Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

We needed to replace our 18 year old water heater (had no idea it was this old since we had just purchased the house 5 years ago) and had received quotes from several companies. The best quote hands down was from Pink Plumbing. We were able to get the water heater replaced within a few days from when I had initially reached out to Pink. Jay was our service technician and was very polite and knowledgeable.  I will definitely be reaching out to Pink for any future plumbing needs we might have!

Faucet outside for main water shutoff broke. Paul came out within 30 minutes on a sunday... added new copper pipe, soldered in a new fitting and valve in 15 minutes. Really impressed with the fast, great service and how well Paul knew his craft. If Paul is a reflection of all of Diamondbacks employees you cannot go wrong this company.  Thank you, I'm happy to be able to take a shower. Nate Richey

Called at 5pm Friday with a messed up, blown out shower valve.  Eric was here within 30 minutes & did what he could to fix it, explaining everything as he went.  Definitely recommend!  Will be using him for future work for sure.

I called them for bathroom/kitchen sink issues. The next day Dylan arrived and was one of the most honest repairmen I've encountered. He not only helped me with a small leak in the kitchen for no charge (it only needed to be tightened) he didn't even want to accept a tip. He also gave me great recommendations and quotes to fix the bathroom sink. Next time I need a plumber I will definitely call Lawson Family. Totally recommended, honest work.

Just to be clear, I never disputed the full charge of $2,095.00 for water heater, only the electricians charge.  Only dishonesty has been Bumble Bee. You are mistaken when you say I have not paid anything , my credit card has been charged for all and since in good faith I removed dispute of electricians charge, am now responsible for interest on all charges.

After initially having a bad experience with the tech who was sent to our home, management contacted us immediately to rectify the situation, and completely refunded our money.  The family seems to really take pride in their business and their good name. One bad employee and he was dealt with swiftly. This company stands behind their work!

Got their number from a formal tenant.  The water heater on one of my rentals broke down.  Another plumber company (Freddie's Plumbing) came out, did some repairs and really F it up.  When a new tenant move in, the gas company put a red tag on it and told us not to use it. Of the 10+ years of having rentals, never has the gas company put a do not use red tag on a rental.  

Anyhow, Tyler with Proskill came and give me their $600 50 gallon special.  Out the door with additional connections was like $701.  Tyler is fast and reasonable priced.    Other plumber may give you good price but you may find that the work is questionable.  I found out the hard way.

I was kind a surprise that Proskill has no reviews.  I guess customers want to keep quiet when they find a good plumber.  LOL.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They charged me an exorbitant $5700.00 for a repair that fixed nothing. (One man with a shovel working 2 partial days.) All it really was, was a simple clog in the pipe where it emptied into the septic found by the septic tank truck service I had to hire after Elite. Elite Rooter's technician was either incompetent or committed fraud. And trying to talk to the man in charge of this company made things much worse. He insulted, mocked and attempted to belittle me. A total bully with no integrity intent on keeping my money no matter what the circumstances.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

If I could give 6 stars I would.  Jeff Cook came out and was wonderful.  He tackled a project that was more difficult than it should have been (due to no fault of his) and was such an absolute pleasure.  He made us feel that he truly cared, and honored the price quoted the day before despite the project requiring more effort than expected.  Naturally, I'd expected that they'd keep the pricing the same as promised, but nonetheless, he did so with such a wonderful, positive attitude.  We shared some great conversation while he was here too, while it never detracted from the project at hand.  Jeff was professional, and wore a mask and booties his entire time here.  Plus, my cat seemed to love him so he must be a great guy.  Thanks Allegiance and Jeff!  You guys were great!!!

A Saturday morning backup in the laundry room required a call to Rooter Ranger. A phone call brought a quick response and Adrian tried snaking out the problem. With the line packed with 40 years of scum and grease Jim was called in to run a camera in the line. The next morning Jess showed up to hydro flush the laundry room and kitchen.  Jim returned for a finale camera inspection and verified all wasby good. The response, service and professional attitudes made this mess bearable.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

We are remodeling our guest bath.

I had a prompt estimate by a knowledgeable person. The estimate included tub install, rough-in for new faucets, moving a toilet and demo. I decided to handle the demo myself (sigh...triumph of hope over experience, but I got it done).

There was no issue with removing it from the quote. The office staff was great in setting up the work schedule. The team came as planned, did the job and left our home neat and tidy...in-spite of having to jack-hammer the floor etc. The plumbing work seems great.

I'll use them again. They may not be the cheapest, but they come on time, do the work as estimated and leave the job clean and neat. Those are all important qualities to me.

This may be a good company but I never got the chance to find out because they cancelled all three of my scheduled appointments. Initially they were scheduled to come on Wednesday in the morning. However, they called to reschedule for that afternoon between 3-5pm. Then they called to cancel the 3-5pm appointment and rescheduled for the next day Thursday between 8-10am. They called again today (Thursday) to say that they were canceling today's appointment and would I like to reschedule again. I can understand one reschedule but three in a row is too much. To have me continue to take time out of my schedule to be home to meet a technician, just for them to continue to cancel and reschedule is very unprofessional. In addition, I missed out on other qualified companies who were committed to be here and complete the job. If you don't have the time or the staff, please don't continue to make appointments that you can't honor and fulfill. Very disappointed.

UPDATE as of 07/09/2020

Received a call the same day from Kevin who apologized for the cancellations and routed a technician to my home within the hour to address my plumbing issue. Robert showed up at my house and promptly got to work and fixed my problem. He took time to walk me through my plumbing issue and did an excellent job. Thanks to Larry and the folks at Option One for making this right!

Called Hays today because my AC drain pan was leaking into my laundry room. Scheduled it in the morning for the afternoon and they came well within the window of time. The technician that arrived was knowledgeable, friendly, and let me know what he was doing as he was doing it. Would recommend this company to everyone! Refreshing to find a place you can trust

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
