Just finished replacing 4 windows on the front of my house.  David and his crew did a superb job, not only on installing the windows, but replacing the stucco, drywall, and painting that needed to be done.  They also took care to protect the house from dust and cleaned up when they were finished.  Every window and glass door in my home has now been replaced using this company.  I would highly recommend them.  A fair price, great workmanship, and professional crew.  Thanks Sevy!!

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. Peggy was very charming and delightful to work with on the estimates. Steve and Jake were professional and very proficient in checking the measurements, and installing the new mirrors, and very happy to work with me to repurpose the original light fixture in the Guest Bathroom!

I just spoke to this company. They are very courteous and helpful! Unfortunately they were not able to offer the type of remodeling I needed, but they were very informative and friendly! Highly recommend.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

We used them for our church front doors, and bathroom doors.  They came when we asked them too, right before a wedding was to start, finished before the guests arrived, and cleaned up so no one knew they were there.  They had to come back this week to finish doing some other doors we had asked them to do and again they showed up on time, finished quickly, cleaned up, and the price was the lowest we could find for the same work to be done by other companies.  I would highly recommend their service.

Lines installed screens on 4 windows for us last year and they made a marked improvement on the cooling inside our house from those west-facing windows. Now we have a kitten, and we're keeping some other doors closed around our bedroom and it's getting much warmer in our bathroom, so we decided to get three more done. Deb is so accommodating with scheduling and SO SO nice on the phone every time I've spoken to her. We love our existing shades and can't imagine the new ones will be any less impressive!

Our entire 4000 sq ft home has Pella windows. We have no issues with the product itself, but this Scottsdale location is beyond belief. No customer service at all. Call them and wait for them to call you back if you have a problem, and you'll be waiting for months. It's a quality product but NOT sold via a quality operation. As homeowners with tens of thousands in Pella products, we would strongly recommend you select a window supplier with higher marks in customer service than this bogus operation in Scottsdale.

Worst experience I have been through. I own several rental properties in the valley and gave these guys a shot.. big mistake, after I was quoted for the glass, I had to call 4 different times to get the final amount. The glass was installed on a Friday, and I had 3 voicemails on my phone by Wednesday (as I was on vacation) for immediate payment or else a lean would be placed on my property...5 days, counting the weekend and Memorial Day Monday. After I called back telling them of my experience thus far, no apology was offered. I let them know that I would pay them when I received the bill which I was told they would email to me.. What do you want to bet I don't see that for another week if ever? There are plenty of good glass companies in the valley; I tried these guys out so you don't have to. Be warned and go with someone professional, it's certainly worth the few extra bucks.

We replaced all the windows and bug screens in our home. Dwayne did a great job explaining things and does careful, precision work.  Far better than replacing all the windows in a 27 year old home and a lot less expensive.  Everything looks like new.  We are very pleased.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. ALEJANDRO, OUR SALES REP REFUSED TO LEAVE OUR HOME AND MADE THIS INTO A 3 HOUR PROCESS JUST FOR A QUOTE THAT THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU TO SIGN THE SAME TIME THEY COME TO GIVE THE QUOTE.

This was the most unprofessional company I've ever came in contact with. They showed up at 12pm for my roof quote and did an inspection. They did whatever they needed to do, then came inside to show pictures and give us a quote. We had two sales reps that came, one had just finished training, which the main representative reminded us of every time he sent the new guy outside.
I believe the man who was the main sales rep that came was named Alejandro. He was the worst of the worst when it comes to sales people. There is a stereotype for a reason, but dang did he blow the stereotypes out of the water. He took the whole never take no for an answer to the extreme. At a car sales lot, at least you can just leave but he refused to leave my home. After about 45 minutes of them explaining why it's important to understand that you pay for the quality work you want and discrediting all other companies, we realized it would not be a good fit. I didn't need a sales pitch. And if they are going to do it, it doesn't need to be 45 minutes. I just need to know what they recommend for repair, the products available, and how much it will cost.
By the time they finally gave us the quote, we realized they were just covering for the fact that they wayyyyy overcharge. We told them going into it we were just getting quotes but we can get into that in a second. We've gotten other quotes all of which ranged from $10,000 to $12,000. He quotes us $26,000. I asked him what made his company worth $14,000 more, and he referred to the quality of workers and product. However his product was the exact same as other companies I've received quotes from and they had the same qualifications for employees. After we basically told him no, he tried to start getting our financial information in order to run our credit. We refused and then he said okay I jsyt need to call my manager.

He then went on to call his manager (who knows who he actually called) to loudly sit on my couch and keep repeating their sales points to the phone. Clearly just trying to keep selling to us through his phone call. After a few minutes of being sick of this, we told him we had a reservation we had to get to and we appreciate his time but we need to go. He then said oh they just had a reservation pop up out of no where to the phone and continued not to leave. We then all got our shoes on and ready to go as he continued. Once we were ready, I told him that I will walk him out. He was still on the phone doing the same thing refusing to leave. I got him to walk out and he says ti the person on the phone that we made him leave and he's at the door and needs a last number to give us. He had the number the whole time and was trying to continue to sell us.

Eventually I told him that I understand he's trying to get the sale but I need him to leave and he tried 3 or 4 more times to get me to hire them right then for the project before he finally gave up.

This was the worst experience. Alejandro is the reason people hate sales people. I cannot believe that he would not just accept my answer and leave. Also that he was trying to force me to agree to hire them immediately without considering other quotes. He took up around 3 hours of my and my wife's time for nothing. Most quotes were about 30-45 minute process at the most and I got all the info I needed. They know they are overpriced and need to bully their customers into agreeing. Do not hire this company. Even just getting a quote will make you hate dealing with them.

I was asked to state the facts so I will. It is true I didn't have much of an idea about what I wanted to do, although I never hid that fact. I stated from the very beginning (which I had to do in person, by the way, because my voice mail was un-returned) that I was looking for ideas and Anthony could have said at any time, we are not interested in this type of business and I would have walked away without complaint. But he agreed to give me some ideas (via e-mail). I gave feedback via a phone call and an e-mail, but I was essentially told to go away and it was not a pleasant exchange. Again, I admit I was searching for ideas because I am not an expert in window and door replacement and I would have understood if I was (politely) told to do some more research. But I was struck at the rudeness and arrogance of Anthony's replies. Over the phone, I could tell he was losing his patience and his e-mail to me left no doubt. For all I know, his work may be fantastic; I'm pretty sure Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg are not known for their patience either. But I was just really surprised that as a small business owner Anthony was not a little more conciliatory towards someone who has no expertise in this area. By the way, I told him that I was willing to spend a decent amount of money on a solution and never wavered on that commitment, so I just don't understand the animosity. Again, these are the facts as I see them.

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
