We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

I made a mistake on my outdoor spigot and wasn't able to fix it by Saturday night so I called Fast Layne Plumbing and spoke with David.  We was able to have someone out the next day to fix the issue.  The communication was great as was the service.  Highly recommended!  Plus, they gave me a military discount.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

I used one of the big companies, he and his sons will remain nameless , for my last "repair" terrible idea. A year later and I start having the same problem. I call Dignity and the next day Jeremy is at my house. He was not on time, but that's ok... because he was EARLY and texted me before hand to let me know. He is so skilled that he has my toilet apart and walks me through the issue I am having within 5 minutes of being on the job. He comes back for part one of the repair and is again early. Day two of the repair was this morning so I began mentally preparing myself for the price. Remember, I used one of the big name plumbers last time, so I was scared. I was ecstatic when I heard the final total! For the quality, efficiency and professionalism I was expecting triple what I paid. Such a great value from a small and locally owned business.

Had trouble with reinstalling a toilet and called these guys for help. They were able to come out that day! They were professional, efficient, and and very helpful. I had bought the wrong flange for the job. ( for a 3" pipe vs 4" ) They returned it to Home Depot for me and picked up the proper flange. When they finished the job, they cleaned everything up perfectly.  I will definitely call on them again.

We've used Beebe many times. In the past we had a shower mixer valve repaired and another time the main isolation valve to the house replaced. Both times the service rep showed up on time and completed the repairs professionally and expeditiously. Most recently we purchased a new gas stove and didn't realize it wouldn't sit close to the wall because the existing gas pipe in the wall was in the wrong location. Beebe's service rep arrived on time and was able to move the gas pipe to a lower point in the wall that allowed our new stove to be pushed up against the wall. We paid by the hour and I was initially concerned the work would take too long but the plumber completed the work quickly resulting in a very small bill. To top it off the plumber left our kitchen cleaner than when he started. Beebe is our go to plumber.

Called them for an estimate and set up a time for them to come to my house while I was away. I called two times the days following to find out if they showed up and if they could do the work. The nice woman on the phone said she had not heard from the owner about the job, but she would have him call me. It's now been over a week and no call. I've since called another company and have had the work done efficiently AND timely.

If this owner didn't want my business, at least have the courtesy to call me and say so. I wouldn't have argued or had a fit. But at least call me otherwise you're getting the one star review on Yelp for other potential customers to see!

There are all kinds of plumbers in the world. And we all will need one, some day. A journeyman plumber like Rolph is the best there is. Sure, his follow through and communication are flawless. And his work is exceptional. But he also might be one of the most honest, friendly, nicest people around. He and Larry can do the work and take great care of your projects but you will also enjoy the process. They focus on the job, communicate thoroughly, don't rush a thing and when they're done, you know your job is done impeccably. The bonus is that they're great people! I care about who comes to my house and does work and I couldn't dream up a better plumber. Rolph and Larry ran new gas lines, across our entire house ad converted our fireplaces to gas (previously wood burning) and then he cleared every drain in my house, main traps etc. He is the best!!! You will be so glad you chose Blue River Plumbing.

Barrett Plumbing replaced a leaking kitchen drain pipe in May 2020. Barrett was paid-in-full for his services and agreed to return in 1 week for a water filter replacement. Barrett was a NO CALL and NO SHOW for this appointment. On July 9th 2020, the REPLACED pipe began to leak again. Barrett was contacted to service the leak per the company's "2 Year Guarantee".  In response, Barrett was dismissive, verbally abusive (used obscenities), and refused service. No GUARANTEE...No REFUND. Thumbtack was contacted for a resolution.

Big G Plumbing was sent out because I was unable to turn the water off at my clothes washer.  They were great, they called me and scheduled right away. They were on time which is a plus!  

He had to cut into my drywall to fix the problem but it was a small repair and he cleaned it up when he was done.  

This place was amazing, I've worked with plumbing companies in the past and I've had some good experiences, no complaints but I never had my expectations blown away and that is exactly what they provided!

If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.

Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

I've used them before with ok results but this past one sucks.  They had been out twice in 2 wks.  the original problem still wasn't fixed.  When I got home last night I spent an hour cleaning up leftover backup residue. I also spent an hour cleaning up the at least one quart of water still standing under the sink (probably causing mold).  Then I went to use the kitchen sink & ran disposal & low & behold the water again came up in the bathroom sink ( 1 sink in each bath - not both sinks).  I called again & the man who answered said I would pay double time if they came out last night.  I said I not only wasn't paying double, I wasn't paying anything.  He said he would talk to the manager in the morning.  I said I would just call the BBB.  20 min later I got a call from the plumber & he said he would be back.  
He came back & it appeared he finally cleared the problem between the kitchen & the baths.  BUT when I went to use my bathroom toilet I stepped in standing water.  I used 2 toilet paper rolls to soak up water.  And now I hear water under my Pergo flooring.  Not Good.

You just can't find customer service like this anymore.  Recently the water pressure in our house dropped significantly.  In the thick of the holiday season with holiday parties, travel and general chaos.  Not the time to have schedule a plumber.  

I found Majesty and read the reviews here.  I was impressed the owner responded (quite nicely) to the reviews that were negative and that the good reviews were glowing.  I really wanted to use someone local.  I quickly checked the registrar of contractors and saw that everything looked great, no complaints and licensed for almost a decade.

I filled out the contact form hoping to potentially get the problem looked at before the weekend (late on a Thursday night).  Imagine my surprise when I got an email back in less than an hour apologizing that they couldn't get someone out until Monday BUT based on what I had told them they thought there was something I could try that might fix the problem.  

I was able to fix my own problem based on the help from Jeff.  More importantly it relieved a TON of stress during an already hectic week.  Jeff and Majesty plumbing are exactly why I love supporting the local service industry.  I will be recommending Majesty to everyone I know.  Honest, caring and knowledgeable, not a combination you see much anymore.

I was backed into by a driver in a Decelis Plumbing Co. Work truck in a parking lot on the corner of 16th St and Glendale today at 11:30am. The driver was on his cellphone. While there was no major damage it would have been nice to get some information. I have been unsuccessful at getting in touch with anyone at the company. I have photos of the the front of my vehicle and the back of the work vehicle.

Mr. Domingo Perez is an honorable man and a good business owner. He showed up on time. He didn't charge for an estimate. He gave me a very good deal. He has over quarter a century experience, has a license and is bonded. I am an auto technician for 25 years and I liked how he took his time and did flawless work for me. Excellent workmanship and material. I now have a plumber for life. I highly recommend him!
