Best Windows Installations in Arizona

I highly recommend Greco Roman! They have a great  selection of brands and manufactures to choose from and they not only beat the price I was quoted from Anderson but the quality, in my opinion, was superior. In only took a matter of weeks from the time of order to installation and they have their own in house installers that handled my job with extreme care! They treated my family like family and I couldn't recommend these guys more!

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

Had my storefront window vandalized and needed to get it replaced as quickly as possible. I called Square One Windows and they came out to my business within an hour of calling. Veltry, owner and installer, couldn't have been nicer or more easy to work with and the window was ordered and replaced within 24 hours! I now have a window guy I can always count on. Thanks again Veltry!

Had my front windows of my house replaced. On time, clean, professional I would highly recommended.

If anyone is in need of a glass company I HIGHLY recommend Ashur Raben with Raben Glass.  I wanted to convert my dining room into a home office and after trying to get my project finished for 6 months with an unprofessional, second rate glass company who over promised and seriously underdelivered due to inexperience with this type of job, I hired Ashur and his team to get it done the right way.  The entire process from start to finish was 4 weeks and they delivered exactly what they told me I would receive in my home and in a highly professional manner.   Special thanks to Stephanie in the office for helping coordinate everything.  They are all amazing !!! --

This person took $15k and never ordered the windows or doors for our home. He continues to lie and says things are backed up. I called the manufacturer and he never ordered the product.

You shouldn't waste your time. Called and said they would come Saturday.  No show, no call. Came another day 30 minutes early, because it was convenient for them. Said they would install Saturday.  No Show, no call. Called and they said they were busy finishing another job. Would come Monday. Monday came- no call,  no show.
I give up. Must be a side job because they really don't care about their customers, or their business.

Had 8 window screens replaced by Kraft, and 5 of which still have a gap along one edge. The gaps are not huge, but certainly big enough for scorpions to pass through. Now, I've spent 2 weeks trying to get it corrected and they just do not care. They have their money and that's all they do care about. Look for another company if you need your screen replaced.

I had an appointment with Jonathon to come give me an estimate to replace all the glass in the windows at my home. His company has a Gilbert address and I am in Chandler. He missed our appointment and whwn I called him to remind him he had an appointment with me he at first didnt know who I was.  Then after I told him he acted like of course he remembers and he said he would be another half hour because he was stuck in traffic. Baloney!! I told him to forget it and tthat I dont want to do business with him.

Do not order windows from them . Long story short... They have awful customer service. After paying for three windows, two of the windows took about three weeks longer than they had confirmed. They never called to tell me there was a problem with the window. When  I called them they stated there was something wrong with the window so they sent it back.  They never called me to let me know this was going on. When we picked up the window and got it home we realized the screen was missing. They had the nerve to say that the screen was there at pick up - that's an absolute lie. It's also crazy that they would actually say that to me. After finally getting the screen picked up and installing it it was damaged. Our window installer had to take everything apart and remake the screen.  I did not want to call them because I was so tired of arguing with these people. I also want to state that the windows look to be like they were made very cheaply I posted some pictures. I prefer to post happy reviews but this time no way these people were awful to deal with

There are some nice people that work here. Unfortunately I didn't get one of them today. If you go to the paint department stay away from Nancy. She has major attitude, is rude and has no clue what customer service means. Reported her to the manager so hopefully she'll get the training she ignored or forgot. Left and took my business elsewhere.

Universal Windows is the best in the valley, love their salesmen always so polite and professional. They have a variety of beautiful windows to choose from and the process was very fast.
