Aquapro is our preferred plumbing provider for the past 10 years. Referred to us by a neighbor, Chris is always professional and educates you on what you need and why you need it. He has worked on our Reverse Osmosis system, Fixtures, Refrigerator Water Dispenser and most recently replaced our Water Softener system. They are neither the most expensive or inexpensive provider, but the service we receive is always the highest quality. You get more than you pay for with Aquapro. I am confident that the service I receive is top notch, and Chris will stand by the work he does, and he will be around to back it up. His wife Vicky does the scheduling and billing, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. Chris shows up when she schedules him without a large window of time to be waiting for his arrival, and billing is always easy to deal with. I don't often recommend service providers, because one person's experience doesn't always reflect what another will perceive, but I know with Aquapro, you will get what you pay for from someone who takes pride in their work and their business. I'm impressed. I worked for an HVAC company in Cali. I know high standards in service and attention to detail. I did my research and Dukes proved to be the premium company they claim to be. We purchased the 5yr maintenance plan. Happy to have them taking care of our heating and cooling.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. Chris from Renew came out for my home warranty insurance company and took care of a minor drain clog. I was, coincidentally, have other plumbing issues. I started asking some questions and he found my problem, explained my problem, and then told me what I needed to do to fix it! Upon the some further discussion, I needed some additional plumbing work done, he came back handled it and at a price that was incredibly reasonable. His knowledge was priceless for me. Highly recommend this company.

Great work on Matthew and his hard working crew. I had a damaged main sewer line about 4 feet long buried under about 4 to 5 feet of rocks and dirt. He was able locate the exact spot of the damage with a sewer camera. He had the city mark under ground hazord within a few days. Dug the hole and did the repairs within half a day on Saturday. My family didn't even noticed and major interruptions in water flow. They left the repaired area just the way it was found. Great crew my go to for all Plumbing needs.

My toilet overflowed on the second floor and water went everywhere (down to my first floor). Although I didn't need a plumber at the moment, she made some calls for me and set me up with a restoration company that came out that night. She was soo helpful and really made this disaster manageable! Thanks!

I'm not even sure where to begin explaining how awesome this company is! I had a plumbing emergency, made a single phone call comma and a plumber was in contact with me to guide me through buying the right components myself in less than 20 mins. In less than two hours, start to finish, my plumbing issue was fixed everything was cleaned up, and I was invoiced right away. I cannot cannot express how pleased I am with the way mr.
