We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was "Good Friday" so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

I used one of the big companies, he and his sons will remain nameless , for my last "repair" terrible idea. A year later and I start having the same problem. I call Dignity and the next day Jeremy is at my house. He was not on time, but that's ok... because he was EARLY and texted me before hand to let me know. He is so skilled that he has my toilet apart and walks me through the issue I am having within 5 minutes of being on the job. He comes back for part one of the repair and is again early. Day two of the repair was this morning so I began mentally preparing myself for the price. Remember, I used one of the big name plumbers last time, so I was scared. I was ecstatic when I heard the final total! For the quality, efficiency and professionalism I was expecting triple what I paid. Such a great value from a small and locally owned business.

They came out quickly for our repair when every other shop could not come out for days. They replaced a part, and so far so good!

Rolf came and fixed our tub shower that had little to no water pressure.  No parts replaced.. There less than one hour.... Fixed good as new.   Great Guy.. A real straight shooter..  Call Him..

Amazing company! When the water company left us a note saying they suspected a leak near our meter due to heavily saturated ground and water bubbling up, I immediately looked up a plumber. Barrett's was super close and had great reviews so I called them up. I had to leave a voicemail but it said I could also text the number for quicker service. So I text over some pics of the area. I immediately got a response saying they could help and would send someone out the next day.

Our original appt time was 11am, but Lupe, the plumber, figured it was an emergency because of where the leak was so he showed up a little before 8am, which was awesome! He went to assess the situation and ended up finding out it wasn't actually our pipe leaking, but our neighbor's. I quickly called up our neighbor who was on vacation to get him to authorize turning off their main water so it wouldn't leak anymore and got a quick estimate from Lupe.

Even though we haven't officially used them for repairs, I am so pleased with their prompt and reliable service and extremely friendly employees that I will absolutely be calling them should I ever need them again. My neighbor will also be giving them a call back to come fix his pipe.

My wife called them because she thought we had a plumbing leak.  the leak was because he washing machine drain hose had popped out of the drain.  Both my wife and I asked him to check the shut off valves and he politely explained that because he was working for a home warranty company that he was only there to address the leak. It would have taken him 2 minutes to check the valves... he didnt.

Amazing, these guys were on time and got to work right away. Kept me informed through the whole process. Highly recommend! Even gave me an unexpected military discount at the end.

Beware!!! Horrendous work. !! I called this company for plumbing work and they did horrible work and left my home damaged and do not respond to emails/calls. (See photos)

* i was quoted 1,250 for a toilet replacement/install. I didn't dispute the very high price and I pre-paid this invoice because I knew I might be out of town and didn't want any hiccups. I was NEVER informed that the replacement dimensions would not fit the same as the old toilet, leaving huge gaps everywhere. During the removal/install process the technician didn't use any kind of cautionary protection to ensure no damage was done to my flooring. Chipped and scraped tiles all around the toilet of my freshly remodeled bathroom!! I emailed this company and have called 6 times over a three day period with no response. I can not believe this is the work they consider "acceptable"

He has over quarter a century experience, has a license and is bonded. I am an auto technician for 25 years and I liked how he took his time and did flawless work for me.
