Called at least 6 other companies before Diamondback said they would come on Easter Sunday for a drainage problem.  Listened, identified the problem, fixed it. Kudos to Jason and Jerry.

We contacted Lawson Family Plumbing to replace old cast iron sewer piping running under our house and to re-run plastic piping on the side of the house to correct pipe belly/slope issues. From the moment we contacted them, they were extremely responsive and helpful. Jeff and Kevin met us at the house at our earliest convenience to go over the details of the project, and figured out they could change the routing of the piping to keep from destroying the flooring in one of the bathrooms, thereby saving us money in multiple ways. They also recommended and were able to implement a method for installing the new piping that saved us significantly on labor and material costs (pipe bursting--cost was 35% lower than another bid we received). Throughout the whole project I felt they had our best interests at heart--they fixed plumbing issues with our water heater for no charge, replaced a cracked sewer vent pipe that was not in the original scope for no charge, and replaced the box for the water connections for the washing machine--also for no charge. At the end of the project I had an issue with how they had capped the newly-abandoned sewer clean-outs and they came back out to the property promptly to fix the issue with no problem. I could not possibly recommend these guys any higher. They are awesome. We will call them in the future for ANY plumbing issue we have.

I paid a very high price for jet services as I did not have the choice x roughly 2.5 times more expensive than what I paid with American jet.

Buyer beware.  Extremely overpriced.  They will not give you an estimate over the phone but a tech will come out to your house for a $65 fee.  Then you will be provided a quote that is more than double the going rate.  At that point you can refuse the quote and pay the $65 or just have the job done for double the price.  Either way the consumer loses.  I ended up paying over $700 to get it done with for a garbage disposal that should be a $300 job.  The tech was very nice but they should lower it to be competitive and consistent.

Much better. Jason contacted my mom and stopped by on Sunday morning. Spent quality time accessing the entire home. Took the time to explain what was going on.  My mom is relieved and so am I.  All we needed was (1) someone to take the time (2) and not brush her aside or take advantage because she's older.   Thank you for giving us reassurance that no major damage has been done.

I will never have to look for another plumber again! Proskill Plumbing is who I'm going with from now on. Travis came out, and skillfully fixed my problem. He did not try to upsell me, nor pressure me. Just did the job I called for and was done! What an experience! It's a surprise to have a service company that treats their customers like that, but Proskill does, so I would recommend them to any of my friends, family and neighbors.

The reason they have 3 stars is only because they were polite, and contacted other companies we needed for repairs. I had a leak in my ceiling and it caved in. It was $350 to fix the pipe, which I thought was fine. They then told me their supervisor was going to come out to look at some more stuff. He came out later that day and said another pipe could leak that was attached to the one they had fixed. He pointed out which one it would be and let him know it had already been replaced. We decided to have him come out the next morning to take a look at other ones. He never showed up, and since he said he was only concerned about the one that had already been replaced I let it go and decided I just wouldn't give them a review (since they asked for one). Now, a pipe connected to the one they fixed DID cause a different place in my ceiling to collapse, but it was not where they said it would have been. I am very disappointed. I trusted their opinion since they are the professional. I am now looking at thousands more in repairs and wish I had called a plumber that would have 1. done what they said they would do, and 2. had been correct about the pipe to look out for.

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.

Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was  able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him.  He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything  If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

My family is older and needed a plumber.  In past people have taken advantage of them because of their age and all 3 being women.  I found 100% Plumbing on Next Door and told my mom to call them.  They were quick to send someone out and my mom stated that Eddie was very friendly, professional and honest.  We highly recommend them and will use them again when needed!  Thank you for taking care of my family today!

If I could give 6 stars I would.  Jeff Cook came out and was wonderful.  He tackled a project that was more difficult than it should have been (due to no fault of his) and was such an absolute pleasure.  He made us feel that he truly cared, and honored the price quoted the day before despite the project requiring more effort than expected.  Naturally, I'd expected that they'd keep the pricing the same as promised, but nonetheless, he did so with such a wonderful, positive attitude.  We shared some great conversation while he was here too, while it never detracted from the project at hand.  Jeff was professional, and wore a mask and booties his entire time here.  Plus, my cat seemed to love him so he must be a great guy.  Thanks Allegiance and Jeff!  You guys were great!!!

Rooter Ranger failed to unclog my clogged kitchen sink, despite attempting it four times with a snake. However, after giving up on the clog, three staff members then put considerable effort into touring my home, producing an estimate for $6,300 (discounted!) for other work - all while the drain was still clogged. Luckily, I contacted another plumber for a second opinion, who came to my house within an hour and unclogged the sink as requested in 20 minutes, with a snake, for $175. I felt pressured by Rooter Ranger to pay for extensive plumbing work when all I wanted and required was an unclogged sink.

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

Called Lawson and set up an appointment to have my outside fountain snaked. After arranging my Saturday around the appointment, they showed up and said we dont do fountains. I asked why would you schedule appt then? No good answer. They have done it in the past as ive used them for years. Guy also told me they've never serviced my house ( they have for over 15 years). Very poor customer service and communication

Our 50-gallon hot water heater was on its way out with rust and leaks, so we called our home warranty company (Old Republic Home Protection) to have it replaced.  First, they called a yahoo company that tried to charge us extra to move our water softener (what???!) in order to replace the hot water heater....with whom we refused to work with...and so we asked ORHC to send a different vendor.  

They picked Option One Plumbing as our alternative.  A young tech came to our home to replace our hot water heater.  Everything went fine until I found out that our isolation shut-off valve (to shut off the main water line) was found to be broken in the process (and it wasn't before he arrived).  From what I see (attached pic), it looks like the metal was forcibly twisted off, and we had no recent incidents where we had to get anyone to shut off our water supply.  

I called ORHC to recall the original work order to have Option One send a tech to come back out to do the right thing and fix the broken valve that their tech broke.  Another tech came out and after calling the office from his truck, explained to me that he had talked to the original tech and was told that our shut-off valve was already broken when he had worked on it earlier...and left without any remediation.

I was very upset over how the issue was taken care of and spoke to ORHP to file a claim against Option One and left it at that.

Update (1/7/2021):  After leaving my one-star review, I got a call from Dennis at Option One to make this right.  He got the original tech back on the call to fix the broken valve today.  Despite the awkwardness, the tech was very polite, professional, and worked quickly to replace the whole valve (see new pic); he did reiterate that he did not break the valve, for the record.  

Overall, I give Option One 4 stars.  It would have been 5 stars if it didn't have to get ugly to get the issue completely resolved.  However, I see that the company cares deeply about its reputation and is willing to make things right...and I have respect for that.

Every time we have an issue I call Hays! Almost 100% of the time they can make it out same day and if not, it's the next day. All of their employees I've met so far have been professional and friendly.

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
