Sevy owns and operates this business. He is an upright man. He is honest and ethical and does fantastic work. I used him ten years ago to replace all windows in my house and blow out two windows to make doors with side lights. Two years ago I had to have him back to replace one of the doors because the sprinklers had damaged the wood. He designed and manufactured a specialized metal frame for that door so it wouldn't happen again.

My neighbors down the street saw the quality of his work and also hired him to replace all of their windows. They, too, were completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Sevy and A Pro again in the future.

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! I was closing a house window when one of the springs exploded out of the side rail of the  window leaving the window crooked in the frame. I went to K&K Custom Glass and they had some parts on hand and ordered other parts for me, plus explained how to repair the window. I was worried that I would have to replace the entire window and now will spend about $30 and have a good working window again.
This was my second experience with this company, the first time was to get glass cut for a large frame for a painting.
The employees could not have been.more helpful and friendly.  I will go back for my glass needs.

I had a great experience with Lines Sunscreens. I priced around a bit with a few other companies before making my decision and was really happy with my choice. Lines has competitive pricing and the best customer service. Deb was super sweet, answered all of my questions each time I called and Victor was quick and efficient with our consult and installation. This company will work to earn your business and keep you as a customer. I would 100% refer Lines Sunscreens to my friends and family.

I contacted Lasting Impressions a couple of years ago to replace 2 doors and a custom 12 foot slider.   The door installation was OK (although they mismeasured one of them and had to put one in temporarliy) but the 4 panel slider installation (a $4K+ job) was a big problem.  Some of the panels were warped which caused sliding to be difficult and closing and locking even worse.   The installer agreed there was a problem, but the estimator (Eric) was dubious and came out on site.   He finally agreed that there was a problem and agreed to order new panels.   I was to be called when the new panels came in...weeks passed and, after over 2 months, I called and they still weren't in.   Several weeks later, I called again and the panels had arrived.   The installer came out and replaced 2 panels...which caused only a marginal improvement.   Two more panels were allegedly ordered and would be replaced.   After waiting several months, and making several phone calls, the situation was never rectified.  

I had withheld 10% of the payment against Eric's wishes until the job was done right.   Since the slider was marginally serviceable, and I was tired of trying to get satisfaction, I gave up and stopped calling Eric.   I never paid the final 10%...and was never contacted to pay it...I guess they figured they'd walk from the job and leave the balance rather than get the job done right.   Not what I expected for what I thought was a premium Anderson dealer.

I paid top dollar for what I thought would be superior workmanship and service.  I should have dealt with a cheaper product and installer, and saved the money and frustration.   It should be noted that this work was ordered and done when the business had slowed way down and it was not a matter of the company being crazy busy.

Well, Pella has sent some of its best technicians out to fix the problems.  It took about a month to a month and a half to get all the parts and fixins in, but they are done.  The windows are very soundproof.  They block a lot of the noise from the outside.  That is the best thing about them.  But i haven't found that they block the cold or the heat from the outside any more than my old original windows.   I had always dreamed of having Pella windows for the last 40 years, but  now that i have them, it's definitely not worth the money for the aggravation I had to go thru.

I didn't realize how much of a difference a window would make in my electric bill! I had a few windows with broken seals. I wasn't sure if that meant the windows needed to be replaced or if I could just repair them. I contacted several glass/window replacement companies to ask questions that would give me an idea of what my options were. Not only did Alliance Glass give me a great deal on my window replacement, but they took the time to actually educate me on the difference in quality and performance I would notice with the glass I chose to go with for the replacement. I would highly recommend their services to any of my clients or friends. A TOTAL TIME WASTER!!! The first rep showed up and took TWO hours of my time telling me how wonderful they were. I asked for the price multiple times and he kept saying that he was getting to it. After 2.5 hours, I had another appointment at that point on a completely unrelated issue and he left without giving me the price. They called a couple days later and inquired about how it went, apologized, and begged to send someone else out to give me the price. I told them that's all I needed. He came out and wasted another hour and also left without giving me the price. I firmly believe they are scammers and only actually quote gullible people who haven't had time to educate themselves on what these types of projects cost.

He's full of crap( with his pathetic excuses), but then again he'd have to, to justify why I would prefer to spend $30k ~ when the 15k was DOUBLE what the appropriate amount (according to Hunter Douglas specialist in the area)! So far he's given more attention to his review than to the original problem!!! He's a waste and so was his employee... I still recall what she said when she came to my home, with BBB...  I'm sorry. That was it!!! 30 thousand dollars later, you get an I'm sorry~ good luck if you believe this piece of garbage owner and the uninformed salespeople. This Anthony is abusive and ignorant.

Btw, he never even admitted his errors after reading the 15 page report from Hunter Douglass. Maybe they should strip him of the line of products! That would be karma!

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
