Best Windows Installations in Arizona

Showed up for the appointment and never followed up with a bid, nor reached out in any way. Awful waste of time and lack of consideration for the customer.

We really like the windows and the sliding doors. For the most part, the installers did a good job on the windows.
When it came to doing the caulk on new door casings, they fell flat.
The caulk beads were very thick and rounded outward. There was no way to get an acceptable paint line.
 The technician came out to re-key a couple of locks. He indicated that he could not improve on what was there, and it was normal work.
I then spoke to a company VP and he looked at the photos the tech. sent.
 He thought it looked very good on the photos. I decided to just do it myself. I don't appreciate it when a company tries to tell me it is acceptable. I have been in the commercial construction industry for 49 years. The painters would not even attempt to paint over that uneven caulk line.
Not a huge deal.
Would I recommend this company. Yes.
I looked at quite a few different windows and the ones at Desert King looked great, and they work great. Their price was fair.

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

I found Mark's company several years ago through Yelp. I'm finally getting around to posting a review and appraisal of his services. Mark has worked on 5 house projects over the last 4 years for me. So, it's fair to say that I know a lot about his workmanship, integrity and honesty.
First thing you should know is that he works his ass off. His operating hours (65 hours over 5  1/2 days). I'd bet he exceeds that number when the work load warrants it. When he worked on my 1st project it was around Christmas. I met up with him to pay him. He and his workers had been working 14 days straight, no off time. He wanted to meet the demand for his services. He is all at once working owner, manager and technician. And because he demands solid workmanship, he works 65 hours a week to ensure that it is.
I use Mark because is services and products are fair and affordable and I don't have to worry about getting the job done right.  I have budgets to maintain and Mark always finds me cost effective solutions. He has a keen eye for the details of his profession and journeyman smarts when it comes to materials and repairs for my projects. He gets the job done and I don't have to micro manage him.
All of this explains why he is currently ranked in the top 3 window professionals with almost 100 reviews (he was number 1 I think when I originally found him on yelp). I always search first for the most reviews in yelp.  5-star reviews are meaningless if the company only has 7 reviews. For a smaller company to have the quantity and quality of reviews against much larger rivals is a huge achievement. That's why he's so busy and unfortunately folks get upset about that. But, believe me he is worth waiting for.
Garcia's Windows is my 1st and only choice for windows and sliding doors. I feel lucky that I met Mark and look forward to our future projects together.

All I can say is fantastic!  Superior customer service!  The windows that were installed are excellent quality at a great price.  The guys installed  4 windows in no time at all and were extremely professional.  I plan to do the entire house and I will not hesitate to call k & j.

John Uptegrove from Imperial does a great job!  I've had him do sunscreens on 2 houses and plantation shutters on another home.  His work is impeccable!  The finished look really is dramatic.  I can't recommend him highly enough!  He has great attention to detail and his prices are more than fair for the quality he delivers.

DunRite was the most efficient, friendly, and quality company we have worked with. They did an amazing job with communication, install, and were extremely thorough. Their professionalism really speaks volumes especially since their is a high competition in the area. Price and quality were very important when choosing the final company.
When it comes to windows I have lived in houses where they come a little crooked, DunRite did an amazing job ensuring the windows were measured and installed perfectly. The installation team did a great job in verifying we were completely satisfied before leaving and took extreme pride in their work. Could not be happier!

I was looking to put a custom sliding shower door. I called Dependable Glass. I am so happy I did. They were very professional from start to end. Kristen was very nice and answered all my questions to help me make my decision on type of shower glass door I wanted. The installers that came Rich and Shane were very professional. Rich called to let me know his time frame on arrival. He was very pleasant answering my questions and also was very courteous asking me how tight or loose I wanted my door to glide so he could adjust it accordingly. They not only did a great job installing but they left my bathroom very clean with no mess. I will be using Dependable Glass for all my future glass needs. Thank you Dependable Glass Team :)

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Great communication and service!  Tyrone came out the day after I contacted him to do an estimate, and was able to repair my leaky window on the spot for a very reasonable price!

I had these guys out to install shower glass and they only used silicon around the whole glass panel, no hardware was used and I even explained to Nicky that safety should come before looks and hardware should be used! Nicky basically told me I was an idiot and he knew all the codes and laws for my area and that silicon would be just fine. Wouldn't you know it about 3 days later my grandma slipped and fell right into the glass and boom the whole panel fell and shattered everywhere, I contacted Nicky and all he did was block me! Very very disappointed with this company, filed a complaint with the BBB and everything, please steer clear of them and spend your money elsewhere!

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We love our new Krasiva windows and doors.  Our experience  was amazing from the time Perry guided us through the products to the installers Richard and Raul. I was referred to Window World by a coworker that had a good experience with new windows throughout their house. My husband called and set up an appointment for a estimate. Carl was great at communicating. On the day of our estimate he called and said he was running about 30 minutes behind schedule. He showed up, measured and explained how this company works. For 3 large dual paned windows with installation, disposal of old windows, upgraded tint and new screens it would be a little under $1800. A smoking deal compared to other retailers that quoted us 8 times the price. One company wouldn't even come to the house for an estimate unless we were going to purchase over $10,000 in windows. We paid the 50% fee to get the ball rolling. The windows are made to order so it took approximately 5 weeks for completion. Two installers should up on time and we're done in about 2 hours.

We've had absolutely no complaints. Even received $100 check referral fee. My in laws purchased and had a lot of problems though. It took over 3 months for them to get their windows. My review is based on my experience only.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
