We had a very good experience. We replaced a water heater and we're very satisfied with the thoroughness and quality of work provided.

Great people to work with, was changing out a seat in the show handle and it basically disintegrated as I was doing this. Emailed them about service and they promptly responded. They were reasonably priced, and the guy that came out was very good, very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Messaged Erik this morning about a shower faucet with a stuck Moen cartridge. Within seconds he replied and we had a technician on the way. Our technician, Michael, arrived early, finished the job very quickly and efficiently and we are back in business less than 3 hours after making initial contact. Michael was professional and polite and offered a few tips for future repairs of this kind.  Highly recommend!

I had water leading from a light fixture in my roof & instead of being dishonest and charging me for something that i Diane need, Jason noblely advised that this want a plumbing problem but a problem with my A/C. Chris came on a Sunday when our hot water heater stopped working. He worked hard for several hours to get the new one installed and was an incredible value. I highly recommend using Chris over a big shop!

After getting a hefty quote from another company for a much larger project than was needed at the time, I contacted bumblebee who was a referral from family. Dan Bert came out and I was honestly relieved because he took care of the initial problem without selling me on a redo that I didn't need right at that time. I have work to do in the future, but he took care of the problem I needed right now. So I am very grateful. It's good to know they are honest people out there not trying to dig you for the biggest price they can get. When you're someone that is not currently working and you tell them that you're hoping that they are going to think of your best interest. Now maybe that's not the world we live in right now, but that doesn't mean you can't find people like that. And Dan was that person for me this weekend. Thank you Dan. You are an upstanding guy and honest. I hope he gets a good little extra something for the holidays this year!

We had to have an emergency call out, middle of the night, for a blocked up main.  Robbie showed up in my driveway and was a total pro - Was  aware of the late hour and wanted to be respectful of my neighbors.   Explained what he was doing the whole time and imparted good knowledge for maintenance and upkeep. Reasonable cost for an emergency call - Lawson will be top of my list if we ever need help again.  Thanks for the great work!

I highly recommend that you get another quote. I'm giving one star because I feel like I got screwed. It took him 10 minutes to change a part in the tank and put a shut off valve on the toilet. I was charged $360. I'm sure I could have purchased three new toilets.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

I recently had 100% Plumbing out to take care of some shower valves that needed replace.......the replacement cartridges were difficult to find according to a previous plumber.   100% came out , verified the necessary parts, got them ordered and stayed in contact with me while the parts were ordered......... communication is a rarity in business today but these guys did it very well.  They got the parts and the plumber Eddie came out, masked and went right about his business and took care of the replacements.   Very impressed from start to finish with this company,  thanks for taking care of my plumbing issue........you will be hearing from me in the future on any plumbing issues I have.

Our RO system needed maintenance, so I called Tuesday, and they came Friday. It was not an emergency, so I was very impressed on how quickly they came out. Jeff was professional, kind, and efficient. We will definitely call Allegiance again!

We contracted RR to install our urinal in our commercial building. Not only did they out preform the large name plumbing competitors but they were very reasonable.  Ron was able to come quickly and asset the issue without hesitation.  We intend to continue a long lasting working relationship with RR. They're a company you can trust.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Gotta tell you, I have found success in using YELP reviews to help with how/who to call on home services.  I have a basement (yes in AZ) and my sewage ejection pump alarm went off...I shut down all bathroom use in basement and called Lawson.  

They said, we can send someone out, with NO SERVICE CALL FEE! Not only did they send someone out the next morning, Joe, their supervisor came out, as he is very versed with sewage ejectors.  

Joe was patient and focused with his questions.  In the end, Joe simply said, it's running fine.  Alarm may had gone off due to the float getting stuck...

Most importantly, Joe provided advice that I wouldn't of thought about (home warranty, Joe, home warranty, do you remember?!!)

These folks really have it all together, starting with a readily available and eager-to-help office crew. Hays was recommended to me by a roof gutter outfit because of underground drainage issues in our backyard. They were quick and accommodating in scheduling a convenient appointment, kept us updated on that, and the assigned plumber did likewise that morning. He (Randy) turned out to be one of their more experienced and astute guys in diagnosing the cause of our backup, and to boot he was laser-focused on addressing what was needed to fix it (no surprise once I noticed the USMC pin hanging around his neck). Plus he was super-helpful in showing me some maintenance tricks to keep things flowing and prevent recurrent problems. All-in-all, a great service experience!

Amazing amazing amazing!  We had a huge back up and they responded fast!  They were so polite and efficient. Zac was great scheduling and Randy was fabulous. They were excellent using Covid precautions. Highly recommend them!
