Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. Had someone come in to do a quote. No response for several weeks after the in-home consultation and when I called to get a status update, Hunter was rude and flippant. Told me there were 30 others in my position so he didn't have time to text or call to let me know he wasn't able to take on the project. When a business makes promises, there is a certain expectation by their customer that they will follow through with what was said. One of his associate's father passed away, so he was unable to track any of his customers. Sounds like the whole thing fell apart. A curtesy text, email, or phone call would've helped the situation but the reaction I received after making the phone call myself was uncalled for and unfounded.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ricardo's crew did a great job fitting new Anderson windows in my 1979 block home. They were on time, did an A+ job on the install, and were clean and courteous.

Simply put.... we do not recommend this company for you and your glass and window needs. They lack customer service, and communication necessary for a rating higher than 1 star. Ordering from them resulted in a failure to notify us until the day before window delivery that our windows would be late. And this notification only came after we called to confirm window delivery time as to coordinate with the framers at the house. Additionally the back slider was back ordered to arrive for weeks later. Again no open line of communication. One window showed up and was broken. - as if this review it still has not been repaired and that was a mere 7 weeks ago. One window did not fit and was sized incorrectly to adequately fit with a front door. They refused to refund money. We offered a solution to keep the sidelight window and pay for it at cost and try and find alternate place for the window if they would split the cost for redesign, cramming and installation (minimal cost). This was refused. They basically ordered the wrong size and want to still make a profit on the window and have us pay for it all. Meetings, phone calls and emails we spoken/written in anger, tone and very unprofessional. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Unprofessional, rude, no customer service, lack of communication, lack a respect  are just a few of the descriptions this business possesses.

Don't try to sugar coat it, to try and look good on the internet!!! You made every excuse in the book and even said my screen door was messed up, ok so if it was messed up why didn't you guys say that before you guys put on the sun screen??????

I asked for a quote to replace two windows. Lasting Impressions gave me a BAD impression with a quote at $433.96.....Dependable glass did the job for $ 236.47. So guess who I'm going to call the next time I need some window work?

The order was for fourteen custom windows, two custom doors, and one custom French door set.  The windows were installed but needed follow-up, which took a letter to Pella Corp to obtain satisfaction.  On installation day, an existing door was removed and custom door placed in the opening - it was obviously way too small.  Installer measured existing doors, stated the Pella doors were not correct size.  I talked with sales rep - she stated delivered doors were Pella's standard door, our openings were custom, and would be lots more expensive.  OBSURD!  We had ordered and paid for all CUSTOM - windows and doors.  Next, her manager calls, offers compensation if we would let them install the smaller doors - I said no and wanted a refund for all the doors + compensation for the inconvenience of having a door removed and then reinstalled, which is ok but needed additional attention.  Installer said that's the best he could do in re-installing the door.  
After much hagling back and forth with Pella, and their refusal to make good with full screens for double hung windows, the following is my response email to the sales rep with bcc to the customer service:
A refusal to make good on full screens because they reimbursed us for a PELLA ERROR is not a good enough reason to not deliver full screens.  It was NOT our error that the doors were wrong.  It was NOT our error to choose a refund instead of accepting Pella's initial alternative  to install  ill measured, smaller doors and accept compensation.  It was NOT our error Pella delivered half screens for double hung windows.  
Henceforth, Pella will remain in our opinion, which I will surely make known in every conversation regarding windows,  that Pella is an unscrupulous company that will take your money but take no responsibility and refuses to make right a Pella wrong.  
We may be small fish in a great pond easily walked upon by Pella, but somewhere down the road, a company whose compass is so skewed will meet it's fair and just consequences.

I'm selling my home and needed two panes replaced. I called Alliance a few weeks ago. They measured my windows and took a 50% deposit. They returned over a week later and both windows were an inch too short. I had to hold our open house with damaged windows.  I still haven't heard back from them. Our home sold and we have an inspection this week. Looks like the inspection will show two damaged windows, even though I've been trying to be replace them for weeks now.

Update: We finally got our glass. It took nearly a month. They didn't offer anything to make up for the delay, so I asked if they could discount the price. They gave me $25 off and said it was the best they could do because it was the manufacturer's fault.  I recommend going with another company if you are working on a deadline. They were absolutely unwilling to try to work around our time crunch. We were able to remodel the kitchen and sell the house in the time it took them to install two window panes. Total was around $700.

Absolutely amazing.

Dog broke a window at 6pm, and by 7 pm Touchdown Glass was at my home giving me an estimate! They even patched up the window until they could repair it.

Had the glass ordered and delivered so quickly, which is so uncommon in this industry, and kept me up to date on the whole process.

Installation was fast, and flawless. My window is finally dog proof and solid once again.

High pressure sales, no bids on paper, no card, varied prices, want me to scam my insurance and lock them in as my contractor. Hire local and stay away from contractors with new lifted trucks! A good contractor is usually busy and won't waste your time or theirs.

We moved into our condo last September and quickly afterwards noticed we had a gap in our front door that was costing us a lot of money in electric costs. Additionally we had an original sliding glass door that was single pane. We had illumination window and door company completely replace our front door and sliding glass door. They did a wonderful job with the install, and left the work area very clean. Since we had the new doors put on we have noticed a decrease in our electric costs and have no more gap at the front door. I would highly recommend illumination window and door company to anybody considering getting new windows and doors. Their pricing was very competitive and fair. Thanks Anthony for the great work we appreciate it.

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
