I did not end up using this company as the price to install a new water heater was a little out of my budget, but their customer service was good and I would recommend them in the future. They do charge a trip charge that they don't tell you about upfront so just be sure to ask about that first

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

Came out to look at faucets that seemed to have hot/cold reversed. Wasn't told up front what their would be a 99 fee simply for coming out to look at it. Did a half-hearted job at explaining what would be the possible problem.

If I could give this company 10 stars....I would! They listened to the problem we had with our water heater & had someone out the next day! Randall came to the house & took his time to thoroughly diagnose the problem (he did pressure tests & soap tests etc). Since we had such a bad experience with the first plumber who installed our water heater, Randall wanted to make sure he fixed it right the first time! He called various places to find the part he needed. He genuinely cared about our situation. This company has instilled good values in their employees. I will also mention that their prices are reasonable. You will not go wrong with this company!!!!

Extremely satisfied. Called on a Sunday and a plumber was at my house within an hour. The problem was fixed quickly, and the price was fair. Very happy.

Called to get an estimate to put a gas line into my kitchen and had a really weird feeling when I called the company to get an estimate for the work.  They wanted all of my information (name, address, phone) and said after they got it, they would then tell me how their services worked.  WHAT?!?  So I asked them to tell me how they worked and the person talking to me gave a really canned (borderline sleezy) response, where he said that for $65, they would send a technician out the next day to look at the job and then perform the work.  While I appreciate the quick response, I made it clear I am looking for a quote as to how much it would cost, which they could not give me unless I PAID THEM first, $65.  Wow, just wow.

Lawson was quick, very responsive and professional in coming out to look at my (dead) water softener. They let me know the extent of the problem and explained why a new softener was necessary, and installed a brand-new top of the line unit the very same afternoon. Because the cost was far outside my budget, I was happy that they offer payment plan options without financing. What a relief.
Now, my water is flowing great and it's definitely softer. I'm very happy with the service and I am confident that if anything goes wrong or I have questions, they'll be just as professional and responsive. I just get a feeling that this is the way they do business.

We are new to Sun City West, Arizona and needed to replace an old HVAC system. We found ProSkill Services to be very professional, skilled and caring to every detail. They arrived on time and in about five hours our new system with new ducting was installed and operational. Not only that they vacuumed and left our house just as they had found it. We can highly recommend them without any reservation.

This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I  had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Element Plumbing is the best plumbing company in the PNW!! Michael is very trustworthy, honest, and caring! And his pricing is very far too! I highly recommend him and his wonderful company to everyone I know!! Thank you Element Plumbing for always taking great care of myself and my clients!!

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

I had purchased a new toilet and needed it installed as well as the old one disposed of.  It arrived a day before expected.  I had scheduled Allegiance for the following day.  Then my husband decided he should install it....a nail biting moment for me.  Fortunately, the old toilet had been cemented in and he told me to go ahead and use them.  I called and they were able to provide service me same day and only a couple of hours after I called.  Eloy was kind, skilled, expedient and communicative.  He took care of everything and my husband sent me pictures!  I breathed a sigh of relief as my family was coming in from out of state and would be there this evening!  I would definitely recommend them.  They charged exactly what they quoted and although I could have found cheaper, those prices did not include disposing of the old toilet.

We had someone come out but he could not get his snake in our drain. Was very friendly and did not charge as he could not snake. He then had his supervisor come out with camera but could not camera drain where clog was. They then used camera on roof vent which did not address clog. They then snaked inside (supervisor) and he said he got the snake in but it got stuck. They then told me that it would be over 10 grand to repair. When wife got home we used our snake and got it draining again. I am now being asked to pay for camera even know they never got camera in our drain under sink. I was originally told that if Di not fix clog then there would not be a charge.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Definitely will continue with his company for any future needs. Before and after pic attached. Highly recommend!

Lawson just left and they did a great job removing an old hose bib and replacing it. They also gave me some free advice on a master bath toilet. Can't beat free. They were very fast and cost efficient.

When the worker showed up to snake my slow laundry drain he immediately tried to upsell me and explained how he couldn't really guarantee service for the $49.50 Inalready paid. Why would someone show up and immediately unguarantee their service? I will tell you why.

I told him to snake it anyway and he did for 5-10 minutes. Then he asked me to come out and see what he pulled out of the drain. There was a bunch of debris and he said your line is busted somewhere, we have to come in with a camera and figure out where it is. We would have to tear that wall over there out to get a camera down.

I thanked him and ushered him out of my property. When I tried to do laundry later it back up much worse than ever before onto my laundry room floor. Thanks Option One but no Thanks.

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.
