Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They did what others couldn't do, and they did it well! You get what you pay for with these people. They might not be the cheapest, but they do the best job. You will not need to worry about their workmanship, letting them into your home or whether they will show up or not. Tami is great to work with and all the guys who have come out to our home we're fantastic!

I am very happy with the way this company does business! When I called to get an estimate on a new screen door and new screens I was treated with care and kindness. Deb educated me on all my options so I could make the decision on what I wanted. The technicians were prompt, kind and efficient.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. In May 2019 we contacted Pella repair because one of our window blinds no longer worked. It took many calls and unanswered email requests to get this process started.  They eventually sent us a part that cost $173 and said that it would be easy to change out. When we received the part, we quickly realized it was the wrong part! We contacted Pella again and they agreed to send out a repairman on June 21, he confirmed that yes, they sent us the incorrect part. The repair office called and stated the part plus labor would cost $912.82 and that they would credit us the $173 making it a total cost would be approx $740 however they could not get the part delivered until July 25. The repair was scheduled for this day and when the repairman arrived he said the cost $912.82. We stated there should be $173 credit, the repairman did not know anything about this. We went ahead with repair and paid that amount then contacted repair center about the overcharge. After discussing this with Breann we are being told that the $912.82 was the price after the $173. However if you look at the invoice it does not reflect that. We were told that only their internal invoice reflects it. At this point we are out $912 for a blind! Additionally after the repairmen left we found a large gouge in the wood frame around the window. There is no way to fix this without replacing it completely! We purchased an entire house of these Pella windows with blinds. Had we known a repair would be so difficult and costly we would have reconsidered.

The window is efficient. It is better than what we thought it would be. The service was done skillfully. It was worth waiting for.

These guys were great. On time and great communication. They came over for a window that had a frame in really bad shape. They gave me a few options on how we could go about repairing it with varying price differences, but never felt pressured to pick one or the other.

I called DaBella because I had noticed one damaged ceramic shingle on my lower roof. Two men showed up this morning but showed no interest in inspecting the roof. They wanted to sell me a new roof with the existing one unseen and claimed that I had to have my neighbors permission for them to change a shingle on my roof. Quote verbatim repairing roofs are not in our scope of business. They were trying to sell me new windows and additional insulation for my whole house which strangely they claimed did not require my neighbor's permission like changing a damaged roof shingle would! I have a law school and mechanical engineering background and have also worked as a construction supervisor in AZ since JAN 2012 but I have never experienced any company in Arizona acting and representing themselves as poorly and disappointingly as DaBella did today. The two sales people who came to my home today representing DaBella were not helpful or even dressed or equipped for what they had been requested to do and their scope of business as they represented it was unethical and basically a upsell bait and switch tactic since I was very clear when i booked their visit exactly what it was that I wanted help with. They could have advised on the phone that I needed my neighbor's permission for them to look at or work on my roof and that unless i bough a complete roof replacement and new windows for my house they would refuse to provide any services that I had called them initially about. I will probably be much better off finding a different and professional construction company that have both the ability and desire to work for their construction and home improvement customers. Caveat Emptor! I will share my abysmal experience today with DaBella with everyone I know and care about because I would prefer as few people as possible had to have the negative experience I had.

Horrible company Anthony is a horrible unprofessional manager. Since Anthony would like me to state the whole story here you go and you are incorrect Anthony I did not call you to change the time I only called to  confirm. And was kind to offer if you wanted to come earlier. and yes to not make changes but to also confirm what we would like to do before we give you $15-$20,000 deposit. I don't think any other company would hesitate to show up! Well, here yo go, The morning of our appointment I called Anthony to confirm and just mention if he would like to come earlier I did not tell him 930 is better then 10 o clock! I then notified him and let him know that let's stick to the 10 o'clock as originally planned  he did not get back to me until 10 minutes till 10 clock  due to a 20
Min difference Anthony cancels on me 10 minutes before 10 AM stating  he has to be at another job. Apparently not everybody is a priority and I wasn't sure how long he was planning on staying here if he booked two stops back to back that close together being that far distance! So that left me to explain to my husband who took off the morning from his firm and leaving me standing there explaining to my husband the reason why he is not showing up . This company does not put you as a priority a $45-$50,000 job is nothing to them. Anthony need some customer service classes. All I know is thank God we did not give them 50% deposit!

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
