Pinnacle Roofing

Although this company wasn't able to come out and check the roof they called me right back and gave me someone who specializes in shingle roofs. They even took the time to read my inspection report!

Really great company!

I'm so disappointed in Pinnacle Roofing.  Nathan was great originally and gave us a $300-$500 quote. Then Spender came out and told us due to the time and labor that it would cost $1000. He came out for less than an hour, used tiles we already had on hand, and charged $1000.  I e-mailed Nathan for more details but have heard nothing back. I'm so disappointed because I thought they were a honest company.

We just had Pinnacle replace our roof and were very happy with the process and results.  From the first time we contacted them to get an estimate, we got a strong sense of professionalism and reliability.  Our initial contact, Scott, showed up when he said he would to give us an estimate.  He was thorough, detailed, and explained the entire process.  His estimate was very thorough as well, and included pictures detailing what the work would entail.  He even followed up a few days later to see if we had any questions, etc. The office also replied quickly to emails and phone messages.

They were not the cheapest estimate, but after showing the three estimates we got to two outside contractors who understand the process and the lingo, they both recommended we go with Pinnacle based on the materials that they were using and the warranty on their work and products.  We never felt we were being ripped off or taken.  

The workers said it would take about 8 days, and it ended up taking 9, I think.  So they pretty much kept to schedule.  This project did NOT create a big mess - the workers cleaned up the work area very neatly every single day.  

When you're spending this kind of money on a housing improvement project, it needs to be done on-time and done right.  There were no surprises or hidden costs.  Overall we're confident we made the right choice.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Great company! We had old shingle roof with old rock insulation (no attic) replaced with foam roof and silicone topcoat. Currently staying at least 8-10 cooler! Great crews & job supervision. Highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing!

Pinnacle roofing did a fabulous job on our roof.  We had it fixed by other companies twice and finally found a company that is honest and reliable. They were prompt, arrived when they said they would. They were neat and clean. Pleasant to work with and their prices are reasonable. We are so happy to finally have the roof done correctly especially now that we are in monsoon season!

We had Pinnacle fix an area over the garage.  They were on time, professional, quiet, and left the yard as tho they had never been here.  Scott and Nichole are very professional and personable. A great experience!!  I would recommend Pinnacle Roofing to everyone!

Single​ family home with tile roof, should be easy to replace the underlayment and bring up to the current building code. Not so much with Brandon.  I had to hire a roofing inspector, and exchange calls and emails to Rosie On The House and the Arizona Registrar of  Contractors to figure out how to get my roof finished to local code.  When I asked the lead guy on the crew why the hips, ridges flashing and nailing pattern was not done up to code,  he replied,  they were told not to.   Brandon knows roofing and is a smooth talker but tried to take advantage my family.  Please feel free to check Google reviews for pictures.

I live in the Cottonwood area and after having difficulty finding anyone local to replace the underlayment on my house in a reasonable time-frame, I reached out to Pinnacle to see if they would come up from Phoenix to do it. They were more thorough in their initial assessment and quote, and although they came in a little bit higher priced, I decided to give them a try. I can't give them enough stars! They did the job in the time-frame promised, their crew was very professional and quality minded, they used better quality products than others quoted, and they left the whole job site clean at the end. My roof looks perfect and I am confident it will hold up well for many years to come. If you want a roofer who really does a good job and cares about the customer, I would recommend them above anyone else!

I cannot recommend Pinnacle Roofing and Painting highly enough.  I had major damage on my flat roof and needed it repaired quickly before it rained again and caused more interior damage.  Rosie Romero mentioned Pinnacle Roofing in one of his newspaper columns and Pinnacle was one of the three companies I called for estimates.  Not only was Pinnacle in the ballpark, they were able to come out for an estimate a few days later.  Along with repairing and re-coating the roof, they repaired two skylights and installed a new solar tube light for me, all at a very affordable price. I also need to add that, I was going through some crises in my personal life that made me a bit of a ding-a-ling to deal with, but from start to finish, Brandon and the rest of the Pinnacle, from roofers to office staff, were all very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. ​Call on Pinnacle Roofing and Painting, you won't be sorry!
