Best windows and best people to work with. The bosses of the company are very pleasant and the workers go above and beyond the call of duty. Love our windows and love the finished construction part of changing a big window to a small window. Looks awesome

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

Hired Jeremy because I was referred to him through Jim and Dawn from Home Depot.  Jeremy came to remove the shower door and I paid him half of the agreed upon fee.  However, when trying to get him to come back and install the new shower door the guy kept rescheduling and he was not proactive with his communication.  I'd have to message him to ask what time he was coming and then he would have excuses why he couldn't come that day.  Lots of good contractors in Phoenix but this isn't one of them.

I can't say enough about this company! They recently replaced my sliding glass door and I am very pleased. They were incredible, everyone involved throughout the process was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They definitely know what they are doing. I have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors!

This is a great company to install any glass needs that you may have. I needed a shower door installed. They came out on time and did an excellent job including cleaning up after the install. Josh did an excellent job.  I received a follow-up call to make sure everything went well. I would definitely use them again for any glass needs.

I was very disappointed. I ordered 4 windows and a sliding glass door. First they had to reorder the windows and door because they found bubbles. Then there were more delays due to thanksgiving. It took 2 and a half months to get the install finished. Next, the work was very sloppy and incomplete. They did an okay job the second time they came out to finish the work. The price was good, buy the overall experience was one big headache.

While I havent had any work done by Mountain View Windows and More. Unfortunately I went another route. Out of all the estimates I got mountain view definitely gave one of the most reasonable quotes and the customer service is awesome. They were helpful over the phone and answered all the questions I had. Dont be like me and go for the cheapest it will cost you more in the long run. Learn from my mistake and go with the pros.

I used this company to install a retractable screen door to my back patio. Eric came and measured my door and then returned about 10 days later to install it. He was professional, quick, and very helpful showing me how to use it.
I thought he was terrific! And, the product is just what I needed.

Jonathan is super professional and I highly recommend his services. He answered all messages immediately, installed new glass on my doors quickly, didn't add any extra fees to his quote, and the results look awesome! Will definitely use him again for future needs!

100% happy with this company and Mariano's excellent customer service. I had 4 different window companies visit my home for a quote. Very competitive pricing, plenty of options and Mariano is amazing. I never felt pressured, he answered all of my (many) questions... even weeks (maybe months) later when I was still having trouble deciding. Communication with this company and their staff is superb. Installation was completed on time. The crew who completed the project were clean and respectful of my home. Absolutely happy with my new windows and decision to work with this company. Definitely recommend.

There are some nice people that work here. Unfortunately I didn't get one of them today. If you go to the paint department stay away from Nancy. She has major attitude, is rude and has no clue what customer service means. Reported her to the manager so hopefully she'll get the training she ignored or forgot. Left and took my business elsewhere.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! We ordered our windows 12/31/20 and they are still not correct!! First ones installed were the wrong window tint (this was after waiting for 4 months). After 3 more months they came out and replaced the glass. Big
mistake. Horrible craftsmanship, horrible installers, horrible communication and customer service, we have had no shows, showing up late etc. It is now well over a year and our windows are still not completed!!! We cannot get anyone to return our emails. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
