Best Windows Installations in Arizona

We just had 24 windows and a sliding door installed by AZ Window and Door Store, and everything went great!  From the start, our sales specialist, Chris, was very knowledgable and helpful.  He kept us updated on our order and we were scheduled as soon as the windows were in.  Ivan, Elvis, and Yadi were our installers and they did a fantastic job.  They were friendly, knowledgable, and very thorough.  They cleaned up every day and they were a pleasure to work with over the 4 day job.  They noticed a couple screens were damaged, and a couple windows were not rolling as smoothly as they should.  They scheduled a repair team to come out right away and get those issues taken care of.  Diego and Jory fixed the screens within a week and made sure all of the windows were working smoothly.  Each person that we worked with from the company was professional and top notch. The windows have made a HUGE difference in our house and look amazing!  We highly recommend AZ Window and Door Store!

Our meeting with Daniel was eye opening to replacement windows. His explanation, and demonstration of these windows convinced us 100%. We were in, and extremely excited. Daniel was personable, pleasant, and knew his window business. He helped us with filing our HOA paperwork, and even came by the house, again, to assist us with the application.

As promised, the windows came in within the expected time, and the date for installation was set. The two installers, James and Briar, showed up on time, they remeasured all the windows before they started the installation, and work began. The first 8 windows were installed the first day, and they cleaned up before they left the site. They told us they would return at 8am the next morning, and they came back promptly at 8am. The second set of 6 windows went in without a hitched. These two men worked very well together, each knowing what the other needed to do. They were very conscientious, polite, personable, and pleasant. The windows are wonderful! They look great, and we are enjoying the fact that we can open our windows for fresh air without having to go to the gym to build up muscles to do so. Our neighbors have complimented on the looks of these windows. We are soooooo glad we invested in these windows.

Mike was very knowledgeable about my sliding door issue. Was on time for the appointment and helped choose the right replacement door. The price was in line with what I thought it should cost and was about 75% of what others were wanting for the same product and installation cost

After contacting several window installation retailers, most of which had high Yelp reviews, for quotes, we choose K&J Windows for several reasons. K&J Windows was the only retailer who kept their appointment and their integrity with their quote. We were initially contemplating replacing only 2 windows that were broken. Darrell Sutton came by to provide a quote and did a great job. We appreciated his professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge, which is why we chose your company. Darrell explained the technology behind their products and explained the installation process. He measured all of our windows to provide us with quotes not only for 2 windows but all in case we decided to replace them all.

After realizing the benefit we opted to replace all the windows. We called their office to schedule the installation, initially there was a waiting list of months! After expressing our urgency in replacing our old, paper thin windows from 1985, Danielle was able to work with the installation crew and schedule us for installation within weeks.

When the installation crew arrived they too were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after the project. They had enough manpower to finish installing 13 windows in one day.
Now that the windows are installed, we can honestly feel how much cooler the house feels. We are waiting to see our next electricity bill to measure the savings. We are so appreciative of their good work that we already recommended K&J Windows to some of our neighbors.

I scheduled 3 companies for new windows installation.

One representative of a company had a great presentation, but after doing my homework, I realized he was a little deceiving on the information provided. The other representative didn't get our proposal until 2 weeks later. She forgot.

Ken from Imperial Windows came over and gave us a proposal to replace 1 sliding door and 6 windows. He was very knowledgably and gave us the proposal as promised the next day. We didn't feel that he was pushy or deceiving. He was very upfront.

The proposal did not have any hiding cost and it was what it was. The price was very competitive to other estimates.

Once the windows arrived, John the owner called me and worked around my schedule for installation. John the installer
(there are two Johns) came over with the crew and they did a very good job. They made the job look very easy, and that's when I know they know what they are doing.

We did have two small delays:
1- A window was mistakenly measured, so they had to reorder it and come back to install it. We are human and I understand.
2- A bathroom window was correctly measured, but it needed a little creativity to avoid the water from standing in between the window sill and the tile. This is an older home.

Outstanding response:
1 - Within a week or so, owner John called me and informed me the new window arrived and once again he worked around my schedule to complete the job. Of course, they was no extra fee.
2 - John the installer was very creative with the bathroom window. He did an amazing job! Very creative!

My opinion about Imperial Windows:
Upfront and honest.
Competitive pricing.
We got exactly what was proposed.
The job was so well done they made it look easy.
The crew cleaned up after the work was done.
Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
I never got any push back for the small delay.
Excellent customer service.

I would use Imperial Windows again if needed and I recommend them 100 percent.

This company is amazing! I moved to Phoenix from California about a year ago. I'm in the process of flipping a house in Scottsdale, and since I'm new to the area I needed to find a whole new team of contractors. I am VERY particular about who I use for anything. First, price-wise, Sal's quote was beyond fair. Leaps and bounds less than some other quotes I had received for the exact same product. Additionally, Sal has been an absolute joy to work with. He is incredibly responsive, super personable and easy to collaborate on a project with, and takes the complication out of everything - simple and to the point.  No fuss, no surprises - just an honest, authentic, to the point business. We had Shane and Javier remove 2 large bathroom mirrors (the kind new home builders install), since we plan to place smaller, individually framed mirrors for our double sinks. Shane and Javier arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and got the job done well. The pricing was very fair compared to other companies. I will definitely recommend to others looking to have a similar job done.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I had cabinet glass replaced with etched glass on 4 doors.  Very knowledgable and friendly staff!  They had lots of options for patterns and levels of transparency on site to look at.  Completed the work in less than a week.

Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

The salesman for Kraisva windows and doors was very knowledgeable on their products and explained in detail all our options for window replacements.  The workers who installed our windows were also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  All work was done with skill and on time. Looking out we have white trim on the inside and black trim on the exterior. Windows have Solar SunShield Blue Glass. Window World guys were very efficient.  In less than a day they replaced all of the windows in our house including two exterior sliders.  We recommend Window World for your window replacement.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
