Pink sent a licensed plumber to assist with a leak detection need we had following an upstairs bathroom remodel.  Scheduling was smooth and efficient and they communicated well about the timing of the visit that day.  Zach the plumber was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, although he did not have good news for me, it was not his fault and I was impressed by his professionalism.  Subsequent communications with the company were also impressive for helpfulness and professionalism.

Another company gave us the run around- called Diamondbacks and they were there in just a few hours and fixed our problem- thank you for being reliable

The city needed me to upgrade some old connections to their water lines so that it would be compatible with their new meters. All was done as expected. Also assisted me with fixing issues in my house related to the mess left by another contractor in my kitchen.

My main sewer line was clogged on a Sunday. Chris was able to get someone out that day. He was able to unclog the line and check it with their camera for a reasonable price.

Called on New Year's day for issues with my electric water heater, they were able to send someone out that afternoon.  Mike arrived on time to asses the damage.  He was knowledgeable and offered two options.  Based on his recommendation We chose to replace the water heater due to its age.  The cost was on the lower end of the average based on some brief internet searches. They were able to install today and within a few hours we were back in business.  He also provided general maintenance procedures and some suggestions for cost savings in the future.  I would use this company again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Signed up for heating and air maintenance program yesterday and scheduled service for today.  Eric and Tucker showed up on time wearing masks.  They were very efficient and courteous.  Very satisfying experience.

Our backyard spigot had sprung a leak.  Every attempt to loosen the existing hose connection resulted in potentially blinding the entire spigot as it was frozen.  100% Plumbing's operator Rebecca immediately scheduled us and technician Tim came out within 3 hours.   Price and solution were both extremely reasonable.   Highly recommend these guys.

This company is AAA+ with everything, including customer service, honesty, and most importantly, excellent work. I have used Rooter Ranger many times for both residential and commercial needs and have always received great service. A couple times I was more than impressed that the technician was able to overcome a seemingly impossible problem. My split unit air conditioner needed to be replaced. When I called my regular ac guy, I learned he had passed away. So started the hunt for someone new. I asked for recommendations. I got a number of them. I ended up going with Hays. Bill answered all my questions. Even ones I didn't know to ask. Price was comparable to the others. We scheduled the install. The guys were on time. Nice guys. Couldn't be happier with the results. The Yelp reviews were a big reason I went with Hays.

Remarkably good service! Contacted on Fri. Afternoon, they got me scheduled for the following Sun @ 8:00a for a non-emergency service. I mean, nobody does that anymore. The tech, Brandon, arrives exactly on time and is just terrific. Everything done to perfection. Pricing was a good 20-25% less than prior estimates. Will be my plumber for any future needs. 5+ stars.
