Used Dave Singletary both plumbing and irrigation services for 20 years in Surprise, Arizona.  Telephone staff is very pleasant and always inquires if this is an emergency call that needs prompt attention.  Concerned about toilet running and possible problem with roots in sewer line from Lantana outside bathroom window (had this issue in previous house also fixed by Singletary).  They sent Joey who as always was on time, well stocked truck equipped to handle needed parts.  He completed the job, cleaned up the area, asked for a reasonable price and mission accomplished.  Joey has come to my house on several calls over the years and its nice to know they have a regular staff.  Joey has always been easy to work with, competent, and organized.

Emmanuel was responsive, reasonable and communicative. Called with a late project requiring my exterior bib to be replaced as it was leaking pretty badly. Called a few places, not only did Emmanuel offer a competitive quote, he had a faster response time and fixed my problem within 4 hours of chatting. Highly recommend. Great guy and great service.

This is my second time going to Jeremy for service, both times being for my kitchen sink. He is professional, treats your situation with urgency, he is clean and handles your items with care, and is very reasonably priced. Called him out to fix what we thought was a hose bib problem and turned out we also had a problem with an anti-siphon valve. He didn't have the part at the time and said he was coming back out the following Tuesday, however there was a miscommunication and he apparently said Thursday. Well when I called the following Tuesday to find out if he was coming he stated that he had come by the previous Thursday (we weren't home) and that we would need to find another plumber because his time is valuable. I find it amusing because on his website he states most important to me is good personal customer service- giving good service and building relationships. He will be losing the business of our family members as well that have used him in the past after this situation.

George also came yesterday and installed a new garbage disposal. He was on time and quickly installed it for me. Cypress Street Plumbing is now my go to company for all my plumbing needs.

I have had several great interactions with this company. They go out of their way to assist, are always extremely prompt, and have even directed me elsewhere when it would save me money because they value my business as a long-term client.

CAUTION!  if you are expecting  QUALITY WORKMANSHIP...look elsewhere  Quick response time, pleasant to do business with, however, sorry to say skill level for something as basic as installing laminate flooring is not acceptable

I needed a couple of faucets and valves, disposal, RO, and gas cook top hooked up after kitchen remodel. Sam came the next day, was friendly, efficient, thorough and very reasonable. So happy to have found someone with good skills, and old fashioned values. I highly recommend his company and have his number saved in my contacts for future needs.

I had a leaking faucet outside and called about 5 plumbers before I was referred to Tom The Plumber.  All of the other companies charge a $50-$75 service trip fee just to come diagnose the problem.  Tom does not charge a service trip fee.

He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would be over in the next hour or two. I did not have to be home at the time of his arrival because the faucet was outside and by the time I was home from work that day the faucet was fixed and the bill was slipped under the door.  I was surprised at how reasonable and inexpensive he was.

Had a main line backup on a Friday night and Jason came out and took care of it despite the inconvenient timing.   Gave me a fair price and top notch service.   He is also a former Marine who served our country so was even happier to give him my business.   Would highly recommend 2-Sons for any plumbing work you are looking to have done.

One of the upstairs bathrooms had a consistent drip that had gotten worse over time.  Chris came out assessed the problem, went to the warehouse got the part and had it fixed before dinner time.  We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Amazing company.  Hoping they can be our place for all plumbing needs far into the future.  We would not consider another company after our excellent experience with this Liberty. What best describes them...good old fashioned customer service and integrity.  I could not say enough good things about this business.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I would definitely recommend Hope AC
