Great service and price. Did not try to up-sell. On time and fast installation.

While I did not ultimately have this company do work on my home I did have them give me a quote and I spent a good amount of time talking with several of their employees. I want to specifically call out Carol who worked with me over the phone and personally saw to it that I received everything I needed. Their employees were professional, not pushy, and made sure I understood the details of the products available. For the record, I did not end up working with them because I learned I had a warranty for the glass under the original installer which made the repairs free. I would recommend Nelson Glass.

I've been using Mirage Glass & Mirror here for the past eight years and they have done dozens of jobs for me in every home I've ever owned. I'm also a contractor who uses them it has experience using them on over 100 jobs in the valley. They've done everything for me from mirrors, table tops, shower closures, shelves, stairway railings, glass walls and the list goes on and on. The owner Rich craft is one of the best business owners and knowledgeable class people you'll ever meet! He's exceptional with people, has the image and design and he's reasonable on your pocket book, always working in my budget and spending my money as if it's his own!

I had new tile installed in my bathroom. The guys were really great. They informed me of start date & how long it would take to complete. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them for tile projects.

I was desperate for help when I contacted companies to help me.  My glass shower door was dragging on the tile below it.
Israel responded to my cry out for help among other companies on yelp.  He was even texting me on Sunday to set up an appointment for Monday morning.
His price was very reasonable, he arrived a few minutes early which was great.  He showed me how he could quickly and efficiently fixed my shower glass enclosure.  He is intelligent, honest, is experienced and knows what he is doing.  He added sealant to protect my tile and I didn't even know I was missing it.  
I highly recommend Israel.

The owners are fantastic and the pricing is good for the product. I searched for 5 years for an economic option that fit my needs. However, no matter how much I like the windows and the customer service from David and Sam, the installers they used were HORRIBLE. Like.. sloppy, bad, awful work. So my hope is that they can find better installers in the future, or recommend that customers find their own installers. Even though the owners tried to make things right after bad installation job (and they did do some work to correct some big items), it has taken me many hours to fix caulking messes, and correct issues that were caused by poor installation.

Wrote a check payable to Jeff Sarra dba USA Sliding Door in the amount of $420.00 on 05-13-2020. My husband and I should've paid closer attention to the red flags. Yes, he was nice and courteous on the day he installed, but as soon as we called him back to fix the rollers, it was excuse after excuse after excuse from my phone is not working, my car is not working, yes, we would be there to not answering his phone for months. Filed a claim with our attorney and please keep in mind, his business address is no where on yelp or on his website. Not to mention he changed his phone number from what's showing on Yelp. Finally called him again and he answered and I asked if he's going to come out and he was practically yelling, YES YELLING! Ma'am who are you? I don't know who you are so please tell me who you are so I can help you. Then he was telling me that he came to my house and no one was home. Well, that was bull because, I AM WORKING FROM HOME. Everyone, please pay attention to the bad reviews. They ARE ALL TRUE!!! This is coming from someone who always gives the benefit of a doubt. This is why I am posting a review to help you in your search for the best sliding door repair company. Thank God for Yelp!

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to have $1500 worth of blinds ordered and in stalled by homedepot.  
1.  Ordering:  good, the lady who ordered was good, but after that was all dow hill.
2.  Paying  for measurements:  the person to come and measure was Real baad.  He called at 7:45pm to set time, not during working. They he didn't suppose to do, calls only during working hour, LIES....... ans they would take of it.  LIES... continue reading.
3. Delivery of blinds.  They told me the blinds would be delivered at my back garage door, no, no... two delivered front door, one back door, WOW.  I called to explain I was missing blinds and when would they be delivered.   They told me Thursday of the week, nothing.   I called  and told them I didn't receive.  They looked up my order said the computer shows Friday next day, nothing delivered again.  I called again and they said Saturday, nothing.    You can imagine how I felt now.  Didn't get until Monday the next week.   They did the ordering and made more excuses on way delivery wasn't done on time or correctly -Bad customer service
Installation: They promise that the installer would call during work hours  to set up time, again lies,, no he called again at 7:45, during my dinner time which  shouldn't be used for other things.   I asked why he calling so late, he said that's when he makes his calls ummmm.  Homedepot said it wouldn't happen again, but again it did.  Pooooooor customer service
4.   I will NEVER use Homedepot for any more projects. Their unreliable, make up excuses (lies) to cover for installers, delivering and they're unreliability.  One star is all I can give, if a negative 1 is possible I would give.  Its a bad time to give bad service.

We hired Sears to replace the windows in our home.  Their prices were higher then the other quotes we got.  But with financing offered and the demonstration we received by the salesman we decided to go with Sears.
Sears should seriously consider having Sears personnel do the installation rather than outsourcing it to KBH Construction LLC.  They represent Sears and we unfortunately experienced unprofessional installer that obviously didn't take pride in his work.  Spent more time on his cell phone than being focused on the job. It took three trips to deliver the screen to the sliding glass door.
Sears sent Sean (Sears Employee) was a definite PLUS.  He came to our home and fixed the SHODDY work that the contractor did. We would not recommend them as along as they outsource to KBH Construction LLC...
