The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

Keith did an amazing job and I highly recommend him. I know it sounds strange, but we had 3 floods in the same house; my son flooded the upstairs bathtub twice and then we had a slab leak.  Without Saviour's Restoration, I think my house would have been a moldy mess.  Thanks to his excellent work, my home was restored to its original condition.  He is prompt, dependable and very reassuring when things are not going well.

I own an insurance agency and refer all my clients to Servpro who need fire/water restoration.  They have helped several clients determine if it was worth it to file a claim  If a claim had to be filed they work with all insurance companies and when it's a small job paid by the client they were still happy to take the job. HD restoration is highly recommended. After a very frustrating experience with another restoration company, HD came in and saved the day. We had been waiting for weeks with our home in disrepair from another company who Demo'd and left us with exposed ceilings and a torn up bathroom. HD was hired to come complete the job as our original company could not. Brittany is very professional and communicates well, keeping us in the loop with everything. After a delay from the insurance company HD went above and beyond and scheduled a weekend restoration just to help us out after our long and frustrating journey. The workers were very kind and considerate of our home, taking extra care to protect our belongings. The workmanship was phenomenal and I cannot tell that there was ever a flood! Brittany called to follow up afterward to ensure everything was up to standard and that we were satisfied. I wish we would have used them from the start. Professional, respectful, communicative, and quality workmanship! HIGHLY recommended

Recently, we discovered a pipe in our attic had been leaking, and of course it was just above the room we had just finished decorating - our daughter's nursery.  Half of the room's ceiling and walls were basically mush.  I immediately called SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem, since I had a good experience using SERVPRO of Scottsdale at my first home.  From start to finish, the SERVPRO team of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem was very professional and detail-oriented.  I really appreciated the time Juan and Jose put into taping off my daughter's room to minimize the spreading of dust and fiberglass (even though I'm pretty sure this is standard practice, I felt they cared about the well-being of my daughter.) In addition to keeping the nursery very clean throughout the drywall removal process, they even swept up their mess outside, which is something I don't see with many home repair companies. All in all, We really enjoyed working with Viktoria, Dustin, Juan, Jose, and Cameron.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family in the area.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
