Honestly one of the best investments we've made in our home.  The windows have improved our quality of life immensely, blocking out sound and getting rid of hot / cold spots.  They are a breeze to slide open and also to clean.  They look amazing and because they are made by Anlin, have the highest tech and best warranty in the business.  The windows also have reduced our energy bill by about 10%.  Arizona Window and Door is a great company with a professional experience from start to finish.  No pressure sales, great communication, fast installation by their own employees (no subcontractors), and follow up to check that you're happy.

We had Desert King do all if our windows. 33 Windows 2 story house. They were excellent. Installers are very experienced and meticulous. Made sure everything was perfect. Cleaned up inside and out. Took 5 days to install all but it was done perfect. Owner on site several times to check work and always available to answer questions. They are lower in price from several I got estimates from. I went with them because the owner came out himself and worked with me. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have your windows replaced. If you need windows be sure to contact Mark Garcia. He's busy and he keeps his overhead low so if he doesn't respond immediately be patient. He is worth the wait. Among 4 estimates his price was low. Yelp reviews along with meeting him gave me confidence to give him the order. My 53 x 95 window replacement was installed yesterday. The installation was on time, perfectly and professionally done. We're very pleased. Based on their performance Mark and his team deserve 5 stars.

K&J Windows supplied our office, 2 of my brothers and myself with new windows recently. Working with Beau and the team in the office is always refreshing and I will go nowhere else for my window needs. Beau went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered  and I was getting the product that I need. Great customer service!!

We received 4 quotes for a replacement patio door. Two of four window companies carried the same model we ultimately used and Imperial Window beat their price by $600. Bob was our salesperson and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Bob noted the patio door would take approximately 8-10 weeks to come in from the manufacturer. John, Imperial Windows owner kept us up to date regarding status and installation. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to know our patio door came in a little early. The installers were great! On time and cleaned up, too. Overall, we are very pleased with Imperial Windows from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended! Best price! We love our new french sliding patio door! :)

We used DunRite about 3 years ago when we had a new sliding door installed; it's been beautiful and functional ever since. Our kids got something jammed in the mechanism recently that called for a service visit from Tyler who was so professional and so kind. The issue proved to be more complex and called for back up from his boss JJ, who was just as professional and kind. They fixed the issue quickly, they were so personable, and made my day with their kind service!

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

This was a 2 part job. It wa a piece of furniture that had an odd design and wasn't a circle, square or rectangle surface. First, Elvis came to measure the top and a week later, Rick and Elvis came to deliver and place the glass on the furniture. They made sure the surface was clean before placing the glass on top. Then they cleaned the glass. The glass fitted the odd shape perfectly. The entire experience was very professional starting with Michelle and then with Elvis and Rick. I highly recommend Dependable Glass.

I had an overall good experience with this company. There was one day that the company had a lack of communication and showed up unannounced to the wrong place which was my house and it was at a very inconvenient time but that is the only issue I had with this company. Besides that day they were very professional and friendly and I would use them again.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

For a very small project - one pane in the door, basic glass, 9x11 $17 at Lowes, they wanted $175, highway robbery. I could buy a new door for that.

My favorite mirror is officially up again...so excited 4 years, two moves and many attempts to fix it myself I finally brought it to the experts and I cuddnt be more happy...NO job is too small I was given the same genuine customer care as if I had a whole house of mirrors done.  Thank you Thank you Thank You

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We did not end up having work done by this company, but man are their sales practices suspect. Had an appointment for a free estimate, the gentlemen showed up on time. He was perturbed to find my wife was not home and advised it was imperative we both be there for his sales pitch (this was NOT mentioned by their scheduling team). He wouldn't so much as do any basic measurements or give any preliminary estimates to justify his trip, which he complained about how long it was. He pressured me into rescheduling when both my spouse and I would be home, but I ended up calling back to cancel. I understand why you would want to speak to both homeowners, but leave that arrangement up to the homeowners themselves. He even went so far as to say he isn't trying to twist our arm our anything (then why even say something like that?). My wife and I have had countless projects done on our homes in the past. We know how to communicate with one another and we don't make any final decisions without talking it over first. But in the end, that's OUR business and not the business of a window company who is no doubt trying to employ less than savory sales tactics.

Just completed install of three doors and three windows. The product is far superior to many big brands and the installers were well equipped professional and courteous. Love them

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
