Had a noisy toilet and a dripping faucet.   The toilet was fixed & in checking found another minor adjustment would fix a future problem.  No added cost!
Next, the faucet.  It was a delta kitchen faucet. The tech let me know the piece needed was expensive but Delta would send me one at no cost!  It took less than a week to arrive & they didn't charge for the 2nd trip!  
They are my 'Go To' plumbers from now on!!

I needed my garbage disposal from a double sink hooked up to a single sink literally the same day and Ramon came to rescue . He was very informative and was able to get it done within an hour . Thanks again, Ramon, for everything.  We are relieved and happy with your service.

Very very professional, efficient and skilled!  They came highly recommended by a Scottsdale plumbing supply company I contacted and, I noticed, are also on the Paul's Ace Hardware Preferral Directory, too.  Arrived VERY promptly and immediately triaged and began repairs.   Joe personally came with two other professionals so the work was completed in the minimal amount of time and at a very reasonable price.  It's great to know there are indeed professionals with such an honest work ethic who do the job right!  This is especially directed at women out there who, like me, must hire someone to get work like this done!

Had a leak on my water filtration and was in a panic. Jeremy worked me into his schedule within a few hours and solved the problem. He's an honest dude and a great communicator who charges fair prices. My new goto plumber.

Does not give estimates! Plus two weeks out! Said he will only come out and fix it, Charges $90 to come out if you dont like his price, you still pay the $90!

George just left after quickly and inexpensively repairing the water line and spigot that goes to my swamp cooler. And that's after I called him at 9am this morning (it's just 11am now). Friendly, fast, helpful and honest - what more do you need? Thanks George!

I have had several great interactions with this company. They go out of their way to assist, are always extremely prompt, and have even directed me elsewhere when it would save me money because they value my business as a long-term client.

Excellent job. He was right on time very professional with a great quote. Very clean also he completely vacuumed up any mess he made.  I highly recommend.

It does not get any better than this! Sam  is about the friendliest, most honest professional, helpful and most competitively priced Trades people I've ever met. He was very efficient in addressing the plumbing problems I had Including a clogged bathroom sink and trouble with water pressure on my master shower. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough!

I had a leaking faucet outside and called about 5 plumbers before I was referred to Tom The Plumber.  All of the other companies charge a $50-$75 service trip fee just to come diagnose the problem.  Tom does not charge a service trip fee.

He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would be over in the next hour or two. I did not have to be home at the time of his arrival because the faucet was outside and by the time I was home from work that day the faucet was fixed and the bill was slipped under the door.  I was surprised at how reasonable and inexpensive he was.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They were recommended to us by family and had a great rating with the BBB. However, I can not help but feel completely ripped off.

Liberty came out to our house to replace our guest bathroom's shower cartridge. The gentleman that completed the repair was here all but 5-10 minutes at the most and proceeded to charge me $185 for the cost of parts and labor. In shock I said, Wow, that is much more expensive then I was expecting. The workman proceeded to say, I am sorry that you feel that way, but the cost includes my workmanship and a year warranty on the part. So, I filled out the check and he went on his way.

I later called Liberty seeking clarification on the work done and was informed that the flat fee for coming out was $135 and that the cartridge cost $50. How can any company get away with charging $135 for 10 minutes of work? That translates to $13.50/minute which would = $810/hr. I am sorry but that should be fraud.

Additionally, upon my research I found that I could have done this job myself and paid $40 at the store for the item. When I brought this up to the gentleman at Liberty, he informed me that the cartridges I would get at the store are not up to par with the ones liberty gets which is why they are more expensive... what a joke.

In hindsight, I should have inquired about the cost for the job before they came out for the repair. So in some ways I have myself to blame. However, if you are interested in potentially using this company, be aware of there high hourly rate (which doesn't depend on the type of work being done).

There are other plumbing companies in the valley that charge only $45-$65/hour or a handyman that will charge $20/hour who can easily replace a silly shower cartridge and who have a lot more integrity then this business. Don't make the same mistake I did and regret the almost $200 repair spent on something so simple.

The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.
