I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

We've had a few projects at our house and by far the RMK Windows crew was the most professional, cohesive, and pleasant team we've ever worked with regarding home improvements. The purchase process was straightforward. The wait time was long but that's been expected during Covid times. The install, was amazing. A huge crew showed up and just managed everything like clockwork. It was really impressive. But, even more impressive was these damn gorgeous windows that made our house feel brand new. The noise reduction and temperature control has been amazing. I highly recommend. Oh, and we did have a few hiccups that required returning to our home and these guys are back today to replace a window. It's looking great. Totally impressed with the entire process.

I needed mirrors done for my gym, and Louis was the only one who came in person to give me a quote. He went out of his way and worked late hours just to make sure I got my mirrors done within a short deadline. Super friendly, amazing service!!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

After a long wait to get the screens custom made, (close to 10 weeks) I finally got them installed today by the Henderson, NV location.  Even though these are expensive,  they are head and shoulders above the quality and looks of the other option in Las Vegas that Olson Iron has. The looks alone add value to the house.  Along with making all my windows impenetrable to your average burglar, these really cut down on heat going through your windows. I have tint on  my windows but the evening sun would still heat up the windows and effectively turn them into radiant heaters  in the late afternoon sun.  After the screens were installed I felt the glass  that would normally be warm that time of day and to my surprise they had almost no heat coming through from the sun, this will save me on electrical bills in the summer months. Bottom line, if you can afford the screens, get them, they are top quality , look at it as an investment in your property and your family's safety. The installers in Henderson, NV did a great job.

We had all but 5 windows that needed glass replaced.  Mario and Christina were very professional and delivered on everything promised.  The quality of workmanship was great which is obviously so impartant when you have this work done.  It is an investment in our home and we are glad we chose this company.

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a  dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. I recently had all the windows in my house replaced with this company. I received a quote from Home Depot that was about $700 more than what I was offered through Affordable Windows, and I got the highest quality windows on the market with a lifetime warranty (including glass breakage) that is transferable if I sell my house I'm the future. I was really pleased with the process. I didn't feel like the salesman, John, was trying to upsell me on anything, and he seemed much more humble and less oily than the Home Depot guy. Everything was ready to be installed 4 weeks later. The guys that came to my house to install, Brandon and Blake, were very courteous, did a fantastic job taking the old crappy windows out and putting the new ones in, and cleaned up afterwards. This was definitely a larger priced purchase for me, but everyday I see the windows I am sooooo thankful I got them replaced. If I ever needed another window/door job, I will be contacting Affordable Windows. It's also an added bonus that they are a local company.

Requested a quote on Yelp.  Was contacted extremely quickly and made an appointment for the next morning at my house.  Was given several options for what I wanted (including an option that was much less expensive then what I first asked for a quote on).

Arrival for our appointment was prompt and the appointment was concise and informative.

Craig left with our existing two patio screen doors and returned 3 days later with them rescreened.  Pet guards were added when they were returned.

They look great and I appreciate the guarantee on the pet screens.  Cost was very affordable.

It's been 2 months since the Small Claims Court has awarded me a Judgement and they have refused to settle the debt they owe me.

do not waste money with this company. it has been a year since ordering the windows for the entire house, and just yesterday the final window was install and the installers didn't notice it was the wrong window, omg..

Great team. Great windows. Wife is thrilled.
She is pretty picky about things, and she is extremely detail-oriented.
I don't know if there is even a higher level of praise for something than to say my wife couldn't find anything wrong with it.
She has not shut up about how happy she is about the service, the windows themselves, and the company.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better than saying the wife is thrilled.

Disaster .. Wishing I could give 3 negative stars . Had asked for a bid for 2 panes that had the plastic panes slipping . First bid was high and I had SR Windows and Glass give me another .. What was missing in their end bid was a job half done .Now I only have one window with drooping pane..Just nuts !
If you are crazy enough to deal with these people get everything in detail and in writing as they are super 'smoke and mirrors show' with this aspect.
When I told them that both windows had the bronze 'panes' and mentioning I wanted them fixed I received a bid ,but seemingly only for one pane ..Now it looks horrible as only one was fixed and paid more than 60% of the previous bid ,what a rip . Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could have ascertained what was needed and what I wanted but now it looks junk . My advice is shop around and if you feel the need to support this business get  detailed estimate on exactly what is happening . Better yet choose another company with better dealings and customer service . I give SR Windows & Glass = huge FAIL .
