Great company!  Deanna came in with the lowest bid and provided great service.  She started the job even earlier than promised and she and her crew did a superb job.  They left our outside and the roof cleaner than when they arrived.  They double-layered the underlayment and there were no issues with any part of the job.  Deanna personally inspected the job upon completion.

I've already recommended Koala-T to two friends.

We recently discovered a leak in our roof through a stain on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. After a bit of research as well as some recommendations, we called Koala T Roofing. Not only were they quick to respond but they drafted up a comprehensive quote for both a roof repair as well as a roof replacement. Deanna did an assessment of the area of the leak as well as the entire roof. Given the age of the roof, we opted for a full replacement. We received a tentative date followed up by several messages regarding that date. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work ahead of the time required and left the roof and surrounding areas in very clean condition. The price quoted was the price billed. They do detail in the quotes that if they need to replace or repair something not previously identified (ie:rotten plywood?), what the cost of materials would be. We did not experience any excess charges. I would recommend this company and judging by the reviews, they have been good from the day they opened for business.

Extremely happy that we chose Koala Roofing. Many  competitors out there, as we all know but we also like to get the best bang for the buck! We had a number of roofers come over and give us quotes and detailed information but Deanna from koala , visited our home,and gave us a fantastic quote explained everything in detail what was going to happen , sent samples of choices of what the roofing is going to be like! I highly recommend Koala T Roofing.  
My tile roof was over 20 years old and beginning to leak.  I got a couple of estimates, but found Koala T to be the best choice.
Deanna, the owner, was very easy to work with.  
The roofers were efficient and left my property spotless.

We just closed on our house and when all of the rain hit, we found that we had a roof leak.  I noticed that Koala T Roofing had a high rating and so I called to get an estimate.  Deanna the owner came out when she said she would and gave me a competitive estimate to fix my roof. After the estimate, her crew came out 5 days later and fixed my roof.  They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very clean.  I have a pool and they got nails and debris out of my pool.  Deanna is great to work with.  She tells you exactly what she is going to do and there are no hidden costs.  I would recommend her company for any type of roof work!

Responsive, licensed, knowledgeable roofing company that is priced competitively. I would recommend giving them a chance to work with you.

We did not use Koala T Roofing based on our experience with getting an estimate.  While I can't review their work, I can review their business/personal skills.

I found them online and liked that they emphasized quality.  I called and scheduled them to come out to give us a free estimate.  I booked the appointment one week in advance.

When it came time for our appointment, no Koala T!  I did not receive a phone call from them either.  I was thinking they may be running behind or maybe they were on the road over to our home.  I gave them plenty of time and then I decided I would call them.  She acted surprised when I told her we were on the schedule that day for them to come to our home for an estimate.  She said she would be over within 30 minutes.  

When she did arrive, she was not pleasant or friendly.  It seemed as if we were a major inconvenience for her. My husband led her to the area needing work.  When I approached, she didn't say hello, didn't introduce herself or shake my hand.  No people skills at all.  How are you going to book jobs when you treat people like they are invisible and an inconvenience??

She asked for my email and she said she would email an estimate within 24 hours.

She never emailed us an estimate.  She never called to follow up or give us an estimate on the phone.

Apparently our business was not important to her.

No....I would not recommend Koala T Roofing.

In this busy rainy season, I couldn't get a roofer to call me back and if they did they were only interested in commercial roofing.  Deanna Moro, Owner of Koala T Roofing, called me back and bid the job for a roof leak.  I know absolutely nothing about roofing, so she took pictures, showed me what was going, and explained what needed to be fixed.  She also advised me that in the future I'd need to have the roof replaced, as it was more than 25 years old.  It was my choice as to whether or not I wanted just the repair or a completely new roof.  I opted to  replace the entire roof and avoid any further leaks.  Koala T Roofing's rates were reasonable and competitive.  The job was scheduled right away.  Deanna said the job would take 4 days and they exceeded that schedule by a day.  Her crew was professional, on time, let me know when they arrived, let me know when they were leaving, and cleaned up after themselves each day.  The roofing crew took great care in getting the job right the first time.  They also pointed out improvements and advised me of any issues they came across while doing the work.  Deanna and her crew were very responsive to any questions I had along the way.  Awesome job!  Give them a chance if you have any roof issues.  I highly recommend them.
