Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

We just bought the house and moved in. The washing machine hot and cold valves were broken and needed replacement. The scheduling process was seamless, and they're able to come out the next day.

The technician Zach was amazing and courteous! He explained the issue and the steps to repair the problem from start to finish. Very impressed with their service, and this company will be my go to plumber! I highly recommend.

My fiance and I have 4 houses, and I have used this company 6 times in the last 3 years. NEVER AGAIN!

The last time they came to my house for a service call, three days later my son was having the same problem.  After talking with them a couple of times, they finally said they would come back and redo it and only charge me about $40.  I was happy.  I gave them my credit card number since I was not at that property and they said they would charge my card.  I thought everything was done.

Several days later, my son called me and said they had charged his card for both services, AND had charged MORE the second time they came out than they had originally charged.  It had overdrawn his bank account.

I called Diamondback and they argued with me about the quote I had been given for the second appointment, and also admitted they had charged the wrong card.  They talked to a supervisor, called me back and said they would fix the charges.  I thought they were going to take the charges off my son's card and charge mine, but I'm not sure what they did.

TWO MONTHS LATER, I get a call from Beth (who is apparently the VP, and owner's wife).  She had first called my fiance and told him she was taking me to court because I owed them money and had I had reversed the charges on my credit card. HUH?  I called her myself and asked what she was talking about, I had never reversed anything.  Her response was Oh, you never reversed your charges?  You never reversed your charges?  Well, I'll see you in court!  Then she HUNG UP ON ME!!!  What?!?!?  My fiance called her back after I talked to him and she said that I had been yelling at her and used the F-bomb!  Then he just wanted to get this whole thing taken care of so he said he would bring them a check.  They said if he came to the office they would call the cops because they felt threatened!  It went on and on...needless to say, it was the craziest phone call either of us had ever received from a company, and I would never do business with them again, and will tell everyone I know the same.  MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!

Update 3/3/23: Shortly after writing some reviews Jessica reached out to touch base with me about what had happened. There was a misunderstanding and they sent out the wrong tech. They refunded the charge and were very proactive about it. I appreciate that she reached out so quickly and got it taken care of. They've earned a star back from me as a result. I hate giving reviews that are less than 4 stars but I'm honestly not happy and feel I need to be honest about my experience.

I reached out to these folks for a quote for a repair I already knew I needed since they had such good reviews. I like to get at least three quotes for any work being done on my house. They were super responsive which was great and they were able to get out to see me within the week which was fine as the unit is running, just needs a part replaced before summer comes rolling through. So I set up a time to get a quote and the techs arrived on time and were great. I told them I just needed a quote for the part I need replaced which is also what I told the person I spoke to via the Yelp quote system. Things went a bit downhill from there. The tech didn't seem to know that they weren't here to do a service and I wound up spending money for something I didn't need.

I wasn't told there would be a charge to get a quote for something that I already knew was wrong. They did diagnostics which I didn't need because, again, I already knew what was wrong. They also quoted me for the whole system and not for the part that's needed. Two other companies have already been out to look at it and I don't need an almost $6k replacement unit, just the controller needs to be replaced. The unit isn't going to blow hot air out of the top when it's only 54 degrees outside... That doesn't mean I need a whole new unit, it just means it's too cold for the a/c to be running. I mean come on. I'm not replacing a unit that's running just fine with the exception of one failing part. The unit isn't even 7 years old.

The techs were nice, punctual, and I liked them but I was caught off guard by the fact that I was being charged for what should have just been a simple quote. I didn't need diagnostics, just a quote for a part being replaced. If I had been told ahead of time that I was going to be charged for diagnostics and a quote for a whole system replacement that I don't need I wouldn't have had them out.

Lawson plumbing replaced my water heater. They were professional and knowledgeable. Dylan was very helpful. He knew what to do and how to do it. I was impressed with the service and would use again.

Awesome service and customer care! I reached out for quotes when my yard flooded and got back several quotes costing hundreds of dollars and no real suggestions of what could be the cause. Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers took the time to trouble shoot with me and I actually fixed it on my own thanks to their help. When I need it in the future they will be my go to. You simply can't compare with that kind of service; I truly felt cared for as a consumer which is rare. Thank you! 5 stars all the way!!!

Ok this is long overdue! I had bumblebee come out for another issue to snake a laundry drain line that was badly clogged. I had another company tell me a tall tale of the expense and remodel that was immediately needed from a broken pipe under my home.
My bumblebee plumber was HONEST! It was a expensive clearing of the line for me,  $750.00.
I need to say was way better than a 3 month remodel on my kitchen. The problem had been a issue for sometime. The whole drain pipe had to be cleaned and unclogged. I got a true plumber, a kind plumber, experienced and he left me with a guarantee and the job done right!

Twice now for different issues Bumblebee has come out, quoted the job and done their job. Grateful this company is our only choice for plumbers.

After having some mis-communications with a dispatcher, Vick, a FSM gave me a call to address my concerns immediately. He went so far as to actually show up at my house with the technician, CJ. Both did excellent work in resolving my issues and I will continue to work with Lawson Family Plumbing for the foreseeable future. I'd also like to say Matt exceeded my expectations as well on a previous service call.

10/10 would recommend to use.

Elite Rooter has been a horrible experience and I would recommend anyone looking to use their services go elsewhere. They provided me with a quote for a clogged drain for $75 and immediately jumped the price to approximately $1400 when they arrived. We paid the $1400 for their hydrojet and camera service and they never even provided us with camera video and left SEWAGE in our backyard. No drains were closed, nothing was cleaned and the problem WAS NOT FIXED. They claimed that I had a sewer problem and wanted to charge another $5,500 for fixing the sewer line. I consulted with another plumber and the township fixed the issue for FREE. They upsold me from $75 to 1400 and were going to charge another $5,500. They did not even uphold their hydrojet warranty as they said the sewer issue nullifies any warranty they provide!

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

Element Plumbing did a very professional job replacing all my water valves so they are up to code, and came up with a great solution for the water line on my fridge so I could fit a newer model in that has an icemaker.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Today is our first experience with 100%, they installed a new water heater and 2 bathroom faucets.  They are punctual, courteous, professional.  Eden did a fabulous job!  Do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs!

We had accumulated a long list of water related/ plumbing needs. Allegiance was awesome from start to finish! Scheduling was a pleasure, as the phone service was friendly, detailed and accommodating. Eloy, our service tec , was prompt, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable & specific as he explained what he was doing and could or could not do. Pricing was fair and honest. Very grateful I found this company. Cannot recommend them enough.

Morgan was incredibly helpful and very professional! Fantastic service and fixed our clogged toilet. I will definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs in the future.  Morgan and Mark are a pleasure to work with. Gave us a lot of very helpful information about our sewer system. Highly recommend this team.

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

5-Star and then some*.
Called Lawson Family Plumbing for quote on tankless hot water after seeing so many 5-star reviews on Yelp. Had already gotten phone estimate from another 5-star Family plumbing firm in same area. Lawson's estimate was ~20% lower because their guy VOLUNTEERED to suggest that they could use an adapter if our gasline was less than 3/4 diameter instead of re-piping system with larger pipe, plus they sent a guy out for the estimate (other outfit declined to do that due to COVID). I called other Family to see if they could reduce price by using an adapter and they said no. Lawson's plumber (Jason) did great job last Friday w/the install: careful, efficient, complete, and left garage cleaner than when he arrived.
*But wait...for the and then some: Saturday morn the shower temp was not staying as warm as w/the old tank we had just removed, and I was having buyer's remorse. Called Jason and he arrived at the house 15 minutes(!) later (did I mention this was a Saturday?). Checked it out, explained intricate software regulation involved w/tankless system, suggested a slightly lower temp setting, and left saying see how it goes and let us know; we want you to be satisfied. Have now tested it under many circumstances and it's working just fine. Great experience. BTW, the original gasline diam turned out to be 1, i.e., even more than the minimum needed for tankless.

It's all in choosing the right company!
I had a warranty company come out for a leak in my wall and they were out here for an hour and 15 minutes and never called or came back for the job .
I went on Yelp and chose Option One Plumbing for their 4 1/2 star rating.
They got right back to me and set up an appointment the same day .
Their Tech Tim was courteous and gave me three options to best fit my financial situation. I should have called then first.

I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
