My tenants had a faucet that wasn't working.  I was having trouble finding a handyman who would fix it sooner than 2-3 weeks out, as it was impacting their ability to use the kitchen sink. Rafael responded to my Yelp request within an hour, gave me a quote and was there the next day.  It is a sink in a historic home which required shutting down the water while working. He removed the rusted faucet and replaced it - it looks great. And, he was on time for the job. I am definitely going to call CIB again when in need of handyman work.

We live in Fountain Hills, and our water softener was leaking.   We called Chris at Aqua Pro, and we were very happy with the repair he performed, as well as providing us with the name of someone he would recommend for irrigation system service.  Chris also does plumbing and reverse osmosis systems.

We highly recommend Chris and Aqua Pro, especially if you live in Fountain Hills...he has been a resident for over 30 years.

First, I would like to thank Dukes of Air for scheduling an emergency visit to my home. I had a scheduled appointment Saturday June 15, but my AC unit went down early Wednesday morning, so I called Dukes of Air and they were more than helpful with scheduling an emergency visit for Wednesday. The customer service person I spoke with (wish I could remember her name) was super friendly and helpful. Chris showed up to my home and was very polite and respectful. He diagnosed my problem, went over my options in detail and pricing for each option given. Once I informed him which option I wanted Chris got right to work. He also did not mind my interruptions to ask questions which he answered in detail. Now I know why Dukes of Air has so many satisfied customers and they can add me to their list. I would highly recommend Dukes of Air to my friends, family and anyone reading this review. This is a great company!

Nafiz responded to my Yelp request promptly and gave the best offer than the others. I asked him if I could get earlier appointment if possible by any chance and he called me the next morning saying that he could come early. He installed the garbage disposal in timely manner. Nafiz was nice and polite, I was happy with his service and I will call him again if needed in the future. Thank you Nafiz.

Made appointment for gutter installation. Joe said he was a month out for scheduling. I setup date for my job. Joe was MIA. No response to calls and texts.

Dave just walked me through steps to help figure out a problem we were having with our basement sewer ejector pump.  He also suggested ways to save us frustration and money in the future. This was the first time I called him, as the plumber we had used previously is pretty much incompetent. 1Buckeye is now our #1 for our #2 issues!!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Look no further than Renew Plumbing.  We contacted Chris at Renew Plumbing earlier this week about replacing the salt water softener system at our house after a plumbing supply company recommended his service.  I did my homework and Chris recommended the exact water purification replacement system we selected and said he uses the same system at his own personal residence.  Chris's prices beat the competition and his online reviews were great so we selected him to do the work.  Chris showed up early yesterday with the new system along with all the plumbing parts and tools required to complete the job in one visit.  Chris also repaired a kitchen faucet while he was at our house and took the old worn out salt water system with him for proper disposal.  Great job Chris!

Was having trouble finding a plumber that would replace my 80 gallon water heater with the same size. Called Dave with Garrett Plumbing, he was able to find and install a new 80 gl water heater in a couple of days. Dave is knowledgable and super friendly.

I am new to Phoenix and my realtor suggested I reach out to Miguel & Vicky to help with hang some new lights etc...in my condo. I loved working with them so much I hired them to re-do my outdated shower & toilet! I was NOT disappointed. I am obsessed with how my bathroom turned out - Miguel was able to capture my design vision for something clean and modern. Now my shower is my favorite part of my place! I recently had a leak in my walls between my downstairs bathroom and washer in the garage. I have a home warranty through select home warranty which sucks and doesn't cover anything (FYI don't ever get this warranty). The only good thing they did for me was send Hummell plumbing I first met with Ross and another gentleman both were professional and knowledgeable. Come to find out it was a leak in the slab which isn't covered by the warranty. Knowing that this was not going to be a cheap fix, I had to have them come out a week later after working. From there on I dealt with Steven who was very comforting and assuring with a first home time buyer dealing with her first major house crisis. Steven and the owner Broc came out and actually fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I appreciate all of they're hard work and understanding when it came to my situation. I had an issue with my refrigerator ice maker and the repairman happened to mention that I could increase my water pressure by installing a larger water line. I contacted Scottsdale Plumbing and Daren came out to do the installation and change out our RO filters. Daren looked at the situation and promptly told me that he could change the line but it would be a complete waste of money. He then changed the filters, explained how long I could expect them to last, and completed the job in short order. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. The cost was very reasonable for the services performed. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

My experience with Plumbsmart makes is very hard to even provide a 1 rating. Plumbsmart completed some plumbing work at my house, and then left me with a terribly loud water hammer issue - i.e. the water pipes in my garage bang loudly, and this can lead to more serious issues. This noise issue occurred as a result of the work they completed. Never in all the years of living in my house have we ever had this terrible condition previously, I never even heard of this type of issue. They did return to the house a few times the past couple of months to try to resolve the issue, but they were not capable of solving the problem they created.  Over the past few weeks, I have left 2 messages for the owner Wayne, 2 messages for a Supervisor Robert, and several messages and emails for a manager Shawn.  I have not heard from any of them - they DO NOT return phone calls.  Apparently they have given up and do not have the skill to solve the serious problem their work created. I could never recommend Plumbsmart to anyone.
