I'm not much for writing reviews. Seem's I always have something else I could be doing. However, this time I had to make the time to say a few words. I called and spoke to Ryan at Second Opinion Plumbing. I did this for a water outage because of a broken main valve. I called Ryan when I could not get help when I needed it from other providers whose names may be more well known because of commercials. Well, Ryan and Second Opinion Plumbing should have been and now will always be my first call.

Ryan was courteous and professional, arrived at my house within a couple hours, quoted me the work at a VERY reasonable rate. He did quality, expeditious work and conversed with me throughout. Gave me advice on other projects related to plumbing. Helped me with other issues I didn't even realize I had. Overall, the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

I couldn't be more pleased! Ryan, I will recommend you and your company to EVERYONE I know and meet. Thank you soooo much!

Jason responded right here in Yelp - I had never used the messages platform - so I was the slow guy.  Anyway, I do love when companies are this responsive.  Certainly helps get the job done faster.

Laurel at the front desk is so sweet! She kept me in the loop of when my plumbers would be arriving! Pete and Thomas are some great guys! They arrived and fixed my issue within 5 minutes. The whole staff is super professional! I would HIGHLY recommend Phend Plumbing to family and friends!

Just Plumbing contacts me right on time every year. They show up on time, do a great job and leave the job clean. Their personnel are very professional, and they warranty their work.

It's difficult to find trustworthy, affordable and professional repair service, but plumbing can be entirely frustrating.  Not to mention we were in a difficult situation, it was after hours and we had a flood problem that other Craig List serviceman weren't willing to work with us.  I called Freddy and immediately he let me know he could help and was honest about the quote he gave, and I could tell he knew what was going on.  Let me emphasize that it was after hours and the issue we had going on took multiple trips up and down our roof just to completely solve the riddle that was our plumbing crisis.  I even called Rotor Rooter who quoted me at a 3 hour wait time and probably 3 times the cost, Freddy arrived in about an hour.  If you are looking for a plumber who is polite (he even worked quieter to let the baby sleep), professional, prompt, and affordable then you should do yourself a favor and call Freddy.  He had the right equipment, he went above and beyond and he was very honest about what we had going on.  He even agreed to stop by later to ensure the issue was completely resolved.  I've dealt with many plumbers (big and small companies), and none of them provided this kind of service at this cost.  Freddy's plumbing comes highly recommended, I know I am going to refer my family and friends and that usually doesn't happen unless the service is truly worthwhile.

We had some contracting being done and found out that we had issues with several hose bibs and a valve.  We needed these replaced really quickly and I didn't think this was going to happen today, but Rocco responded right away and I was in luck.  He got the job done at a reasonable price and so fast there was no delay to the other work being done.  All I can say is damn!

Sad because I really wanted to use a vet-owned business but....never received a response after sending a message through Yelp AND leaving a voice message when no one answered the phone during the day I called.

I  have used Babcock Plumbing on three occasions and I am still very happy with their work. Especially their work ethic: on time, pleasant to work with, helpful and quality of work.

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

I put in a request for plumbing bids thru Yelp quotes.  My issues were clogged kitchen drain and need new backflow preventer.  Master Rooter was one of many businesses who responded to the request Yelp sends out (I have no control over who Yelp pick).  Master Rooter they could come and give me a free estimate.  When the very young redhead kid named Parker showed up (he was masked) he went up on my roof with a snake and started snaking.  I thought, it sure doesn't look like his actions up on my roof, after about free estimate.  So I told Parker it looked like he was already doing the work, when all I wanted was a free estimate.  He said something about $39 for drain clearing for first time customers, not for the estimate.  Cos another company wanted to charge me $39 for the estimate, so I got mixed up.  I said I didn't know a thing about $39 to clear a drain.  I had another appt with JNR Plumbing (I think he is unlicensed) who quoted me $300 for both replacing the backflow preventer (which other businesses quoted $497 and higher just for that alone) and clearing the drain, and I already gave JNR the job, but he couldn't come till 5 days later.  

So I said OK go ahead and clear the drain for $39, at least I don't have to not use my kitchen sink for another 5 days.  

Well Parker could not clear kitchen drain from the roof, so he had to take apart the U and put the snake in the wall under the kitchen sink.  He said my P trap was too low and deep (my neighbor didn't have the right parts, put in an extension).  Parker said he would correct it for $60.  Since he had the parts on his truck, I negotiated him down for my 70th birthday which was last Sunday to $50  He finally agreed to $50, cos he said the book says $150, but he was very reluctant.  

Oh, the $39 includes another crew that will come back with a camera to make sure the drain got cleared.  No extra charge for the camera, which Parker says is valued at $250 just for the camera visit alone.  

The $39 deal is one-time first drain clearing customer only.  He cleared my drain.  

Parker did research at my house and quoted me $425 to replace the backflow preventer.  

I was going to give a 4 star review.  But Parker was so professional and showing me how to flush my new water heater, and how I should do it every 6 months for the first 3 years, showing my water pressure was, and needs pressure regulator, and other helpful advice, like what enzyme to use in my drains to prevent clogging, I am giving 1 extra star to 5 stars for Parker.  Also getting my drain cleared without having to wait 5 days and probably pay more, is definitely worth the $39.  Parker was very polite.   I would hire him for MY business.  Also, Master Rooter came in 1 day, other plumbers told me they were backed up for 2 weeks.  

My total bill for clearing the kitchen drain, and changing the P trap to a less problematic situation only cost me $89.  Pretty good for a licensed plumber who has to support about 14 trucks.

The camera people came on Monday between 12 and 4, but they could not get the camera into the pipe where the clog was because the pipe was too narrowed and deteriorated.  Also the camera crew quoted to replace my backflow preventor, much more than what Parker quoted, like $570.  I had it done by P&L Plumbing for $350.

OUTSTANDING. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company. From the minute you call, Michelle is very kind and transparent about their services and what to expect. Franz and James showed up and were both extremely respectful, personable, and knowledgeable about the situation, all while being 100% transparent about how to fix it. Lots of other experts said it was something else. But Franz and James were the only ones to diagnose the problem! They were literally in mud and water, missed their lunch, and went above and beyond to help anyway they could. If you have a plumbing issue... these are the people you want.

I first met Al several years ago, we had just moved into a new home and the dishwasher wasn't draining so we called the home warranty company. They sent out Al, he took a good look at the drains and said it wasn't a plumbing problem, but rather a problem with the dishwasher itself, probably the drain pump....spent some time and effort to show me how well the drain was functioning etc.  I've danced with the home warranty folks before so I was ready to pay him his trip fee, he said no charge, I'm not going to charge you if I can't help you.  Right then, I knew I had found my plumber so I kept his card.  Flash forward several years, hadn't needed a plumber when suddenly my water heater starts to die.  I have a plumber!  Called Al, he gave me a quote over the phone as to the approximate price and worked me in the next day.  Everything was itemized and the bill was just under the quoted price.  Three months later, one of the plastic fittings on my water softener (from one of the big plumbing co.) cracked and started spraying water...of course it was just out out of warranty...I have a plumber!  Al came out and instead of replacing a plastic piece with another plastic piece (said he could, but wouldn't do in his house), he built the fitting out of copper, should last forever. I'm just waiting for the other fitting to go.  When we recently changed our Game Room into a real office for my wife, he came out and closed off a drain and water lines that had gone to the bar....no drips in his solders, top notch!  Al is personable, honest, and really cares about doing the job right.  If you need a plumber (and at some point you will) give Al a call. Then, you will have a plumber too!

Woke up to a load popping noise this morning. We instantly thought it was a pipe busting and began researching what to do next. At about 9am I saw a bunch of water coming down the roof area flooding into the backyard. I called Tutko plumbing at  around 9am and spoke with Al the owner, buy 10am AJ and Alex were here working on the roof. I am so pleased with their great service and happy to know that from now on Tutko Plumbing will be my first call for any of my plumbing needs. They came highly recommended by some moms in the moon valley area and we will highly recommend them as well.

Huge Shout out to BOYDCO PLUMBING!  Rhonda is the personality that answers the phone; ALWAYs!  It's such a joy to have a friendly, human voice to be able to set the time for my plumbing issue!  Danny is the actual plumber and he shows up to work at the time that Rhonda promises!  It's amazing that they can be so Danny-On-The-Spot!!!  My only comment is that Danny is too thin to have a Plumber's Crack; but he's skinny enough to get to those hard to reach places; under sinks and in attics!  I'm a Realtor, and I have to refer trades to clients all the time.  I actually have folks calling me after the work is done to say, Thanks for such a great referral!  I'm just glad to help, and so are my pals at BOYDCO.

Dan and his team were fantastic! Communication with them was easy, workmanship was amazing, and their price was the most competitive. I would use them again!

Always great service from Hobaica. The team is so friendly and knowledgeable. I've used them for AC services and just recently plumbing too. I got a text message of the tech's name and photo after he confirmed his arrival time. This is a really great security feature. Quite awesome actually. I've never had that with any other company.  Terrill J was great and had such a sunny disposition. He's great with customers and easily fixed our plumbing issue.

I'm beyond amazed with how responsive and easy this whole experience was for my parents. From the very beginning they helped us with getting exactly what we needed at a great price and a reasonable completion time that saved us from months of headaches. Best in the business and I plan on recommending them to anyone who needs them in the future!

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
