Best Windows Installations in Arizona

I hired this company three months ago to do my windows at my house came and install the windows. I called them for the screen doors and a handle for the Kaseeta sliding door. They never showed up. I called them three times they stood me up I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! I would highly recommend him and Sunnyside Sunscreens to anybody looking for 5 star service and very affordable pricing! Thanks again!

After getting an outrageous quote from another window company, my neighbors suggested I call Quad City. Curtis came out the next day and gave me a quote that evening. I was so happy with what they offered. They are so friendly, professional and do quality work! My husband works for a builder and sees a lot of installers leave huge messes and sub par work that needs to be fixed. He was so happy when he came home and saw the amazing install. We could not be happier that we chose Quad City and will be recommending them to all of our friends and family!

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

Shout out to Brandon, Rocky, John and Jimmy. These guys were punctual, professional and full of energy. I really appreciated how nice and respectful they were. They covered up my furniture so that the window replacement didn't get debris on it and were even kind enough to sweep everything up to make sure there was no glass to step on. They got my broken window fixed quickly and did a really great job.

Timely, Efficient, Friendly and no upscale/hard sale.  Job was able to be done same day with quality workmanship.

Contacted Apache Glass for an estimate during the inspection period of my home purchase.  Called back to schedule an appointment to have them come out to do an actual measure, and had to call back again a week later when no one ever called me to set the appointment.  Then I received a call the next day saying they were revising the estimate $500 for drive time, even though they had my address when they provided the estimate.  Extremely unorganized and unethical...

We've had Desert Breeze Glass fix two broken windshields over the past few months.  Their service personnel continue to be friendly and professional.  I can count on them to do an excellent job.

Posting this review after watching my husband struggle to get them to do what we paid them to do.

-Called, got estimate, hired them, paid them in full.
-Sent someone to measure our window
-They came back with the window a week later but OOPS! They mismeasured. We'll call you to make another appointment. 2 weeks go by. Nothing.
-Husband calls them back. Oh, someone marked this job as done. (??) So we tell them, no, never got our window. They say they'll order and be back out.
-Job was scheduled for a certain time window. An hour ahead of when they're expected, they arrive.
-Uh, you guys are early, we weren't expecting you for another hour. The Redline Windows worker replies: Surprise! (No sorry, never called ahead nothing)
-The unmasked worker *walks into my house* and I have to tell him to get a mask because I have an infant and, you know, there's a PANDEMIC. They go back out and get one and finish the job.

Unbelievably unprofessional, had to chase them down to do what we paid them to do, showed up early and acted like it was a surprise birthday party, and put my family at risk by not abiding by state regulations to wear a mask.

Don't make our same mistake- don't hire these folks.

First off, I didn't receive services from Red Rock. The reason being is because I called Thomas at Red Rock to schedule an estimate. After filling him in on my situation, he very frankly said that I didn't need new windows. What I needed was stucco repair and he gave me a referral. The reason I left this review is because I completely respect his honesty! He totally could have sold me a product that I didn't need! Instead, he pointed me in the right direction. Thank you Thomas!!! Should I require window assistance in the future, I'll be calling back!

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

Poor Customer Service - I will also respond to the negative review below by Michael V and the response by CK Glass.  The installation of these windows DOES NOT FALL ON MILGARD, the manufacturer. The poor response time by CK Glass to rectify the leaking windows during monsoon time was Uncalled for. The customer never took issue with the home being flooded by the rain yet CK glass continued to not show up for scheduled appointments to rectify the situation or return phone calls. The voicemail box was continually full  with no way to make contact on several occasions. The windows leaked  like Niagara Falls, carpet and furniture were soaked. The lack of communication, not returning phone calls, or emails, not keeping scheduled appointments, all by CK Glass not MILGARD. How many times does a customer have to sit and wait for no-show appointments by CK Glass? How many times does a customer have to call to get results before reverting to this negative review. Over and over again for several months the office manager blamed the owner, the owner blamed to office manager, the office manager blamed the manufacturer. This is a business owner-customer negative review. No one else is responsible for missed appointments, no returned phone calls from the owner and the office manager for weeks at a time. The responsibility lies with CK Glass for not showing up as scheduled and promised on several occasions and for the lack of communication between the owner and the customer. These windows were installed on March 10, 2021 with the last no show appointment on November 2, 2021 at 4 pm as promised. It was stated that the owner was occupied with another customer and would arrive by 5 pm. This is November 27th with still no apology or communication from CK Glass for not showing up or fixing the leaking windows.
