This was the best plumbing experience you could ask for. These people answer their calls and come out right away. Omar did an outstanding job. He was on time, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. They charged me over $200 for being here for 30 minutes and nothing was fixed in the slightest. Get yourself a company you can pay to actually fix the problem, the whole situation and aftermath was beyond unprofessional.

I had previously left a five star review. Anyway my kitchen sink was still leaking so I decided to get a quote for installing a new kitchen sink with new faucet, etc., since I think that would fix the issue. Hansen's quoted me $800 to take out and put in a drop-in sink!! They said it's $250 per hour for labor. Right after they left I got a quote from another plumber for $465. I'm sorry but that's about half of what Hansen's would've charged me. They definitely are on the higher end for labor costs. Get at least 3 quotes before deciding. That's all I'm saying.  But Hansen's is very prompt with service calls and their servicemen are friendly. So there's good and bad.

Lawson family plumbing did a great job fixing a slow drain! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. We thought we needed a video snake of the drain, which is generally expensive, but, once here, they determined that wouldn't be effective and fixed the problem without it. I would definitely recommend them!

I went outside this morning to find that my primary water intake riser had developed a pin hole leak in the soldering of one joint and water was spraying out continuously. I called Flush King and they sent Larry out three hours later. He quickly determined the necessary repair and replaced the defective section of pipe, properly soldering the new piece in place. While he was at my house, he also was able to replace a shower/tub mixing cartridge that had started to fail, restoring full water supply and pressure to the shower. Larry and Flush King were prompt, courteous and professional. Emergency repairs are never inexpensive, but I found Flush King to be reasonable for the quality of work performed.

I noticed that an area of my backyard was damp and had been for the past few days, and then i noticed where some water was coming up from underground. I called Bumble Bee and they sent Mike P out in just a couple of hours. He identified the problem quickly and even worked with me on the price when he realized the repair wasn't as extensive as he thought. Glad to be familiar with this company and have a resource for future plumbing needs.

Very impressed with this company.  They got my issue resolved in a timely fashion,  both Patti and Jeff were terrific ,  now I have an operational RO which is now  connected to my new Refrigerator, I will definitely recommend this outfit to anyone looking for reliable responsive service!

I've used ProSkill for years to service my HVAC system. When it came time to replace it, I called them as they always do quality work. Tyler E. did the estimate.. he checked the configuration of the existing system, inspected the floor layout and venting. He then recommended the replacement system and explained why. He went through the estimate and rebates. The pricing was good and what I had expected it to cost. Scheduling installation was easy.  The installation crew (6 technician's-sorry I don't recall all 6 names, Carl, Dan, Cezar, Terrance) arrived on time. They began there work. Two were in the attic removing the old furnace, two were outside replacing the AC units and two were staging the new furnaces and removing the old. The teams worked effectively as a cohesive group. After installation they cleaned up the work area and you'd never know they were ever there if you hadn't seen them do the work... Everything was in order. They demonstrated the new system and answered any questions. I can't be more pleased with the work ProSkill has done. The technician's are true professionals. It easy to highly recommend their services. In addition to this review I called Tyler R. (One of the owners) and personally let him know how pleased I am with their service and the new units.

My toilets and showers were backed up on a Sunday evening and Soro came out first thing the next morning and fixed everything. I had a company come out and misdiagnose the issue before Soro and Elite Rooter were able to solve the issues. Not only did he save me time, but he also saved me a lot of money. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is.  They just do it right, they don't charge you if they don't have to.  They take their time.  Overall incredible experience and I would highly recommend.

They completely misdiagnosed an issue in my house that would have costed me $4,000.

I called about having a plumbing vent clog for my kitchen sink (gurgling,  sink draining slowly) and the plumber who arrived did not seem knowledgeable. Before he actually listened to what I was saying about a clog in the vent, he tried offering me coupons for a water heater and garbage disposal replacement.

I had to ask him to snake down the vent only if he could get past the 90 turn in the pipe (my 25ft snake couldn't). After snaking, he told me he couldn't get passed 15ft and he noticed mud in the vent. He diagnosed a corroded cast iron pipe and quoted me over $2800 to open an exterior wall to fix the vent pipe and fix the pipes under my sink (Cost doesn't include brick and mortar repair + drywall). He couldn't give me concrete evidence as how that material could get in the pipe and seemed to be guessing.

I called a different plumbing company to get a second opinion and found out I'm actually on plastic, not iron like Option One said. All I had was just a clog. Total cost was $500 to unclog and fix my pipes under the sink.

Option One almost made me open up a wall for something that wasn't broken and then made me pay $133 to run a snake with no solution or evidence supporting their diagnosis. They are only interested in up selling.

I have been using Hays cooling and heating on my Personal residence and my rental properties.  Their techs are professional and experienced, and on time.  Their prices aren't the cheapest, but their work is 5 stars.

They were very friendly and personable. And to top it off they were inexpensive, thorough and fast! I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again. Hopefully not for another clogged kitchen sink...
