ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week.

Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval.

I was so relieved. They installed the fans and dehumidifiers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.

This is one of the best companies I have hired.  The quoting process was very professional and their quote was almost exactly what our insurance estimator quoted us.  Their demo crew came out on time, and was very efficient. No mess, and everything was clean.  When the restoration crew came out, they were also very fast and professional.  They went above and beyond and even painted my entire garage when only one wall really needed to be painted.  If we ever need this kind of work done on our house we will be calling them again.  I am also recommending them to everyone I know.

We experienced unethical, undependable, dishonest work from other mold remediation contractors sent by insurance throughout the project. With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

We had a ceiling collapse due to a water leak. I called Mike on a Saturday afternoon and his team showed up Monday morning right on time. His team did an absolutely amazing job. Mario was a texture genius-no sanding involved! Next day his painter arrived, again right in time.  Highly recommend this company ! I gave them a five star rating , but they deserve a ten!

We contacted Daryl initially to help us identify/address a source of a moldy smell in our home.  He had extraordinary reviews, so we provide this one just to present our different experience.

He was immediately reachable, very prompt with arranging a home visit, and always very confident in his assertions.  While his speed in identifying our problem and readiness to discuss his (possibly excellent) credentials repeatedly would be a positive to many, we felt that he reached his conclusions a bit TOO quickly and mentioned his background and all his competitors' inadequacies TOO frequently.  Possibly just a clash of personalities, but...

We weren't feeling confident in the diagnosis and remediation he proposed and looked for another opinion just to do our due diligence (but we are certainly NOT experts).  We subsequently learned of a few red flags:  
(1)  MoldEx does their own specimen collection (not the actual testing, though) which other contractors believe is a conflict of interest (i.e., there's an incentive to find a problem and to prove that the work has resolved it).
(2)  A more thorough inspection revealed an entirely different source for our moldy smell which would NOT have been addressed had we gone with the MoldEx remediation plan.

During this process (before we found what is likely the right source), we contacted Daryl to ask a few follow-up questions, planning to hire him.  I must have given him the (totally incorrect) impression that other contractors were standing by to do the work for us, because his brief response was that he was busy and must pass on our job.  I'm sure the people providing you with this information will be more than happy to take care of you, he replied.  We took this to mean that he was offended by our potentially getting other opinions.  We felt rather put off and left a fairly scathing review.  Next day he called to inquire about it (I appreciated that).  I explained what our concerns were and that we did not, in fact, have any other options available to us.  I revisited my questions with him; he told me he'd talk if I took down the review (I was unimpressed with that).  He called the next day when I hadn't, then tracked down my spouse's work number and left a message there.  We were left with a fairly sour taste.

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. I would recommend Good Times without hesitation to anyone, and go so far as to say not to even look further at other restoration companies.

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. I'm very happy with the entire Doan Restoration crew and their partners who have been helping with water damage in my home.   We haven't started the repairs, but so far they have been more responsive with move/storage, dry out and demolition than I would have expected.

The team has been incredible responsive and considerate.  

I'm hoping the rest of the project goes as well as it has so far, and I'll update my review when complete.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Chris was excellent to deal with.  Super fast response to my query with a quote.  Was actually able to come out and do the work on the same day!  And his craftsmanship was spot on.

Would highly recommend and will use in the future if I need any carpeting work completed.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I would very highly recommend this company.  Shane was very prompt and professional, and he did a top notch job on my window replacement. While he was at my home for the window replacement, I showed him a window screen that also needed to be replaced. He measured it and ordered a replacement for me at a great price. Couldn't be happier. I know who to call the next time I need any window work done.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

Great experience with Rocky Mountain Restoration.  Jaren came out and responded quickly when we discovered we would need their services.  He explained what was needed, in detail, each step of the entire process.  His team did a great job on the drywall.  You cannot tell where the drywall was patched and they made sure to use matching paint on the entire wall so you can not see patches or splotches.  They also took care to take extra time to make sure the cabinet work was completely dry.  He and his team were courteous and professional and did a great job overall!

I found this company to be very honest and has great customer service. Shane, the owner, was really helpful and his  nephew. They answered a ton of questions and took customer service to the next level. Thanks for all your help.
