Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

We have had Omar come out twice for two unrelated plumbing issues. The first was a leaking water heater. The second was a toilet leak.

He was great- wonderful at explaining and at answering all of our questions. We are very happy with our new hot water heater which included rerouting some of the piping and a new water filter system.

He was able to fix our toilet leak quickly as well and point out something that needed to be assessed for possible repair. He helped to arrange next steps/contacts for this issue within 24 hrs. We are very happy with the referral.

And, because he does such great work, we talked to him about replacing our other toilet. He listened to us and found the one we wanted. He came out the next afternoon and got it installed.

If we have any future needs, we will use Pink's Plumbing and ask for Omar.

This was the only plumbing company that came out on a Saturday to fix a leaking and broken garbage disposal which was great. The plumber did a great job and was very fast.

The price was a little high, I've used plumbers in the past and almost $300 for 45 mins worth of work seemed very high, I understand that it would be expensive on a Saturday, but it wasn't high due to a weekend fee or anything, I was just charged about $5 - $15 for every piece of pipe used (things you can get at home depot for about a fourth of that price.) So i recommend them if you're in a bind and need a plumber right away, but if they charge the same during normal business hours on a weekday, I would use a cheaper plumber.

I called and got same day service. They came out and repaired my toilet I called about and also looked and did a quick fix on another toilet I had for no charge. Lenny was our guy and he was funny and cleaned everything up better than when he got there. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my family and friends! Lawson plumbing replaced my water heater. They were professional and knowledgeable. Dylan was very helpful. He knew what to do and how to do it. I was impressed with the service and would use again.

Chris the owner responded right away. Called on a Sunday. Didn't charge any more for it being the weekend. Sent Larry out right away, fixed the issue and was super nice and professional. Definitely would recommend!

Great people & great service! Very quick-next day service! Sharaya scheduler, Deedee dispatcher, and Mike P plumber fixed up my gas water heater lines to code and adjusted the stove/range gas lines. He also installed 3 new water valves for fridge & clothes washer to replace the old broken valves. Outstanding expertise and a very friendly attitude by every single employee. Ok. Had to call them again for a random & slow refilling toilet. Again Sharaya (sp?) scheduled it the next day and Craig kept me informed of the dispatch/arrival time per my schedule availability. David & Victor came out & got the job done in less than an hour. These guys are amazing. So friendly and informative. I have never been so impressed with the service I received from a plumber. We woke up this morning with sewer back up in our shower, bathtub, and both toilets. I found Lawson's online and saw that there was awesome reviews for service and price. I called them and they were out here 15 minutes earlier than the stated time! They explained everything in detail so I could understand it and then did the work. They were in and out in under 2 hours. Pricing was way less than I expected. Mike and Kenneth were super nice and answered all of my questions! God's willing, I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely calling Lawson's Plumbing!!!

Love, love, love this company! When we went to disconnect the washer and dryer for the moving company, we discovered that the valve for the cold water wasn't turning off. I emailed ProSkill at 8pm and had a (friendly, informational, knowledgable) plumber on-site 12 hours later! Does it get any easier than that?

I hear they don't travel south of Bell, but I'm hoping they'll consider modifying that to south of Cactus. I've used them multiple times and can't imagine I'd ever find another plumbing company as honest and friendly.

Jose and Rafael of Elite Rooter did a great job today. Instead of using the assigned plumbing company through my home warranty (who couldn't come out for 2 days and then didn't call me back as promised), I saw a google ad for Elite Rooter, same day service with a special on clogged drains. They don't charge a trip fee, told me the fee on the phone, and were there within 2 hours of my call with a call beforehand to let me know they were on their way. Jose and Rafael were both courteous and professional and showed me what they were doing and what they found in my drain. They fixed the issue right away and I paid what was quoted. I would call them again in a heartbeat and appreciate their great service!

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Thes guys are the best!  They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space.  They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge!  They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!

They didn't want to to give me a bid price. I was surprised because they had good reviews. I understand when diagnosing a problem, a plumber has to be on site to give a price quote. But I called it to try and get a basic price for what it would cost to remove an old toilet and install a new toilet. That should be a simple price quote, and able to be completed by any field tech over a phone call. Or at least it was for the other companies I called to get comparison price quotes. I don't want to have someone come into my home to give me a price quote on something that can be done over the phone. So, unfortunately I won't be able to use this company... Since they didn't want to even offer a price for a simple procedure like replacing a toilet over the phone. :(

I called up Rooter Ranger Plumbing for a drain cleaning service as my kitchen drain had clogged up ; Mario came over promptly within 90 minutes with his colleague Alfredo  came and cleared up my drain within 20 minutes. They were articulate in explaining the cause, steps to control grease buildup and the services one could use to prevent such issues in the future. I will recommend them for this service and will call them for any future plumbing requirements that I have.

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Jake was a great plumber! He came out to house very quick and gave us our estimate. He was very thorough and knew right away what was wrong. They only the hire the best and the price is very fair! We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.

I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00.  He said no clean out line, no service.  I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his

I am shocked at how many positive reviews there are because this place hosed me in terms of pricing.  I would urge you to fully read each five star review and look to see how many reviews the person writing actually has... if it's only one or two or three they are probably a friend or family member and not actually an honest reviewer.  Further, this company advertises with Yelp so perhaps they let them have wiggle room with iffy reviews.  I wish I would have read more of the one and two star reviews from real yelpers before choosing them.  Beware.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
