Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. Replaced a bedroom window after golf ball broke it. Steve came and measured the same day I called. Five days later and they just finished the installation. There quote was less than half of two other quotes I got. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Working with Hunter, Kody, and crew was a great experience from start to finish. We had our entry doors replaced and the quality of the work was exceptional. I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! I think they either closed or have terrible customer service. I called and spoke to josh and he left me a quote over VM. Now when I try to call back (minimum 6 times) to place the order, the phone rings endlessly and the voicemail box is full.

I have had Deb repair my screens twice now and she has done a wonderful job. The work is quality and done in a timely manner,  communication is great and she's a delightful person to work with. I would definitely recommend, give them a call!

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project.  I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc.  At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why.  Brian would not return our calls.  If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don't walk, run away!

We ordered windows for the back of house came and installed in 4 months which was quoted time installers were profession polite cleaned up very through so we ordered windows for front of house. Competitive pricing Anderson was 50 % more how good can they be lol very satisfied less heat in house and according to my wife less dust

I didn't realize how much of a difference a window would make in my electric bill! I had a few windows with broken seals. I wasn't sure if that meant the windows needed to be replaced or if I could just repair them. I contacted several glass/window replacement companies to ask questions that would give me an idea of what my options were. Not only did Alliance Glass give me a great deal on my window replacement, but they took the time to actually educate me on the difference in quality and performance I would notice with the glass I chose to go with for the replacement. I would highly recommend their services to any of my clients or friends. Touchdown Glass Replacement was AWESOME!! I accidentally broke my single pane Glass Saturday night and immediately contacted Touchdown Glass Replacement for a quote. They replied extremely fast with a great price. They were out the next day and completed the job! Big thanks to Dwayne for his help and immediate assistance! He came to repair on a Sunday and didn't charge me any extra, great company!!! Highly recommend

Purchased DaBella windows and was advised that the sales person would be there to coordinate the entire job.  We had to change the original installation date due to family illness.  I left messages with the sales person and spoke with a DaBella representative, and no one called us back. .  The installer showed up as he never received the messages from the installation company.   The windows are great, however, the installer never came back to finish the job.  There is foam and shims sticking out under the windows.
It appears that DaBella contracted out the installation to Install Partners, who hired another person to put in the windows.  I called DaBella today to find out about the final payment,.  Twice there was no answer at all.  I let it ring until I was disconnected, .  On the third attempt did get an option to leave a message, and received no call back.  The windows themselves are a much needed improvement and look great, but the process has been extremely frustrating and I would like to get the job completed.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!  Anthony, the manager, has horrible customer service skills.  A patio door was purchased by the contractor for our house's renovation.  The door had a major installation issue.  Although Anthony facilitated the installation, he never admitted to doing so.  I had to make many phone calls to finally figured out that Illumination did the installation.  Ultimately this company can sell a product, but WILL NOT take any accountability there after.  Is that who you want to buy from?

Response to Anthony's comment- Quite rude?  What's quite rude is the necessity of 3 phone calls over a period of 4 days to finally get in touch with the manager!!  I initially reached out to illumi-nation for some kind of answers to my malfunctioned door because THEIR BRAND's LABEL WAS ON IT.  In our initial conversation, not once did I mention to Anthony about any warranty claims or request for such;  According to my contractor, Anthony and his team did in fact installed the door at my property.  It was a specialty door and therefore, required special considerations for installation.  As far as who did the framing, I am yet unclear.  Irregardless, how convenient that Anthony is denying having any involvement with a faulty installation by saying he just sold the door.  Again, I am just astounded by the lack of accountability or simple courteous assistance in solving a problem derived from their store.  Save your money and go elsewhere!!! I have NEVER wasted so much time writing such a negative comment; but the principle in this situation is just beyond belief! True, I was never an actual customer of this store, the contractor was; however, I am hoping that this review will change your mind/contractor's minds in making ANY purchases from this nasty franchise.

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
