Best Windows Installations in Arizona

In the beginning we were considering changing out several-to-all our windows. For us, the sticker shock was too great (plus the fellow who's done an extraordinary job of washing our windows twice a year told us we really only had one that needed replacing).

As you can imagine a few of the folks who came by for estimates didn't agree with that assessment and really weren't interested in only changing out two (there are two in the front wall of the house where the cracked one is).

That was until American Vison Windows of AZ, LLC came by. They understood our situation and were more than happy to help with this smaller order (my phrase NOT theirs!) We selected what WE wanted with only expert help - NO PRESSURE!

Scheduling and set up was smooth and pleasant.  Keep in mind EVERYTHING Home Repair is STILL at the mercy of Covid, so it didn't happen overnight. But the office ordered our products and said they'd keep up in the loop.

They did just as promised and without too much time our windows were in!  Again scheduling was great with the appropriate amount of follow up and reminders. On windows in day they even gave us a one hour window of when they'd be here! Who does that???

Erick and Adrian arrived on-time and fully prepared. They were professional and even kind to our pooch (who can really bark at strangers! ) Our pup settled down pretty quickly with Erick and Adrian - so that was a good sign!

The installation was done efficiently and with high quality. It wasn't rushed, but care was taken.  When it was over, they cleaned everything up and all we were left with is two stunning windows!

Fees were as had been quoted.

OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country.  Very highly recommended.

Super impressed with Tracer Windows & Door.  I needed my front door replaced and they offered a very reasonable price.  Chris, came out to my home the very next day and did a full in home consolation.   The door arrived 2 weeks sooner then expected.  The installation crew was amazing!!!  The attention to details, timelines and overall experience was amazing.

My window job was small, (4 windows) but I am very pleased with  the quality, professional workmanship, and overall install experience.  Joseph and his crew were polite, knowledgeable, neat inside and outside my home. They were conscientious on all issues. I recommend this contractor!

exceptional service, attention to detail, picky about their work, clean,great communication, so...yea i would recommend these folks..BTW, i have a friend that owns a glass company in WA that does mostly custom houses. so i know the business a little more than most...thanks bill and team..will be back

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Great company to work with. Our upstairs windows, and slider look great. Can tell the difference in efficiency with heating already. We are so happy with Their work, and customer service we are now doing our downstairs windows. Our sales representative Gene is so good, and quick with answers to our questions. Definitely would recommend this company.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

these people are the absolute worst. from there customer service and lack of communication. i called lowerys on 5/16/22  called to get some questions ansered and a quote. two days later stil no call. so on 5/19/22 i took the time to take the window down to them myself. this was approximately 10am. the young lady that helped me said that they would get with a technician and call me back immediately. well once again they didnt even bother to call me. so after two days and the weekend passing, i had to call them. so on monday 5/23/22 i had to call once again. no apologies just excuses but i finally got a quote from them for $400.00. absolutely outragious. you can get a brand new one at home depot for half the price. dont waste your time with this company.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

Our master bedroom exterior door was recently hit by a rock which broke the outer glass pane.  This is a nine foot door with a frame around the edges and all glass in the middle.  We preferred to deal with someone local and my wife found Jackson Glass in New River.  Jason came over the same day my wife called and discussed various options with us including buying a new door.  Since this door is the same as our exterior great room door we wanted them both to look the same.  The major problem is that the doors are fiberglass.  Most folks wouldn't even attempt to replace the glass on a door like this, but Jason said he had done a handful of similar doors and would take a crack at ours as well.  He gave us an estimate and we decided to have him repair it. During this phase Jason never pressured us to choose a particular option or even to hire him for the job.

Prior to coming out to perform the repair Jason called my wife to let her know he would actually be able to complete the repair for about 20% less than his estimate.  This was after we'd already agreed to have him do the job at the price he originally quoted.  How often do you ever here of a business owner coming in under an estimate like this?!

On the day of the repair Jason showed up a few minutes early and quickly started the repair.  He was very meticulous throughout and when he was finished you could barely tell the door had been touched.  The new glass looks great and where he sealed it looks very clean and professionally done.  I found out from Jason as we chatted that he can do virtually any type of glass repair including those uniquely designed panes in vanity mirrors and curio cabinets.

When Jason was finished he thoroughly cleaned up all areas where he had performed work (something you don't always see nowadays). My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the way the door looks and will certainly call on Jason for any future glass needs.  He is extremely professional and personable and an honest business owner.  I would highly recommend him without hesitation.  I'm hoping we won't be breaking any more glass, but if we do it's reassuring to know Jason is just a phone call away.

We started to do some inquiries about replacing windows.  We met with a few companies and they were soooo pushy and just seemed to want the business and not really listen to what we wanted or they tried to oversell our needs.  We just stopped looking.   Then we met with the salesperson (James) from Modern Resolution and he was very helpful and not pushy at all.  In fact it took us a few months to decide and he was patient.  The installation process was great and they even came to inspect afterward to make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to be... Reasonably priced and look amazing!!!  Joann/Marty in Gilbert

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.

If I could give this company a -5, I would. I cannot believe the poor workmanship that was done. If you have to live without windows in your home at all, it's preferable to what you get here. I now have to replace tile, at my expense, because they cut it and the fix is a little piece of white wood that'll be scratched up in no time... this was done at the sliding glass doors. I could go on, but won't. Go to a company that won't cost you to fix what they leave behind.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
