Awesome service. Has a major leak and was looking for a well reviewed plumbing company in the east valley. I gave P&L a call and I'm glad I did. An hour later the issue was fixed and work was guaranteed.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

I had Forest and his team replace a garbage disposer, secure a loose toilet, and check tub drains.  He was quick and professional, and did a good job.  I definitely recommend him.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

This is an amazing company.   I needed someone right away because I couldn't turn my shower off.   They got someone there within the hour and fixed my problem.  I'm extremely grateful.  I definitely would recommend this company.

What a nice experience! Truly, nothing but enjoyable from the call for an appt to Jim crawling in my attic on this hot June a.m.  He just couldn't have been nicer and helped with a few other small things which is totally worth it as I get older, lol. It's not very often that things that are concerning, turn out ending this well and the customer feeling it was worth it.  Very reasonable.

A great example of the hype living up to the experience.  I read the great reviews Pink Plumbing and Sewer has received and was convinced to give them a shot at fixing a clogged shower drain.  First time hiring them and was very impressed start to finish.  Left a msg, got a return call back within minutes to schedule my appt.  Their technician, Lou Hernandez, arrived right on time, was very pleasant, quickly assessed and resolved our problem.  And the price was right.  Definitely will be using them again.

I had Arizona Maintenance Service come for the first time.  They removed my shutters to accommodate a new window installation the next day and then replaced them the day after the window was placed.  I worked with Jesus who was just a delight with a great personality.  He was timely, very neat with his work and respectful of my property.  He was extremely competent and I really cannot say enough about him and the organization of the company!  Highly recommend. Very nice and honest owner!  He came out and checked my pool equipment and said that it all looked good. Turned out I didn't have a leak it's just dark areas from the company that sprayed my weeds. He didn't need to spend hours checking or charge me bucks just the coming out fee. Highly recommend.

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

Brad is my go to plumber and I recommend him to all of my family and friends, even neighbors! He is quick to respond, and very reliable and honest. He recently installed a water softener in our home and we love it! He showed up on time and got it installed very quickly. He has also done work in our bathroom and kitchen sink which was reasonably priced and also done quickly. Brad is friendly, easy to work with and communicate with, trustworthy, and hardworking! He arrived on time, at the time he stated he would be there.  Very professional, friendly, even spent time playing with the pooches.  He did a great job removing the old faucet, which was put in previously in an odd fashion (which prompted the call to Bird Dog Plumbing in the first place) when the kitchen was remodeled, and replaced it with the new faucet.  It looks great!  Thank you Bird Dog Plumbing for a professional job done well.  I will recommend you to friends and family and keep your number handy for any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend using Ty at Shelton Home Repairs. I am a big diy guy but am not comfortable with high voltage electrical work. I got a quote from Ty to hookup my pool build electrical that I had almost setup. He came out and found I hadnt set it up correctly. He took the time to do some investigating on my homes electrical setup (older home with multiple add-ons) and he told me detail exactlt how I can fix it and make it to code. He also hooked up the wiring to my pool electrical panel/timer/pump/etc and agreed to come back once I have the main panel wire ran to the correct panel inside. Cant beat that! I will be keeping Ty's phone number for all future electrical and even non-electrical jobs. 5-Stars for sure!

Called at 845am after my original choice on yelp suggested him due to service area restrictions of his own. The gentleman who answered took down my name, number and address and stated he had another job on the morning but would head my way after - calling first to give me a 30 minute window.   It's after 8pm and still haven't heard from him to even state he couldn't make it today.  Disappointed and a bit irritated I have to waste another day waiting on a different plumber.  Unfortunate especially since he was a referral from a highly rated plumber on yelp.  I'll be contacting that guy to also let him know.

I've used Desert Water for a couple of plumbing issues  this past year and I will say their level of service is amazing. Brad (on both cases) took the time to explain the issue and was very professional. Will call them again for any plumbing issue!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
