I called these guys cause well, I needed some plumbing done. The guy that answered said he was outta the office and he would have his wife call me right away to schedule service. After several hours of not being called back, I moved on to the next plumber. In the end they never called! With that service they should consider changing their name to stink plumbing cause that falls in line with the customer service.

Do not use this company. They over charge for labor, refuse to provide hourly rate, start projects and accrue labor without discussing and charge credit cards on file without confirming with a written estimate. Truly untrustworthy business practices. There are numerous quality plumbers that communicate pricing before work, email estimates for approval before any charges. And none have I ever worked with that charge a credit card without approval until Diamondback plumbing.

I called Hansen Family Plumbing to install the flange and wax sealing for a toilet that was detached by another plumber. The previous plumber said that the toilet was missing the flange and it was outside his specialty. When I called Hansen Family Plumbing, the office staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. Dick with his assistant, Eric I think, came out earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated considering the urgency! The team was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient on the job. They were finished in three hours ( they had to get some parts from a hardware store). I feel comfort in knowing that they guarantee for a year on labor and materials. Thank you for the great work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work similar to this job! Great company to work with!

When it comes to plumbing, you really do not need a plumber until you actually need a plumber....and boy did I need one! I went out to my garage in the morning and found my floor all wet from a broken 34-year old water heater. Well I turned off my water and then went back in the house to research who to call up. I saw Lawson Family Plumbing had all 5 stars and I love supporting local family businesses so called them up.

My call was at 9:50 on a Saturday, the tuck pulled up to my house at noon and by 2:00 not only did I have a new water heater installed but I also had him replace a leaky hose faucet on the side of my house! The price seemed reasonable, the service was outstanding, and even the nice lady I talked to to make the appointment made me feel like I was their top priority and they were happy to help me out. I was charged exactly what she quoted me over the phone and even though I was bracing myself for what seems to be the inevitable boy, we were not counting on that the original quote was good (of course there was the extra charge for the faucet replacement).

I am a HUGE believer in customer service and I sure did get a whole lot of it today. This number is going in my phone as my permanent go-to plumber (even though I hope to never have to need an emergency plumber again).

I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone in need of residential plumbing services.  He installed a hot water recirculating pump at our home in less than 90 minutes.  Chris owns his business and he does the work himself, a great combination.   He was extremely responsive in providing an on line quote for the project and he was prompt in his arrival at our residence.  What's more, Chris' pricing was the most competitive in the area.

Within a few hours of my previous post regarding the switch and bait from the sales team. The owner called to apologize for the mistake on reps part for not disclosing the additional fees. He offered to personally remedy the issue by sending a professional who helped not only identify the root cause but also provide a few options to fix the leak. Changing my prior review form 1 star to 5 stars for exceptional effort on the owners part to make things right.

Extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism, expensive, and incomplete work. If you do use them, make sure you get detailed write up of EXACTLY what they will deliver. Note, if you request diagnostics they charge $125 on ONE item. If you ask them to check an GFI outlet behind refrigerator, they'll open door of fridge and then apprentice will flip switch at control panel and then say all is ok.  They did not move a thing. If you ask them to check GFIs across home, they'll tell you homes built cheap in Phoenix and only need one GFI in entire home.

Manager called me after I complained and got same line of BS from him that his Technician with poor attitude had.

There's much better service providers across Phoenix and much cheaper. Don't waste your time on these guys.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet.  Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details.

He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog.

We are in the market for a kitchen sink install and garbage disposal so I will update with pictures once he comes in and installs it. We have already re-hired him for job number 2!! Thanks for making this a manageable project.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

We had Justin and Jake install new shutoff valves for our washing machine. They were very polite, professionnal and clean. We're very happy with the work and they even put back the drywall they had to cut. Thank you guys!

Called Rooter Ranger for my plumbing services and they were very professional and did a great job in my bathrooms and kitchen. Adrain did a really good job and was very friendly and professional. Jordan the owner was also very professional and he answered all my question. PS they are both good looking ;)

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

I have had work done on 2 houses by Lawson family plumbing, multiple jobs at each house. Every time there has been a problem, especially with their dispatch not knowing anything about plumbing and not accurately scheduling or letting me know what would be happening when the technician came. We've had leaks that then the quality control manager had to come out and fix, and had combative technicians (video captured by my Ring camera) when it came to additional costs that I refuted due to the technicians negligence. Today is the day I sever ties. I was told by dispatch that work would be done today we can do that, when in fact a technician came to quote me. I had cleared my schedule and allotted for the cost. The technician, came in, took pictures, and went to his truck for 40 minutes before I received a call from dispatch that the work was getting scheduled for the following day with a technician and a manager. The managers explained on the phone that there is always a quote first and the work done later, but another company came on short notice after I called them, gave me a lower estimate, and warrantees their work for 2 years vs 30 days that Lawson does, and finished in less time than Lawson quoted for more work (angle stop needed replacing, new company saw that need and took care of it). Bye, Lawson.

Timothy C. arrived on time and cleared a kitchen line in our 50 year old residence.  Option One has been doing this for us for the past 12 years about every 2 years.  Grease buildup is the problem.  They recommended a hydro jet treatment if the problem occurs in less than 2 years.  Absolutely no upsell on the drain cleaning and everything is functioning very well.

Couldn't be happier with Hay's. Frank and Mike are excellent, very knowledgeable HVAC gurus and we're grateful for them. The supporting staff is also wonderful to work with. They ALL get the job done!! We made a switch from using a big well known company in the Valley, for many reasons, and Hays checked out. I was upfront about expectations and type of service my clients expect and they always make me proud. I'm a property manager and Hays makes my job easier. They deliver timely service, decent prices, and professionalism.  This is going to sound cheesy, but it it pays to call Hays.

I don't recommend their plumbing department. They couldn't figure out the most basic toilet issue. I ended up fixed my toilet myself by watching a YouTube video AND was still out $100+ for their fee.

They sent a seasoned plumber who said that he did not like the price that I would be charged to change an outside spigot. So he gave me a lower price. Was not sure if this is a line that he tells everyone. Not happy about the price. On the first try, the fitting leaked. The second try worked.
