My AC fuses blew out, nothing more. My unit is over 10 years old now. How easy would it be for the tech to say  You need a new unit? Integrity is a big deal for the customer in this business. I've used their plumbing services several times already and thought I was given a fair deal every time. This seems to be well run company with a lot of quality people all around. Good job and keep up the good work!

I emailed them yesterday and they called this morning and were at the house at 9:30 AM . Great response time . Kevin showed up and figured out how to get the cover off our faucet and went to the Plumbing supply store and came back with the part and repaired the faucet . The repair was done expertly and the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was there YELP add says      10% off for new customers and we did not see that on the bill . $250 was a little high in my opinion too .

After getting your response maybe in the Yelp add it should say mention YELP and get 10% off as a new customer . Like I said Kevin was great , price a little too high and did not get the discount .

3rd time we've had them out for issues..all fixed and done in good order.  Just had David C visit to replace a toilet and was an easy and pleasant experience to schedule and get the work completed

First of all, I had another company come out this morning who offered a $50 main line clean out! What a scam they were, my gut told me to get another opinion not only did this company have a truck that was completely unorganized that was a red flag! So I called King Flush Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers. CHRIS WAS AMAZING HE SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS and HE EXPLAINED in great detail! HIS TRUCK WAS SO ORGANIZED HE HAS PRIDE IN HIS JOB I EVEN COMPLETED HIM ON IT! Being transparent when you own your own business is so important, it shows you are trustworthy and that is very respectful.

Honest, reliable, professional, and fast response time. Just what you need when it comes to a plumbing service! I had a leaking bathroom faucet that had started to progress and Rich our technician told us our faucet brand was under a lifetime warranty - which we came to find out it was after calling the company! Nice to know there are honest technicians who care about their customers!

I recently used Lawson Family plumbing to fix my bathroom sink. Jason arrived to make the diagnosis (no charge!!!) after showing me the problem, parts were purchased and he returned to fix the problem at a fair price. I was surprised when the initial visit was no charge, somewhat unheard of. Jason was extremely prompt and efficient.  I didn't wait around all day for him to show up. He arrived on the early part of our two hour window!  He did a great job and I would definitely use the company in the future!!

As usual ProSkill was there when we needed them. Same day service with very professional technicians. They are the best Air Condition Service I have ever had. On time and very knowledgeable. Got the job done!! Both technicians that did the work were great. Would highly recommend.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!!

Mike Turner, the Project M ager has the patience of Job. I can't remember how many emails Mike answered (most after hours) but I think it was at least 6. Each email received answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. I finally had my softener installed today by Jason and his professionalism and knowledge was on par with my experience with Mike. Jason was very efficient and precise, as you can see from the photos of his work. It is a pleasure  doing business with companies that strive to provide great service and work. I am very pleased with the service I received and will go to Allegiance for future plumbing needs. They responded very quickly to my response. The ignitor on my gas water heater needed to be replaced. Very friendly, professional and honest. They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

I have hired many plumbers and contractor's and this outfit ranks among the best imho.  Had my faucet replaced and toilet reset. Not a big job but some folks can make a big production out of nothing.  Not Lawson's - they kept it simple and quick!  They use only best materials and do clean work.  Jeff P was efficient, thorough and friendly.  Lawsons is easy to do business with.  Reasonable charges and punctual!  They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

So my first call to option one they forgot to add me on the schedule which I was fine with but the plumber they sent literally told us he didn't know how to work on our heater. I requested a new plumber and they sent the same exact guy who once again did not know what to do but told us an electrician was needed. Electrician came out and said the breaker was fine and that it's a water heater problem. So not only did these guys take $200 on service calls they never actually found the problem. Thanks

King Plumbing provided my family with the absolute BEST plumbing service we have had in our 50+ years.  Not only was the work professional, on time, well organized with no gimmicks, but the technician was polite and efficient.  He was the most on-task person we have ever met.  We will call King Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and encourage others to do teh same.
