Sunset Septic

Sunset septic Expanded my orenco advantex alternative septic system and did a good job.  Their team is very friendly and I could feel their honesty and good character throughout the process.  They would have a perfect 5 if they just had a little more follow up.  But overall I think they were very good and reasonably priced.

Sunset Septic provided us with great customer service. From an immediate callback, realistic scheduling (up front about the wait) and great work at the house, we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend working with them; they are professional as sincere.

Sunset came out within days to inspect and drain our septic system. They suggested a repair, which we gladly ask them to complete. They are fast and affordable. Thanks, Paul

This company has no respect for the customer. They were supposed to put in 2 new leach lines on our septic system before we purchased our house. Instead, they only installed 1 new line and attached in to the old line that was already in place. We wanted to install a pool in our backyard. They were supposed to come and add a new line that would not be in the area that we wanted the pool. It took nearly 6 months to get the line put in and for the permit to be approved. They would never call or e-mail us to keep us updated. They wanted to charge us the same for 1 line as they charged the bank for 2 lines that were not put in. We asked them not to leave the access to the new leach line where it would be in the way of our entrance and they put it right in the middle of the entrance. Making it difficult to use the entrance. I will never use them or refer them to anyone. I gave 1 star only because I could not post without at least 1.

From Doug, to Mike, Chris and all the great guys at Sunset Septic Service that worked on the project of pumping out the old and then replacing with a new septic and new leach field, what a great experience. Fast, efficient, straightforward, fair, honest all the great qualities you hope to find from a company when making major repairs to your home; these guys have it! They made a unexpected repair to the older home we purchased a comfortable experience, because, let's face it, no one likes to hear bad news when it comes to necessary repairs to your home. We certainly were not expecting this repair or expense, but....the pricing was fair and this company we found to be honest, knowledgeable and fair. Thank you Sunset Septic, you have our family as lifetime customers; you have earned our trust.

Beware...they provided an incomplete inspection and recommended unnecessary repairs.  They did not answer questions on the inspection report honestly.

The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable! We had no idea where our septic tank was. But he was skilled and found it on his first try! Sunset Septic will definitely be our go to from now on!

Great company to work with, very professional. Was able to schedule the inspection & pump out for our Sellers right away.

I called in an emergency, they were at my place within an hour.  Great service.  The technician was very knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job.  I would highly recommend Sunset Septic Services and would not hesitate to call them in the future...actually, I don't think I would call anyone else.
