He paid attention to detail, and cleaned so there was no sign of his having done any work His quote was exactly what he said it would be and he went out of his way to make us happy doing it at a time which was most convenient for us. Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

I would highly recommend Ferguson Exteriors.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ricardo's crew did a great job fitting new Anderson windows in my 1979 block home. They were on time, did an A+ job on the install, and were clean and courteous.

Simply put.... we do not recommend this company for you and your glass and window needs. They lack customer service, and communication necessary for a rating higher than 1 star. Ordering from them resulted in a failure to notify us until the day before window delivery that our windows would be late. And this notification only came after we called to confirm window delivery time as to coordinate with the framers at the house. Additionally the back slider was back ordered to arrive for weeks later. Again no open line of communication. One window showed up and was broken. - as if this review it still has not been repaired and that was a mere 7 weeks ago. One window did not fit and was sized incorrectly to adequately fit with a front door. They refused to refund money. We offered a solution to keep the sidelight window and pay for it at cost and try and find alternate place for the window if they would split the cost for redesign, cramming and installation (minimal cost). This was refused. They basically ordered the wrong size and want to still make a profit on the window and have us pay for it all. Meetings, phone calls and emails we spoken/written in anger, tone and very unprofessional. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Unprofessional, rude, no customer service, lack of communication, lack a respect  are just a few of the descriptions this business possesses.

We have used Lines Sunscreens to rescreen our patio door slider screen and  also for sunscreens on our house windows. Very professional, easy to work with, fast, turn time, and very communicative. Great value. Always good to be able to work with a local family owned business who prides them selves on quality.

Quality and installation is great.   Very happy with my doors.  I can't give 5 stars though because their communication is sorely in need of improvement.  If I'm told I will be called with confirmation on the order, on the installation, etc, I expect that.  I had to call and chase down answers constantly.  Hopefully this will improve.   I would use them again, even with the mild aggravation because they do a great job.

I chose pella windows over other companies because of perfect customer service ! Not so!, I'm extremely frustrated and dissatisfied!, I received all new windows the end of September. They measured the most expensive window, front window to the street , off by three inches . After installment my shutters did not align . In order to avoid having to get a new window, we agreed to adjust the shutters , which I paid for, and get an amount refunded for having to accept the not perfect window, six weeks ago I provided an estimate and the desired photos of the window , I was just Advised that it  will take another two weeks ! To get the repair money and the refund , which makes it 8 weeks after , or three month after replacement of my windows !,,

Is this superior customer service ? I think k not!,,

For  this reason I would not chose pella again,  a much cheaper company could not have handled this worse ....

I have had 2 great experiences with Alliance Glass. Brian repaired 2 windows in a home we were selling and assisted me over the phone on repairing a window in our new home. I went to the shop and picked up new balances and he showed me exactly how to install them. This was a terrific assistance to help me save the service charge. With all the right parts and Brian's assistance I was able to make the repair myself.

My experience dealing with Touchdown Glass was horrendous!  I contacted them in mid-March to replace a large shattered bathroom mirror.  Dwayne showed up within a couple of days, removed the broken mirror and quoted a price of $425. A check was written for the entire amount that day (I know, I know!) as it was a custom size. Dwayne said installation would be in 2 weeks. 2 MONTHS later and multiple phone calls, text messages, a personal visit to their business, and never-ending excuses and promises for delivery, I finally gave up dealing with Touchdown's unbelievably poor business practices. I filed a complaint with the BBB on May 20, 2020 and you guessed it - no response as yet!
Stay clear of these scammers!!

Sales rep came over.  Measured windows.  We discussed project.  I said give me a quote.
Finally after 2 1/2 hrs quote changed 5 times.  I said I'm done.  Another 45 min in n off phone with higher up sales rep left.  Even had to call saying leaving while still in my house.  Very frustrating experience.  Sales rep knew her stuff but attitude completely changed when finally figured out I wasn't buying that night.  After reading other reviews lots of people have had this same experience and work done is not what they say it's going to be.

Don't waste your time or money here, not willing to fix the door that is not even a year old! Too many problems for an expensive 16ft wide sliding glass door!! DON'T use this company!!!!!!!

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
