This company is wonderful, and this review is overdue! We were experiencing bubbling in our toilet, so we called Pink Plumbing to check it out. Turns out we had a breakdown in our sewer line and needed excavation and repair. They were super busy and booked out for over a week, but they moved heaven and earth to squeeze us in since I was scheduled to be induced in 2 days. They got the repair finished super fast, fixed the issue, all before my son was born. I'm so grateful to this company for working with us, and we will use them for all our future plumbing needs. The person that took my call was very nice. She asked if it was an emergency and I confirmed that it was not.  So, we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. 9:30 came, and I called to verify that I hadn't written the appointment down wrong. She verified that I had an appointment and said the tech was running late. She said he would be calling me to give me an eta.  When the tech called me he had no idea about the appointment.  He asked if it was an emergency?.... I said no. It's not an emergency, I have an appointment. He said, well my friend, I've got 12 emergencies in front of you. I think he thought it was funny for some reason. I hung up and called another company. There are plenty of plumbers in the Phoenix area. Call one that's dependable. Not these people.

Couldn't ask for a nicer representative for your company. He came masked, as I requested and wore booties. Preston was friendly, efficient and professional. I'll be using your company again, for sure.

I had a water pipe leak in the wall and they were able to come out the same day to replace the section of copper pipe. The person who came out was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the quick turn around. Highly recommend them!

Posted a couple pics and Chris replied with a quote fast! He even applied a Yelp coupon I didn't know about. Was here for maybe 20mins and did a great job and charged the original quote. Definitely will be using him on the rest of our remodel! A++

I had used them in January for a water heater issue. I was very satisfied with them that I called again for a leaky toilet. They do not disappoint. Drew is very profesional, clean, takes his time to explain but most of all honest and took care of the problem.

I called Lawson on a Friday for help with a plumbing issue. We scheduled an appointment for 6 a.m. the next morning. The technician was right on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed two separate issues right on the spot. I'm not sure how they compare on price, I didn't get other quotes, but the Lawson quote seemed reasonable, and I didn't have time to waste. Lawson called me the following evening (Sunday) to ask if the work had been completed to my satisfaction. They told me that if for some reason the problem wasn't solved they would send someone out first thing on Monday to make sure it was taken care of. I was so impressed with that level of customer service which I find to be very rare. I was left with the impression that this is indeed a family company that cares about their customers.

My toilets and showers were backed up on a Sunday evening and Soro came out first thing the next morning and fixed everything. I had a company come out and misdiagnose the issue before Soro and Elite Rooter were able to solve the issues. Not only did he save me time, but he also saved me a lot of money. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

this call was in response to work done 10 months ago.  they came out and evaluated and after much discussion it was decided it was connected to previous work so under warranty. Alfredo came out and attacked the problem as if it was one he hadn't seen before.  He reinspected the lines concerned and went to working unplugging the line by jetting and  rooter rooting, alternating til clear.  at all times pleasant, knowledgeable and keeping us informed every step of the way.  when finished he informed us that he was going to perform a test with all the water running and the washing machine as well.  he said when Alfredo is satisfied, its done.  Well done Alfredo.  We also have to say that Mike was out the day before and very understanding of our needs.  THANK YOU ROOTER RANGER RANGERS LOL WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The water suddenly opened like a cloud burst from the ceiling. Luckily, I had called Option One who showed up to help. We had a drain clog a few months ago with Matt coming to save the day, so I knew to call Option One again! Matt is so calm and helpful- explaining what's going on and needs to be fixed. Matt and Robert just turned the water back on, and we're good to go! Matt with Option One is the best!

For this they quoted me $2,500
I've already had three other estimates and the highest was $520. I only got another estimate because the other plumbing companies wanted me to wait another week.
The technician did not listen very well because he came out and said this correct.. and flash me some pictures. I said no that is not what you're under there for completely other side of the house...that tells me he doesn't know what he's doing to begin  with. And he did not listen to anything that I told him that tells me he's looking to sell me something I don't want.
He tells me what he has to do which is what my inspector had said needed to be done. then tells me he doesn't know the price  has to ask the pricing guy that means that the technician is not knowledgeable enough to know how much it cost ... And the price guy is there to rip you off ..then quotes me $2,500 . This is completely unrealistic I just had my whole house re piped  with PEX and at that time they quoted me $1,500 . To do all of the drain lines new and all the main lines to the septic. This company option one..wanted $2500 for a repair that should be under $500. I do not recommend this company.
Unless you have money to throw away. Or you prefer someone who doesn't listen to you when you tell them why they're there in the first place.

This is the fourth time I have called Hays with some type of heating or cooling issue. Their customer service on the phone is wonderful, the technicians are respectful, and I trust them 100%. I have had problems with other companies in the valley, and I highly recommend them.

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
