Best Windows Installations in Arizona

I contacted several of the large window replacement companies and originally signed with one of them.  Their sales person was fast talking and made things sound great.  They offered a finance company (who I had never heard of)  After further research, I decided to cancel my contract and I must say the friendliness disappeared instantly.  My family and I were accused of all kinds of nasty things including forged signatures on the cancellation paperwork.  My granddaughter found Arizona Window and Door, did some research and we gave them a call.  Best decision ever.  From the office staff to our salesman (Brandon) to the entire installation staff (Miguel and crew), the experience was painless.  I replaced all the windows in my house and it only took a few weeks for the windows to be made and one day to install all 8 windows.  My advice to anyone one thinking of replacement windows, please stay local with this family owned business!

We've had a great experience overall with Windows4Less. We have an AZ room that had old windows that let all the heat in. It made the adjoining family room unbearable in the summer. We got lots of quotes from different companies but no one came even close, price wise, to Windowz4less. Not only did we get a good deal with the cost, but the windows are wonderful. They look sharp, fit perfect, and nearly cuts all the heat out of our AZ room! Mike was very nice and responsive through the whole process. Thanks for giving us a great product at a great price.

We recently purchased a home in South Mountain that had a broken window.  I contacted Garcia's based on positive Yelp reviews.  Mark Garcia, the owner, came right away and measured the broken window plus all our windows for a screen replacement quote, and while measuring he noted that the glass in a large picture window in our dining room was completely coming out of the frame.  Somehow the home inspector missed this dangerous situation.  The slightest monsoon wind and the window could have fallen out.  Mark ended up replacing both windows at a very reasonable price.  He kept us apprised of the status of our order and he always arrived on time.  During the installation, he was meticulous with his work and we are very pleased with the end result.  Thank you, Mark!

When we bought our house in 2010 we knew one of the things we'd need to do was replace ALL of the windows and the front door.  The old windows were ill fitted and not at all energy efficient.  We waited about a year and a half and then went in to K&J windows.  

We met with Darren who was so knowledgeable and helpful.  Darren helped us figure out exactly what we needed without pressuring us to go with something additional.  He explained everything to us including the cost and helped us decide which windows we should go with.  Darren also helped us order our front door.  It's a gorgeous door and we are so happy with the result!  

We ordered our windows and door -  they arrived quickly and were amazing.  Once installed they have made the biggest difference in our house and we could not be happier.  I will not hesitate to go back to K&J windows should I ever need another window.

John is AWESOME I have been wanting to get this done for a while to save money off my electric bill and decided to get a couple of quotes. John was not the first company I called. I called a contractor before this and told him I was looking to get a few quotes to see what kind of deals I could get. This contractor told me that he wanted to be the last person I called so he could quote me the lowest price.. Then I called John with Imperial Windows and Sunscreens. He came out and was very friendly and professional. He really impressed me with his dedication to do the best job possible and provide a high quality of professionalism and customer service. After his visit I had no desire to get any more quotes because he was the man for the job. I put a deposit down and scheduled an appointment immediately. When it comes to contractor work on your homes you want to make sure you are hiring a company that will do a quality job. You don't want some cheap screens that are going to fall off in a year. I had my screens installed yesterday and they look beautiful. There are a couple of other houses in my neighborhood that have screens and my home looks 10 times better by far. I am very impressed and very happy that I went with Imperial Windows and Sunscreens. Call John you won't regret it.

Sal is top notch! Very attentive to detail, meticulous, and a strong drive for giving the best customer service. Sal does not hesitate to prod for dynamic customer feedback and is willing to answer any questions. I had my Andersen windows installed by him and his team 2 years ago and with the quality work his team did under his direction, there have been absolutely no issues with any of them and all of the windows are better than expected. I would have easily given Sal 5 stars but had to give him 4 since on the second day of a 2 day project, his crew were no shows. Sal was very apologetic and assured me that this was the first time this had ever happened. The crew came back on the next business day to finish the job and Sal went above and beyond to make sure that everything was squared away with an additional follow up a couple days later. I will say if I ever need replacement windows installed again, I will not hesitate to call Sal!

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

needed a new glass shower door for a bathroom remodel. These guys did a great job. They showed up on time to give me a quote, and explained  everything clearly. I bid three companies, they were the middle bid, but after talking with them I felt they really knew their stuff. The installers were courteous and neat and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I wish I could give more than five stars! From first contact to the final clean up of the job, Tyrone was a first class professional. He did top notch work at a fair price and showed pride in his work that you just don't see everyday with other companies here in the Valley. Tyrone even anchored in my slider at the top of my shower to keep my little ones safe at no additional cost. If you are in the market for glass repair or replacement look no further, with Apple High glass, you deal with the owner of the company from the original consultation to the final inspection. Not very happy with this company.  I paid them a total of $351.47 in November 2021,  $166.47 for 3 beveled strips of mirror and $185 to install the mirror.  Upon arrival and after looking at the mirror, the technician felt it would best be hung by using a french cleat rather than the clip that was originally quoted.  I gathered there would be an additional charge, but the owner wanted to charge me an additional $185.  When I asked why she was charging me another $185 she told me that the first $185 was for gluing the three pieces of mirror, really, how much can glue cost?  When pressed, she told me she would refund me the $185 and not to ever call again.  No problem of that ever happening.  The technician that came to hang the mirror was a gentleman and a professional and it was because of him that I gave this company 2 stars.

Have yet to be refunded despite the owner's same day response.  I filed a dispute with my bank on 1/20/2022.

I have had ECS Come out to my house for two different areas needing gutters. They are the nicest people, perfectionists in their work, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody.

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We just had our front double door installed and it looks great! We can already tell a difference in quality and also the fact that the front of our house is a lot cooler. The guys that came to install were nice and did their job in a timely manner. We will be replacing our back french doors next year and will use Krasiva again. We shopped a few other places and Krasiva was the best price and I thought the service was good too.

The Phoenix franchise of Window World has to be one of the few old-fashioned companies left who truly believe in customer service.

We had seven windows installed in August, and even though the installation itself went smoothly and the windows looked great, my new inside-mount blinds would not fit.  I live in an older brick house that had casement windows and a sloped outside window sill, as well as tile on the inside of the windows that was pretty fragile.  After writing a rather terse letter to the company, the installation manager called and arranged a meeting.  Not only did he show up, but the salesman, the installation supervisor who was on-site, and the owner of the company came as well.   They all brainstormed and came up with a solution to my problem.    Shortly thereafter, the installation crew was back again, removing and reinstalling the windows.  They did so without breaking any of the plaster, brick, or tile.  

In this age where it seems you have to fight for everything, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise.   I will call them again when I am ready to order the other windows for my house, and will certainly recommend them to others.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
