They took my call at 6:45 am and had someone to our house by 9:30 am! I was really impressed with their communication and text updates on when they would arrive. They provided us a fair quote and even let us know how we could save money and prevent problems in the future. We'll definitely be calling them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Imagine requesting a service and being asked to whip out your wallet BEFORE a service has been rendered or even SCHEDULED. Yeah, that's what Diamondback Plumbing felt they had a right to do this time.  I simply asked them on the phone while inquiring about a service call if they would take a credit card payment over the phone from my out-of-state landlord to fix a hot water line.  Sure they said, just have him fax back the credit authorization form!  We will email it right now to you!  Great!   So I emailed the form, and then waited for them to call me back to let me know they were sending someone over...and waited..and waited.  So I don't get a plumber, but a phone call several hours later from the plumber himself saying We haven't received the credit card authorization form YET.  Please call us back.  Huh? Well, Diamondback Plumbing must not think I was good for it and wanted their money first.  Seems very unorthodox for a business to want to see proof of future payment for a service that hasn't been even rendered yet.

Messaged via yelp on a Sunday afternoon, and had a response waiting for me Monday morning. Despite my repair not being an emergency, they fit me in same day, and very affordably. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Couldn't be happier.  Chris saved me time, money, and more importantly fixed my leak same day which allowed me to turn my water back on!  I would highly recommend.

Competent and nice estimator. Didn't appreciate having to pay a $39 service fee to do an estimate that wasn't applied to the work. That should be considered cost of doing business or business acquisition.  Also, didn't appreciate being called multiple times to tell me they didn't have an estimated time for the appt. [I'd prefer a call when you know you're coming, not continual calls to tell me you don't know when you're coming.] Lastly, the estimate was 3x what other licensed plumbers estimated the job at. We are well versed in the work needed to be done, we just chose to have a licensed plumber vs doing it ourselves as some work was on old pipes underground.  We went with the licensed plumber who we felt charged a reasonable price for the work which was 1/3 of this estimate.

Blake came to my house this morning to install a new water softener and if you're new to Arizona it's more or less a must have in Arizona because it will save all the water using appliances ex: dishwasher and washing machine which are expensive because the water calcification besides the fact soft water saves you on laundry soap and bath soap and all of your copper fittings running through out your home. It's a necessity and Lawson plumbing does an excellent job for an amazing price

Excellent experience all around with ProSkill, from making the appointment to getting the service performed.  Chase got here at 4:00 right on time, 30 minutes later I have cold air.  I'm calling in to the office on Monday and setting up a maintenance plan with this company.  Thanks for the professional service ProSkill.

My girlfriend recently inherited a house, and it feels like every other weekend there's a new problem that comes up that needs fixing. Not only do the bills build up because of it but so does the stress. So this morning when a nasty smell started emanating from the bathroom sink, we expected another expensive and stressful house repair. After shopping around with other plumbers and discovering a small leak, Elite Rooter came along and quoted a job significantly cheaper than any other plumber had so far. And the plumber they sent- Joel Garcia- was one of the most genuine, approachable and professional we've had working on the house thus far. It was clear he was trustworthy and cared about doing good work. He understood our stress and made the whole experience pain-free. Thanks Joel for the great work!

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Absolutely the best! Got right down to the problem and fixed plugged kitchen sink. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Couldn't ask more than that!

Brian is absolutely amazing! For our project, he was very responsive and punctual. His work was great and his prices were very reasonable. Called to get an estimate for a pressure reducer (common in some areas throughout Phoenix) due to a sprinkler issue. They showed up same day evaluated the piping, explained the process and quoted. We pulled the trigger and in about an hour everything was done and top notch. Very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional job. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

These guys are good! We are so thankful for their perseverance, hard work, and their ability to do the job right. Thanks to Garrod, Justin and Mike for making life more comfortable for us with the new bathtub, new toilet, kitchen faucet and a water softener.

Adrian was prompt and fast with my tub drain clogging issue, and got it done at a reasonable price. Got same day service, which was an added bonus!

Can't express the appreciation we have for Kevin and Darryl who came out and helped us with our leak.  We had a foundation leak and the contractor for the warranty company wanted to jack hammer our foundation just to find the leak.  Kevin and Darryl were able to find it and fix it without damaging our foundation and the work completed was several hundred less than their initial quote..  They prepared us for the worse and gave us the best, all within 2 days over the Christmas holidays saving us a thousands of dollars and a lot of headache.  Contractor for the warranty company had us wait almost a week for someone to come out just to reschedule to try to find the leak for 3 days later.  We would still be without hot water today if it weren't for Kevin and Darryl.  Can't thank them enough for all their help and patience with us and all of our questions.

We had a stopped drain on a Saturday.  We were told someone would be out between 11 and 1.  One o'clock came and went and when we called, we were told 45 minutes, then 1/2 hour when the 45 minute deadline passed.  Finally, someone came at 3:00, but we sent them away because the drain seemed to be running.  On Sunday, we had more problems, so we called again and were told someone would arrive between 1 and 3.  Robert finally came at 4:30 p.m. and decided he did not have a snake long enough.  Luckily, another plumber was close by and Robert was able to pick up a longer snake.  All that said, Robert did an excellent job, was very courteous and knowledgale.  The price of $49.50 is definitely a bonus.  I would most definitely use Option One again, taking into account the time when they say they will show up and when they actually show up may be longer.  Had it not been for the frustrating delay in arrival, I would have given Option One five stars.

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.

Service was very good. They let me know Chino was running late and he arrived promptly at the new time. He was friendly and respectful and did a nice neat job installing a new shower faucet valve.
