My daughter needed a plumber to repair a shower that was leaking badly. Another plumber had tried to fix it without success. Hansen responded the same day and within a few hours had repaired the shower. My daughter is thrilled. We found Hansen's prices to be reasonable and their technician to be professional, capable and friendly. We were having trouble connecting a water supply line to our toilet, so we called Lawson Family Plumbing.  They came over less than 2 hours after I called.  It turned out the cone joint had been pushed up into the tank connector, which was causing water to spray out of the connection when we turned it back on.  They were able to remove the joint, put it back where it was supposed to be, and everything worked perfectly.

Because this was basically a my computer isn't working/have you checked if it's plugged in? situation they were nice enough to not charge us for the trip.  We will absolutely call them for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

Chris and Larry are lifesavers! A simple toilet water valve replacement went south on me and the next thing I knew I had a damaged supply pipe and had to shut the water off to the house on a SUNDAY morning. I called for help, Chris answered and let me know that he could dispatch Larry within a couple hours. Larry actually showed a little bit before the scheduled time window and had us back up and running within 30mins! We are beyond grateful for their expertise, EXCELLENT customer service, before fair pricing and awesome quality of work. We will for sure be using them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

Our sole men's room toilet was not working, and our regular plumber was unable to accommodate us. We called around and Bumble Bee was the only company that committed to helping us ASAP. They came out within a couple hours, did the necessary repairs and we were up and running again soon. Every aspect of my contact with them was professional and stress-free. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

I've only used them once, and that was due to my normal plumber being unavailable but my water heater blew and flooded my garage, and since it was 11 years old, it was time to get a new one.  As one of the few 5 star rated plumbers out there, I decided to give them a shot.  They set an appointment time for later that day but actually called to see if they could come even earlier as they were close by and the transition from their office to the field was smooth.  They had a new water heater and everything back up to normal in no time.  I'd definitely consider using them again (though I hope I don't have to anytime soon haha).

On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids' toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks.  Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line.  Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets.  On Friday, I contacted a few companies from Yelp and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day.  The other companies couldn't even get us in until the following week.  On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way.  He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing!  After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didn't flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left.  Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets.  He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!!  Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

Ascend plumbing responded in record time was patient with my time frame and got the job done quickly and efficiently. All in all they were great. The price was also a lot better for the sinks than most others. 10/10 service.

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Mark & Tito came out to unclog the kitchen and fix a leak. They were here approximately five minutes before they fixed the clog. The leak required 2 washers and they were done fairly quickly. No jacking up the price and charging for stuff I didn't actually need. I would definitely use them again. 100%

I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

Simply OUTSTANDING!! Nick just left.  My family expected the worst case scenario when we lost water pressure.  He was extremely knowledgeable and shared every step.  Eventually, he diagnosed what was a very, for him, simple fix. He checked the quality of my water and found lots of calcium build up.  He made sure there was none before leaving.  He did these for no charge.not many companies still care about this standard of service.  Lawson has my family's business forever. As a manager of a window and door company, I have been in the sales and customer service business for most of my work life. When I was in need of a new AC, after my 20 year old unit finally failed. I proceeded to get estimates from a few different companies. This gave me an experience being on the consumer side rather than the business side of things. I let all the visiting  AC company representatives know that I was in sales, and that I only plan on living in the home for a couple of years, and that I needed a good AC at a reasonable price and didn't need anything fancy just the bare minimum.  This pretty much fell on deaf ears. They have a saying Never sale a salesman every up sale and pitch you could ever hear of from most of the appointments. Until Bill from Hays cooling and heating came through my door. Very punctual, professional, listened to my needs. Very soft approach.  Ultimately didn't try to sell me. Was very reasonably priced and was so impressed with the experience I moved forward with the purchase right away. They were very quick on installing the new AC a few days later just in time for the 115 degree weather. Workman where clean courteous and professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.  The Icing on the cake was a few weeks later my small rental property I owned unfortunately the AC  failed also, I didn't hesitate to call Hays again. It was nice to see Bill again, and as before listened to my needs and Hays hit a second home run with me. I highly recommend Hays cooling and heating,  and will not hesitate to refer to friends or family , and or call them for all my future AC needs. Very highly recommended.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
