Very kind owners. Answered my email quickly and help us resolve our plumbing issue. Today they sent Lou to check out a couple minor things as follow up to replacing a toilet and solved the issue quickly. He was very kind a funny. I would definitely recommend this company

Had a sewer line problem, of course after hours, they came to my home with in an hour of calling. Service was quick, professional and very reasonable in price. No after hours charge - big win for me. Definitely will use them again and refer business their way.

Amazing company. They installed a water softener for me earlier this year. I called them back out just now to drain my water heater as I hadn't done it yet this year. The technicians informed me that the city was now pumping 100lbs of pressure to my main (supposed to be 60-80lbs) which could blow out my faucets and irrigation lines! I guess they do this when there is a population surge, who knew?! Robert suggested we install a pressure valve to regulate it because the builder never installed one. If Hansen Family Plumbing wasn't out here preforming routine checks it could have been a very costly repair for me and my home could have flooded. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Installation was clean and top notch! Thanks guys!

We had a great experience with Lawson today! He showed up right on time and went through all of the options that we had to install a vacuum breaker so that we can have sprinklers installed in our backyard. He was able to do it right away and after a few hours, we're now all set for our backyard reno! I am so excited! We'll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. We also felt that their prices were extremely affordable and competitive with other companies. I love that they are locally owned and if you call them, be sure to take advantage of their Yelp deal!

Got ahold of Chris after an emergency leak outside my house.  he was the only one that could get me in today.  Came over on time, found the problem right away and got it taken care of.  Priced right where he estimated it to be as well.  If I need a plumber again, I know who I'm going to call.

We were out of town and our neighbor called saying there was water running out of our garage.  We had a water softener malfunction causing damage to garage and utility room.  I used Yelp for reviews and selected Lawson Family Plumbing based on positive recommendations.  We were fortunate to have Michael Schellenberg respond to help us.  We absolutely could not be more pleased with his rapid dispatch, professional conduct and excellent service.  Michael was not only friendly but also efficient.  Not only did he complete the repairs but he took time to explain exactly what he was doing and how we should care for the new equipment installed.  His estimate of cost turned out to be less than originally agreed.  We could not be more pleased and strongly recommend Michael Schellenberg and Lawson Family Plumbing!

Got their number from a formal tenant.  The water heater on one of my rentals broke down.  Another plumber company (Freddie's Plumbing) came out, did some repairs and really F it up.  When a new tenant move in, the gas company put a red tag on it and told us not to use it. Of the 10+ years of having rentals, never has the gas company put a do not use red tag on a rental.  

Anyhow, Tyler with Proskill came and give me their $600 50 gallon special.  Out the door with additional connections was like $701.  Tyler is fast and reasonable priced.    Other plumber may give you good price but you may find that the work is questionable.  I found out the hard way.

I was kind a surprise that Proskill has no reviews.  I guess customers want to keep quiet when they find a good plumber.  LOL.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

Eddie was great!  He took the time and care to install a tankless water heater in our home today.  Everything was done to perfection.  This is not the first time we have used 100% Plumbing and they never disappoint from the scheduling process to the tech arriving and completing the job.  It's good to be 100% satisfied.

We recently purchased our home in beautiful Scottsdale. Any new homeowner will tell you, there are always projects, upgrades, etc. that are not only desired to be accomplished, but some that are absolutely necessary.

Finding Allegiance was such a relief!!

Eloy was extremely patient, worked on every project we wanted completed and not once ever complained for even a second when projects were not exactly what were expected from the beginning. That's how home projects go - things change and sometimes things you think will be a quick fix, are not. Not only that, but before he even completed one project, we were already pulling him over to another and asking if he could help us.

Eloy was honest, explained things as he went along, and didn't try and nickel and dime us for every little thing. Here are a list of services he's provided us so far... we are pretty set now, but make no mistake, we will recommend this team to everyone we know. Look no further... these guys are the best.

1. Two toilets removed and new ones installed with bidets.
2. Shower head and faucets updated/replaced.
3. Installation of a reverse osmosis water system and faucet in the kitchen sink with a line ran through the cabinets to the fridge/freezer.
4. New soft water system installed and an added pump to the hot water heater.
5. All new piping and irrigation water drip system updated in front and back yards. This was one of the more impressive projects Eloy worked on for us as when he started digging, there were broken pipes discovered and had to be replaced. He did it without even a slight annoyance.
6. When we found that we were going through a lot of salt, he helped us discover that our pool's water line was connected to the system. Not only that, but discovered our water floater was leaking and old. We have our pool guys coming to fix it next week (they somehow didn't know it was leaking but Eloy did!)

I think I hit most everything that Eloy did for us in the past month. We'll miss him being around the house! Thanks again for everything and like I said, we will recommend you to everyone we know.

We had an emergency kitchen sink backup in 2 apartments. Rooter Ranger was the only company that was able to respond the same day. So glad they did! Adrian was able to clear the tough drain clogs and recommended a longer term solution for our older plumbing.  Adrian and Danny provide great customer service and technical knowledge. We will use them again!

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

Jason from the company called me and we spoke extensively about this and he apologized for Darryl's behavior. His phone call meant a lot to me for him to take the time with me to address this. I will definitely give Lawson Family Plumbing another try if we have anymore plumbing needs. Thank You Jason, your phone call to me went a long way.

We had a problem with our Water Heater shutting off and having to re-light the pilot light since the igniter was not working. Called our Home Warranty and they had Lawson Family Plumbing come out and Darryl was the technician. You can tell from the beginning he had a twinge of an attitude. He never introduced himself to us at all and proceeded to look at our water heater. He never touched the water heater at all, he never said anything to us about what might be the problem, he just told us he would be right back and was at his truck for about a half hour. He comes back and proceeds to tell us that our claim was denied with our Home warranty because we tampered with our water heater. Well we had to remove a cover in order to light the pilot light since the igniter was not working in order to get hot water and I guess that's what he considered tampered with because we did not put the cover back since we did not want to have to constantly take off that cover to light it.  I called our Home Warranty immediately and they proceed to tell me that did not deny it, the technician just said he could not find nothing wrong with the water heater and that we just needed to clean the dust around the water heater and it should be good to go. Well needless to say I was a little confused on why Darryl had a different reason to us then what he actually told the Home Warranty place. He never said anything about the dust. He could of went about this differently and explain things so much better then he did. Needless to say after he left the water heater did not work and we could not even light the pilot light. We then called the Home Warranty and had another plumbing company come out the next day, mind you without any hot water that night because Darryl could not find anything wrong. 4 Fathers Plumbing comes out and they find that our Thermocoupler needed replacing. They replaced it and our water heater was working once again. I am sorry but the way Darryl conducted himself was not professional at all and we would never use this company. I don't know if he had a bad day but I am sorry that is no excuse

Dan from Hays Plumbing & Drain..I found them on Angies list. When I called to make the appointment they were very professional took my info ad within 24 hrs. Returned my call. When he came he looked at my problem , gave me a solution wanted to make sure I knew what the repair entailed.He gave a price with a guarantee, signed the paperwork..went to get the  parts.returned and completed the job. He was very professional,easy to talk to.cleaned up after himself . I would use him again.

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.
