Best Damage Restorations in United States

I woke up to find my motorhome flooded from a stuck water valve and I called ASAP when I realized it was more water than I could deal with.  Rick responded right away.  He figured a motorhome wasn't that different than a home and he was there to get to work right away.  He brought in a huge dehumidifier and two big blowers to get rid of the wet!  Took a couple days to dry out but there was no damage caused by the flood.
Rick was extremely diligent and thoroughly explained what he was doing.  So glad of his quickly handling my dilemma.   Hope I never need that kind of service again, but I would call ASAP again if I did.  Yea for Rick...a really pleasant guy.

These guys are one of the worst restoration companies ever their project manager Kenny is totally dishonest he hire a second and third-party contractors he uses laborers that he picks up from Home Depot to do most of the work while he supervises if he's not out running errands like the counterman that he hired to do the job at my home which turned out to be completely disastrous. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy they seriously suck plus the cabinet guys that Kenny hired were a husband-and-wife team that came in in the evening to do our cabinets with no level steaks no shams no wedges everything was unbalanced just giving everybody out there a heads up do not use these guys

I've worked with Nate at ATH on numerous projects over the years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They always go above and beyond to make sure the client is taken care of. Even if that means rearranging their schedule to fit your project in, working on a holiday or weekend, or possibly even the owner himself, coming out to work on a job, just to make sure it gets completed on time. With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

I called Mike to repair a hole in the ceiling in a bathroom. I explained the problem and sent photos. He came by and looked at the issue and  provided an estimate. He was able to send a guy out the next morning and our ceiling was repaired within 24 hours. The whole experience was great and far better than any company we have used to do repairs in the past. Both Mike and Joey showed up on time, and I am pretty sure Joey left the bathroom cleaner than when he started. We have other projects we want done and will definitely be calling Mike and his team when we are ready for those.

I recently used Daryl to test a home where mold was suspected that my client's were considering purchasing.  Daryl's quick turn-around time, independent lab results and
his knowledge of mold and it's remediation helped them make an informed decision.

We stumbled on these guys after relying on another company that fell through and couldn't be happier.  Since so much of our kitchen had been damaged, we opted to change it in rebuilding. Good Times was very flexible in working with us, especially since COVID19 hit right when we were going to start work. They are very customer oriented and excellent at respecting our need to postpone, and then go forward with masks for everyone who came in. The work was good, the people were pleasant, the price was right. What else can you ask for?

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. I came home at night to a huge flood stemming from my toilet line bursting. Several rooms were saturated with water. I had no idea how to clean up something like this so I googled the first water restoration company I could find and boy am I so thankful that Doans was the first company to pop up on my feed. They sent a crew out immediately which was after hours over the holiday weekend. Javier and Allen were the tech team that came out and they were courteous , professional,  fast and answered all my questions (and I had many). They sucked up the water out the rooms and placed fans and dehumidifiers strategically where the water damage is. There's still lots of work to do once everything dries, but I'm beyond thankful and impressed so far with this company and crew!

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Chris called ahead and was on time.  He was kind, greeted us with a smile.  We had some bubbles in our carpet and he made it look like new. Reasonably priced as well.  Will use for future repairs.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

10/10 could not recommend more.

Out of 10 companies. Valiant was the most responsive, had the best pricing and was available immediately. Showed up exactly on time for the scheduled appointment. Shane was on point to say the least and couldn't have been a nicer guy.

There was also no Well, you really should look into upgrading this window as well as all the others. I got that type of response from a lot of other companies, even though I explained it was a rental property. One even asked me to go back to the landlord about upgrading..

I knew exactly what I was asking for, single pane clear glass with dimensions and they delivered.

While I hope I don't deal with many more broken windows, this company will be my go-to if and when I do.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

Rocky Mountain provided the greatest help last December (2017) when we had a minor flood in one of our bedrooms. Logan Bone and Rosa came out and evaluated the damage. They hauled away our soggy carpet pad free of charge and gave us some very helpful advice. Earlier in 2017 we also had a crew from Rocky Mountain hat helped us with a larger flooded area in our house and we were so impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness and communication. They even came out late one evening when a separate company did not seal off areas of our house correctly. (If they hadn't come, we would not have been able to get into our house) We therefore highly recommend Rocky Mountain. Thank you so much!

HORRIBLE service. been dealing with them since April 202, it's now November.. STILL not done with 2 small bathrooms. 5 contractors and yet still undone!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE USE THEM!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could rate them less I WOULD
