Second but more importantly, thank you Brian and Robin's plumbing for saving me from all of the horrific estimates I got from water damage companies and a possible insurance claim.

I called Robin's regarding some obvious water damage to my ceiling we noticed after purchasing a new home. Brian arrived spot on time and assessed the situation. His initial concern was addressing all of the potential problems that could contribute to the leak rather than immediately ripping open the ceiling for an expensive repair.

Brian's thinking was exactly what we needed to identify the problem. After Brian scoped out the location of all upstairs plumbing fixtures relative to the leak, he identified an unsealed section of the flat foam roof outside of the area of the upstairs plumbing fixture but exposed to the elements. There had been rain recently but we had not seen any leak activity since as we had stopped using the upstairs fixtures the same time. I heard a loud Derp sound in my head and then it was obvious. Brian had nailed the problem.

Outstanding!  Matt was very prompt and professional giving me an estimate.  The quote was very fair & reasonable. The crew that then performed the work were likewise very professional.  I can't recall the last time a contractor actually took their shoes off to make sure they kept the floors clean, raked landscape rocks away before digging and dumping dirt on them to ensure they were all clean when putting them back in place.  Everything was perfect right down to the newly added plumbing connections being tucked out of the way so you would never have known they were there.  Highly recommended company, great job!!!

I've had two issues that Kevin has fixed and I have to say that he's the best plumber I've dealt with in the valley.  I will now be going to him for all of my plumbing needs.  He replaced a backyard hose/faucet at a relatively minimal cost and explained everything very carefully.  In another issue, I had a problem with my garbage disposal and instead of visiting and charging for a visit he told me how to fix the problem easily for free over the phone!   That's the kind of service that warrants high praise.  Thank you so much Kevin!

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

My husband and I have had nothing but issues with our new property! Joe and his guys worked on our plumbing issue until it was resolved. I'm just sorry we didn't get them in here sooner! Do not ever let this company come to your house! They did a repair and absolutely ruined my carpet with no remorse and didn't even offer to come look at it to assess the damage... I sent pics to the owner mike and he threatened to take me court.... Really for a $100 carpet cleaning job??? My home warranty company recommended them and didn't even cover the repair so it ALL came out of my pocket even after the service fee...thanks 1st American home warranty...,it would seem a home warranty company would hire reputable contractors to come take care of your problems, not cause damage.... Very disappointed... Wish there were negative stars
