This is my second review of this company but I have had such great experiences with them, I had to review again.  Lou was my last tech that came out and literally he was here for 30 mins and fixed my plumbing issue.  He was great, courteous and just a great guy.  I am a forever client of this company.

We used DiamondBack two years ago and were extremely pleased, so when we had another backup of our system we reached out to DiamondBack to do another jet cleaning.  They sent Chris and he was running late, he spent half hour, while my husband was home.  By the time I got home 2 hours later we had backup again.  I called the next day and they tried to send him again, but his truck broke down, so they sent Dane.  He was wonderful but did not have the jet system.  8 days later the back up was back.  They sent Chris again all at no charge except this time we wanted it camera, we paid for the camera.  Chris only did the main pipe that went north and south, but not the pipe that went east and west.  DiamondBack was very responsive, Dane was great, but I would ask for someone other than Chris to do your service.

I had a pipe leaking in my front yard which appeared to be coming from the main line out of the meter box.  I called Hansen Family Plumbing from work Monday morning after doing a quick Yelp search, they had somebody at my house a little while later telling me what the problem was and giving me an estimate (which was so reasonable that I was relieved to hear it), and a couple of hours later it was fixed. They called me to let me know it was done, I gave them my credit card info over the phone, and when I got home I no longer had a plumbing issue to worry about and everything looked great!  Next time I need to call a plumber, I know who to call.

JT came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was quick, kind, and professional. We would call Lawson Family Plumbing with future issues.

I called with a same day water issue and they answered my questions and arrived all within 2 hours. The team was wonderful to work with and they did a great job!! Highly recommend.

I noticed that an area of my backyard was damp and had been for the past few days, and then i noticed where some water was coming up from underground. I called Bumble Bee and they sent Mike P out in just a couple of hours. He identified the problem quickly and even worked with me on the price when he realized the repair wasn't as extensive as he thought. Glad to be familiar with this company and have a resource for future plumbing needs.

I called for a quote to see how much it would cost to possibly replace my hot water heater. Fast response time and scheduling. The tech was early (which I appreciated). The tech was very polite and informative. The tech looked at my hot water heater and after I explained the issue I was having and having been draining it, he explained my hot water heater should be good for a few more years. The tech recommended the drain valve be replaced with one with a larger opening so it won't get clogged and flow rate will be better. The tech had the new ball valve and gave me a price for it and the install. I was surprised with the price ($167.14) but I agreed so I didn't have to go out and try to find the ball valve and then install it. The new ball valve definitely helped with the further draining of my hot water heater. I'm glad I had it changed but feel the price of it and the install was a little high. I could be wrong though.  I would still recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and will use them again when needed.

This company is responsive and courteous. Their employees are well trained and super helpful. I have found their prices to competitive and feel I am dealing with a trustworthy company.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

I thought about taking on this project myself, but I'm glad I called them. Some extra effort was needed, and they worked through it and did a great job.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

The name says it all. Fast, courteous and professional. Had a water pressure reducer installed, the piping was old and constricted and installation by the owners son was meticulous. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend

Since moving to AZ, I have always used Allegiance Water Services. Our technician Lawson was excellent, personable and explained everything about the service.  I had various questions about our water softener.  Lawson was great in answering them in simple terms.  I learned a a lot.  Thank you again for the great service over the past few years..!!

To whom it may concern -
today my fill valve in my toilet needed fixing .

Austin's showed up shortly thereafter - he -for a young man , had an unprecedented amount of knowledge about plumbing.

Austin felt it was only fair to not charge me because - it was NOT BROKEN...just needed a lowering of the h20 levels - in the new toilet !

I have had Lawson Family plumbing out to my home on a couple occasions for various issues. This truly is a family oriented business. Dillion as the other techs were on-time, excellent communicators and fixed the issues very quickly.

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

Chino came out to my townhouse to diagnose a low pressure shower. Had the problem solved & fixed in 5 minutes. Was knowledgeable & nice. Definitely will call back for any future issues. Thanks
