These people are fantastic. Chris, Lou & Stephanie saved the day. We had a water heater go out unexpectedly. It caused a lot of damage & required damage control. They knew who to call & came out same day.  Hopefully we don't have any plumbing issues anytime soon. If we do we're calling them. A+++++

I've had a problem with a toilet they installed, with moisture around the base.  However I was unaware of it. I had issue with something else. I called another company experts on drains. That outfit wanted me to spend 3000 for a problem that did not exist.  I called Justin back for a second opinion.
He corrected the moisture issue with the toilet.
It was a great relief. Diamondback is an honest outfit. I'll call them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

My daughter needed a plumber to repair a shower that was leaking badly. Another plumber had tried to fix it without success. Hansen responded the same day and within a few hours had repaired the shower. My daughter is thrilled. We found Hansen's prices to be reasonable and their technician to be professional, capable and friendly. The company sent a text with the technician's photo and bio to us before he arrived - a really nice touch! We highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing and Air.

After 2 failed attempts trying to book another local plumber and getting a no show/ no call, it was great to be able to connect with LFP. Harley showed up even ahead of schedule and within an hour he had taken care of all my projects.

WOW! Chris and Donny are absolutely top notch. My hose set up was a disaster and eventually started leaking to the point where I had to shut off my main water valve to my house. I reached out to a number of companies and Donny responded nearly immediately and said they could be out the following day. I think the job was way more than they originally bargained for but Chris stuck around for hours to get it done correctly (in 100 degrees no less), helped me with another small additional repair that I thought I had to call the pool company for, all while honoring the original quote. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

I had a new toilet installed today by Jim, a very experienced and thorough plumber, assisted by Victor.  I've been using Bumble Bee Plumbing for a number of years now because all of my experiences have been very positive! All of their plumbers are very knowledgeable and pleasant.  They came with masks and booties and arrived on time.   I've done a number of reviews for this company and have never given them less than a 5 star rating.  
They were nice enough to pick up the toilet for me at the Ferguson showroom in Peoria.

It was time for me to find an air conditioning company that was local, responsive and available. Proskill met all of my needs. I had a wiring issue when installing a Google Nest thermostat. Proskill quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in the attic. Proskill has good communication and appointment reminders. They aren't cheap, so educate yourself about their fee schedule , but I don't think they are overpriced. Will use again.

2 of our toilets were having a hard time flushing all the way (they would just spin & spin & nothing would go down without the assistance of a cup of water.) I messaged about 25 different companies (through Yelp) & these guys were the only ones that could come out the next day so we booked with them for I believe $79 to clear the drain since we had family coming to stay with us later that week. They came out the next day & checked out problem (were thinking it was a backed up clean out but the toilets were just both old dual flush types & they recommended we swap them out. They also scoped our lines to the street & notice some sentiment in our pipes (under our lawn) & they recommended a hydroflush (I think that's what I was called.) We opted to just start with replacing our 2 troublesome toilets & that seemed to resolve the problem. Kinda a bummer to pay the $79 to unclog any drain even though there was no drain to unclog but I guess it was worth it for them to diagnose our problem. Thanks so much for the quick response & service.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Michael was very quick to answer my phone message.  He was booked solid but scheduled a day to come and fix my problem.  Unfortunately I had to get it done sooner.  HOWEVER, because of his professionalism and kindness I recommend him, and would definitely hire him in the future.  I wish all contractors were as responsive as he is. I am giving him 5 stars based on his responsiveness and professionalism.

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

5 Stars and TWO Thumbs Up for Jason Ebert and Mont at 100% Plumbing!

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

I found this company through Yelp and I'm sure glad that I did.  David in the office was very helpful.  He scheduled an appointment and told me that the repair guy would call prior to arriving.  Garrod did exactly that!  He resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly, and called me to let me know exactly what he had done.  David called again to follow-up and make sure that everything was satisfactory.  From my initial phone call to the follow-up call from David, I don't know that any company could have handled things so professionally

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Terrible Service. Missed service times on two occassions. Had to call back less than a week later for the same drain clog. The tech (Shilo) failed to explain what he had or had not done then he hung up and would not explain the situation.  Resorted to another plumber that cleared the drain in short order.

Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company  (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!
