Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I first contacted State 48 because my friend had two glass doors installed in her den and I was impressed by the workmanship. I contacted State 48 and provided them with the details of my project and they were incredibly responsive. I decided to hire them. I have dealt with many contractors and historically have felt that I had to reach out to understand timelines, costs, etc. this was not the case with State 48. Hunter and the team were incredibly communicative and executed quality work. They installed a door for my office in an archway and I very impressed with the work they did. They also left my house clean after installing! It is evident they take pride in their work and want to execute projects the right way. I would highly recommend!!

Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! I was closing a house window when one of the springs exploded out of the side rail of the  window leaving the window crooked in the frame. I went to K&K Custom Glass and they had some parts on hand and ordered other parts for me, plus explained how to repair the window. I was worried that I would have to replace the entire window and now will spend about $30 and have a good working window again.
This was my second experience with this company, the first time was to get glass cut for a large frame for a painting.
The employees could not have been.more helpful and friendly.  I will go back for my glass needs.

After looking into a few different companies I decided to go with Lines for all new screens on my new house I just moved into. I'm not gonna lie, Deb was best!!! I knew that if the screens came out half as good as her customer service on the phone I would be happy. Well, I'm thrilled. My screens are amazing. I'm sitting in my room right now with my oversized slider open and the cool air coming in thru my new screen door!! Thanks to Deb and the guys, oh and the price was great and the 10yr warranty is awesome!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

I asked for a quote to replace two windows. Lasting Impressions gave me a BAD impression with a quote at $433.96.....Dependable glass did the job for $ 236.47. So guess who I'm going to call the next time I need some window work?

The windows were missing some small parts.  After I mentioned this to the salesperson they were mailed to me for me to install.  Moreover, their stucco contractor was terrible.  First thing he did when he showed up was to complain on how bad a job the window installers had done. He himself did an awful job and was belligerent saying it was the best he could do.  After I complained to the salesperson the stucco guy came back out and did the job mostly right.  Almost nine months later there are still stains all over the driveway from where he spilled the stucco material and they can't be removed.  Not once during the process did anyone from Pella inspect the work being done.

Good?  Same day emergency service.  Tech was polite.  He cleaned the broken glass and boarded up the window.  2nd tech was polite too.

Bad?  $430 for 3 hours of labor and the glass.  The glass was just over 5 square feet.....yes 5 square feet....

I'll round up considerably....assume the glass cost $200...so the glass guy bills $76 an hour...????  (Insulated glass is not $40 per square)

$76 an hour for glass technician?  My CPA does not bill $76....

6 stars if I could give it ! Had an emergency.  Called at 7 PM on Wednesday night, and Dwayne (the owner) answered and fit me in his schedule for our thing the next day. Got the job done better than expected, was professional and at a great price. I am a realtor and have him set for another client next week. Highly recommended!!

The salesman was dishonest he changed the contract on interest and he lied stating the loan was not attached to my house. He lied about having to replace most of the wood the reason why the 1100 sq ft roof would cost me 15 k.. This did not include the whole roof. He inconveniently had to come back the next day for signatures and initials, which I stated I had plans. Very aggressive so allowed him back under influence of alcohol that next evening... Interest rate and payment changed payment from $102 to 170. Well my refinance was a bust on my house because the loan was attached and they only put 4 sheets of new wood on my roof. Liars! The partial roof is nice and people they contracted were very good but they done something to make my air condition come on continuously and they tried several times to turn it off and eventually they turned it off. I tried using it weeks later and I had to call the A/C man  200$ later its working. Do not trust this company

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
