Best Windows Installations in Arizona

Lets just start this review with the bottom line: This company is phenomenal.

OK this is a little bit of a story, so get comfy.

My husband and I attended the Yelp Pley Date at the children's museum this year, which might I add ROCKED! When you walked in the door you were given a raffle ticket and off to your left you could get your picture taken and there was a drawing. One for an IPAD 3 and one for a sliding glass door. Now my husband and I are gadget freaks however we have a couple of tablets, and me being the sensible one, (sorry honey), said, You know what I am going to enter the sliding glass door drawing. So we put one ticket in each fish bowl, and moved on to the delights further in.

I honestly gave this no more thought until I received the phone call from American Vision Windows stating I had won, I was utterly ecstatic.

Now mind you I have wanted to replace our windows in our home for a while, it was built in 1960 and we have single pane steel casing windows which equal a GIANT electric bill, but the money hasn't been available to do that yet, as other home improvements are currently going on, remember....built in 1960.

Elias came out, to measure our Door and he is awesome. He has fantastic customer service skills and was a real pleasure to talk to.

Fast forward 4 weeks later and our door is in. Now we were able to order a triple pane, Ply Gem, four paneled sliding glass door that parts in the middle. It looks A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! They gentlemen that came out to install it were professional and had the work done in about 3 1/2 hours.

I will be posting Before and After Pictures as soon as I get the chance to sit at my computer at home to do a side by side comparison.

This is a class act. I have told all of my coworkers, and family when they need windows this is where to go and when we do have the finances to make that happen, I have Elias on speed dial!!!

I live in Sun City, our old windows were a mess,when we bought our home. We found a local small business in Sun City that did an excellent job! I do recommend them. I'm now looking forward to purchasing a New front door from them. The staff is excellant.

Just had 6 windows replaced by this company and the experience was great! Chris came out to talk over prices with me and was great about not trying to sell me on anything I didn't want. After that they sent out another person to double check their measurements and the windows took about a month to be made & delivered.

The installation team led by Seth was great about letting me know when they would arrive and worked very quickly. No cussing, no smoking, and no mess left. Seth was great about showing me any flaws they had to work around (my window openings weren't all level) and explaining the features of the windows.

After they were done Chris came by a few hours later to inspect the job and to see if I was happy.

All in all I would recommend this company to anyone to at least check out. It's well worth the call.

Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

exceptional service, attention to detail, picky about their work, clean,great communication, so...yea i would recommend these folks..BTW, i have a friend that owns a glass company in WA that does mostly custom houses. so i know the business a little more than most...thanks bill and team..will be back

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

DO NOT even think of using this company unless you want to pay for poor service or no service.  They claim that they are so busy that they cannot schedule installs less than 3 weeks out.  So you will have to wait for factory to make your door (understandable for custom door) and if the door arrives, you will have to WAIT for install or hire your own. Our door came in the wrong size as verified by owner and sales agent after I notified them that door was short.  They did not want to refund us our money or order a new door even if wrong size door was received.  They claimed that they could fix the short height problem by ordering a threshold part to go at the bottom of the door.  The part took about 2 weeks to get to them but I had to repeatedly call to try and get the part installed.  Again, they were so busy that they could not set a definite date.  When they finally installed the part, they did not finish the job properly.  The door was not cheap...about $2000. Order from anyone else because you will have to wait for these guys anyway.  And then get a good professional installer who has pride in their work.  In the end, you will have less stress and save you time from chasing this company for service!!  How would you like to pay $2000 and have your door/frame look like this?  Ordered door 9/1...still trying to get job completed properly.

I recommend HPH to anyone who is looking for replacement roofing, windows, siding, solar, showers, baths, walk-in tubs! They provide white glove, red carpet service! Great value for your important investment!

Had bobby install a new sliding glass door and window in our condo. We couldn't be happier. Great installation and prompt service. Would recommend them for installing windows in Arizona or rocky point mexico.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

A pigeon flew into my window and broke it, which was a disappointment for both me and the (now dead) pigeon. Luckily, Jackson Glass was able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called and I had the glass replaced within the week (and without having to get a new window entirely). Their prices were reasonable. They provided great service and have a very knowledgeable, responsive team!

We originally rated Modern Resolutions at 5 stars and still give them some stars because we do love the windows themselves. Also, the people who installed them were fantastic - quick, friendly, etc. However, when we purchased we were told our financing would be zero payments and zero interest for 24 months. We asked many clarifying questions and were assured that no payments would be required until the balance was due in 24 months. We were/are not in a position to pay for them now, and this financing was the reason why we went ahead and purchased the windows now instead of waiting another year or two (which was our original plan). Now that the windows are installed and the transaction has been made, we received a monthly bill for the loan. !!! Naturally, I reached out to Modern Resolutions to find out why we have a monthly bill and am now being told that the sales person was wrong about the terms of the financing and it turns out that while it is interest free for 2 years, minimum payments do need to be made monthly. For us, that's several hundred dollars each month that we did not have budgeted at this time. We did sign the contract for the loan, so even though we were told multiple times that we would have zero payments due until Nov 2024, we are now in a contract to make high monthly payments beginning immediately. We would NOT have purchased the windows this year had we known the true terms of the financing. While I do not really think the sales person intentionally misled us, we are faced with the consequences of this financial obligation that we cannot get out of. And for that reason, I say to purchase at your own risk.

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.

It was worth the wait wait for superior windows and professionally installed windows.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
