Excellent service!  Our service line was leaking. I contacted Pink just after midnight. They replied early in the morning and an associate was making the repair during the afternoon. The associate provided me with the price before starting the work and contacted me again when the work was completed. The cost was also less than half quoted by the plumbers my Home Warranty company had quoted when they called to say the work was not covered under policy. So pleased, thank you Pink!

Water heater started to leak on Friday they weren't able to come by Friday afternoon was told they were coming by Saturday morning. I had shut off the water to the water heater and drained the tank, Ready to be replaced repairman told me it was a special cost of 250 extra to get a water heater out on Saturday because someone supposedly had to come and open their warehouse? Told them I would wait till Monday that that was ridiculous. They replaced it Monday morning tore up the shelf that it was sitting on only one person there to remove the tank. Tore up the walls doing so by himself left pieces of pipe copper tubing and trash everywhere after he left had to have walls repaired myself that $250 extra charge was very insulting to believe a business could not have a key to their own warehouse and plumbers have access to there supplies on a Saturday? I could understand Sunday. Definitely wouldn't use them again that's just my personal opinion

First of all, I agreed to an early-morning appointment to accommodate their needs. I believe it should be more about servicing the customer. Then, what should have been a simple faucet replacement that couldn't possibly require more than an hour, took more than 2 hours. It seems to me that the repairman they sent lacked the knowledge needed to do an efficient and timely job.

What a great company!! I needed a back-flow prevention valve put in so I can install sprinklers in my backyard. The thought of hiring a plumber in the blind is a bit nerve racking. So many choices, and so many levels of quality and competence. I knew I could feel confident about these guys because of their amazing Yelp reviews. I gave them a call on a Monday and they were out the very next day. The technician was able to do the install that same day, and before I even realized it, the job was done and it looked fantastic. I thought the price was very reasonable, and it includes a 1-year warranty. I will be changing out some sink fixtures in the near future and I will definitely be giving them a call! Woke up to a busted hot water tank on Sunday before Christmas. This couldn't have happened at a worse time as we had family from out of town staying with us. Chris answered the call and let me know Larry would be at my home to inspect and repair. Larry arrived sooner than expected and changed out our water tank in a couple hours.

Larry was a professional. Clean, courteous and answered all our questions. If I need a plumber, these are the guys I will call.

Bumble Bee is our go to plumber.  They do great quality work.  They always follow up to ensure things go as expected.  Lupe thanks for you hard work......you did a good job.  I just wish that our water pressure was as strong as it used to be.

I came across Pro Skill Plumbing during a random search online for an affordable 40 gallon water heater.  I was already armed with quotes as high as $1400 (water heater only) to midrange $999 (heater and installation) to bargain $700 (heater and installation).  Price was not my only consideration since I work until 5pm everyday and live alone, so I needed a company that could work with my schedule.  Pro Skill blew all of them out of the water with a quote of $650 for a 50-gallon water heater installed this past Saturday morning.  Juan arrived on time and installed my water heater with courtesy and professionalism.  This family-owned company will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

Soro took care of us we had a collapsed 70 year old Orangeburg Sewer that ran under an addition. He cut a 2 foot square hole in the back patio and one by the house where the cast iron exited and pulled a new ABS pipe shattering the old collapsed line. He installed clean outs and repaired the patio. It was absolutely an excellent job.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. Highly recommend this company! We had a different company install and do yearly checks but we switched to Allegiance and it was the best decision. Tom came out & not only was extremely professional, personable, and smart but was down to earth and kind. My husband and I don't know much about RO and water softeners (except that they are important haha) and he was incredibly informative and helpful. Explained everything he was doing to help us be well informed. Trust is a big thing with me & this company definitely gained my trust. this call was in response to work done 10 months ago.  they came out and evaluated and after much discussion it was decided it was connected to previous work so under warranty. Alfredo came out and attacked the problem as if it was one he hadn't seen before.  He reinspected the lines concerned and went to working unplugging the line by jetting and  rooter rooting, alternating til clear.  at all times pleasant, knowledgeable and keeping us informed every step of the way.  when finished he informed us that he was going to perform a test with all the water running and the washing machine as well.  he said when Alfredo is satisfied, its done.  Well done Alfredo.  We also have to say that Mike was out the day before and very understanding of our needs.  THANK YOU ROOTER RANGER RANGERS LOL WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Contacted the company (via Yelp) and got a response within minutes.  Called and received an appointment (non emergency issue) within 48 hours.  Darrell showed up ahead of time (after calling ahead) and diagnosed and repaired my issue within an hour.  I am very impressed with this company and now have no reason to research plumbers again.  Hopefully, Darrell will be the technician to show since he was very professional and personable.

Sammy came out  and replaced our toilet , water heater, & fixed a pipe in the wall that was leaking. He did an amazing job will all his work and in a timely manner. I would recommend Sammy and option one plumbing for any plumbing needs you have . Very personable and kind!!

I checked with a few companies to help flush my water heater. Hays was prompt to respond and came out the very next day. Fairly priced and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Service was very good. They let me know Chino was running late and he arrived promptly at the new time. He was friendly and respectful and did a nice neat job installing a new shower faucet valve.
