Just finished replacing 4 windows on the front of my house.  David and his crew did a superb job, not only on installing the windows, but replacing the stucco, drywall, and painting that needed to be done.  They also took care to protect the house from dust and cleaned up when they were finished.  Every window and glass door in my home has now been replaced using this company.  I would highly recommend them.  A fair price, great workmanship, and professional crew.  Thanks Sevy!!

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. Replaced a bedroom window after golf ball broke it. Steve came and measured the same day I called. Five days later and they just finished the installation. There quote was less than half of two other quotes I got. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Had someone come in to do a quote. No response for several weeks after the in-home consultation and when I called to get a status update, Hunter was rude and flippant. Told me there were 30 others in my position so he didn't have time to text or call to let me know he wasn't able to take on the project. When a business makes promises, there is a certain expectation by their customer that they will follow through with what was said. One of his associate's father passed away, so he was unable to track any of his customers. Sounds like the whole thing fell apart. A curtesy text, email, or phone call would've helped the situation but the reaction I received after making the phone call myself was uncalled for and unfounded.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ricardo's crew did a great job fitting new Anderson windows in my 1979 block home. They were on time, did an A+ job on the install, and were clean and courteous.

I had a great experience with Lines Sunscreens. I priced around a bit with a few other companies before making my decision and was really happy with my choice. Lines has competitive pricing and the best customer service. Deb was super sweet, answered all of my questions each time I called and Victor was quick and efficient with our consult and installation. This company will work to earn your business and keep you as a customer. I would 100% refer Lines Sunscreens to my friends and family.

Purchased the door middle of December and was quoted a 4-6 week timeline for delivery. They came out the next week to measure so there would be no delay. Couple weeks later a different person (from our sales guy) calls and says they need to come measure. Told him they already had and he rechecked the paperwork, agreed. He said he would get back to me with a timeline for install. Never heard from him. Called again and got voicemail, no return. 7 weeks after purchase, I called in to check on timing. The person was impatient and had no info (said well, it's not here, so that's all I can say right now without talking to the warehouse), said she would call back on Monday.  She did and scheduled the delivery for the following (a full 8 weeks after purchase).

I am not prone to bad reviews. I generally give the benefit of the doubt and would have done so gladly with this company had any one of the 4 employees I spoken with bothered to be forthcoming. If they had called and said simply it's gonna be a little longer, I'd have been satisfied. Instead, they avoided communication at all costs. I cannot recommend this company.

Bottom line: If you're looking for predictable, on-time install, find a different company. This one won't do it. You can find the same selection of products in a million other places.

We have some large windows that have been leaking for a few years. We finally reached out to Pella Windows to see if they could help us resolve the problem. Chris and AJ came out a few weeks ago and diagnosed the problem and offered a couple solutions. We decided to go with the least invasive repair, and Chris and AJ returned today (we specifically requested them!) to do the work. They showed up on time and went to work. They completed the work in less time than expected and left all the work areas perfectly clean. Chris and AJ are very knowledgeable about windows and definitely represent Pella Windows in a positive and highly professional manner. Of course time will tell if the  repairs resolved the leaks, but they promised to return if we have issues in the next year. We highly recommend Pella Windows and especially AJ and Chris.

I didn't realize how much of a difference a window would make in my electric bill! I had a few windows with broken seals. I wasn't sure if that meant the windows needed to be replaced or if I could just repair them. I contacted several glass/window replacement companies to ask questions that would give me an idea of what my options were. Not only did Alliance Glass give me a great deal on my window replacement, but they took the time to actually educate me on the difference in quality and performance I would notice with the glass I chose to go with for the replacement. I would highly recommend their services to any of my clients or friends. Well folks do not do business with this company , I repeat warning do not do business with this company , I recently made a down payment to have a commercial window replaced at my business , haven't heard a word other than the message on the phone , or the we are currently assisting another customer, so I decided to go by their place of business , no one was there but the open sign was on , door locked but company vehicle was in back , went to a neighbor business of theirs and asked about the company and he immediately told me a lady was I. There no more than 15 minutes before me , asking the same thing because they took a deposit from her and nothing , well I go with this other company , and come to ding out , TDGlass , has had their contractors license RED FLAGGED !!!!!! Now I know just warning folks so they don't get duped I should lay into the company that referred this guy to me ,

Delilah has been great to work with. She came to my house was very friendly and informative. I ended up buying double pane windows because mine are very old and needed to be replaced. It's been a pleasant experience so far. I would recommend this company. I haven't received my windows yet it's going to take about three months, and then I will come back and update this review.

We moved into our condo last September and quickly afterwards noticed we had a gap in our front door that was costing us a lot of money in electric costs. Additionally we had an original sliding glass door that was single pane. We had illumination window and door company completely replace our front door and sliding glass door. They did a wonderful job with the install, and left the work area very clean. Since we had the new doors put on we have noticed a decrease in our electric costs and have no more gap at the front door. I would highly recommend illumination window and door company to anybody considering getting new windows and doors. Their pricing was very competitive and fair. I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
