I was not able to use them because they did not have an available opening but they did give me a price and asked if there was another time they could come out.  See simple things like communication could get you 5 stars

Had a kitchen drain back up today...a Sunday and Fathers Day.  Came out in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem.  No trip fee, no emergency fee, no weekend fee unlike all the other plumbing services in town.  Diamondback Plumbing is the only plumbing service I will recommend...service like it used to be, fair and honest.

First of all.  I found Hansen Family Plumbing on yelp.  The reviews speak for themselves.  They are by far one of, if not the best, experiences I've had with any contractor I've had in my house.  They are prompt, efficient, and do really high quality work.  I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.  I've worked with a few of the professionals they have and they are all phenomenal.  They answer the phone, and respond quickly and schedule appointments even faster.  They have a text and email based system for reminders and are way more technologically advanced than I've experienced.  Definitely use these guys for everything.

Amazing service. Jason came and helped us on a couple small plumbing issues we had at our house. Not only did he give us expert advice but saved us a bunch of money, when he could of easily charged us for more money. We quoted several other companies and no one came close to the quality and service we got.

Excellent service! Chris was on time, great communications and he let me know when he was in route. The job was completed to my expectations and he even did a little extra. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Found them on Yelp as a family run business that is licensed and bonded. The response from them was very quick after putting out my request on Yelp to have a kitchen facet replaced with a new one my wife had purchased. They were very accommodating even when the Amazon delivery was delayed and rescheduled us for the new day. Dan who came was following COVID 19 procedures and was very knowledgeable in the process. He had to replace to shut off valves and did not charge for fixing the  sink drain he found to be sub-standardly installed. Price was a little more than what I had first thought but fair with all the work they did. Dee Dee the office manager also followed up after the work was done to insure my wife and I were happy with the work. Looking for a plumbing company that is fast flexible and fairly priced call this company for your work.

Not long after I wrote original review had call from owner.  I was impressed.  They are sending someone out right away. I do have to admit I am extremely frustrated that I have called numerous places that say they are 24/7 and had not had anyone answer or call me back- Just at my wits end. Thank you so much!

Original post:Called today to see about having someone look at my kitchen sink. Yes it is Sunday but says they are open 24/7.  First time - disconnected. Not sure if I was hung up on or not- phone didn't say call failed but will give benefit of the doubt as my cell gives me problems in the house.  Called back and phone was promptly answered and asked to hold.  I was on hold for over 5 minutes.  From the reviews I thought this was prompt and courteous service.

Had a tankless water heater system along with new water softener and carbon filter system installed. Steven E and Caine were here all day and did an amazing job with the installation, programming, education and clean up! Steven's attention to detail and his high standards when it comes to installation and service are top notch and best I have had the pleasure to witness.
Everything went well and I know ProSkill stands behind their products and service. Highly recommend!

I used Elite Rooter Phoenix to get our pipes and  tub/shower faucet replaced. Kevin Mon at Elite Rooter Phoenix was very professional and did a great job. I would high recommend them!

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

This is NOT a review by a friend or relative of 100% Plumbing as some snarky readers might think or comment. So get a life.
This is my TRUE story.

I was in a bind because my water heater started leaking this past Saturday evening and I have an Old Republic Home Warranty and didn't think I would have an issue. I called them and placed a claim around 4:45pm and then told the rep that it's leaking bad onto my garage floor'. She said she would place an emergency Work Order and the service provider would respond quickly.

(Side Note) The previous plumber who replaced the water heater only 3 years, 11 months and 27 days before never reinstalled the drip pan or the gas line sediment trap when they replaced the previous water heater (AAA Precision Plumbing...THEY SUCK-DON'T USE THEM, and refused to return to install these parts)

Well, after 3 hours, I didn't get any call, so I had to shut off the water and gas because I had to go to work. I waited all day Sunday and never received any calls even though Old Republic said I would when I called them back a few times on Sunday.

Finally, on Monday the Service Provider called me at 7am and said they would be out between 10am-2pm. Then within 1 hour they rang my bell. (guess I can't really complain at that point). They said because the water heater was under a parts warranty, I would have to pay for the removal and reinstallation AND a processing fee for their workers to fill out the warranty paperwork to get my new water heater. And they would be happy to install the drip pan and gas line sediment trap but nothing else for the price of $875.00. Remember, the water heater itself was NO CHARGE!

Well, I lost my S*#t and told them forget it.

It was already 11:47am and I had previously used 100% Plumbing before for my irrigation system and for a water pressure issue and was very impressed by Mont and his crew. So I called Mont and the FIRST THING he said was, I'm Sorry you're having this problem. I told Mont what I needed and that the heater was under warranty and I needed the drip pan and gas line sediment trap added. He said he could do it for $675.00 Complete! I asked him how soon could he do it, and he apologized and said he was busy and couldn't get out to my house till 3:00pm later TODAY.

YES, less than 4 hours later, his crew was in my garage pulling the water heater out and by 5:45pm, not only did they have the water heater installed and heating up water, but they also put the new drip pan in and the gas line sediment trap in,

But the crew ALSO installed 2 Brand New flex water lines, new copper feed lines, and a drain pipe to direct the water properly to not cause damage when this water heater inevitably leaks in the future. They even polished the copper lines to look shiny! I SWEAR they did! They even worked to make the solder spots look smooth! CRAZY!

Then when they were done, they cleaned up the area and even swept the garage where they worked.

SO, No I am NOT a friend or relative or a fake review for 100% Plumbing! But I would be PROUD to be any of those!

Mont and his crew are The Best. Forget those big companies and use these guys!

So, come on and let's hear the nasty comments. You're just jealous because your plumber isn't as great as 100% Plumbing! THANKS MONT!

I hate to go round and round with you, but you did not communicate that you were trying to get Jeff out and it would take nearly a week to get him out for a time sensitive matter. We also had no clue where things stood after my initial conversation with you. You said you would call me back with an update and you never did. We had to call you back multiple times to get anything sorted out.

On a separate note, we specifically asked our tree trimming company to refer you out in our part of Scottsdale, as they said they didn't have any quality irrigation companies to refer clients to in our area. Shame on us as we will be letting them know we made a mistake. I won't be responding to anything else, but obviously there was some serious miscommunication here.

Great experience with this company, especially Jesus! He was prompt, friendly, and did an amazing job! Awesome communication about scheduling and worked with me to find a convenient time. Would definitely use this company again and will absolutely recommend to my friends. Thanks!

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Definitely will continue with his company for any future needs. Before and after pic attached. Highly recommend!

Jason from the company called me and we spoke extensively about this and he apologized for Darryl's behavior. His phone call meant a lot to me for him to take the time with me to address this. I will definitely give Lawson Family Plumbing another try if we have anymore plumbing needs. Thank You Jason, your phone call to me went a long way.

We had a problem with our Water Heater shutting off and having to re-light the pilot light since the igniter was not working. Called our Home Warranty and they had Lawson Family Plumbing come out and Darryl was the technician. You can tell from the beginning he had a twinge of an attitude. He never introduced himself to us at all and proceeded to look at our water heater. He never touched the water heater at all, he never said anything to us about what might be the problem, he just told us he would be right back and was at his truck for about a half hour. He comes back and proceeds to tell us that our claim was denied with our Home warranty because we tampered with our water heater. Well we had to remove a cover in order to light the pilot light since the igniter was not working in order to get hot water and I guess that's what he considered tampered with because we did not put the cover back since we did not want to have to constantly take off that cover to light it.  I called our Home Warranty immediately and they proceed to tell me that did not deny it, the technician just said he could not find nothing wrong with the water heater and that we just needed to clean the dust around the water heater and it should be good to go. Well needless to say I was a little confused on why Darryl had a different reason to us then what he actually told the Home Warranty place. He never said anything about the dust. He could of went about this differently and explain things so much better then he did. Needless to say after he left the water heater did not work and we could not even light the pilot light. We then called the Home Warranty and had another plumbing company come out the next day, mind you without any hot water that night because Darryl could not find anything wrong. 4 Fathers Plumbing comes out and they find that our Thermocoupler needed replacing. They replaced it and our water heater was working once again. I am sorry but the way Darryl conducted himself was not professional at all and we would never use this company. I don't know if he had a bad day but I am sorry that is no excuse

I called Option One eight years ago.   I use them now for all my plumbing issues.  The service is excellent and pricing is extremely fair.  If you need dependable, trustworthy plumbers.  Call Option One you can't go wrong.

We had a problem with the a/c and a technician by the name of Frank came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and gave us a couple of different options to fix it. He did a good job and I thought the price was fair. Just an FYI that there is a $79 trip charge. But I thought it was well worth it and would pay it again based on our experience.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
