Found a leak under my kitchen sink. Called Pink Plumbing based on the amazing reviews on Yelp.
Jason came out, found the problem, got right to work. Jason was professional, kept us updated and educated us during the process showing us the causes of the problem and how it happened. Very personable, cleaned up after the job was done. Customer service is excellent, communication is amazing and gave us the $55 off our bill without having to ask for it. AWESOME COMPANY

After dealing with a slow draining sink for weeks, we finally broke down and called a plumber.  We were referred to Diamondback by a friend and, although their prices were a bit more than other companies, we went with them anyways.  My experience was typical until the technician, Jerry, arrived.  We received a call when he was on the way, and he pulled up on time just as he said. He was very professional and respectful of our home.  After a little tinkering, I watched him pull out a monster wad of my wife's hair. Needless to say, now that we know the culprit, I can expect to be calling Diamondback again in the future and will definitely be requesting him!

Really impressed. Erik showed up on time, was knowledgeable about the issue, was upfront about costs, and cleaned up after himself. I'm so glad I found these guys, very trustworthy and extremely responsive.

They repaired a very complicated drainage issue under the foundation.  We also had them install the surround shower and tub.

Initially we did not have a great tech at the time the problem was diagnosed.  However they made that right in so many ways by sending out a great team for the repair.

I am late in posting this review - but 2 years later everything is running PERFECTLY!

Came to my home to verify what a plumber that I didn't really trust quoted me. First off, they were very responsive. At late hours of the night they would answer all my plumbing questions and clarified things the other plumber would tell me. Came to my home and looked at my sewer lines with his camera to confirm that the main sewer line was damaged. The entire time, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and was helpful. He advised me to wait until the main sewer line was dug up before going through with anything. His second opinion gave me peace of mind, and I definitely recommend Scottsdale rooter to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber.

They offer a free estimate and then gave me a reasonable quote and was able to do the repair while they were here. I didn't have to schedule for him to leave and come back out again!! Plumber (can't remember his name) gave me a heads up when he was on his way. Arrived on time. He was polite, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. I'd hire him again.

Have been using ProSkill for about two years now, and am always impressed by their courtesy, skill, and professionalism. The latest issue occurred when our A/C stopped working the evening before what was predicted to be a 109 degree day. The A/C unit was only 16 months old. The breaker hadn't shut off, so we couldn't figure out what happened. It was after hours, but the answering service got me in touch with a technician (Michael). We tried resetting the thermostat via over-the-phone directions, but with no luck. Instead of leaving us to sweat things out until the next day, Michael and Gavin came over that evening and were able to determine that the issue was caused by a faulty thermostat. They had a new thermostat with them and got the A/C up and running after installing the new thermostat. Awesome customer service is why we'll remain regular customers--thank you!

I had a drop in water pressure, and Brian from Elite Rooter came over right when expected to take a look at thing.  There turned out to be no issue, but the inspection was free, and Brian was very helpful.  I will absolutely be using Elite Rooter again!

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Highly recommend Element Plumbing.  They have handled small, quick plumbing problems to doing a major remodel in my kitchen and powder bath.  All the work performed was high quality and the finish detail on placement met my high expectations.  I would and will hire them again.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

Gavin is outstandingly nice and super helpful. Truly grateful for the help and explanations for everything. Very Fair Priced & flawless services. Took care of all my leaks for me no issues in about 30 mins from front to back of house.

Called last night as they are a 24 hrs of operation company, or at least they say they are, the woman who answered the phone was rude and told me no one would come out that night, I only have one bathroom in my house and was forced to go outside until a different plumbing company was able to show up and resolve my issue, mainline turned out to be shatter with roots and its going to be a massive project starting Monday and I would recommend you all use someone else, thats fast reliable and they will come out the same day. DO NOT USE ROOTER RANGER!!!

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

We had a tub spout and the stem was damaged.  Larson came out and did a great job fixing the spout connection.  

Later not related to the spout that fixed, we experience a water leak.  We called them out to trouble shoot.  They did and they corrected a shower stem and installed a new one - $199.  They did a great job on the shower stem.  

They warned at the time that there could be additional issues and recommended accessing the back through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom - $300 more for a total of $499.  

My issue is the plumber appeared to be very impatient and rushed and didn't even bother to test out the first fix.  

Bottom line - I replaced the bathtub drain and installed a new cartridge - I tested and no more leaking.

I will not be calling Larson for any plumbing services ever again.  In my opinion their pricing is outrageous.

Sam came in around 9:30pm to fix a leaky hand sink in the establishment at which I work. He was able to fix it within 10 to 15 minutes. We really appreciate him coming in to do the repair while also maintaining a good attitude...especially with it being pretty late in the evening... thanks again :)

I checked with a few companies to help flush my water heater. Hays was prompt to respond and came out the very next day. Fairly priced and friendly staff. Highly recommend

I had a toilet leakage in my rental property. The staff was very responsive, and the fix has been done quick with a reasonable price.
