Excellent company with a fast response. We had a small leak from a washing machine and noticed a small water stain on the baseboard. We called ASAP and they showed up that evening and forums more extensive water damage then appeared. They promptly got the area drying and have been back each day to check. The person doing the work was very professional and friendly and we appreciate the great service. I would recommend to anyone with water damage.

I was having issues inside my home. I called and got a quick appt. My fear was that there were mold issues in the home.  It was done very quickly and I received negative results within 24 hours.  Worth every penny.

I called this company because of the good reviews I saw on yelp and on BBB.  The two gentlemen that came out to give us a bid were the same two guys who came out to do the work.  It was refreshing to see that.  They did a fantastic job cleaning the asbestos off our ceilings.  They were courteous and clean.  I would highly recommend them.

Michael was very friendly and professional. He cleaned our light grey sectional & did a great job at getting all of the stains out & made them look brand new again! My fiancé and I were very pleased with his service & he did it in a timely manner & even gave us advice on our flooring grout. I recommend his services to anyone!

Mike responded quickly on a Saturday and had workers at my house on Monday morning at 7am.  I had a time sensitive situation due to water being in my wall and leaking onto my carpet and he was able to help remedy the situation ASAP.

I called Daryl on a Saturday afternoon worried about potential mold in my home. He gave me a mountain of incredibly helpful advice and offered multiple home remedies for me to try before I had to spend any money for him to come out. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind and help he provided and if the issue does not resolve with the home remedies - he will be my first call.

I called Good Time restoration after waiting over a month from another company. Good Time restoration came out the next day for a quote and started restoration the following week. The cost was fair and there work was very professional. They are clean covered everything.
The workers were respectfully and wanted to make sure you were satisfied with there work before they left. They showed up on time and called befor they came. And notified us when they were leaving

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

The day before moving into our new home, we realized the carpet upstairs may have needed stretching after getting them cleaned. Since the house was empty, we scrambled to try to get someone to take care of it prior to moving in the furniture the very next day. We found Chris on yelp and requested a quote at 8 pm on a weekday, hoping to receive a response the next morning. To our delight, and surprise, Chris messaged back within 40 minutes and was able to come out to the house the very next day. Upon arriving to the house, Chris found the carpet had shrunk back down and didn't require any work. Chris was VERY honest and explained that we didn't need any repairs, however, offered to do whatever we wanted right then and there if we preferred. He didn't charge for coming out to the house and was honest even though he wouldn't get any work out it. I felt terrible for wasting his time, however, he was very professional and kind. What great customer service!! We will absolutely call Chris as needed in the future, and recommend you do too if you appreciate quick responses, awesome customer service, and honesty! Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

After receiving a quote from Shane to repair my broken window and aluminum frame, he came out the very next day at exactly the time I requested.  He replaced the glass and repaired the frame so that everything looked and worked great again, all for a fair price.  He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing window repair.

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

It is very, very frustrating working with Adams Disaster and Restoration (ADR) that doesn't listen to you, doesn't provide information on what's going on, has no organization, doesn't return calls/texts, and whose sole purpose is to collect as much money as they can from our insurance company and from us for work we never requested for.  Shane and the contracted worker were both very dishonest with me in listening to our needs. Our oral agreement was to  repair our roof and drywall, we did not want or need mitigation equipment. I called the office and a woman named Annette was very rude to me and kept me on hold for a long time  I called another time, and a man told me that if I don't pay the amount due they will put a lien on my home and will sue me many times more that what is owed.  The insurance paid them $1,900, and now they want another $1,100 from us.  This company is greedy, dishonest, and shouldn't be in business.

ADR is another reason why Home Owners Insurance companies are raising their rates each year, by committing fraudulent claims, knowingly the insurance will pay them.  Stay far away from ADR and Liberty Mutual for accepting their claim.  I told Liberty Mutual to cancel and they ended up paying ADR, at the end I loss money, my Home Owners Insurance rates went up and ADR gained everything.  The Home Owners Insurance and Mitigation industry is rigged and favors the Mitigation Company, not the home owner, whom is actually paying for the Home Owners Insurance to represent them.  I unfortunately loss in court.
