our situation.

We stumbled on these guys after relying on another company that fell through and couldn't be happier.  Since so much of our kitchen had been damaged, we opted to change it in rebuilding. Good Times was very flexible in working with us, especially since COVID19 hit right when we were going to start work. They are very customer oriented and excellent at respecting our need to postpone, and then go forward with masks for everyone who came in. The work was good, the people were pleasant, the price was right. What else can you ask for?

As a contractor of many years here in the valley I often time run into leaks, and water damage readily. Taylor and crew at 24Hour are the only guys I call. They are FAST, professional, detailed, and get the job done properly.

I'm very happy with the entire Doan Restoration crew and their partners who have been helping with water damage in my home.   We haven't started the repairs, but so far they have been more responsive with move/storage, dry out and demolition than I would have expected.

The team has been incredible responsive and considerate.  

I'm hoping the rest of the project goes as well as it has so far, and I'll update my review when complete.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Chris was amazing! I contacted him for help right away. He was able to accommodate my schedule. We had torn back our carpet to build a bedroom. He was able to reattach it to the new walls. He then came back and attached the carpet at the new entry to make it even with the tile. The price was less than I was quoted by others, but the service was outstanding! He was prompt, professional, and I would definitely hire him again and/or recommend to friends and clients.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

A bedroom window was broken and I subsequently requested a quote. Valiant responded quickly with their estimate.  They measured and installed quickly as well. No problems  with install or function of new window

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

We love Rocky Mountain Restoration, very reliable and easy to work with, Cody was great.

1st day: Shane was very professional when he arrived and felt I was in good hands with Adams D&R helping me with water damage my water heater leak created. He told me the next person would be out in about an hour. No call or sign of this person for hours. He finally called me ans said he was on his way...I told him that no one was home and would be home at 7pm. He met me when I got home at 7pm. and set up machines.
2nd Day: The next group of men came by in the morning to cut into the drywall and they were helpful, however, they did not mention how long the machines would be here, duration of time they would be here, and when anyone would be back for them. They also had this machine that had a clear plastic tube going out to my rock bed in the front of house as if there was so much water being dispersed that they needed that. Not appropriate at all (makes me wonder if this was just an added addition for my insurance to have to pay for when not needed).
3rd day: This morning, I had Mark call me from their office and he said, We need you to pay this bill as soon as possible. I was so taken off guard since my insurance  company was paying for this. I told him that my insurance company is paying the bill and he said, Well, then you need to pay your deductible. I told him I already paid my deductible with the insurance carrier. He then said he needed to talk to Shane and was sorry to have bothered me! What the heck? I told him how upset I was with the poor service and would let others know.  Alex called me after Mark informed him that I was to write a poor review and he apologized and told me he was having staff issues.
