Simple outside ball valve replacement.  Was quoted $135 over the phone.
Plumber shows up 3 hours late and tells me $285.  A complete SCAM.  RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!  They do the old let me call the office routine.  Oh man oh man.  They should have a NEGATIVE rating.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I needed my garbage disposal from a double sink hooked up to a single sink literally the same day and Ramon came to rescue . He was very informative and was able to get it done within an hour . Thanks again, Ramon, for everything.  We are relieved and happy with your service.

Walked in to my daughters bathroom this
Morning and to my shock there was water all over the floor.   The day before thanksgiving. So I called the plumber that I have known and trusted since I moved to fountain hills over twenty years ago.  He sent Rick over right away and Rick set right to work and had everything in order in a little over an hour.   Joe and his crew are amazing and helpful as well as true professionals.   As usual I am thrilled with the five star service especially when it is hours before the end of business on the day before thanks

Whenever I call up the top names or the numbers with the jingles I remember... I always forget just how high there pricing is.  When I spoke with one of the representatives from Worldly Plumbing I knew right away that the knowledge was freely given, but how was the price?  First off, every service had an up front, flat rate price with no add ons.  Secondly, I have never had any excuses from any of the service technicians... only solutions.  And lastly, they have always come & gone with courtesy & cleanliness.  I have continued to call Worldly Plumbing for all of my services needs quite simply because they are the most knowledgable & dependable company I have had the pleasure to have work for me!  & the price... is always neighborly.

I called Jay at about 7pm concerning a leaking water heater.  After giving him some info over the phone and sending a few photos he gave me a firm quote by text.  He was at our home the next morning at 8am and had the 50 gallon gas water heater replacement completed in a couple of hours.  Good price and excellent service!

George also came yesterday and installed a new garbage disposal. He was on time and quickly installed it for me. Cypress Street Plumbing is now my go to company for all my plumbing needs.

I have had several great interactions with this company. They go out of their way to assist, are always extremely prompt, and have even directed me elsewhere when it would save me money because they value my business as a long-term client.

Seriously, very knowledgeable. I just moved into our new home and upon turning on the main water we discovered a flood, I was soo terrified because this wasn't found upon inspection. So my deployed husband began inquiring for plumbing services, and Sam immediately replied, answered my call and said he was heading out from a job he had just finished over to me.. it ended up being our mist system and he was able to stop the flood, and suggested solutions if we decide to redo the whole system. Sam is very supportive of military families, has amazing work ethic, and is very kind. Thanks again !

I had a leaking faucet outside and called about 5 plumbers before I was referred to Tom The Plumber.  All of the other companies charge a $50-$75 service trip fee just to come diagnose the problem.  Tom does not charge a service trip fee.

He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would be over in the next hour or two. I did not have to be home at the time of his arrival because the faucet was outside and by the time I was home from work that day the faucet was fixed and the bill was slipped under the door.  I was surprised at how reasonable and inexpensive he was.

Unfortunately, was ripped off by charging $317 for just turning on a valv for my refrigerator water which was not getting provided due to secondary valve been shut off. Felt like a rip off and explained this situation to operations manager who was super rude and was unable to justify this cost. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIR SERVICE DONE BUT CHARGED HEFTY $317 which was told is a minimum even to touch anything. WISH I HAD OPTION FOR ZERO STARS

WOW!! I wish I could give Cactus Valley Plumbing more than 5 stars, especially Ronnie! We've had multiple plumbing issues since moving into our house, and have utilized multiple companies. We called Cactus Valley Plumbing with a late evening water heater emergency and Ronnie showed up at our house in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, and trustworthy. He explained to us what happened and showed up early the following morning to replace our water heater with a new tankless system. He had everything fixed and working like new in record time. He ensured all water sources had hot water, and went over everything in detail prior to leaving. I believe that when a company continues to give outstanding service over and over it is not a coincidence but a true reflection of character.  Liberty Plumbing has come to our rescue a number of times since buying our home.  When our water heating began leaking, my wife and I called a few plumbers in the area looking for someone to help us.  Tom was very thorough when advising us on water heaters and his recommendations.  He was never pushy and had someone out the next day.  I later needed Liberty Plumbing again when I noticed a leak behind my dishwasher.  Again, problem was solved and work was excellent.  No more leaks.  My family and I recently moved and this time we had an emergency on a Saturday night.  I was changing our our washer and dryer and the pipe broke as we tried to switch out the hoses.  Again, these guys came through and took care of us when they could have easily waited until the next day given it was Saturday night.  If you want a trustworthy, honest, and thorough job done properly, call Liberty Plumbing.  Their prices are just right and very much worth the value.  My wife and I want to thank both Tom and Bill for all your outstanding hard work and dedication to serving your customers.  Truly feel blessed to have come across this great group.  Customer for life.

Victor and his Crew Did a GREAT job re-wiring my Pool Pumps and fixing MY AC unit.  Very knowledgeable and able to think on their feet as the Pool Pump Wiring was not an easy job.  They qouted me a price and stuck to it even when it didn't work the first attempt. Second attempt was great and inovative. They think out of the Box to get the job done.  I would HIGHLY recommend them for your Electrical/Air Conditioning needs.  Hope will be the first I call next time I need service done.  Thanks Victor!
