Chris and his wife were easy to contact and provided us with quick service when our spigot outside began to leak. Their price quote was not complicated like other plumbers we contacted. He was done fixing it pretty quickly and was kind enough to answer all the questions we had about fixing it. (Because we had tried to fix it ourselves)

We developed a plumbing problem at our business at around 9 AM and Diamondback Plumbing showed up in the time frame they promised and fixed for a fair price. I will be calling them back for another job we will be needing.

Jae came to my house and knew immediately that we may have a leak in the slab. Bumble Bee has a leak locator as well as plumbing services and are able to get back out here the very next day to check for the leak. And, when I agree to repairs, the cost of the leak locator is credited towards the plumbing repair. There is no nickel and diming with this company! I will call Bumble Bee again and again and refer them to my real estate clients!

I called Lawson plumbers for a loud rattling sound coming from the water heater. Within 24 hours, David Potter was at my home & diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning recirculating water pump. He replaced the pump and now we are enjoying hot water on demand! Thanks for the service & professionalism. We will definitely use this company in the future for our plumbing needs.

We have a home warranty company that has done nothing but disappoint us. Proskill has stepped in time and time again to fix our air conditioning problems. We use proskill for our RO, plumbing and AC units.
After having to wait a couple days and suffer in the heat, the warranty company sent sub par contractors who in fact damaged our AC even further by installing impromper parts.
Proskill has been out several times in the last few weeks making up for other's mistakes. They have appointment availability on the same day and always show up as scheduled on time, unlike others who either came hours late or just plain didn't show up at all.

Yes seriously, that many proskill techs have been to my home to rescue us. Each time the warranty company came out to fix the units, one of these guys had to come behind them and clean up the mess. They are an amazing team who I feel very comfortable having in my home. They are trustworthy and honest. They aren't in it for the quick buck or trying to sell me anything I don't need.

They come to your home all nice and caring saying they'll patch a pvc pipe that's leaking for $400.  Sounds fantastic, right? 10minutes later it escalated to $800 because it's behind something. 1 hour of doing nothing and it's $1800 because the spoiled brat doesn't want to get his hands dirty and has to cut into the home instead if reaching around. I'll make sure I inform all my neighbors, church, work, and community about this garbage company.

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Mike is amazing! He helped us out of a bind big time! From the time I called to the on-time arrival was less than two hours. He had our problem fixed quickly and his rate was very fair and reasonable. Plus, he is a neighbor so this couldn't be any better for plumbing work.

Background:
       The repair required removal of black mold damage, resulting in our  having to remove several cabinets and ultimately remodel the kitchen.  While I dealt with my insurance, the technician, Alex D., called me several times with tips on dealing with insurance as he had extensive experience to share about.  

       He referred us to Dry Down, to do the black mold removal.  When completed, Dry Down sent our contact information to a dry wall repair person or company; but we were never contacted.  Maybe it is a Covid 19 problem, but we finally got a dry wall professional, Dan The Dry Wall Man, to do the work.

Alex performed an extensive plumbing repair under the kitchen sink to clear up a blockage.  He removed a steel pipe that had been left in the wall after a previous repair.  It looks clean and professional.  Alex was always very respectful on the phone.   The one hiccup was he left the sink and dishwasher disconnected because he thought we were tearing it out immediately for the kitchen remodel.  However, we did not.

After a family emergency due to the Covid 19 crisis, he returned a couple weeks later to connect the sink and dishwasher as requested.  In this challenging time that our nation and the world is dealing with, I appreciated his attention to detail, walking me through the process of the black mold clean up and the repair that would follow, and also his extensive knowledge in dealing with the insurance adjustor.

We've used their services twice now; a couple of months ago to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet and today to replace a toilet. Both jobs were done properly, promptly and quickly. As promised, all plumbers who visited wore their masks, as did we.

Where is Option One?  They did not return my phone call for service. Same deal for my daughter who called weeks ago. Not sure if they are in business. I was pleased with the one service I had from them in the past.

Loved that they showed up with in a mask, as safety is number one right now. We had new AC's back in April, and since then, they have come back 2X already to check to see everything works. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. They do work with another party, if they need to put a hole in your wall to change the thermostat.

Didn't use them only talked to them on yelp. Very nice, didn't string me along or ignore me. Told me upfront they didn't do what I needed and recommended me to another plumber
