Wonderful company!!!. We had a leak from our second story bathtub down into our kitchen. The plumber that arrived was courteous and very professional. Turned out to be a leaking drain and overflow pipe. He didn't have the part we needed on his truck, but he came back the next morning, Saturday, to finish the job. Great work.

What was above and beyond, was their customer service. I received an email invoice, but it was not the same price as I was verbally quoted. I called and Chris honored the verbal quote, even though it was below what is their standard charge for the work they did. This kind of integrity is hard to find these days and it earned them a customer for life from me.

Called this company for multiple days trying to get somebody out to my house to do an estimate I've got no return phone call then got a return phone call from somebody who is on call today voice my opinion on how I felt about the customer service that I received and he told me we don't need to do business with somebody like you

Had a leak with a pipe in the ceiling and needed a plumber right away. Saw the 5 stars on Yelp and local small business. Definitely did not disappoint. Great experience! Very responsive and quick to come back with a quote and asked relevant questions before throwing out the quote. Price came $100-$200 under a quote from somewhere else. Was able to get a tech out the same day due to opening in their schedule. The tech Dishawn was friendly and knowledgeable. Got the issue quickly fixed. Would definite recommend!

After 2 failed attempts trying to book another local plumber and getting a no show/ no call, it was great to be able to connect with LFP. Harley showed up even ahead of schedule and within an hour he had taken care of all my projects.

I had a hot water leak under the floor and I called Chris. He came out as soon as he could as I had already turned the hot water off. He diagnosed the leak and suggested that re-routing the line was the best option and provided a quote. Thankfully, due to Chris' derailed report the insurance agreed to pay for the fix. Chris came in a couple of days and routed the new line. He and the work done was extremely professional and I am so happy that I chose him over others. He put back everything after he finished the job and even added a new valve for me free of charge. He is the one I will go next time to, if I need any plumbing work done. He is awesome!

It is not in my DNA to write thank you notes or Plumbing repair reviews via Facebook(Internet Social Media) on house calls when called upon to do so. However, when I do write a thank you review it's gotta be something that is unique with a glaring point of difference and needs to be shared with others.  Called Bumble Bee Plumbing & talked to Bumble Bee Plumbing office where I laid out my issues of a leaking water slab, no hot water, H2O pump problems, leaking and faulty garbage disposal, outside inside leaking faucets, in essence the entire water connected demand for water when needed was a total disaster and virtually on life support, after 30 long years of loyalty. Mike Krpata(owner) listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at Bumble Bee Plumbing Service. Give Mike a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate water problem crises a stress free experience. I might ad that Mike hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs. To watch Mike and associate work in the field is a sheer joy to watch, too. 100%+ Professionalism. Mike and associate both compliment each other when they work side by side. Mike is a very knowledgable and versatile person relating to the skills and dynamics of Plumbing, water analysis, water component dynamics of pressure and equalization of pressure flow in the house  within the system, sewer inspection and repairs, etc. The guy's a genius and for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with the technical  skills so that the customer does not have him come back again for something that should have been right the first time.  So Cudos to all at Bumble Bee Plumbing and staff.

New to the company Rob came out to help replace our shower cartridge. Came in wearing a mask which I appreciated greatly since we have a sensitive kiddo. He did a great job explaining everything thoroughly and what needed to be done. I mentioned the Yelp coupon while making the appointment but forgot to mention it again while he was here so it was forgotten. Regardless, the estimate was affordable and honest! Definitely recommend Rob, he was fantastic!

The two AC units on my home were 17 year old basic models installed by the builder and it was only a matter of time before one or both required major service.  Preferring to replace them on my schedule and not at a critical time in the heat of the summer, I invited four companies to provide bids.  While Proskill wasn't the cheapest, they were the most affordable for quality units from a major brand.  Brian K took a considerable amount of time to complete a load calculation, explained the available options and fielded numerous questions in person and afterward via email.  He was patient and immensely helpful in selecting the proper units and ensuring I made my decision with confidence.

Proskill arrived on-time for the installation and the four man crew had both units installed in about four hours.  Everyone was professional and friendly and the quality of the installation is outstanding.  I'm super impressed and can recommend them without reservation.  They're now my go to company for plumbing and AC services.

Simply the best!! I use plumbers often so can tell the difference between a great one and a guy with a wrench as I own many rental properties in town. A good plumber is hard to find and Elite Rooter is just that- ELITE!! Quick response times, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great communication from the entire organization from top down. They went above and beyond for me and I can't say how much I appreciate that. My project was extremely complex and brought many challenges along the way. Elite rooter did nothing but make sure I was satisfied with their work and never gave up to jump over the hurdles that were uncovered along the way.

Highly recommend them for trenchless pipe replacement, snaking drains, adding cleanouts, changing fixtures. Anything plumbing related they can handle it- they have all the right tools to get it done right.

Amazing customer service from Somers Plumbers.  I used them for new plumbing installations and I highly recommend them. Very thankful to have found them through the Yelp bid request.

No comment on the quality of their service, but I asked for a quote on a toilet repair three days ago.  Still no response and no longer interested

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling yesterday from the upstairs bathroom.  I didn't want to wait a few days for the home warranty people to come out.  I found their info on NextDoor and called them right away. They had a technician out within 2 hours.  He explained what he was going to do and was up front about the cost of diagnosis.  He determined it was a faulty seal on a recently installed upstairs toilet.  He fixed the problem.  Everyone was professional.  I think the repair and reseat of the toilet cost was fair given it was an emergency call.  I asked him if he should check my other upstairs toilet that was recently installed and he took a look and told me he didn't believe there was an issue with that toilet and he didn't want me to have to pay for him to pull the toilet and then reseat it if there was nothing wrong.  I would use them again for sure.  No negatives.

Provided plenty of advance notice prior to arriving, even GPS position and ETA!

I'm a landlord and manage a lot of properties.  I had a drain that was backing up and I couldn't clear it with a handheld 25' snake myself.  Called Rooter Ranger, and for their base rate of $47, they sent someone out very quickly.  So far, so good. The tech ran a larger snake 35' into the line but couldn't clear it.  Called me and recommended running a camera into the line to further diagnose the issue (not necessarily clear it) for $199.  Said they would apply the $47 to the $199.  I declined the camera for the moment, and paid them the $47.   I heard back from another rooter vendor that I've used in the past later that day, and they sent a tech out the next day.  Cleared the line for their base rate of $105.  So my total cost was $152.  I guess that if it's an easy fix Rooter Ranger is a good value.  If it's harder to fix, the other vendor is the way to go.  Glad I didn't pay for the camera.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

My husband and I recently moved into our new home and the plumbing backed up the same week we moved. Jesse with Option One came out and did a great job! He suggested getting camera down sewer to find problem. That same Saturday he came out with another plumber, Shiloh.  They both were such a big help and went above and beyond! I'll never use a different plumbing company!

Very professional and quick. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. Also they were an hour earlier then originally planned but called to make sure it was okay first. Which was awesome when your ac unit is not working in the summer in Phoenix the earlier the better. And our technician was great! Frank was polite and got the job done fast. He was excellent at explaining to me what the problem was and gave me a few options for repairs. He went above and beyond getting our two units working perfectly and the expensive was less then expected. I also found it very useful that he gave me some tips on monthly maintenance I can be doing to keep my units running more efficiently. Being a first time home owner I really appreciated this. I will be using Hays for any of my future ac/heater needs.

Chino came out to my townhouse to diagnose a low pressure shower. Had the problem solved & fixed in 5 minutes. Was knowledgeable & nice. Definitely will call back for any future issues. Thanks
