Wow what quality professionals. Chris answered my request in minutes after the pipes under our bathroom sink began leaking. I had to take the day off of work to get it fixed...same day.

Lou from Pink Plumbing and Sewer arrived same day, and within the first hour of their 2 hour window. Lou brought everything in he needed, and was done in probably 15-20 minutes.

What stood out however was the meticulous job Lou did. He checked several times to insure there were no leaks. I know water is a tricky animal....

Chad did a great job getting a technician to my house on Saturday and Mark did an awesome job installing the new water heater. A totally professional job by all involved!!!

They came out to fix my toilet and fridge plumbing problem.  The guy that came out was very nice, he showed me a few things that he was doing and things I could check in the future!  He fixed the toilet right away and it has been working great ever since!  The fridge water was coming our very slowly, others had told us we were going to have to replace the valve in the back on the wall and it was going to be quite pricey.  After he checked it out, he said we just needed a new hose.  He searched his van and found one that would work with our fridge!  He replaced it and it is flowing so fast now!!  Great work and appreciate the education as well.

Michael and Tony came out to hydrojet and video our flooding pipes. They cleared it out and explained everything they found thoroughly and clearly. I was impressed at their work ethic--it's the Fourth of July and they stayed for several hours--and their trustworthiness. We've had a lot of unscrupulous plumbers in our time but I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time we have an issue.

Chris came out promptly and literally spent 1.5 - 2 hrs for a drain line clean and camera inspection. Ran numerous mechanicals down the vents, provided camera footage and answered all questions honestly with many options.
Emphatic thumbs up for Chris and would definitely recommend him to all.

My technician Bill arrived early, did the work promptly, professionally and timely and couldn't be happier about the results...some drywall had to be cut to replace water valves in the laundry room, but I was planning on remodeling  anyway and dryer hides it anyway...thx

Big disappointment.  Fast response time but then i was quoted $650 to fix a pinhole leak in an exposed above ground copper line .  When i told the plumber that price is ridiculous they dropped the price by $200 3 minutes later.  Feels like they are trying to scam people.  Another plumber charged me under $200.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Oh my gosh we are so thrilled with our experience. My husband called when he got home from work because our tub had a leak that was leaking into the wall. Even though they were closing for the day the scheduler/dispatch turned her computer back on and routed someone to us after their last job for the day since we had to turn the water off. Eddie texted when he was on his way. Way very friendly and efficient (wore a mask the whole time) and fixed our problem with minimal work. So, so thankful for this company for going above and beyond at the last minute.

One of the manager's, Adam, contacted me after my experience and offered his apologies and listened to my issues. As well they offered to compensate me for the work I had to have done by a different company. Thanks Adam, it made me feel better about the situation.

Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

We had a complex job involving a leak in the yard that ended up requiring rerouting our water from the main to the house due to tree roots ruining the original line. Lawson came out promptly, worked with us to coordinate with the city to open the main valve, gave us a temporary line so we could have water overnight, and came back right away to finish the job. They did fantastic work and you'd never know they had to dig up the front yard to do it!  They have our highest recommendation.

Timothy C. arrived on time and cleared a kitchen line in our 50 year old residence.  Option One has been doing this for us for the past 12 years about every 2 years.  Grease buildup is the problem.  They recommended a hydro jet treatment if the problem occurs in less than 2 years.  Absolutely no upsell on the drain cleaning and everything is functioning very well.

We spent a ton of money getting a completely new A/C/Heating System.  To thank us, they make us wait nearly 6 weeks for a Fall heating check up.  A company should never make good customers wait that long.  It tells me that they don't have enough workers to accommodate customer needs.  The gal on the other end wasn't too friendly and seemed like she couldn't care less.  Typical company - once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore.  We are very disappointed in them.

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
