Best service I've received in a long time! Not only did he save me a good 200 bucks he was courteous enough to tell me what the problem was with my new dishwasher and garbage disposal. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company to anyone that is looking for an honest and accurate estimate and great customer service!

Laundry drain was backing up due to a clog in the drain somewhere. Also had a bad garbage disposal that needed replaced. I called to get quotes and information, was told if I buy the garbage disposal they will install it for a charge. Arrived as promised, drain was snaked and tested twice before calling it good to go. Had the disposal installed in less than thirty minutes. Friendly, clean, and professional service with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend, and do business again. Thanks

We had our bathroom remodeled and the bath piping broke and flooded out our kitchen! Preston from Hansen family was there the next day to fix the plumbing, and told us all of the plumbing work the previous contractor had done was not up to code. He has been back a few times to fix the work of the previous plumber, and to fix other compromised pipes discovered in restoration. We highly recommend this company!

I would like to highly recommend this business....especially if you have concerns over the current safety precautions this pandemic is causing.  I had a plugged bathtub and as someone in a high risk group was nervous about having someone in my house.  I called Lawson based on their Yelp reviews.  James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. wearing mask and gloves. I sat in my front yard, directed him to the bathroom.  He put on shoe covers, went in, figured out what was wrong and cost, came back out, removed shoe covers and gave me price. He then fixed it, came back out with invoice and asked if I wanted to have him put in my credit card number.  No contact whatsoever.  Professional, pleasant, I felt very secure about the whole process.  Will definitely use again!

Chris was amazing.   Water heater went out last night at 730 pm and by noon today we had a new one already swapped out.   Used better parts than the last place that did it and cleaned it up nicely.   Thank you!

He even made sure to think about it being under warranty and it was, when several other quotes immediately just wanted to quote me full price. Very affordable when on a budget.  It's nice to run into an honest business that thinks if the customers needs first.  Highly recommended!

We replaced a 75 gallon water heater with a tankless water system.  Mike (and Lupe) came out a provided professional service from the very first moment they arrived.  Both were pleasant and careful around my home and family.  I truly felt that Mike was there to service our home as if it was his own.

I recently had them assigned to my house by my home warranty. They are a customer oriented business that is interested in your satisfaction.

We recently had one of our surge protectors attached to the outside AC disconnect box catch on fire.  Proskill was able to come out within 2 hours and disconnect both surge protectors that were put on by a prior homeowner and had a recall notice on them.  Whether it is electrical, HVAC or plumbing, they are always prompt and reasonable in pricing. They are always my first call.

I accidentally flushed a 6 inch makeup brush down the toilet. This is my 1st time using a plumber and I really thought I was going to get ripped off.  Elite Rooter gave me an estimate of $77 to remove the makeup brush.  I was like score, I couldn't afford any additional charges. The Technician knew what his was doing.  He came in with a shop vac and sucked out my makeup brush! He was here probably for 15 mins.  I definitely recommend this company for your Plumbing needs!

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. Matt arrived on time and was courteous. He listened to me when I said to start camera-ing the sewer pipe at the toilet where another plumber pulled tree/shrub roots from my toilet.  Matt removed the toilet and camera-ed the pipe starting at the toilet. It turns out the roots entered the toilet from a gap between the slab and toilet flange, which was visible in the camera monitor, and Matt pulled out a root that had ringed itself around the lip of the flange. He then replaced/reinstalled the toilet, complete with a new wax ring and caulking around the base of the toilet. Matt also cleaned everything up when he was done.  My task is to completely remove the offending tree and shrubs. I'm very grateful that It wasn't necessary to jack-hammer my post-tension foundation slab, and that my sewer pipes are intact. Additionally, Option One comes to Casa Grande, AZ. I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.
