This company advertises free estimates, they wanted $225 dollars to come out and look.... I will move on to other companies, if they are dishonest with just their advertising, what else are they going to say?

I had a dripping showerhead and needing the cartridge in the shower handle replaced. I did my best to get it done myself and then I broke off the cartridge due to a buildup of calcium and magnesium inside the handle.
Dan came out to help me help me chisel out the remaining, corroded parts of the old cartridge and then help me get a new one installed which took some doing because they needed to take an emery cloth and really clean out all of the buildup that was inside of the chamber. Even though it took them several hours they stuck with a job they got it done and no more dripping

Amazing service. Jason came and helped us on a couple small plumbing issues we had at our house. Not only did he give us expert advice but saved us a bunch of money, when he could of easily charged us for more money. We quoted several other companies and no one came close to the quality and service we got.

Chris was very responsive, professional, and efficient! We had a pipe leaking behind the wall in our kitchen. We called on Friday night when we discovered water on our kitchen floor. Called at 7:15, needing to replace my leaking water heater. Sam came by as scheduled at 10am that morning.
Within 3 hours, Sam had removed my old water heater, and installed the need one.
Very patient and helpful, ensuring I was familiar with what to expect, and how the water heater operated.
That evening, my wife expressed surprise at how quickly we get hot water at the kitchen sink.

I highly recommend that you get another quote. I'm giving one star because I feel like I got screwed. It took him 10 minutes to change a part in the tank and put a shut off valve on the toilet. I was charged $360. I'm sure I could have purchased three new toilets.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. Rommel came to repair our drip system leak.  Your employees are always courteous, helpful, and know their trade.  We rely on your service whenever we have plumbing or water issues.  We recommend your services highly.

I'm a landlord and manage a lot of properties.  I had a drain that was backing up and I couldn't clear it with a handheld 25' snake myself.  Called Rooter Ranger, and for their base rate of $47, they sent someone out very quickly.  So far, so good. The tech ran a larger snake 35' into the line but couldn't clear it.  Called me and recommended running a camera into the line to further diagnose the issue (not necessarily clear it) for $199.  Said they would apply the $47 to the $199.  I declined the camera for the moment, and paid them the $47.   I heard back from another rooter vendor that I've used in the past later that day, and they sent a tech out the next day.  Cleared the line for their base rate of $105.  So my total cost was $152.  I guess that if it's an easy fix Rooter Ranger is a good value.  If it's harder to fix, the other vendor is the way to go.  Glad I didn't pay for the camera.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

This was my second interaction with Lawson.   The first time was a blind call on my behalf and was in ever lucky.   The insides of my toilet needed to be replaced and they did a great job.   They also advised me that something is was doing wrong in using chlorine tablets contributed to my problem.   I also had them look at a sink that needed attention too.  Well they did an excellent job on that too.   There was also a calcium deposit in the sink that I had no idea how to get rid of and again the technician told me how to get rid of it.  I tried his suggestion and to my delight it totally took care of the problem.   Lawson is the best it is the only plumbing organization i will use.   The second time I called was I saw a post on FB regarding having your hot water heater flushed and they had a coupon on Angies list.   The service is normally  $99 but with the coupon  $59 so called they came out did the work took all of 30 minutes.  One of the most refreshing part of this call was they found no problem and did not try to sell me anything . Sorry for being so long but didn't know I could post here so just giving Lawson their proper due.

Technician went to my property to diagnose a potential leak. The tenants were not there, so the technician couldn't enter the house to diagnose. He spent an hour (or more) to check everything he can check outside the house, running water, check sprinklers, etc. He gave me very professional recommendations and possible reasons for the leak, and explained things very well. Good manner, professional, and complimentary first visit.

Very professional, courteous and on-time. Reviewed both my gas units, performed yearly maintenance and gave recommendations for me to review at a later date.  Not a problem, I would absolutely use them again.
