Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

Their website advertises 24/7/365 emergency service but when I called today I was told the soonest they could send someone would be next week.

Called tonight at 10:00 P.M. due to an emergency plumbing situation where brown water was coming up into our kitchen sink and not draining. Laundry room drain was also pooling. Smell was unbearable. Spoke to an operator who said a tech would call me back within 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, and no call, I called the main number again. The operator apologized and said he would re-page the on-call tech. at 11pm a tech by the name of Brian called. He sounded half asleep. When I explained my issue, Brain said that I needed to call the main number again to schedule an appointment for the following day. Said that he didn't have the ability to make appointments. Wait..what? Are you kidding me? So whats the point in paging a 24 hour tech? Are you a 24 hour company or not? This guy was worthless, and a complete waste of my family's time. If this is the type of service they give (or dont give) before the tech even comes over, then I'll be damned if I use or suggest them EVER again.

Had to call Hansen twice recently for different issues.  They responded very promptly and fixed our problems.  We are very happy with their repairs, and will use them again.  Highly recommend them.  Michael was our guy.

Our technician, Mike was awesome! I got stuck half way through replacing a bathroom faucet the day before putting my house on the market. Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come over same-day. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they showed up within the time window they promised.

Mike was amazing. Even with the faucet rusted into the sink, he was able to remove it and replaced it with the new hardware relatively quickly. Kept the place spotless once he was done working. Really friendly guy, clearly very knowledgeable and knows his craft well. Very pleased with the price and service. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

Chris was very responsive, texted when he was on his way, and came within the 3 hr timeframe that was given. After explaining about the leak from the unit above and talking with the owners, he said it wasn't a plumbing issue and it was determined it was the owner's washing machine that caused the leak.  So even though Chris didn't end up doing any plumbing work for me, I was very happy with the customer service and will call him again for future plumbing issues.

Called Lawson for low pressure in the guest bathroom shower.  Upon arrival at our home, the tech informed us that the shower head was corroded and we did not need any plumbing work -- told me to clean the shower head with lime remover.  THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING THE SITE VISIT!!  I thought that was high class, and I would call them again as they are honest and trustworthy.  Thank you!!

Excellent experience all around with ProSkill, from making the appointment to getting the service performed.  Chase got here at 4:00 right on time, 30 minutes later I have cold air.  I'm calling in to the office on Monday and setting up a maintenance plan with this company.  Thanks for the professional service ProSkill.

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Our backyard spigot had sprung a leak.  Every attempt to loosen the existing hose connection resulted in potentially blinding the entire spigot as it was frozen.  100% Plumbing's operator Rebecca immediately scheduled us and technician Tim came out within 3 hours.   Price and solution were both extremely reasonable.   Highly recommend these guys.

Their prices are great. Quality of work great. I really appreciated Ramesh, who came out. He was down to earth and made me feel like he gave a dam and wasn't out to just take my money. Thanks so much!  When we are ready for a water softener you'll hear from us no question. They also have a shorter time frame for arrival then most which is also nice.

Omg what can I say! Michael was awesome! He explained everything! He told me the worst possible senecio. But explained it all. Luckily they came back out with camera and found the problem. Easy fix! Yeah! I highly recommend these folks!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

We've been calling on Lawson Plumbing for about 4 years, from R/O to toilet to hot water heater, they are smart plumbers and care about customers.  This week they went above and beyond....AGAIN!   Pick Lawson, and enjoy the on-time service.

Andrew came out and did a great job. He spent the entire day working on our rental property. We were expecting the worse news and he was honest and did what was needed. I will call this company for all jobs that we need! Awesome job!

Called them up first thing in the morning and had my ac back up and running just after lunch.

A few hours after my call, Al was at my door.  Professional and ready, he set out to work immediately.

Basically spend the whole time fixing the last guys mistakes. He showed me all the damage he found and his fixes for them.

Less expensive than i expected and 10/10 would use again.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
