Mike showed up on time, followed all COVID protocols that the company stated they would use and walked me through what he did. He completed the work in a timely manner (replaced 1/4 turn angle stops for 2 sinks) and cleaned up any mess that was made. Would highly recommend.

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back Fixed it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case.  Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving.  And offer fix the high clear out the next day.   -   I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

Found Lawson Family Plumbing after checking out online reviews. They were professional and courteous and showed up on time. Kudos to Chris who came to our home when we thought we needed a new garbage disposal. Chris solved the issue very quickly and looked at a couple of other issues too, explaining ways to prevent further issues. Done in 15 minutes! We are so grateful to Chris and to the company for prompt and thorough service.

Bumble Bee is the best.  They came out to fix a leak.  Gave us lots of options and then fixed the problem in the way that made the most sense (and least expensive).  Adrian does a great job and he has been here several times so he knows the house.  That is a blessing in its self.  Thanks Bumble Bee!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Scheduling was really easy and I appreciated the confirmation and reminder texts. On my scheduled day, I also received another text with the tech's name and picture prior to his arrival. Ryan even arrived 30 mins earlier than the estimated time frame. He was very professional, efficient and honest. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me. In fact, he was quite honest as to whether something really needed to be repaired or replaced. Ryan also gave me various options and advice with another project. He laid out any concerns and even gave me time to research it further while he worked on something else. Overall, everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. I also found the fees to be very reasonable and competitive to other plumbing companies that I've dealt with in the past except these guys are more knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again for any future issues and projects!

I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for their excellent service. Especially Soro who helped explain in an honest and detailed manner what was needed and what was not. As well as what to expect in the future as I have an older home with cast iron and clay sewer pipes. Kudos to this company for being honest and fair which is sometimes hard to find these days. Very professional and just great people to know. Five stars all day long. And no, I did not know this company or any of its employees prior to meeting them at my home for the first time. Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Really wonderful. Not only was Ascend fair and competitive with pricing, an installation of three new toilets was clean and neat. The project was done at a home where my elderly parents live and they told me how kind and professional Michael was during the job.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Had an excellent experience with 100% plumbing! After calling around the week of Christmas and not having success finding someone who could clear our kitchen drain quickly, I was happy to find them. Found these guys via Home Advisor. Called them direct, got an idea of the cost to install a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal.
They were the only ones willing to travel to my location and without charging extra. Ramesh was on time and completed the job faster than initially quoted. Very happy with the results, paid about the same Home Depot would have charged and got new pipes and valves installed.
A great experience, very professional and knowledgeable people, polite and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

Jason from the company called me and we spoke extensively about this and he apologized for Darryl's behavior. His phone call meant a lot to me for him to take the time with me to address this. We had a problem with our Water Heater shutting off and having to re-light the pilot light since the igniter was not working. Called our Home Warranty and they had Lawson Family Plumbing come out and Darryl was the technician. You can tell from the beginning he had a twinge of an attitude. He never introduced himself to us at all and proceeded to look at our water heater. He never touched the water heater at all, he never said anything to us about what might be the problem, he just told us he would be right back and was at his truck for about a half hour. He comes back and proceeds to tell us that our claim was denied with our Home warranty because we tampered with our water heater. Well we had to remove a cover in order to light the pilot light since the igniter was not working in order to get hot water and I guess that's what he considered tampered with because we did not put the cover back since we did not want to have to constantly take off that cover to light it.  I called our Home Warranty immediately and they proceed to tell me that did not deny it, the technician just said he could not find nothing wrong with the water heater and that we just needed to clean the dust around the water heater and it should be good to go. Well needless to say I was a little confused on why Darryl had a different reason to us then what he actually told the Home Warranty place. He never said anything about the dust. He could of went about this differently and explain things so much better then he did. Needless to say after he left the water heater did not work and we could not even light the pilot light. We then called the Home Warranty and had another plumbing company come out the next day, mind you without any hot water that night because Darryl could not find anything wrong. 4 Fathers Plumbing comes out and they find that our Thermocoupler needed replacing. They replaced it and our water heater was working once again. I am sorry but the way Darryl conducted himself was not professional at all and we would never use this company. I don't know if he had a bad day but I am sorry that is no excuse

We used Option One Plumbing last year when we had to have all under-slab sewer pipes replaced at my mom's house. They worked every day for a week  (weekend and Thanksgiving included) to get the pipe replaced. That job was strictly the underground job. On New Year's day found my mom's bathroom sink not draining. I called Option One again. The first tech not able to snake. It did require more work but they got the job done and everything back in order as quickly as possible.
