I called on a Sunday afternoon and had a quote over the phone in 5 mins. Communication was excellent with text confirmations. The owner Chris showed up early (with a prior advising text), got right to work and did a great job for the price he quoted. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company. They over charge for labor, refuse to provide hourly rate, start projects and accrue labor without discussing and charge credit cards on file without confirming with a written estimate. Truly untrustworthy business practices. There are numerous quality plumbers that communicate pricing before work, email estimates for approval before any charges. And none have I ever worked with that charge a credit card without approval until Diamondback plumbing.

I called Eric with a massive leak under my kitchen sink and he talked me through the fix over the phone -- turns out it was just a loose connection at my pull-out faucet.  He could have made an appointment to come out and charge me for a service call, but he didn't, and I SO appreciate that -- he saved me a ton of money and he will definitely be my go-to guy for any plumbing issues going forward.

I've had Lawson come out on two occasions and both times they were very professional and honest. In the first case, it was an insurance situation they couldn't handle and they refused to take any compensation for their time.

Company was not up front about fees to come and bid a water heater replacement. We were told after the fact what we would have to pay for the technician to come out. Bid was also higher than any bid I've ever had for a water heater replacement.

Needed a plumber again. So called Bumble Bee Plumbing. They sent someone out in a timely fashion. Sam was very polite and completely professional. Explained the options for this fix and got right down to business. Another satified customer!

Robert, came over today , We had a problem with the garbage disposal not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Apparently a  switch got  shut off , Robert was  honest enough to tell me the truth instead of charging me for a replacement or trying to fix a problem that didn't exist. I also had him look at our bathtub , since the water was not draining well. After a few minutes he removed a bunch of hair out of the clogged drain and now its good as new. I found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp with a high star rating and can tell you they deserve it. This is my first time using Lawson Family Plumbing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, honest dependable  professional Plumber.

It doesn't surprise me that this company has a 5 star rating. I had Precision air and plumbing install 3 AC units for me last year. Over $15,000 spent with them. 1 year later my AC quits working. 90 degrees in the house on a friday afternoon. Called  Precision to get someone out to fix it. Monday of the next week was there response! Called ProSkill Services and spoke with a very friendly gal, who had a service tech at my door within the hour! Aiden arrived. What a professional, Intelligent and very friendly young man. Aiden explained everything to me and the entire bill was only $125.00. He had to replace a part, that they covered under warranty, and waived the trip charge! I was only charged labor. I have owned my own business for 25 years, and can't say enough about the professional way all of the staff treated me. This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I  had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

I had a major drainage  issue. Michael returned my message promptly and was able to quickly come out. He spent almost four hours fixing the issue. He left everything spotless. Highly professional and pleasant to work with.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

They didn't want to to give me a bid price. I was surprised because they had good reviews. I understand when diagnosing a problem, a plumber has to be on site to give a price quote. But I called it to try and get a basic price for what it would cost to remove an old toilet and install a new toilet. That should be a simple price quote, and able to be completed by any field tech over a phone call. Or at least it was for the other companies I called to get comparison price quotes. I don't want to have someone come into my home to give me a price quote on something that can be done over the phone. So, unfortunately I won't be able to use this company... Since they didn't want to even offer a price for a simple procedure like replacing a toilet over the phone. :(

Paul was amazing! Came back to dial the system in and make sure we were 100% satisfied,  he was informative and on point and most importantly ON TIME! I knew he was a true professional in his craft and having nothing great to say about him besides give this man a RAISE!

Overall:  good but not great.

Cons: showed up late or didn't show up until I texted them.  Very bad at communicating

I had a slab leak in March of 2020.  Rooter Ranger was fast to respond and inspected my house.   They recommended a leak detection company.  Rooter Ranger later provided me an estimate to fix the problem and I agreed.  A few days later, Rooter Rangar said a technician would come at 10am.  I waited and no one showed up.  Someone eventually called and said they would be late. They showed up at 1230am.  The tech cut into some drywall and said he needed to wait for his supervisor to approve the work. A short time later, he says the supervisor cannot come. The technician says they will be back the following day at 8am to finish the job.   I wait. No one.  Around 1pm, I text a supervisor and he says they come in an hour or so.   Overall, I paid $6200.  They did the job and I was satisfied.  However, I waited around hours for them to come and great businesses don't do that to customers.

Jordan was super responsive and communicative. Did a great job and will definitely utilize them again jn the future.

Very professional, pricing were fair, and arrrive on time. Definitely will call them again.

I had to contact Option One Plumbing on a Saturday night when my hot water heater gave out on us. They were not only responsive and sent someone out the next morning but they put me first on their schedule and worked tirelessly to get the job done promising not to leave us without hot water. Their prices are very fair but most importantly their customer service is 5 star

I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

From the moment I called in they were professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Randy and Brendan installed the water heater and they were super nice and quick! Great service and great pricing. Really a wonderful experience!! Thank you!
