We have been very pleased with Pink Plumbing for the past five years. We first called them when we came back from a weekend away and discovered water had pooled under the kitchen sink without any discernible reason we could find, but it was quickly becoming apparent that wherever it was coming from it was causing damage and quickly. Called Pink Plumbing and explained our problem hoping they'd be able to come within the week and was pleasantly surprised that they responded to our SOS and sent a plumber no more than a couple of hours later! He got to work right away trying to find this mysterious leak. Turned out to be coming from an underground pipe that had burst and been leaking up without us knowing for who knows how long?! By the time it was showing under the sink, it had done plenty of damage to the kitchen cupboards, the family room wall behind the kitchen sink and had warped the flooring from underneath as well. It was truly a nightmare and only a month away from the holidays with guests coming to be stay. It was refreshing and calming to have someone there communicating to us precisely what was happening and what they were doing. It gave us confidence in their ability to do what was needed and they worked diligently to repair the problem without the all too familiar refrain of Well, looks like we'll have to come back later.
Besides this kind of excellent and very professional service, every plumber is licensed and bonded which is not the norm or even mandatory to even be here in Arizona! This is a huge plus!! Now, we wouldn't think of using any other plumbing service but Pink Plumbing!! 5 stars plus!

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

On time did a great job replacing a wax ring on my toilet, very professional would recommend to everyone!

Garbage disposal went bust a week ago and decided to try the yahoo business option. Out of all the businesses that answered flush King was by far the best option. Their pricing for the sinks (that I also wanted done)  were a little expensive, but for what I needed they were great. He came and did what he needed to do, and was on time which in this day and age is a huge plus. Great guy and was very polite!

So grateful to Bumblebee for getting me on the schedule to fix a slow leak under my bathroom sink. Jesus arrived right on time, was professional, courteous and took steps to explain the pricing and the repair process. This is my first time ever having to call a plumber out and I will not hesitate to use Bumblebee in the future. Highly recommend.

Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday (great timing).  I found Lawson Family Plumbing on yelp and the reviews were great.  We made an appt and the earliest they had avail was Sunday (the next day).  But about 1 hour later or so we get a call that they had a cancellation.  They were at our house by 4pm on Saturday and we had a new hot water heater installed. The technician did a great job and the price is very fair.

We are new to Sun City West, Arizona and needed to replace an old HVAC system. We found ProSkill Services to be very professional, skilled and caring to every detail. They arrived on time and in about five hours our new system with new ducting was installed and operational. Not only that they vacuumed and left our house just as they had found it. We can highly recommend them without any reservation.

Yair came over for an issue we had and from the absolute very beginning he was very respectful and professional. I would gladly recommend this business. Thank you guys so much for a prompt response and great work.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink and needed the faucet replaced. Mike and his team was responsive and upfront with his pricing and estimates. His work was quality and I would definitely call him again for future work!

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

Since moving to AZ, I have always used Allegiance Water Services. Our technician Lawson was excellent, personable and explained everything about the service.  I had various questions about our water softener.  Lawson was great in answering them in simple terms.  I learned a a lot.  Thank you again for the great service over the past few years..!!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Great customer service in setting up the appointment. Melanie was very thoughtful and was able to squeeze me in the next day. The guys on the job were patient, professional and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

called Option One early in the morning because my main line was backing up into the house. They had someone out within a couple hours. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It turned out I had roots infesting my pipes. He got a TV out there within 15 min found where the problem was and told me to call the city. The city came out 3 hrs later and he rushed over to my house so he could do the inline video again but for free this time.  Awesome pricing. Amazing!

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

Remarkably good service! Contacted on Fri. Afternoon, they got me scheduled for the following Sun @ 8:00a for a non-emergency service. I mean, nobody does that anymore. The tech, Brandon, arrives exactly on time and is just terrific. Everything done to perfection. Pricing was a good 20-25% less than prior estimates. Will be my plumber for any future needs. 5+ stars.
