No one wants to find themselves needing ASAP Restoration but we did. It's stressful trusting a company with your home after already dealing with whatever mess got you here to begin with. Zona Restoration is just plain awesome!!! They took over for another restoration company that was negligent and terrible to deal with. With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

Mike has a wonderful crew working with him. They went above and beyond to take care of all the little things I needed it done on the drywall repair and painting jobs.

Why 4 stars? As I have been in charge of renovating my house, I consider myself the general contractor and, before any contractor leaves and gets payment, I do a walk through of their work. In Mike's case, I forgot to look at my mailbox that they painted and found a small patch without the paint, probably caused by re-inserting the red arrow.  It would have been a one minute touch-up but upon asking Mike to do it, he basically left me hanging for next time I hire him. Lesson is: inspect ALL the work before final payment and do not pay until everything is done to satisfaction.

If you think you might have mold, don't waste your time with the other companies. Unlike the others,  Daryl actually takes the time to diagnose the problem scientifically (takes samples to a lab for testing) before he diagnoses the problem. Another company wanted to charge us over 3k to fog the house. It sounded fishy and so it was Daryl to the rescue. He also gives a lifetime guarantee on his work under the philosophy that if you treat mold properly, it won't come back. This guy is the real deal and we recommend without any hesitation whatsoever.

This company is absolutely incredible! My wife and I had a leak in our home we just purchased that required our entire kitchen ceiling and bathroom above our kitchen have their walls removed due to water damage and mold.

Dealing with my insurance, I wanted a company that could perform everything from the cleanup to the restoration. Good Times Restoration was incredible. The owner Hunter texted me the day after I called insurance to setup the repairs. He was friendly, professional, and explained the entire process to me and how they were used to working with insurance companies.

Hunter managed everything and took extremely detailed measurements, sketches and pictures of the damage to which the insurance company approved everything in less than 24-hours.

In terms of their quality, holy cow these guys are amazing! Ryan is an absolute miracle worker. Ryan completely isolated the work area and completed the installation of all insulation, dry wall, textured finish and new paint in two days. Two days for my entire kitchen ceiling and upstairs bathroom!

Came out after one of my properties had a weird smell, they found a small section of mold and found a major leak behind my toilet they took care of the mildew smell and removed all drywall from the affected areas. We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

I needed a quick repair for my rental house. Chris responded immediately (even on Labor Day) and we set an appointment. I had to change the date as work constraints arose, and he showed great flexibility!

The repair was quick and looks fantastic!! I did have some extra carpet to use, and he walked me through the process during the repair.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

I am very impressed with all of the hard work Logan and his team did for my family.  Our garage flooded Friday night and I was lost and did not know what to do. Logan came in and guided us to take care of the problem fast.   I live clear across town from where he was coming from but that did not stop him.  He came out in the middle of the night and back first thing in the morning.  Thank you Logan for saving the day.

Absolutely the wost company ever.  Damaged our personal proprty, items stolen from our home, they try to collect from the insurance company for work not provided.  Even our Home Owners Insurance said they are suspicious.  No communication.  As far as the work, horrible.  Broken tile, grout everywhere, did not put up doors, broke door frames, charged to paint entire home, did not do that.  RUN from this company.
