Great people to work with, was changing out a seat in the show handle and it basically disintegrated as I was doing this. Emailed them about service and they promptly responded. They were reasonably priced, and the guy that came out was very good, very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

It's unfortunate I can't give less than 1 star. My elderly mother and I called out both an AC repair man and a water softener repair man to our home and 2 out of 2 tried to, for lack of better word, scam us out of (between the two services) $10,000 dollars which must say something for Proskills training/sales practices. The AC repair man said everything inside and outside needed to be replaced, although someone else from their company told us only the outside unit needed replacing. The water softener repair man didn't even touch our unit, assumed we couldn't get parts, and quoted $1,900 because he said we would just need a new unit and had too much water pressure. All in all, we got our ORIGINAL AC unit and water softener fixed for $625 instead of the $10,000 Proskills tried to hustle us out of!!! I would choose any other company, truly.

Mike showed up on time, after a courtesy phone call as requested. He was personable, knowledgeable, honest about my repairs, and fast-working. Hopefully it won't be needed anytime soon, but would certainly use Elite Rooter again!

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

Once 100% Plumbing earned my business, they showed me that their top priority was to keep my business going forward.  Mont and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of a new toilet.  Eddie performed the work neatly and efficiently, and the appointment scheduling was super-convenient too as they even let you know by text message when the service tech is en route.  That level of care certainly will have them keeping me as a customer for all of my future plumbing needs.

Michael came out to give us an estimate and was ready to get the work started. Updated review:  as soon as Michael left, I got on the phone w our home warranty.. they asked all these detailed questions, but the one question that would have saved everyone's time was where the leak occurred.  Mine was out front, and therefore not within the foundation of the house itself and therefore not covered.  Anyway, my husband called Michael again, and before I knew it, he was done with the repairs!!!  If this was not awesome service, I don't know what is!  Highly recommended.

They damage my bathroom. First they said that roots had damage the sewer pipe under the house. No roots were found. They then said that the flange the holds the toilet in place. They had to unbolt the toilet to remove it. Get another plumber to verify that the work needs to be done. They sent me a bill for $3600. Get the repair in writing; don't sign a tablet or a phone. I finally receive a full refund.

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Sewage water started coming up through the pipes into our bathtubs and our toilets started gurgling on Christmas Eve, of course.  Not the best holiday experience.  Did I mention I just had surgery three days prior?  I knew we'd never get anyone out on Christmas Eve or  Christmas but started researching different companies for quality work.  We called Lawson Family Plumbing on the 26th and Austin came out within 6 hours.  He unclogged our pipes but that was just a quick fix.  The original plumbing company that put our sewer lines in did very poor and sloppy work. The pipes were angled up instead of down and couplers were put on upside down causing bellies in the lines.  They came out on the 28th and marked the area, showed my husband the problems, and made a video of the issues.  Austin also moved all the rocks out of the way.  Very nice of him.  It was a huge job.  SRP, Town of Gilbert, SWG and the cable company had to come out and mark their lines on the 29th.   Four hardworking men started trenching on the 30th at 6am and stayed until it was done at 1 am.  They came out again the next morning to clean up and move all the rock back.  You always hear people complaining about the high prices plumbers charge for their work but believe me these guys earned every cent.  They are honest, hardworking and very nice people.  I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing.

For this they quoted me $2,500
I've already had three other estimates and the highest was $520. I only got another estimate because the other plumbing companies wanted me to wait another week.
The technician did not listen very well because he came out and said this correct.. and flash me some pictures. I said no that is not what you're under there for completely other side of the house...that tells me he doesn't know what he's doing to begin  with. And he did not listen to anything that I told him that tells me he's looking to sell me something I don't want.
He tells me what he has to do which is what my inspector had said needed to be done. then tells me he doesn't know the price  has to ask the pricing guy that means that the technician is not knowledgeable enough to know how much it cost ... And the price guy is there to rip you off ..then quotes me $2,500 . This is completely unrealistic I just had my whole house re piped  with PEX and at that time they quoted me $1,500 . To do all of the drain lines new and all the main lines to the septic. This company option one..wanted $2500 for a repair that should be under $500. I do not recommend this company.
Unless you have money to throw away. Or you prefer someone who doesn't listen to you when you tell them why they're there in the first place.

Dayton came out and fixed the issue without bashing the other vendor that MAY have caused the issue.  Appreciated his professionalism and will stick with them.

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.
