This was such a positive experience from the initial quote here on Yelp, to the completion of installing 3 new toilets.   Quote within 10 minutes.  Contact and scheduled within 24 hours.   Completed in the same week.

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.

On time did a great job replacing a wax ring on my toilet, very professional would recommend to everyone!

There is a reason why they have 5-stars. Their service is impeccable. I needed a sewer scope on a property with little notice, and they were able to help me out. Paul came out to help and he was great, and knowledgable and helped answer all my questions. The front office is very professional and nice as well. I will definitely give them a call in the future when needed.

Our toilet stopped up and I looked for a plumber to come ASAP.  
Flush King was the only one that could come out within a 2 hour time period.  The rest said it would be a week or more.  Larry came and quickly unstopped it.  He charged the quoted price, cleaned up nicely.

I was searching for a plumbing company to be proactive with regards to my 6 year old water heater.  I had called other companies with no satisfaction.  Bumble Bee was recommended by a highly respected friend who doesn't cut corners on their rental properties, yet a bit of a miser with cost.  I called Bumblebee and got no answer..so I hung up.  at 8:30P I got a call that they had seen that I called and wanted to follow up.  Called the next morning and had an appointment that fitted with my schedule.  Eduardo Eddie was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.  I signed up for the $9 a month membership and he did a complete walk through only to discover that I need to replace 3 supply line valves.  I was left a list of things to do along with cost so I can have a plan to repair as funds become available.  The water heater got a drain pan and flushed out.  I with my plan they will check on it annually.

I have a level of confidence knowing I can depend on a company and service with my 1978 yr old home for this 71 yr young homeowner, who hates having to make decisions to fix the big ticket items in our homes.  Eduarado and I established a partnership...as I am a loyal customer as long as the company is fair.  I support local businesses as well as a family businesses.  Customer service is key and they went above my expectation.

I reached out to Lawson plumbing late one night after returning home from a 5 day vacay to an awfully scary sound coming from the water pipes in the walls. Nervous about the source of the sound, I shut off the water supply to the house and found Lawson in Yelp. They contacted me first thing in the morning and had a technician out right away. Unfortunately, my issue was related to irrigation which isn't Lawson's speciality. However, he was great and offered to shut off my water from the city so as to not waste more water. He was so helpful and left my mind at ease until I could get the irrigation guy out. Best thing - there was no charge since there was no work done. I know who I'll be calling in the future should I need any plumbing work!

Thrilled with the quick service and knowledge of the two plumbers this company provided me to solve a tricky issue of a bathtub clog on an older property. The first plumber came out and called another plumber at the company to get his take on the situation and next day the 2nd plumber came out and solved the issue. Very happy customer here! Had Soro and Joel here. I just moved into this house and needed to locate the sewer clean out drain so I could drain my pool. They located it 6ft underground dug it up and brought it to ground level for me. They were very professional and courteous and informative. They let me know what they were doing. I feel they were very reasonable and didn't nickel and dime me. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. They will be my go to guys before I ever call anyone else.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink and needed the faucet replaced. Mike and his team was responsive and upfront with his pricing and estimates. His work was quality and I would definitely call him again for future work!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

Updated review:  as soon as Michael left, I got on the phone w our home warranty.. they asked all these detailed questions, but the one question that would have saved everyone's time was where the leak occurred.  Mine was out front, and therefore not within the foundation of the house itself and therefore not covered.  Anyway, my husband called Michael again, and before I knew it, he was done with the repairs!!!  If this was not awesome service, I don't know what is!  Highly recommended.

I had issues with my garbage disposal. After contacting several plumbers, Rooter Ranger Plumbing was the only one with immediate availability to address the situation. They were very professional and reached out right away to confirm a time that worked for me. A.J. came out to assess the situation and found the problem. He took care of everything in a timely manner and was very informative about what was going on, without mansplaining, which I appreciate. I asked him to check another problem I was having with a wobbly toilet. He made sure I was aware of what could be causing the issue before moving forward and even contacted his supervisor to ensure I was getting the correct service, which was also appreciated. I have had situations where the plumber dispatched made recommendations that were not correct and they did not seek any higher up recommendations. Rooter Ranger Plumbing provided the proper solution and were able to take care of all my necessary repairs the next day. As a single woman it's hard to trust repair recommendations in any field but Rooter Ranger Plumbing was honest and very capable of handling all of my repairs. I definitely will be calling them back with any future repairs or services. Thank you!!!

We've been calling on Lawson Plumbing for about 4 years, from R/O to toilet to hot water heater, they are smart plumbers and care about customers.  This week they went above and beyond....AGAIN!   Pick Lawson, and enjoy the on-time service.

They fixed our toilet quickly and on time. We appreciate the work they did, although they did try to charge more than they quoted twice.

Our 14 year old air conditioner gasped its last breath of hot air with low freon a little over a week ago. Our first thought was to get the company we had come out once before several years to see if more freon was needed. It was not Hays, but a well known company with their amusing commercials. To be fair, they did send someone out and after examining the unit outside and in the attic, he said it pretty much on its last legs,. Suggested we have a sales rep come out the next day and I said well what do I do till then? Three dogs and one of the highest temps this summer in Phoenix, our hour was not over 95 degrees with nowhere to go. He offered a temporary fix a with five pounds of coolant but warned it would most likely be gone in a week or less with the holes our coils had. With little choice in the matter and becoming very ill from the heat, I said go ahead. The cost approximately 700.00.

A day later we had a sales rep come out and gave us an estimate. He was nice but my dad always told me to get a second estimate when confronted with something as expensive as this. I went online and search help about found one company with five stars from every reviewer! That is unheard of! Then I went on better business bureau, and three other review sites. Every single one of them had no bad marks against Hays air conditioning and people seemed pretty happy with the results.

Made a call and a technician from Hays named Mike came out and looked at our unit.he said basically the same thing as the other company but had pictures from his smartphone he took up in the attic to help us see exactly what was going on. This young man was very respectful of our home and I could tell he knew his business well. He told us the five pounds of coolant had already went down to three and the hole we had on the coils was pretty huge to leak that quickly.

We decided to call for an appointment for a someone to come to see what his estimate would be. and within the next day a sales rep name Jim came out and talked to us after he examined the unit. First thing he asked was what kind of units were we looking for and we were thinking of a two stage type which was recommended by the first company who came out. He explained to us how a variable units compared with a two stage and well as a simple one state unit. So many brands to choose from, so many variables in units...it was quite overwhelming. Jim was very nice, professional and not at all pushy. He left us with some information on the units we were thinking of and said to give him a call when we decided. Three agonizing days later after doing research on brands, energy savings and of course the outstanding reviews we read of Hays reputations and standing behind their work, we decided

Within two days they had our new Trane air conditioner installed. They said our old one had just run out of coolant as they dismantled it., it took them approximately eight hours to get everything up and running. Not even sure they took a lunch break! They were very efficient, polite and knowledgable. There names are Rich, Reg or Rey, and Robert. I cannot say enough good thing about this company and their team. I would highly recommend them  because they are honest and stand behind their products and service. And now that we had our first 116 degree day, we are so grateful we found them just in time. I had Brandon from King come out to give an estimate for a waterline to the refrigerator and for my dishwasher. He was completely progressional in appearance (that matters to me) and manner. So impressed I called them back the next day to the job. The day before he showed up we had our AC quit working, he was nice enough to take a look at it and even figured out the problem right away, so my wife and newborn could get some cold AC. I am very impressed and will call them anytime I have any issues.
