I Called Pink plumbing today for my investment home that I have in Scottsdale for a leaking water heater. Chris and Brad came right out and had found that it was just a pipe that was leaking. Thank god, they saved the day and my pocket book. They could have over charged me since I'm in Chicago, but they were honest with me. I'm currently in the middle of moving as well and this was not a trip or expense  I was planning to have to make anytime soon. I thought I was in store for a new expensive water heater, but instead it was just a minor pipe repair. Thank you guys so much! You're the best !

Called this company for multiple days trying to get somebody out to my house to do an estimate I've got no return phone call then got a return phone call from somebody who is on call today voice my opinion on how I felt about the customer service that I received and he told me we don't need to do business with somebody like you

Called to set an appointment for a shower issue we had. The shower would not stop leaking. When i called i talked to eric. He was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a technician out to our house within hours. They explained the different things that may be a problem and broke down pricing for each. Robert got to work and did an awesome job. He was polite and friendly and got the job done quickly. I would highly recomend e h plumbing to all my friends and family.

A continued 5-stars to Lawson Family Plumbing. We had some shower pressure issues and were promptly scheduled for a visit with Jason again, who performed work on our house a couple months back.

Again, Jason was right on time and was professional and courteous throughout the visit. He helped us resolve the issue quickly and educated us on the problem.

I had an emergency when my water pressure reducing valve died on me...and without it I had 100psi water pressure shooting into my house. I needed to replace it ASAP or risk all sorts of water lines popping in the house. This company at arrived within two hours and replaced the failed unit in the dark. Great response at a fair price - many thanks to Larry Morgan for fast and efficient work!

I had used them in January for a water heater issue. I was very satisfied with them that I called again for a leaky toilet. They do not disappoint. Drew is very profesional, clean, takes his time to explain but most of all honest and took care of the problem.

Kudos to Chris who came to our home when we thought we needed a new garbage disposal. Chris solved the issue very quickly and looked at a couple of other issues too, explaining ways to prevent further problems. Done in 15 minutes! We are so grateful to Chris and to the company for prompt and thorough service.

Once again, ProSkill to the rescue!  My tenant had a problem with getting the hot water heater started after gas had been turned off.  Called Garret in the office, and he was able to call my tenant and tell him what needed to be done over the phone. Voila! Hot water! No scheduling a service call, which he could well have done- Immediate answers to my problem, simple instructions and free advice.  Though it may not always be as easy as this, I know that when I have a problem that does require a visit, I will experience honesty and integrity.  This business is my #1 go-to for all my plumbing needs.  I feel so fortunate to have found them!

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

They gave me a quote to replace my hot water heater, it was a $1000 less than another company I had out earlier.  Eden was really awesome and was able to install in the same day I initially called.

Will defiantly be using 100% plumbing again!

These guys are great.  They showed up exactly when they said they would,  identified the problem and appropriate fix and charged a fair price for the work.  Will definitely use again.

We had an emergency kitchen sink backup in 2 apartments. Rooter Ranger was the only company that was able to respond the same day. So glad they did! Adrian was able to clear the tough drain clogs and recommended a longer term solution for our older plumbing.  Adrian and Danny provide great customer service and technical knowledge. We will use them again!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Our water softener system quit working. I called Lawson plumbing as they installed the system and we had used them in the past with no issues. This time they said the sensor had gone bad. The person said if the part was in stock with their part supplier it would be a couple of days. If it had to be ordered it would probably be a couple of weeks. In either case someone would contact me to let me know the status. I called twice over the next two weeks and they didn't know what was going on but would check and contact me. I also filled out the online contact form. No one ever called me. I called today to cancel the job and I will find someone else to fix it.

Received a phone call from the company and they came right out and fixed the problem. Not sure where the communication failure took place but all is fixed now.

We contacted and received quotes from 5 different companies due to our hot water heater pilot light repeatedly going out. Option 1 Plumbing was a finalist and who we opted to go with for the service. Robert came out the next day, checked out the situation, offered a competitive quote, asked if there was anything else we may want done, and as a matter of fact we did and it was the only company that asked the question. Robert was completely forthright and even went as far as updating the work order to reflect everything that would be done to install a new hot water heater to give me piece of mind. Robert came back the next morning as promised and completed the installation and extra project within probably 2 Or 3 hours. Robert was great to work with and we will definitely utilize Option 1 Plumbing services for future needs.

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule quickly and paying the invoice via apple pay was very convenient. I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. They'll definitely be the first call for future plumbing issues.
