We were looking up a glass place while in the gilbert area and this company came up.  My husband went in and it wasnt your typical glass place .  It didnt have any showroom just a bunch of desks thrown together   Very strange.   We ordered a piece if glass which took about a week and a half to come in ... but no one let us know it was in... we called they told us it was in and then the next day they said it wasnt there   It was just a piece of cut glass barely sanded not beveled or smoothly sanded  so why did it take so long..???

I contacted Mirage Glass appx. 2 months ago for a quote on replacing a pane of glass on a sliding glass door. When they came out to measure I was told that in order to prevent condensation from getting in between two panes, get both panes replaced (only one was shattered). I received my quote, and decided to go forward with getting it replaced. Friday I was promised a call back to see if the glass was in stock. Monday I followed up and was promised a call back which never happened. Tuesday when I called to find out what is happening, I was told it says here we called you back yesterday but that's besides the point........GREAT! I love being met with attitude when i'm trying to give your business money! I was told that the price I was quoted included two panes. Couple hours later I get a call back and was told that the quote was incorrect, and now it's doubled to almost $800. All of this after I was referred to Mirage glass, after I was quoted a rate, and now it's double?  What a terrible way to handle this situation. I hope the owner, Rick, sees this and can learn from this. Each time I called, three separate girls handled my calls-making excuses as to why I was not called back. If you're going to quote someone and ask me do you approve of this quote then stick to it. Don't make excuses, don't lie and say you called me when you didn't, own up to it.

If I could give them no stars I would. In the beginning all sounded very good. After my initial meeting with one of their employees an appointment was made for someone to come to my home. No one showed up, they didn't even call. After a week we called them to see if anyone would come. The person who came was not very knowledgeable about the processes of how the turf or anything was laid. When he left he said someone would call to make an appointment and no one did yet again . Two weeks later no calls or emails no contact we called the finance company to close our account and they took the money from the account but never came to do the work. This business was sloppy and its sad that the consumer would have to be after someone who is trying to sell services. I now have closed my account and have gotten a full refund but it is still upsetting to pay someone for something and then have to go chase them to figure out what is going on. Do not recommend to anyone find someone who cares.

I was referred to Isreal and Bird glass from a contractor friend. I would echo other people's comments that communication is a challenge. I had to call him a week after we were scheduled for install to remind/reconfirm. The install went ok but was not sealed properly. For 6 weeks I called and texted Isreal to complete the job. He didn't respond for 3 weeks and then scheduled a time and he no showed and didn't call. He didn't respond for another 3 weeks and then we finally scheduled a time and he AGAIN no showed and no call. Throughout this time we couldn't take a shower without water getting all over our floor. I finally had to call another company to fix and finish the job. I like supporting small businesses but I also want to get what I pay for. Isreal - very disappointed as I was hoping to give you a strong endorsement.

Very poor communication, virtually no follow up to phone calls.  Understood that their suppliers were having problems, but the time promised came and went with no calls, I called and got a new time, another 2 weeks out, that time came and went, called and asked what was going on salesman said he would find out and get back to me, after waiting a few days called again and was told they would deliver the doors the next day.  Windows arrived with two screens missing.
Window were decent, I had upgraded them so expected a higher quality product.

Wrote a check payable to Jeff Sarra dba USA Sliding Door in the amount of $420.00 on 05-13-2020. My husband and I should've paid closer attention to the red flags. Yes, he was nice and courteous on the day he installed, but as soon as we called him back to fix the rollers, it was excuse after excuse after excuse from my phone is not working, my car is not working, yes, we would be there to not answering his phone for months. Filed a claim with our attorney and please keep in mind, his business address is no where on yelp or on his website. Not to mention he changed his phone number from what's showing on Yelp. Finally called him again and he answered and I asked if he's going to come out and he was practically yelling, YES YELLING! Ma'am who are you? I don't know who you are so please tell me who you are so I can help you. Then he was telling me that he came to my house and no one was home. Well, that was bull because, I AM WORKING FROM HOME. Everyone, please pay attention to the bad reviews. They ARE ALL TRUE!!! This is coming from someone who always gives the benefit of a doubt. This is why I am posting a review to help you in your search for the best sliding door repair company. Thank God for Yelp!

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to buy a shed that Home Depot was showing in their garden area.  Went to customer service to order it on Apr 24.  Yes, it was available.  So I ordered the materials needed to build a floor and shingles for the roof.  I, then went to a shipping service and paid them to pick up the shed.  They were to wait for my call to tell them when it would be ready.  I'd been promised that it would be that afternoon.  I paid the service.  Then, that same day I get a call that the shed was not available.  That I could pick up everything but the shed.  I asked when the shed would be available and the man told me the 26th or 27th.  The next day I call and I was told that the order was cancelled.  How could it be cancelled?  So I advised the customer service person that it wasn't cancelled by me.  She tells me that the shed is in stock and that they will pull it.  OK.  I receive no call.  The next day I go to track the order and there's nothing there.  So I call again.  These calls I make take at least 30 minutes of holding time each.  When I speak to the lady, she knows nothing about it, but tells me it wasn't cancelled.  And like the others, it will be available.  I ask her if she can guarantee that and she transfers me to Angel at the store.  I get hung up on, but Angel calls me back.  She tells me that the one available showing on the computer is the model and that the actual shed is not available.  She continues to inform me that because it hadn't sold well, they probably wouldn't get any more in stock.  I am incensed now.  I paid the delivery service in advance and will probably not get my money back.  And I will receive no shed which I need desperately.  So, I cancelled everything.  She assures me that my credit card will have no charge on it.  We'll see.  I can guarantee her one thing.  I WILL NEVER SHOP HOME DEPOT AGAIN.  Lowes, here I come.

I hired Sears to install a front door in October 2017, the completion date was supposed to be December 10, 2017.  The install date turned out to be January 12, 2018.  The job was terrible.  I contacted sears to let them know I was unhappy with the job.  They sent out another person on January 23 to look at the door.  He told me they would have to reorder parts and come back out to fix the door.  The last thing I asked him to do was to have sears contact me and let me know when I could expect them to come back out and finish the door.  Today is February 2, 2018 and I have heard nothing, nothing.
