Best Windows Installations in Arizona

They put all new windows in my house after a major remodel. They were very helpful and guided us to the right product for our home. The installation went off without a hitch and we are incredibly happy. Great people to work with!

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I called 3 days in a row (no one answers the phone) and left 3 voice mail messages and no one returned my calls. Shop elsewhere. This company obviously doesn't need new customers.

I just spoke to this company. They are very courteous and helpful! Unfortunately they were not able to offer the type of remodeling I needed, but they were very informative and friendly! Highly recommend.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ricardo's crew did a great job fitting new Anderson windows in my 1979 block home. They were on time, did an A+ job on the install, and were clean and courteous.

They did what others couldn't do, and they did it well! You get what you pay for with these people. They might not be the cheapest, but they do the best job. You will not need to worry about their workmanship, letting them into your home or whether they will show up or not. Tami is great to work with and all the guys who have come out to our home we're fantastic!

I have had Deb repair my screens twice now and she has done a wonderful job. The work is quality and done in a timely manner,  communication is great and she's a delightful person to work with. I would definitely recommend, give them a call!

These guys are the WORST! Order placed in April, salesman (Jeff) required 100% of $ up front (the only contractor to ask that in our substantial remodel) and said delivery will take 6 weeks. 12 weeks later it finally arrives. Then, it takes two more weeks to install. (Says the dismissive and rude secretary was when scheduling, It's only two weeks...). When it FINALLY arrives for install its the WRONG COLOR!?! How does anyone stay in business like this? For us, they've been non-communicative, dishonest, terribly slow, and failed to deliver what was promised -- that's our lasting impression. We'll see next how they are about returning our money...

This is a follow-up to my review of Pella Windows and Doors of Scottsdale.  Today is May 13 and you can read my first review after my windows were installed by Pella on 3/29/2022.  I finally resorted to contacting Rhino Shield Paint Company who was painting my house and asked them to have their stucco people come out and finish up Pella's failure to do any stucco and painting around my windows installed on 3/29/2022.    After several tries to contact Pella about being reimbursed for the work that Rhino Shield did, we agreed that they would pay me $859 for the stucco and painting.  Pella also came out and looked at the job and agreed to replace some of the inside trim and two pieces of outside parts of the windows which were damaged.  Finally Pella called me and said that the replacement work would be done on July 5, 2022.  Guess each time a customer orders something from Pella, it takes at least 20 weeks to git 'er done!  When Sammi from Pella read my first review on Yelp, the response was that if I would send them the particulars about the poor job that was done, they would look into it.  Sent Sammi the information immediately and never heard another word from Pella.  I am still waiting on the reimbursement of the $859 that Pella owes me.  For the past two weeks I have religiously attempted to get a check from Pella, and talked with Natalie, Renae, and Drisana in their corporate offices.  Each of these women made me promises that the check was on it's way to me.  Never received a check.  On Wednesday of this week Drisana in the Finance Office in Gilbert said that if I would complete an Electronic Permission for Pella to deposit the $859 directly to my checking account, she would transfer the funds directly to my checking account - I had the form back to her within 15 minutes of talking with her.  Guess what?  Two more days have passed with no check in sight!  Guess the Pony Express was late in getting the check to processing....  There are no circumstances under which anyone should do business with Pella Windows and Doors.  What good is a company that manufactures a good product but doesn't finish the job or stand good on their promises to finish the job?  By the way, I filed an unsatisfactory report with the AZ Registrar of Contractors but because someone else finished the stucco and paint that Pella contracted to do, ASROC dropped the complaint but called me to say they would not pursue it.  Wouldn't even come out and take a look at the unfinished job.  So much for Registrar of Contractors and any help from them!

Poor quality products with defects utilized, damage occurred upon install and technician/owner did not agree to make simple repair which would have taken 20min to complete, technician doing the work lacks professionalism in all regards and will give you the silent treatment while performing the job

These guys were great. On time and great communication. They came over for a window that had a frame in really bad shape. They gave me a few options on how we could go about repairing it with varying price differences, but never felt pressured to pick one or the other.

After a storm damaged our room I asked DaBella to come out for a quote. Two salesmen came out. They wanted to give me an hour long pitch about how great of a company they were and how a new roof is an investment, blah blah blah. I had to ask them 5 times what the price was, they didn't want to tell me. When they finally did tell me, the price was 3x more than other quotes I got. I told them that the insurance company's estimate was much lower than their quote and that I would need an itemized breakdown to submit to the insurance company. They told me no. They wouldn't give me a breakdown. I went with another company that gave me a reasonable, itemized quote

I needed a new front door in a bad way, and had no idea how expensive they could be. When I found a living social deal ($99 for $500 off your services) I thought that this might be my only opportunity to actually be able to afford a new door. When I saw the negative reviews on Yelp, I gotta admit that I was very hesitant to call this company, but I realized that they were not giving a bad review for workmanship, and so I decided to call.

I scheduled a free estimate for the next day, and Anthony actually beat me to my house and was nice enough to wait for me to arrive. I made it clear that I couldn't afford much, and not only was he helpful in showing me quality options for a lower price; he even gave me additional pointers to save more money such as getting the door primed but not painted. He was extremely understanding of my financial situation, and even though my job wasn't going to bring him a huge profit, he took his time with me and my questions.  It was an awesome, hassle-free experience. We made the decision quickly to hire Anthony's company for the job.

Today, the work was completed, and it looks amazing! I couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend this company! Don't forget to look for the living social deal too!

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
