Chris came out the same day I called because our main sewage line was backed up. Unfortunately snaking the line wasn't enough so we had to hydrojet. Turns out, our line had disconnected from the main line under the city's streets and roots have gotten in. Nothing else for pink plumbing to do there but Chris was able to at least get the line clean. Even though we got the bad news from Pink Plumbing, Chris was able to get the camera down there and diagnose the real problem.

Good service but I don't think they were being honest with the price. very expensive for a small fix. would not recommend because they asked for too much money.

Amazing company. They installed a water softener for me earlier this year. I called them back out just now to drain my water heater as I hadn't done it yet this year. The technicians informed me that the city was now pumping 100lbs of pressure to my main (supposed to be 60-80lbs) which could blow out my faucets and irrigation lines! I guess they do this when there is a population surge, who knew?! Robert suggested we install a pressure valve to regulate it because the builder never installed one. If Hansen Family Plumbing wasn't out here preforming routine checks it could have been a very costly repair for me and my home could have flooded. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Installation was clean and top notch! Thanks guys!

Jason showed up early and immediately identified the issue under my sink. Was a simple fix for which he graciously didn't charge me for his time. Great way to build up trust! I hope I won't be needing them for anything soon but they have certainly created a loyal customer moving forward!

Excellent service! Called them for my aging parents and they took care of everything, even coming out on a Sunday morning. My parents were very satisfied. I was satisfied knowing I have a plumber I can trust in taking care of any of their plumbing needs. I'll be using them again.

I called this company this morning and was assured they would be able to fix the issue today....I received a call at 12:45 this afternoon to inform me they would not be able to come today after all.

I won't be calling them again! If I had known there was a possibility that they would not be able to complete the repair today I would have moved on. However they didn't let me know that until it was too late to get someone else this day. I guess their policy is we don't let customers know we aren't coming today until it is too late for them to get someone else and then they will just accept the fact and we can work them in our schedule as we see fit for tomorrow. I definitely won't be calling them again.

I have called Lawson Family Plumbing a couple of times over the last few years. I am always thrilled by their customer service, value, and expertise. They're truly local and family. My most recent job was installing a water softener in a home I just moved into. I went ahead and got another quote from a different company that a friend recommended, as well. That company told me they would have to dig a trench around my entire house in order to install the loop for the softener, and the cost was going to be at least $4K. Mr. Lawson noticed right away that I already had a loop in the garage! They had my water softener installed less than 48 hours later for a much better price. I will continue using this company, and you should too!

One of the best customer service experiences I've had from beginning to end. Ever.  My water heater wasn't producing hot water so I did a quick google search and found these guys. I checked their website and they offered free diagnosis and no trip charge. Wow. I did a quick help search and saw stellar reviews so I called to schedule a visit. Jackie on the phone was awesome and scheduled a tech to be here within 2 hours!  Impressive. John H the technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He's an excellent representative for your company.  Give him a raise!  He got my heater working super fast and I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely terrible service, they came Friday to retrieve something from our toilet that our two year old flushed down, but were unsuccessful. The worker, Jesus, then told us he got his tool stuck and he needed to replace our brand new toilet for $650. I said no thank you as this was way too much for replacing a toilet. I asked for him to have his owner, or whomever in charge because he did not seem competent and I wanted to get our issue fixed. The icing on the cake is the way he left the toilet and pipe exposed. Jesus was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

Really wonderful. Not only was Ascend fair and competitive with pricing, an installation of three new toilets was clean and neat. The project was done at a home where my elderly parents live and they told me how kind and professional Michael was during the job.

We have been having the same problem over and over - not their fault - McKinley came - fixed and was awesome !  Vert reasonable priced and fast. My wife and I have finally found a fantastic plumbing company! We have had them to the house for a variety of unrelated issues 4 times  since September of 2019. Every rep we have had come is courteous, knowledgeable, explanatory, professional, and they leave the work site spotless. A veteran owned company, their prices are very fare and they are top notch in terms of quality of service. Highly recommend!!

I called rooter ranger on a Saturday morning and the phone staff was extremely nice and helpful routing my call to next  available tech that would call to let me know arrival time. Within 15 mins a tech called to trouble shoot and said he would be at my house wIthin 2 hours. Very awesome customer service. The tech that arrived was Mario, very professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted the leak in my shower and fixed the drip with a cap and offered to return to fix when parts arrive, didn't charge for the diagnostic or home visit such a great company with great customer service. Will call them again for sure!

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

Our sump pump recently died on us which--as anyone with a sump pump can tell you--is not a fun or pleasant problem to have. We called Lawson at 9am. They had a guy at our house within 90 minutes. By mid-afternoon, the old pump was hauled off and the new one was chugging along like a champion. This is the fifth or sixth time that Lawson came through for us with flying colors.

The plumber who helped us today--Robbie--was one of the best we've ever had. Professional, knowledgeable, and very, very good at keeping us in the loop. We never had to wonder what he was doing or why because he explained everything in layman's terms, and was crystal-clear about all our available options. Even better, he made a simple adjustment to the sump pump well that removed the ever-present stink of sewage from the pump room, which was an unexpected bonus. We couldn't be happier with his service.

Finally, Robby was great about wearing a mask and keeping socially distant while in our house, a very smart precaution for him as well as the rest of us. Bottom line: Lawson has nothing but the very best pros working for them. They'll be the first company we call the next time something goes wrong with our plumbing.

Great job replacing a bathroom handle that had been leaking for a day. They came to my house gasta en replaced it immediately.

My AC died on Father's Day. I called Hays and they were quick to respond.

They called 30 minutes before they arrived so I wasn't sitting around waiting.

The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He showed me why the unit stopped and then quoted me a price.  When he told me he didn't have the part on his truck I assumed it be another day without AC. Nope, the part was delivered to my home in less than 30 minutes.

Chino came out to my townhouse to diagnose a low pressure shower. Had the problem solved & fixed in 5 minutes. Was knowledgeable & nice. Definitely will call back for any future issues. Thanks
