Hey just want to leave a quick review these guys were great showed up when the promised, did the job well, and we very professional.  I will use them again

We had a major leak in the water pipe between the meter on the street and the front door of our home (the part not covered by the water company or our home insurance),  Options were to dig up flagstone and concrete slab to find the leak and repair it, or run a new line for 160 feet through the yard, shooting it below the flagstone, avoiding that. We chose the latter, at a total cost of $4,350.  Despite being backed up with work (principally commercial), the company put three great guys - Matt, David and Brian - on the job, which was completed in two and a half days, as scheduled.  We were impressed by the professionalism of everyone with whom we had contact.

Highly recommended for a big job like this.

This plumbing company advertises itself as a 24 hour plumbing service company, so when I had a plumbing emergency involving a water leak at 11:30pm on Sunday, I called them.   Their after hours emergency answering service held on to me for 20 minutes on the phone taking down all my information and said someone will get back to me tonight.  After THREE DAYS on Wednesday someone by the name of Gabriel called me back from this company and wanted to speak with me about putting me on their schedule for a visit!  Needles to say my plumbing emergency had already been resolved by then by a different company.  If you're looking for prompt plumbing service with an organized plumbing company who's got its $hit together, then avoid these people.  My experience with them was simply a waste of time.

Very satisfied with the service I received from Chris tonight for emergency service to clear my clogged drains.  Responded promptly on a Sunday night and went through a thorough process to resolve the immediate issue as well as identify other less urgent future potential issues with the pipes in the house.  Reasonably priced.

They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they responded to a request for quote.   They provided me a $1000 quote to fix a sink not draining.  Decided to do myself costing about $5 (plumbers putty and 1 plastic drain pipe) and a couple hours because I am slow.  After fixing myself and determining the quote provided would not have even fixed the cause of the plug, I decided to write this.  Because, how much more would he have tried to charge?  Beware, clearing a drain line should cost $80.  This is the closest I've come to being ripped off.  I see they have good reviews, so maybe they got someone new.  Get a second opinion if you have questions.  Not sure how to respond to owner, Estimate date 6/28.

I had a great experience with Lawson Family Plumbing this week.  While I had dreaded calling a plumber, it was very stress free from beginning to end.  The lady that took my call and made the appointment was very friendly.  The plumber arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job.  Jason was also very friendly, clearly explained what he was going to do and the price was less than I was expecting.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Lawson again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

We are very pleased with ProSkill. Israel came out twice and did the job he needed to do. His trainee Cody was with him too and they worked well together. They were quick, thorough, and spot on. Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

If I could give 6 stars I would.  Jeff Cook came out and was wonderful.  He tackled a project that was more difficult than it should have been (due to no fault of his) and was such an absolute pleasure.  He made us feel that he truly cared, and honored the price quoted the day before despite the project requiring more effort than expected.  Naturally, I'd expected that they'd keep the pricing the same as promised, but nonetheless, he did so with such a wonderful, positive attitude.  We shared some great conversation while he was here too, while it never detracted from the project at hand.  Jeff was professional, and wore a mask and booties his entire time here.  Plus, my cat seemed to love him so he must be a great guy.  Thanks Allegiance and Jeff!  You guys were great!!!

I cannot express my sincere appreciation for Casey, Bobby and Jesse yesterday. Our sewer line backed up and waste filled our toilets and tubs. Within 2 hours, Rooter Rangers had a  qualified engineer here ready to assist. After examining and problem detection, Casey realized our issue required more support. He scheduled Bobby to provide further detailed analysis. Upon learning where our issue was, Jesse was not far in tow to perform a high pressure flush of our sewer lines. Each were knowledgeable, honest, sincere and humble when I offered cold beverages and a tip of appreciation. Jesse even offered to assist us clean the mess in our home. Old school ethics with new school technology!
When all was done, my wife was pleased. Happy Wife, Happy Life!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

I call 6 AM told them I had a problem I had somebody out here by 8:30 AM for an out for better service Craig was very good very formal would definitely recommend Lawson Family.     . Very happy with  Lawson. General maintenance service for Cooling and Heating unit and Water Heater flush. First time customer. From the initial appointment set-up, to the two gentlemen completing the service, 5 stars. Excellent customer service all around. The communication from start to finish was top notch, zero surprises. Set up a yearly Maintenence plan because I feel confident in this company, and the technicians.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation.  Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .
