Best Windows Installations in Arizona
Sevy owns and operates this business. He is an upright man. He is honest and ethical and does fantastic work. I used him ten years ago to replace all windows in my house and blow out two windows to make doors with side lights. Two years ago I had to have him back to replace one of the doors because the sprinklers had damaged the wood. He designed and manufactured a specialized metal frame for that door so it wouldn't happen again.
My neighbors down the street saw the quality of his work and also hired him to replace all of their windows. They, too, were completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Sevy and A Pro again in the future.

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door. The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona. I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door. They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I would not hesitate to recommend Simonton window and door products and/or Affordable Doors of Arizona to family, friends or anyone for their window and door needs. Go to: affordablewindowsofaz.co… and read about Simonton windows and doors and AWOA's excellent services.

I called 3 days in a row (no one answers the phone) and left 3 voice mail messages and no one returned my calls. Shop elsewhere. This company obviously doesn't need new customers.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5. By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did! Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.
I would highly recommend Ferguson Exteriors.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Let me start off by saying I work in a business that relies heavily on customer reviews and I don't leave a bad one lightly. I work in vacation rental management close to this business so have used them a few times over the past years due to the proximity for glass tabletops. The customer service was always lax (sometimes not returning calls or e-mails or getting work done on time; once an incorrect glass cut) but the end product was fine for what we needed.
I had just one more job I needed in October and I sent the specs in for seven tabletops. I was quoted almost $100 more then what I paid for eight tabletops a little over a year ago, but was told the cost of glass had gone up. I checked with the owner and agreed to the job at that price on Oct. 19 and was told it would take about five days or so. Great.
A week went by and I heard nothing and did not get a response from my e-mail or voice message. Finally when it had been a week and a half I spoke to Tami who runs the front office, quotes and customer service. She said part of the order arrived (I thought they were going to cut it on site since they were standard rectangles with no curves) but two didn't, probably because they broke or something. Finally, when it had been two weeks (more than double what I expected) I went happily to pick them up. I knew better to measure them first so I didn't have to bring glass back and forth like that one time it was wrong. Well the first measured wrong (a fluke?) and then the second -- then the third. I knew something was up and it turned out Tami had sent in my order from last year for the eight tabletops I had ordered. So not only did I wait more than twice as long as I was told, but it was the wrong order.
I had guests checking in early the next week and she said they'd try to cut some of the bigger ones they could on site to fit the correct order but others would have to be re-ordered. This was a Thursday or Friday and although she said she may have them (or at least some) done by Tuesday there was no word from them and again I had trouble reaching them (they are closed weekends and close at 3 PM on weekdays, but even when open there is often no response). Because I had guests checking in I could not install the tabletops so I had to do without. It was now three weeks.
At the end of the fourth week, when the guests were checking out, I called on Friday but the phone just rang and rang and said system was full or something. I couldn't even leave a message and again got no response from my e-mails. I called Monday and again no answer; same thing on Tuesday. Finally, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I was able to leave a voice message and expressed my displeasure now that it was five weeks and not only had they not called me but I couldn't even reach them.
Finally, I called back that same day and Tami answered and said she had been out for days and had to check to see if my order was even done! She said she'd call me back in 30 min. and I told her it was urgent she get back to me then as I have guests checking in next Tuesday and need them no later than Tuesday morning or else I'd have to wait until April, when there is a break in bookings for that unit. I also needed to know for sure because at this point I was fed up and had gotten a quote ready to go with a competitor who said if I ordered before 3 PM that day they could have my order ready first thing Tuesday morning, though much further away and I'd have to go pick them up (and I have two cleanings and check-ins on Tuesday). I was also simultaneously scrambling to prep for guests arriving within the hour this afternoon.
Sure enough a half hour -- and then an hour -- goes by and nothing from Tami. Then I call and get voice mail. It was now just before 3 PM and down to the wire with both businesses about to close for the long Thanksgiving weekend, so I had no choice but to order from the competitor as I couldn't even get a yes-or-no answer from Tami as to whether my order had finally been done (correctly) and was waiting for me a mile away. Then, after placing my order with the competitor, I notice an e-mail from Tami saying simply Your order is not done. Sorry for the inconvenience. That's it. After five weeks I wasted for what should have been five days there was no further explanation, apology or concession. I told them I could never get by treating customers like this in my line of work and was sorry they valued my repeat business over the past six years so little.
I felt it was my duty to leave this review because although the service was always lacking, this was an outrageously frustrating and exceptional ordeal that cost me precious time, then put me on edge to the last second the final day wondering what to do while I was simultaneously busy prepping for guests arriving any minute. I gave them two stars only because the finished product is fine (that is, when it's done and they don't get the order wrong).

Our artificial grass was melting. I called Lines Sunscreens and Jenna understood the urgency of the situation. She was very friendly and expedited our request to have sunscreens installed sooner than the regular schedule.
The installation guy was in and out in no time as well.
Thanks again for such amazing customer service!

Mark J,
Thanks for the follow up however the reason I contacted the manufacturer was because your office wanted to charge me for 1 missing clavos, then I called to cancel your order as the manufacturer accommodated me.

Bring your checkbook, because you are going to pay handsomely for these doors. This certainly is no review for a steal of the century, but here's my tips:
1. It's 2010, hurry up and get the door before the Federal energy tax credits expire (up to 30% or $1500 max)
2. You can custom order the door thru Lowe's for the same mfg leadtime which is cheaper than Pella direct (b/c they want to make money in the install), OR you can use your contractor's ROC license to purchase at a discounted rate which makes it cheaper or on par.
3. We went all out, cellular blinds in btwn glass + screen doors... the French doors is probably my favorite feature of my home and I obnoxiously point them out to e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e (don't you LOVE the doors?!). We did not just spend thousands renovating our home, to put in a cheap dinky door.
4. If nothing else, listen to me... PAINT THE FRAMING BEFORE THE INSTALL. if you're getting new framing done, paint the trim (yourself or contractor) before installing! I was grumbling to myself the entire time, when I was taping the area off... it's hard to not get paint on the door and fit the tape over the tight spaces where the door swings on. Go stare at the floor model doors and you'll get what I mean.

I didn't realize how much of a difference a window would make in my electric bill! I had a few windows with broken seals. I wasn't sure if that meant the windows needed to be replaced or if I could just repair them. I contacted several glass/window replacement companies to ask questions that would give me an idea of what my options were. Not only did Alliance Glass give me a great deal on my window replacement, but they took the time to actually educate me on the difference in quality and performance I would notice with the glass I chose to go with for the replacement. I would highly recommend their services to any of my clients or friends. Dealing with glass/windows is not something we do on a regular basis; having a professional company to rely on for the details makes a difference in the experience. Thank you, Alliance Glass! Absolute garbage, the windows and doors they install are already in a THICK frame and end up making all your windows and doors smaller. the salesmen tell you everything is made in house and they stand by their product and even offer a double lifetime warranty but when you have an issue its a circle of we dont cover that, we can give you a number to reach out to but the labor isnt covered.
The back sliding door is on plastic tracks and you can see it move up and down when you open and close the door. This is the second issue I have had with the same door and the first time they to came out and looked at the door and the rep said it was broken and they would send someone to repair it, I got a call the next day stating that the rep claimed the dogs ran into the door and it was broken because of my dogs and tried to deny coverage of the cheap thin plastic roller that it sits on.
This company will lie to your face and promise you everything is taken care of and rave about the warranty and you wont have to worry about anything. Yet here I am making payments on a broken screen door after being denied a second time from them.
they also offer a discount on services for a 5 star review on all the main webpages people look so dont believe all the 5*s out there, those are just digital coupons

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Anthony, the manager, has horrible customer service skills. A patio door was purchased by the contractor for our house's renovation. The door had a major installation issue. Although Anthony facilitated the installation, he never admitted to doing so. I had to make many phone calls to finally figured out that Illumination did the installation. Ultimately this company can sell a product, but WILL NOT take any accountability there after. Is that who you want to buy from?
Response to Anthony's comment- Quite rude? What's quite rude is the necessity of 3 phone calls over a period of 4 days to finally get in touch with the manager!! I initially reached out to illumi-nation for some kind of answers to my malfunctioned door because THEIR BRAND's LABEL WAS ON IT. In our initial conversation, not once did I mention to Anthony about any warranty claims or request for such; According to my contractor, Anthony and his team did in fact installed the door at my property. It was a specialty door and therefore, required special considerations for installation. As far as who did the framing, I am yet unclear. Irregardless, how convenient that Anthony is denying having any involvement with a faulty installation by saying he just sold the door. Again, I am just astounded by the lack of accountability or simple courteous assistance in solving a problem derived from their store. Save your money and go elsewhere!!! I have NEVER wasted so much time writing such a negative comment; but the principle in this situation is just beyond belief! True, I was never an actual customer of this store, the contractor was; however, I am hoping that this review will change your mind/contractor's minds in making ANY purchases from this nasty franchise.

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
