Tanner was awesome in fixing my sliding door. Service was great, although the company is a bit overpriced. Susie is great to work with. Highly recommend.

Called up and ordered a 28 door. Rep on the phone said he would send an invoice but never did. I called back a few days later to get the invoice and again never sent. Went to pick up door 2 weeks later and they made a 32 door. The receptionist said to talk to the owner about a price adjustment. Owner tried to make it my fault that their rep ordered a 2'8 door instead of a 28 door. He straight up said well I am not just going to eat it on this door and would not give any adjustment. Poor customer service, poor response, and poor leadership.

Repair center is worthless
3 weeks to diagnose a lawn mower
$30 to analyze and they will not call you

Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor service. Seems like the employees are inept along with attitudes.  Must be a reflection of ownership!  Won't ever go there again!
