Huge thanks to Brian and Ryan and for their fast and fantastic repair of our exterior water pressure regulator. After an unexpected blow of the cheap builder installation, we had no water to the house and a huge flood in our front yard. Despite a full schedule, they were able to squeeze us in early morning so we didn't have to cancel our family vacation. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future.

Jason responded quickly and had someone out the next day to cap a sprinkler so remodeling could continue.

I had an issue with the hot water in my guest bath. Mike was able to come out to the house on short notice and fix the problem quickly. It ended up being a clogged valve but he didn't even charge me since it only took him 5 minutes. Another plus is they don't charge you just to come out to your house like some other companies do! I will definitely recommend Phend Plumbing to my family and friends.

This post is overdue, but well deserved. I have a home in Maricopa. Several months ago, I was on my way out of town for a family emergency when I noticed water flowing down the driveway, I popped the garage door and was shocked to see the water heater acting like a lawn sprinkler, spritzing water across the garage.

I shut off the water line, contained the mess, and contemplated leaving my elderly house guest without hot water for a week (it was still cold in the morning at that time). She has several medical issues and I was concerned about adding stress by disrupting her daily routines.

Frantically calling local providers, only Just Plumbing Casa Grande assured me they could respond quickly and get it done. They arrived as promised and the professional-quality repair was made quickly and at a fair and reasonable cost (around $100). Worth every cent for the relief it provided.
   
I can't promise this perfection in every case, But my experience certainly says give them a try.

Gave him a call and he was able to take a look at our kitchen sink that afternoon. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgable. Took care of the clogged sink quickly, considering the plumbing is 60 years old and was extremely clogged. Now it works like new.

Prime time! These folks are on time I am ready to assist with all your needs. Not overprice like the majority of other companies that I might know and yes they are here to serve!

I would have written this review sooner, but we've been too busy enjoying our new bathrooms!

My wife and I bought a home back in Feb.'17 and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms that included an expansion to the main bathroom by moving some walls and plumbing in an oversized laundry room.

It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there's always a problem.  With that in mind, we were very open to the following:

1) things will probably cost more as the project goes on

2) it may not be done on time

3) our living situation will not be ideal for a few weeks

And those things happened. All of them. All we could do was manage our expectations. DJ, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else.

He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted.

That last paragraph is important.

Almost as important as the finished product.

I kid you not, I was taking 2 showers a day in that first month, just because I loved being in that bathroom.

Should we ever need another remodel to our home, I've got DJ's number in my phone.

Anytime I have needed anything from bathroom installations to troubles with leaks or garbage disposals, they've been prompt to respond and have gone above and beyond to make service personalized. Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

Master rooter is great. A few months ago we had some issues with a shower backing up. They came quickly and scoped it. There were 2 things they could do, one was cheap, one wasn't. But they were super honest on us not needing the expensive fix for a few more years. We did the cheaper one and everything has been great. Just today I had a major issue with kitchen sink. Called them up, were here within 4 hours. Again, great price, no hassle, fixing the problem honestly. Happy to know I can call them for my plumbing issues!

James Hill (The Aussie Plumber) came out today and replaced two stop valves and installed a new dishwasher. He did a fantastic job!  Prompt, professional, and personable service from the first phone call throughout the entire service. I highly recommend this company. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed. Keep up the excellent work. We will definitely be calling The Aussie Plumber for any and all future needs.

After searching a few plumbing companies, I came across Al's Plumbing and I'm so glad I did! Not only did they respond quickly to my overnight water emergency, they were the most affordable as well. Alfred came out first thing in the morning, very professional and knowledgeable.  He was very friendly and eased my concerns due to my emergency being a broken main water pipe. This is an update to the busted hot water pipe under my slab:

After the locator, Tutko came to the home and proposed a solution to reroute pex piping through the attic and to rebuild the manifold ( this is where multiple pipes run off to feed kitchen, bathroom etc).

With the fault located, Tutko was able to isolate and seal off the bad pipe and restore hot water to all but the guest bath.

I was offered a date 2 days and 5 days away- we chose 5 days as that worked better for us.

AJ and Asst. Alex came at the promised time and got right to work. Informing at each stage when our water might be going off/on

Within 5 hours the new lines for both hot and cold ( just in case at my request while they were here. ) water were completed and the removed drywall taped in place. Shop vac and broom to clean up the worst of the junk.

I had not been warned that bits of copper and crud would block the aerators/filters in the downstream taps, so I had to remove and clean them.

I would call and will recommend Tutko plumbing to anyone

Absolutely the Best ! I had a problem with gas lines from my fire pit and pool heater another company came in and tried to charge me several thousands of dollars and tell me how complicated my gas situation was

Once again Hobaica Services impressed my husband and I with their quality of service. One of their employees, Jorge Valenzuela, came to install our new AC unit and was very professional. He explained our new unit and made sure it was working properly before he left. We will definitely use Hobaica Services again!

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. Family visiting and the first one that arrives has to take a cold shower!  Darryl and Paul came over the next AM, they did a great job, cleaned up, and we were back in action right away.  I try to avoid the mega-chains when possible, because they tend to flip you the middle finger if you have a problem.  Local small business owners tend to actually care about satisfaction, especially in this era of social media rating of everything.  I hope not to see them for a long time, but if I need a plumber, I know who I am calling, especially when I mainly live out of state, and need someone that I can trust without me looking over their shoulder.
