Our customer notified ProBest on 12/12/22 that his pool equipment was not working properly after we did his termite job on November 29, 2022. Cost of termite treatment was $1425. He thought it was leaking. He sent pictures of drill hole in concrete near pool equipment. (All photos have been downloaded to customers file).

I contacted our local handyman, Jerry. Jerry said that he couldn't do a job like that. He referred me to Zest Plumbing. Who then referred me to Swimming Pool Service and Repair. Their original base quote was around $600.00.

I emailed Becci on Monday 12/12/22 at approximately 9:36am. She did advise that they were a couple days out.

On 12/20/22 after checking every other day I finally had to cancel because customer was getting frustrated having to wait.

Jack ended up going with CIB Plumbing & Rooter (a neighbor in his development). Rafael originally stated that it would be around $600.00 -$800.00 to repair. He did notify Jack and his wife that the price was increasing as the scoop of work was a little more than originally quoted. According to Jack, CIB was on the job about 10 hours.

On Friday December 30, 2022, Jack sent over an invoice from the above contractor that was 3 times the amount quoted $2751. The contractor never contacted our office to discuss price increase as we would be the one paying for repairs which was explained at the beginning. I believe we should have been contacted and that $2175 was outrageous.

From the time I contacted Top Notch until having my issue fixed this group was very professional, quick to respond, and provided some great feedback.  I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Aquapro is our preferred plumbing provider for the past 10 years. Referred to us by a neighbor, Chris is always professional and educates you on what you need and why you need it. He has worked on our Reverse Osmosis system, Fixtures, Refrigerator Water Dispenser and most recently replaced our Water Softener system. They are neither the most expensive or inexpensive provider, but the service we receive is always the highest quality. You get more than you pay for with Aquapro. I am confident that the service I receive is top notch, and Chris will stand by the work he does, and he will be around to back it up. His wife Vicky does the scheduling and billing, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. Chris shows up when she schedules him without a large window of time to be waiting for his arrival, and billing is always easy to deal with. I don't often recommend service providers, because one person's experience doesn't always reflect what another will perceive, but I know with Aquapro, you will get what you pay for from someone who takes pride in their work and their business. Seriously I could not be more impressed with this company and their rep, Dustin, that came out! Let me start by saying I'm 8 months pregnant and was in meltdown mode when we came home and our AC was not working. After an hour of messing with it we came to yelp to find someone to call. Dukes of Air does not charge anything extra to come out during off hours plus number one. We called at 8 on a Saturday night and they had someone at our house in less than an hour plus number 2! Dustin arrive and was very pleasant despite it being 8:30 on a Saturday. He got up on the roof right away figured out the problem and returned to let us know. He carried a binder that read the parts and labor cost for each repair so you know it's the same for everyone, plus three. Simple part repair which took him just a few minutes to fix. Once he finished my husband and I asked a slew of questions about why the part broke, what we could have done, and pointers to keep repairs simple. He never rushed the questions and was happy to educate us. It was now 9:15 on a SATURDAY! He was so professional and informative. We will absolutely call them on everything AC - absolutely AWESOME!!!!

Our old garbage disposal decided to crap out on us, it was time as it was an old one and then we saw this business on Yelp when we asked for quotes they were one of the lowest  quotes we found but they replied fast and then he came out and replaced the garbage disposal unit and there were no issues. He had quoted a price of $250 flat and that's what we paid. I took off one star because they charged $9.75 to use a credit card so be wary of that but other than that it was a great job and we'll use them again for any other plumbing project and just remember not to pay with a card.

Can't say enough good things. So responsive, helpful, honest and really good work. We will definitely use them again in the near future. Extremely competent and very reasonable prices!

Dave, the owner, is really awesome. I called him for a consultation on a water heater, & while he was there, he helped me locate a slab water leak, & had it fixed the very next day. A pleasure to do business with. Super understanding, & accepts PayPal payments. I've tried half a dozen other plumbers in the area, & am glad to have found one I can stick with.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I needed some work done and Chris came out very quickly and was able to work with my schedule. He provided pictures of the process since i was unable to be here. I am very happy with the work and definitely recommend if you need work done.

We had our kitchen sink back up. Referred to Go Go Rooter and plumbing by our regular plumber to snake the lines.  Called them at 10:00 am they said they would have someone out at 2pm. Dewayne arrived at 1:50. Checked the issue and got right to work. Finished by 1:30.  Awesome service, prompt, cordial and quick. Told us that it was a 6 month warranty, that if we felt it wasn't running as fast as it should to call and he'd be back.

I called many plumbing companies after hours and finally I got a live person to answer the phone I was  very impressed and relieved  because I had water coming from my celling and did not no how to shut off my water , when I explained my situation to The gentleman on the phone he walked me through  how to shut off the water , I gave him my address and he had someone there in less then a hour it was late around 1am and he actually had a smile and was glad to be there , the service was beyond my expectations,
I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to; this company went beyond my expectations,
Then a few days later i actually receive a signed thank you letter from the owner . Wow unbelievable,

Showed up on time and got the job done efficiently. I will be using Dave again in the future, thank you!

Robert came out to help diagnose a water pressure issue we were having in a condo we had under contract. The fix was a simply valve adjustment & he didn't charge for his time. I can't say enough good things about Robert & SPC, I'll be calling them for any client related needs in the future.

They responded within 60 mins of an ac issue I was having and then quickly responded to a follow up service call and didn't charge me. Very ethical. Quick to provide a quote to replace entire ac unit.
