Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I've had a great experience with Wesley's from start to finish. Peggy is great to work with, she is the backbone of the business  this local mom and pop place will be my go-to for any glass needs I have in the future!

Had someone come in to do a quote. No response for several weeks after the in-home consultation and when I called to get a status update, Hunter was rude and flippant. Told me there were 30 others in my position so he didn't have time to text or call to let me know he wasn't able to take on the project. When a business makes promises, there is a certain expectation by their customer that they will follow through with what was said. One of his associate's father passed away, so he was unable to track any of his customers. Sounds like the whole thing fell apart. A curtesy text, email, or phone call would've helped the situation but the reaction I received after making the phone call myself was uncalled for and unfounded.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ive never had better service!!! Ricardo showed up with a crew to do follow up repair on previous door install and when he left every concern I had + some I hadn't noticed , had been taken care of.

Needed a new mirror in an old but sentimental frame.  Walked in, super friendly people did it in less than 30 min, improved the way the frame held the mirror without being asked, very reasonable $$.

Stull don't have my missing screens.. they brought back 7 random screens that don't belong on my house to give the better business bureau the illusion that they did the right thing. I sent pictures to show the screens don't match.. I get very long messages explaining everything other than how they are going to give me the correct screens.. bottom line they took off 26 screens, brought back 17, 1 for a window O never had a screen on, glass block and another is a brand new frame, clearly not mine and doesn't at home, several were broken and missing the springs in the sides.. I am missing 10 screens, they brought me 3 and they don't fit my windows either.. I have told them this and it is still not fixed..  and they wonder why I yell when they contact me.. absolutely ridiculous they can't figure out where the screens are on my house.. have gotten excuses like, your order was purposely screwed up by a bad business partner, people quit, screen shortages, and lastly that there was issues with trying to rescreen my screens..(should have just called and talked to me about it). They claim they tried everything to remedy bit frankly everything they did felt deceitful... there is a different reason and spin every communication.. so sad I ever did business with this company they have made this the most frustrating experience I have ever had, so let because they do not listen and they do no not communicate, they hide their mistakes and blame it on the customer!  Yet they asked me to take down my negative review.. well I want my screens back and I don't ever see that happening either!

I've now used Lasting Impressions twice for window installation at our home.  The first install, about three years ago, went very smoothly.  This time, we had a few unexpected delays, although nothing major.  We're very happy with the windows, the price was reasonable, and the installers did a wonderful job.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Justin Meyer was so great we called him back for more windows! We had previously had him come to do a quote for the whole house. We were discouraged when a competitor quoted a very high number and were not sure if we could afford windows. Then we called Justin!  We talked about our needs and how we can replace our original single paned windows with something more energy efficient and gave us a run down of what he recommends for each window and air flow etc. The price was great and the quality that Pella offers is fantastic! Plus they will save us tons on our electricity bill! They do all of their installs through people who know their products and we can't wait for our new windows! If you're looking for someone who will help you out and give you great recommendations at a price you can afford, call Justin!

Throughout the process, I called the project coordinators several times and got through right away. Their team was flexible and worked to help me in any way.

Worst experience I have been through. I own several rental properties in the valley and gave these guys a shot.. big mistake, after I was quoted for the glass, I had to call 4 different times to get the final amount. The glass was installed on a Friday, and I had 3 voicemails on my phone by Wednesday (as I was on vacation) for immediate payment or else a lean would be placed on my property...5 days, counting the weekend and Memorial Day Monday. After I called back telling them of my experience thus far, no apology was offered. I let them know that I would pay them when I received the bill which I was told they would email to me.. What do you want to bet I don't see that for another week if ever? There are plenty of good glass companies in the valley; I tried these guys out so you don't have to. Be warned and go with someone professional, it's certainly worth the few extra bucks.

I called this glass, the guys where fantastic, the owner was a man of his word, promises made promises kept, how often can you say that, I had my gardner kick up a stone and break my glass, I had called them out , he said it would be about a week or so to get the glass, so I told him let me check around first, he said no problem, after checking around and realizing everyone told me the same thing, I called back he kept my measurements, and ordered it, I like companies that dont pressure you they know there good. I will use you again, I hope it's not too soon.

Very high pressure sales....Bryce and Gustavo....Out of Flagstaff AZ....I will never do business with this company for roof replacement.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The salesman David assured me that the replacement process was straightforward and the installers were clean and efficient. After paying in June and being assured the doors were 8-10 weeks in production, I finally had an appointment for install the week before Thanksgiving. The doors had come in earlier, but they didn't bother to call me. The installers arrived today to rip out two of our five doors for replacement. However, they claim the hinges and frames are not correct. The doors don't close, can't lock, and there's sawdust EVERYWHERE in the house. I won't let them replace the other 3 doors. These need to be removed and I'd rather have my old cracked doors put back in. Now I'm out 38k and have no functioning doors and a huge mess a week before the holiday. I'm horrified and disgusted that I trusted illuminations to do anything at my property. I won't make this mistake again. Learn from others and take your business elsewhere.

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
