Had a pinhole leak in a copper fitting serving my water softener. They arrived early, fixed it in under half an hour, and gave me a two year warranty.  Five stars isn't enough stars.

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Hansen plumbing came out same day. Replaced the defective parts and charged a reasonable fee for the work performed. I would not hesitate to recommend them as I'm sure I'll use them again if we have any future plumbing issues.

After Flush King, my husband decided to look at it and researched online.  Found out it's a Kohler faucet mo Franklin as stated by tech.  Bought $15 replacement hose.  However, he was not able to remove the bad hose and didn't want to damage.

We're new here so this time we got a referral from our neighbor, KW Plumbing.  They cane out next day and spent 30 minutes removing old and installing new hose. $125 charge which is reasonable and no up sell.

We now have a trusted plumber we can call on.

Yes, the $149 would be deducted if we ended up using you and yes we could've gotten our own faucet.  Bottom line is, we didn't need to replace the faucet and even with $50 yelp discount your price is still too high.  

As a customer, we want someone we can trust and we are willing to pay a fair  price.

Late Monday evening (11/09/20), I realized I had warm water only. Upon checking the hot water tank....yep! goop running down the front and water on the floor.  Yikes! I hadn't been feeling well, and this was the last crisis I needed.  Having used Lawson Family Plumbing previously, I was on the phone with them first thing Tuesday morning. I spoke to Devin; then, Vic returned my call (he was great- understanding!), and soon Michael was on his way to my home.  Michael confirmed the water tank was dead; he was thorough in explaining everything and apologetic that he had to leave for another commitment. PlumberTerry arrived at my home within a few hours, went to pick up a new tank, and I was back in hot water business as the sun was setting. Repeated customer of Proskill last 8+ years, they have done every job we've request perfect! No issues, no matter who we speak too, or provides the repair service in need, all are courteous, professional, very knowledgeable. Never lied or tried to upsell me he is beyond incredible and awesome!!!!Brian and Greg his workers I don't have words for these guys they hard are workers and so nice and made me and my family feel so comfortable and let it be known my issue wasn't small I was placed in a hotel and these guys are hell of a workers they kicked ass!!! Element plumbing came out after hours and on short notice when our tankless water heater stopped working. Micheal took the required parts with him, ordered all the warranty replacement parts for us, then came back to repair everything. Incredible service, and knowledgeable people. Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Our water softener system quit working. I called Lawson plumbing as they installed the system and we had used them in the past with no issues. This time they said the sensor had gone bad. The person said if the part was in stock with their part supplier it would be a couple of days. If it had to be ordered it would probably be a couple of weeks. In either case someone would contact me to let me know the status. I called twice over the next two weeks and they didn't know what was going on but would check and contact me. I also filled out the online contact form. No one ever called me. I called today to cancel the job and I will find someone else to fix it.

Received a phone call from the company and they came right out and fixed the problem. Not sure where the communication failure took place but all is fixed now.

I called Option One this morning to have them rooter out my kitchen sink line which seems to get plugged up ever 1-2 years.  Jackie set me up with an appointment between 1030-1200, same day, and at 1038 I received a text from Andrew that he was on the way.  Andrew took a quick look at the situation and said he thought the problem was in the plumbing underneath the sink, not in the main line.  He asked if I wanted him to fix it and told me no charge for the diagnosis when I told him I could handle a small job like this.  45 minutes later I had everything cleaned out and the drain running fast.  Great service- honest and fast.  I have used Option One many times over the years and will continue to do so.  Thanks guys!

Called Hays today because my AC drain pan was leaking into my laundry room. Scheduled it in the morning for the afternoon and they came well within the window of time. The technician that arrived was knowledgeable, friendly, and let me know what he was doing as he was doing it. Would recommend this company to everyone! Refreshing to find a place you can trust

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
