i have been doing leak detection and repairs on pool's, spa's, fountains and hot /cold water leaks under the slab for over 20 years now. Leak detection is not just a job for me its a career. As a small business every customer is very important to us. which is the way it should be no matter how big your company is .

Great job to leak detective for finding the leak in my pool and fixing it! This is the same leak that pelican bay pools did not find and also told me it was not in the skimmer. Guess what guys, it was in the skimmer!

Great, corteous service with a 1 year warranty on repairs. These guys were committed and did not leave until they found the leak. THIS is how you get loyal customers who will tell everyone about the service you provided. Thanks leak detective!

I had a leak under my foundation somewhere. Brian came out and found it was a sewer line leak under my kitchen island. Brian recommended a company to remove my island (not part of his job) and the found and fixed the leak. He fixed the slab after he fixed the leak. I cannot say enough about his knowledge, expertise, promptness and ability to find and fix the problem. I highly recommend Brian for any job, large or small.

Man I'm so glad I called Leak Detective. They we able to come the same day and figure out my leak issue with my pool. Oh I should mention i called another reputable leak company the same day and as of this writing they still haven't called back. I'm glad they didn't. Lyle was laid back but professional. He explained everything and gave me options at the end of the process. I now have a pool that doesn't require filling every couple of days!

Should be ZERO stars. This guy and his son came over and were there for 7 minutes. While checking for leaks they broke off all the plastic piece on the side of the pool which is used to make water flow towards the top skimmer. He left all the broken pieces lying around the pool, never said anything about it, collected payment, and took off. I called him back about this and have heard nothing since. Zero competence, horrible customer service, and flat out breaks items in the pool, doesn't fix them or get new pieces. I highly suggest no one uses this guy moving forward. I would think that any other company would not do this and be okay with it. In the end I am out $225 for 7 minutes of his time and am left wasting my time to go purchase (out of my pocket) the things HE broke while trying to determine a simple leak. I love how some of these people say he is a very pleasant guy. Couldn't be any worse of a person to chat with either. He is just horrible all the way around.

I had a problem for some time with a leak. Another company spent more than a week checking it out and determined there was no problem. However the leak continued to the point where I had no salt. Leak detective diagnosed the leak almost immediately and accurately. They were able to fix a difficult problem and I am happy to provide a very strong recommendation for their services. Brian, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. We are beyond pleased with the service we got from Lyle, the technician. He was extremely knowledable, gave us reasonable quotes and stood by them. He also kept us informed with the progress along the way and was able to diagnose and repair our pool leak. Very efficient and left the area completely clean. We Highly recommend this company.

I didn't know what to expect but he showed up on time, promptly found the leak under the slab and was able to come first thing the next morning to fix it. He was able to fix the leaky pipe while cutting a minimal size hole in the floor and he charged exactly what he had estimated. He did a good job of cleaning up after himself too. I'm very happy with his work and while I hope to never have another leak under the slab, would absolutely make him my first call.

Brian took care of our issue while keeping me informed about the extent and the price of the repairs. He and his son showed up when they said they would and were quick to locate and repair our leak. We called multiple companies and Brian actually was out to our place to perform the work before any of the other companies even called back.

I cannot express how amazing this company is!! I have an elderly father that had a under the concrete leak and Leak Detective was there right away, finding the problem, dealing with the insurance company and staying on top of them, keeping me updated on the status and were above and beyond my expectations!

Great job by the crew at Leak Detective to find my split pipe coming from my pool. Quickly repaired the pipe and the kids can use the pool for the weekend. Great job guys!

Out of the blue I got a huge water bill. I called the city of Phoenix out and we trouble shot the problem to discover a leak in the pipe that auto filled the pool. I had two different plumbers out for estimates on what it would take to fix and they were scratching their heads and not being straight forward on agreeing that this was the problem and how much it would cost to fix. Out of frustration I found Leak Detectives on Yelp and went with the positive review and called them. They immediately came out the next day. Brian worked very hard that day ensuring that it was only the auto fill on the pool (he checked the skimmers and in floor cleaning heads as well) and fixed the leak. Everything has been perfect since (no more leaks, high water bills, etc.). I would definintely use Leak Detectives again and highly recommend.

A real winner! We looked for someone to come to our house to find our leak for a couple months before finding the Leak Detective. It seemed like the other guys just weren't interested in the business. They had no follow through. One guy came out and said he had to come back. We never saw him again. Others never responded to our calls or emails. The Leak Detective was on it right away. He responded, came when he said he would,mound the leak in minutes, fixed it, and reduced the price because it was easier than expected when he gave us the estimate. That is what customer service is all about! Highly recommended!
