We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

American Discount Plumbing. This is the 2nd plumber I called after the first tried to overcharge so much it wasn't even like watching a football game from the cheap seats, they weren't even in the same ballpark. American Discount though, they know the meaning of the word Discount (over $1,500 from the 1st, but $525 from American Discount.... now that is a discount! They also know the meaning of the word plumbing, which  the 1st company must have been thinking of something else. I worked with Paul at American and he was great! He knew what he was talking about, diagnosed things correctly, and most important solved the problems in very good time. What the other company wanted to charge about $500  or more for 1 part, Paul at American Discount fixed free. I knew it wasn't what the 1st company said when they wanted to replace a whole faucet! The first company and I did review them, left without even giving me an estimate, lied continually and even when they said they would email the estimate... they didn't. Glad they can afford to lose customers so much. Paul at American Discount told me what was needed, and what the cost was, and that is what it was and not a penny more - well except there would have been a small charge for using my credit card, but a personal check was fine. He let me know when he was coming, worked around my schedule, followed the mask guidelines, even wore gloves, and took his shoes off since I am at high risk. He was friendly, showed me why something wasn't working, and even made sure not to let my cat escape! Most important, the problems that had been existing for months that my apartment complex refused to fix, he fixed them all, so all are working and it only took a little more than an hour.

I would absolutely suggest that anyone needing a plumber, call Paul at American Discount Plumbing. You will get great service at a reasonable price, and if your problem is like one of mine.... will be sitting pretty when he is done!

We had a leaking water softener and he was able to replace the next day.  Georgel also re-plumbed a bathtub to shower as part of our master bath remodel among other plumbing needed like new faucets, valve replacement, new toilet, and new kitchen sink with disposal. He is considerate, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced - definitely recommended!

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We had a reoccurring problem that sounded like an alarm going off in our master bathroom behind our stall shower. Both Estevan and Junior came out at 4:15 AM to detect the problem. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT AT THAT HOUR!!
They did find the problem and it wasn't even in the wall. Since they didn't perform any plumbing repairs, they didn't charge us. AGAIN, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS DIDN'T DESERVE A CHARGE!!
When we do have a plumbing problem in the future, we will call Dignity. They are our plumbers for life!!

Needed a Toilet and valve replaced in my spare bathroom. Very fair price. The guys did a great job and even took the old toilet away. Will be using them for future repairs. Thanks!

Fast, efficient, pleasant. Ramon was here bright and early this morning.  Checked our problems and gave us options so we could plan replacements in the future. We will call them when we begin replacing our very old plumbing.

We moved in recently to a cabin and after a couple weeks only, the toilets would not flush down. Called Wrangler plumbing and received same day service with two very nice young men who fixed the problem. I highly recommend them and plan on having them back to winterize all the plumbing.  Thanks, Charlie and sons!

There are all kinds of plumbers in the world. And we all will need one, some day. A journeyman plumber like Rolph is the best there is. Sure, his follow through and communication are flawless. And his work is exceptional. But he also might be one of the most honest, friendly, nicest people around. He and Larry can do the work and take great care of your projects but you will also enjoy the process. They focus on the job, communicate thoroughly, don't rush a thing and when they're done, you know your job is done impeccably. The bonus is that they're great people! I care about who comes to my house and does work and I couldn't dream up a better plumber. Rolph and Larry ran new gas lines, across our entire house ad converted our fireplaces to gas (previously wood burning) and then he cleared every drain in my house, main traps etc. He is the best!!! You will be so glad you chose Blue River Plumbing.

Tom came over this morning, showed up on time, worked quickly and fixed a lot of problems in my kitchen sink.  He did a fantastic job and the price was excellent.  I recommend him and Barrett Plumbing and Drain to everyone.  Thank you Tom and thank you Barrett.

Pathetically poor customer service from the extremely rude FELICIA who answers the phone at Big G Plumbing.  Today when trying to confirm the time for their arrival and requesting a 30 minutes "heads up" for their arrival, Felicia told me to "JUST BE THERE" at the property address and that their technician would call me when he was leaving his prior job and that he would only wait 15 minutes before leaving for the next job if I could not make it to the appointment address (a rental on the other side of town from us, thus the request for a 30 minute courtesy call as we don't live there).  She totally talked over me, raising her voice - telling me that I NEVER asked her when the appointment was initially made (2 weeks ago) for a 30 minutes courtesy call - that I must be mistaken.  So she was calling me a liar.  So unprofessional. WOW~!  Then she promptly hung up on me.  So at that point I didn't know if we still had an appointment or NOT.  I called her right back but she did not answer the phone, so I asked her to call me back and that I felt she owed me a apology for talking over me and hanging up on me when all I was trying to do was obtain their arrival time window.  By the way - this was at 10:45 today and their arrival window today was between noon and 2:00 - so you would think my request would be easy to accommodate since we were so close to the time window.  She treated me like dirt.  Then the owner GREG called me and he said he was canceling our service today, he thought it was best to not service our property.  I'm not sure what his office person FELICIA told him but if he heard her side of the conversation he could only imagine that I was talking as abusively as she was, but I certainly was not.  I am a professional business owner and would immediately FIRE any of our employees who would treat a customer the way FELICIA did.  He chose to be weak and to side with his office person vs. asking me to discuss the situation.  I told him that we were so close to the job being done today, that I just wanted a 30 minute courtesy call, and that I was not understanding why he would cancel the appointment that we had waited 2 weeks for.  Suffice to say that at this point their company is OFF our radar for many reasons, they are a total disappointment for allowing a worker to talk to clients the way FELICIA did today.  I've never left a bad rating for anyone on this site before, but felt compelled to do so since the owner mauled this situation so badly.  Maybe this gal was having a bad day, maybe she treats everyone this way, but there is no excuse for overreacting to such a simple and common request.  So I'm glad to not be working with BIG G PLUMBING after all, as any ongoing warranty or service work would have been nightmarish for sure~!
So be warned people, these are not people you want to do business with.
By the way, this was warranty work through Landmark Home Warranty, and it seems they don't treat warranty calls with any value or respect.  Lesson learned on our end to avoid them at all costs. They don't deserve the one star rating, it should be ZERO.

I had a terrible experience with them recently.  It has taken me a bit to even write this review, but I am so bothered by the whole thing.  First thing I noticed, when the tech arrived for the free estimate, he finished smoking a cigarette right in front of my house.  Then came to the door.  I almost turned him away, I hate the smell of smoke and I have a toddler.  I thought this was so rude.  But he was already here so I figured I'd get my estimate.  He checked a few things I needed, pulled out my dishwasher, insulation, all of it - AND DID NOT PUT IT BACK.  He left it like that!  He went on to tell me my water heater wasn't big enough for my house and that I would need a new one, then told me something else about how I would have to replace something else (that wasn't even the issue) or make holes through the cabinets and the wall... like some crazy stuff.  He gave me some 1K+ quote.  I was already so turned off by everything that there was just no way.  I called another plumber who came over and told me none of those things were even an issue!  

I still haven't figured out how to fully put my dishwasher back, and it annoys me every single time I look at it.  I seriously should've taken pictures of how he left it.

Mr. Domingo Perez is an honorable man and a good business owner. He showed up on time. He didn't charge for an estimate. He gave me a very good deal. He has over quarter a century experience, has a license and is bonded. I am an auto technician for 25 years and I liked how he took his time and did flawless work for me. Excellent workmanship and material. I now have a plumber for life. I highly recommend him!
