We were using who we thought were the best plumbers in Phoenix based on all the TV ads we kept seeing. They could not get many of our plumbing needs fixed to our satisfaction. So we did an Internet search and saw all the awesome reviews for Pink. We set up an appointment and they started by sending us a text for when they would be at our house. They sent another text when they were on their way, and they arrived on time! Our tech Lou was an absolute gentleman and pro in every aspect of the term. He documented all our issues, discussed our needs, then executed all the repairs perfectly. No short cuts with whatever parts they had on the truck. Are you kidding!?! Am I dreaming!?! Pinch me!!! Obviously we are extremely satisfied with Pink and HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone needing expert plumbing repair.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink. Called at 11am and they were onsite at 1pm. Garbage disposal leak. Replaced and cleaned up in an hour. They don't rip you off with a trip charge and provide timely and professional service. They are my plumber of choice.

I've used Hansen for years with no problem, but this terrible recent experience has lost me as a customer.

I contacted them a couple months ago about an upstairs bathroom that had a leak. Preston came out and discovered the drain in our walk-in shower was leaking, and that he would have to tear out the entire shower and replace it in order to fix the leak. He said it would be cheaper to install a tub+surround instead of a new shower, and sent me an estimate for around $3900. I wasn't expecting such a costly repair, so did not schedule the work to be done right away.

Last week I finally reach out to Hansen again about scheduling the work. Due to the time that passed since the original estimate, Preston had to come out for a new estimate. This time he tells me a walk-in shower would definitely be less expensive than a tub (contrary to what he said previously). We preferred a walk-in shower anyway, so this was welcome news. I made it clear we wanted basically the same type of shower we currently have with a sliding door. He said it would be no problem, and that it would cost... $3900. The same as the previous quote for a tub instead of a shower, though a shower was supposed to be cheaper. Red flag. But I told him let's move forward.

He said he would go to Home Depot after his last job of the day and call us to show us options for showers he could install. He never called us.

I called the office the next day (Friday of last week) and said we were still waiting for a call from Preston. They reached out to him and he called me toward the end of the day. He said he already picked up a shower to install the following Monday (without showing us any options). He also said the shower would not have a door because ever since Covid they don't make shower kits with doors. That was a flat out lie. I told him to not bother coming to our home again. I can't stand being lied to.

I called Hansen's office and vented to the office worker, who said she would have the office manager call. Here we are almost a week later, and no one has called.

Despite not having issues with any of their previous work or technicians, clearly this terrible experience was enough to make me never want to do business with them again. Perhaps it's best to only use them for basic sink and toilet work, but either way, Preston lied to me on more than one occasion. Just not okay.

My wife and I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing because we did not have hot water.  Its tough taking a shower without hot water.  Although they could not come out for more than 24 hours, they were honest about when they could come.  I saw good reviews about them  so we figured we could wait another day.  There was no fee just to come out. David Potter, a plumber with Lawson came out and gave us an estimate. The estimate was reasonable.  The work was performed expeditiously and we got hot water!  The final charge wound up being a bit  less than the estimate.  I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for your plumbing needs.  They are honest, efficient, and reasonably priced!

We had to have a whole house repipe on the day the came home with our newborn. Chris, Larry, and Armando were very quick and courteous while working to get our house back in order. I will always be calling them with our plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing. In an era of discontent and miserable customer service, it is reassuring to deal with a company that has reliable and responsive schedulers, professional and knowledgeable technicians, and reasonable prices.

Repairman came out to fix my toilet leak and plumbing leak but he said he didn't have the parts and said he would be back about the next day.  3 days later no call from them.  If they weren't interested in helping me just say so.  Very disappointed.  No way to run a business

We moved into the area just a little over a year ago.  Had a minor issue with our newly purchased home and asked someone for a recommendation.  Can't thank them enough for the referral.  We've had ProSkill out for a few different HELP issues.  Each technician has been knowledgeable, professional, personable and honest.  What a wonderful combination of attributes to have in a person you are inviting into your home while you are vulnerable.  I have never had a bad experience and have had them out for more than one type of issue.  Sebastian was out today for the annual RO servicing - picked his brain while he was here - wealth of information.  Don't know what we would have done over this last year had we not had ProSkill to reach out to.  Oh, they are responsive, great customer service over the phone and get out to you very quickly.  Recommend without hesitation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed.  Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide.  They put a fake lien on our home.  Was told EVERYONE gets one.  Once they got paid, never apologized or took responsibility for the harrassessment I endured by them.  Keith tells people he is the owner, he is not.  Company is a joke!!!!!

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Highly recommend Element Plumbing.  They have handled small, quick plumbing problems to doing a major remodel in my kitchen and powder bath.  All the work performed was high quality and the finish detail on placement met my high expectations.  I would and will hire them again.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Found these guys via Home Advisor. Called them direct, got an idea of the cost to install a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal.
They were the only ones willing to travel to my location and without charging extra. Ramesh was on time and completed the job faster than initially quoted. Very happy with the results, paid about the same Home Depot would have charged and got new pipes and valves installed.
A great experience, very professional and knowledgeable people, polite and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.

When I called Rooter Ranger to unclog my kitchen sink I was first impressed with the professionalism of Casey and Justin when they arrived. They asked me appropriate questions and listened as I explained the history of my issues with the drain. After several attempts to unclog the drain with a snake Casey determined that there was a severe blockage and that he recommended using a camera to identify the problem. Of course I winced at hearing this but after he patiently put up with and answered all my questions I agreed.

Jarrod came with the camera scope, again very professionally, and they went up on the roof to access the pipes through the vents. After looking at the video of my sewer pipes it was evident that we had a big problem. Total blockage at the juncture with the main sewer line. The good news is that we found the problem but the bad news was that it wasn't going to cheap to fix. It required excavating through our floor and foundation about 4 1/2 feet. But the veterans discount helped a lot and we agreed on a price.

Quinn showed up with Jarrod the next morning. Once again, a very professional and polite young man. He taped down protective matts on the floor and covered our furniture and cabinets with plastic. Then he went to work. I mean he worked so hard. Hours later from deep in a whole in our kitchen he showed us the totally blocked pipe. Crap was piled up in there for two feet and the pipe itself was almost fully collapsed.

At the end of a long day Quinn had replaced our entire kitchen sewer line and reconnected two other connecting pipes, refilled the dirt and poured new concrete. It was really something.

From the very beginning I had a good feeling about this company. It was Casey and the way he presented everything that made me feel comfortable. The smartly painted trucks and uniforms helped with the first impression too. Frankly, after living in the same house for 30 years and needing plumbers many times, I've never had such a positive experience. So, honestly, for all that I wrote above and more, I'm giving Rooter Ranger 5 stars. Because they earned it. And now I have a new go-to plumber. Thanks guys!

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Lawson Family Plumbing is the absolute best company in Arizona.  Various members of my family have used them for plumbing issues, and they have always done the job to perfection.  
I called Lawson Plumbing (Mesa office) this morning about two issues I was having, and they sent someone out this afternoon.  It doesn't get any better than that!!
Michael was very professional, polite and so efficient.  
I would never use another company for any of my plumbing needs.

Devin was awesome and very knowledgeable! He responded same day even though they were busy and knew exactly how to fix clogged drain. He even cleaned up. Definitely calling them next time.

I had 2, twenty-one year old Trane units at my house that were still running fairly well.  Thought I was on borrowed time and decided to replace them.  Received three quotes from reputable firms in the valley and they all came in about the same price range.  The sales rep from Hays, Bill S., was very thorough in his presentation and fully explained the install processes.  He took the time to explain how the install would be considerable better than what I currently had and that an actual Follow-Up inspection would be performed several days later to confirm the install was correctly done and that I was totally satisfied with the operations of the units.

The installs were completed in one day as promised and everything was completely cleaned up and double checked.  I am amazed as to how much of a difference in the comfort level there is now and how much quieter they operate.  Difference between night and day.

The driving factor of our decision to go with Hays was the Yelp Reviews.  Hands down so much higher ratings than the competition.  Not a doubt in my mind that we made the right choice!

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company  (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!
