Had two plumbing jobs over the near two years plus we have been in this house. Both times, we had Lou come out. He is awesome.
They honored the $55 yelp discount and the job couldn't have been done more speedy. We had a toilet install done and it was set for two hours. Lou was done within 45 minutes.  

He also was very considerate about wearing the mask and safe for anyone else worried about COVID.

Highly recommend them!

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back Fixed it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case.  Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving.  And offer fix the high clear out the next day.   -   I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

2-11-16. The clear out got fixed. Appreciated this.

5 years later and Erik still does a great job for me. I can text him pictures and he can guesstimate what the issue is and he is always right!

We needed a full house re-pipe as the previous owners did a copper to galvanized system that just created a bunch of back up and blockage. They came in and fully re-piped the entire house in less than two days didn't leave a gigantic mess and we were able to get back to our daily lives rather quickly!

These guys are noble, and they come in and tell you exactly what you need and don't fluff up the invoice just to make more money.

I find that it's pretty hard to find reliable and amazing plumbers. This is my one stop shop from this point forward.

As much as I wanted the water softener that they recommended it just wasn't in the budget right before Christmas, so I had to say no for now. But after tax returns come in I will certainly call them to have that installed!

This company sucks!!! Huge rip off!! Never gave me any pricing! Said he was going to look at what's going on.... Did something turn hits me with a $495 bill!
Got charged $495 to unclog one toilet I called on. I called due to a clogged toilet. Once guy showed up he asked me what's going on. I stated it was one toilet, but just 5 min earlier the second toilet seemed slow or clogged my son said. I though we were having a conversation- I asked, I don't know maybe one toilet clogged the other? He said nothing then went to work. I was not given an estimate he just went to work. Once finished I asked if he invoices me and I pay over Venmo. He said no and would be right back. I had used this company 3 other times on my bf rental- I though he got invoiced and paid over Venmo. I paid, 'was shocked on the price, he also said he gave me a $150 discount! Whatever, I couldn't do it, don't know what it costs and it's done now.

I get a phone call from my bf asking what happened as the guy told the owner I was rude, snooty and trying to pull a fast one on him with payment!!! What?

This was so unprofessional!! Never gave me an estimate, put his filthy greasy black hands all over my doors and walls! He then acts like I'm not going to pay because I remembered wrong on how we paid the other 3 times!

We recently had a water issue and called Bumble Bee Plumbing in the morning and before noon we had the technician, Brad out to look at the problem.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us three options to fix it.  
Brad was very polite and knowledgeable.  After choosing an option he got right to work and competed the job quickly and thoroughly.  
We were extremely impressed with Brad's service and also with the  communication from the office.  
Humble Bee Plumbing is definitely a 5 Star company!

I had a temperature control issue coming out of both of our shower heads (too hot in one and too cold in the other - the house is 18 years old).  I checked the reviews for various plumbers and decided on Lawson Family Plumbing.  I am very happy with all aspects dealing with Lawson.  From the initial contact, scheduling and communication.  The plumber, Larry, called before coming and showed up when he said he would.  Larry explained what the possible issues may be and explained the steps he would take.  Larry was (is) professional and quickly completed the fix as well as replaced a deteriorating faucet in the bath tub..  If I could give Lawson Family Plumbing (especially Larry) more than 5 stars, I would.  In the future, for any plumbing issues, I will only call Lawson Family Plumbing.

Don't buy the local family man business they peddle on their website.  I used ProSkill to fix an AC problem during the summer.  When their technician arrived, I was given an excessively large estimate to fix the problem.  When I pressed the technician for an explanation of the problem, I was told I could take it or leave it'.  After a testy exchange, I decided to get a second estimate and found that it was 1/3 the cost of the ProSkill estimate to repair.  

What was worst of all is that the 2nd AC technician advised me that a prior AC technician had deliberately sabotaged my AC coil by cracking it in multiple places with a tool.  When I complained to the owners, they expressed concern, examined my AC unit to confirm the vandalism, but offered no reimbursement as I couldn't prove it was their technician who damaged it (who else?).  

Find yourself another AC company to use!  Any if you need a plumbing repair, I strongly recommend finding a competent plumber on Craigslist who will charge you a fraction of what ProSkill will charge you.

Drew arrived right at the beginning of the time window I was told to expect. Very polite, neat, informative. He got the drain cleared but was concerned there might be other issues so sent for another plumber named Tim who was also polite, neat, and informative. He brought a camera to look into the drain and then gave me recommendations for improved drain performance. I was able to use the Drain Cleaning Special coupon I got in my Valpak, so that made the experience even better and since there is a 30-day work guarantee, that made it even better. However, they do not provide a paper copy of the estimate so that might be an issue for some since they will only email it--I believe there should always be a paper option if requested--Plus, there was some problem with the computer so 12 hours later, I have yet to receive the receipt and estimate for additional work I am considering....

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. I have had a consistently outstanding customer experience with Allegiance Water on a series of service visits. I have had a new whole-house water softener and RO system installed as well as new bath faucets, toilet tank updates, and a water heater health check. All services were performed expertly and efficiently; all my questions were addressed and they were careful to ensure that all areas were pristine prior to leaving the site. Highly recommended.

Our drain became clogged preparing for Easter dinner. We contacted Rooter Ranger and set up appointment. They were very prompt, arriving as scheduled. The serviceman was very cordial, examined the problem and solved the situation within a matter of minutes.
The pricing was quite reasonable as well!  I would recommend their services to all!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

Now here is a company that truly cares about there customers. Had to call about the initial visit from Hays because I was not fully explained the charges prior to the work. John was wonderful and sent Mike out to double check the previous work done. He was prompt, listened to my concerns and diagnosed my ac unit. He  fully explained to me the condition of the AC unit that I was having problems with and offered a credit on the previous work for my inconvenience. I will absolutely use Hays again and refer them to anyone needed there service. I will personally ask for Mike when I decide to upgrade my units next year. Thank you John and Mike for your attention and detail to customer service!

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.
