I called Second Opinion on a Sunday afternoon to fix a in hole leak on my main water line. Austin asked for me to send some pictures and provided me with a quote over the phone. He came within the hour and did a fantastic job! A true gentleman and professional. Less than half the price of some other quotes I got. He even told me what to check for a water heater issue I had.

It's great to know there's still plumbing folks out there that give a fair price and great service. Second Opinion is the first and only opinion I need.

Jason responded quickly and had someone out the next day to cap a sprinkler so remodeling could continue.

Couldn't find a better plumber anywhere. Pete and his team a reliable clean and fair priced. His guys do a great job and you get what you pay for. Some of the bigger box brand names just seem like they're trying to make a sale and pull the wool over your eyes. Rainforest/Parker. Rip off shops Pete is legit. His guys even offered to wear booties and gloves and masks in the house I didn't have to ask.Left the place cleaner than when they started. Is that enough good things to convince you they're awesome

Great service, they clean up after and the warranty is awesome! What more could you want? Oh, fair prices? They have those too! Justin and his team are very pleasant to work with. Sad because I really wanted to use a vet-owned business but....never received a response after sending a message through Yelp AND leaving a voice message when no one answered the phone during the day I called.

Babcock Plumbing is a reliable, dependable, HONEST, professional, affordable plumbing company!  We called for assistance and they were here within a couple of hours!  We had another Plumbing company gives us a free estimate before calling Babcock..  Babcock saved us over half the amount for the same repair!  This is a very honest company!!! They are knowledgeable and highly professional!  They fixed our issue seamlessly!  We are forever using Babcock Plumbing and will refer them to family and friends!  They will take care of you!!

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I was compelled. From the moment I contacted Master Rooter until the day of job completion, I experienced a consistent degree of professionalism, truthfulness and responsiveness not often seen in this industry. When a plumbing fiasco happens, it's easy to get overwhelmed, but the team Master Rooter has put together speaks to its commitment to deliver a service that sets itself apart from the competition.

It began with a backup in both my bathrooms and the laundry room. I reached out to Master Rooter and Donny Bailey was quick to arrive. Donny was obviously there to do a job, but his knowledge far exceeded the task at hand and the manner in which he carried himself and presented information instilled trust. After snaking the pipes to get me back up and running, he felt there was a bigger issue at play and so he said he'd come back to do a camera scoping. When scoped, it was clear there was a collapse in my sewer line (i.e. worse case scenario) so he walked me through the recommendation to replace it and spoke to what could be typically expected with regards to insurance coverage. His knowledge on plumbing seemed indisputable, but more importantly, the way in which he presented things was simple to grasp and made me feel confident things would go according to plan.

Next step...breaking ground. When Ry Corral, the assigned Project Manager, came with his team, he was extremely professional, succinct, and layman in his explanation of scope and timing for completion; 4 days. Dustin Lange, the Master Foreman (i.e. team leader) on the job, was equally badass and professional. Over the next 4 days, he and his team replaced all the sewer lines under my house using technology that allowed for creating holes in just a few areas in the foundation vs. trenching the entire length. At the end of the 4th day, the line was replaced and the holes were closed up.

In summary...and as strange as it may sound...dealing with Master Rooter has actually been a pleasure. I'm sure there are countless plumbing companies who could get the job done, but it's about the how that makes the difference. Master Rooter is technology forward-thinking, which is something else I really appreciate, but their approach to customer service is what truly sets them apart and I recommend them with confidence.

The Aussie Plumber really saved the day last week during an emergency without breaking the bank! Sewage drain backed up while hosting out-of-town guest for a birthday celebration. Never experienced this sort of thing before. The gal that answered the phone was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable.  Received text messaging confirming appointment, technician, arrival times, and other updates all the way through completion. Troy arrived on the scene within 2 hours and was very professional and courteous. Provided an affordable estimate and backed it up later with camera footage to show where the tree roots had busted through the pipes and another area of concern. Troy worked hard for more than 2 hours to clear the problem areas and ensured each interior drain was unobstructed to the main city connection.  The owner, James, also came by to assist and was just as pleasant and knowledgeable.  Thank you Aussie Plumber for getting rid of the ick and allowing the celebration to continue.  Highly recommend these folks for any plumbing needs!

Called Al's Plumbing in the morning because the water was linking from the last before and still leaked after shutting off the valve.  He came came 3 hours of me calling.  He stopped the water leak, replaced the hardware, and this other piece.  Price was higher than I expected but he show up quickly, masked, and professional.

We called tutko plumbing. They came out the same day and completed all four of our projects in a timely manner. the charge was reasonable. we are very pleased with their service and their work. We highly recommend them.
Only one negative, they didn't wear masks for Covid.

Huge Shout out to BOYDCO PLUMBING!  Rhonda is the personality that answers the phone; ALWAYs!  It's such a joy to have a friendly, human voice to be able to set the time for my plumbing issue!  Danny is the actual plumber and he shows up to work at the time that Rhonda promises!  It's amazing that they can be so Danny-On-The-Spot!!!  My only comment is that Danny is too thin to have a Plumber's Crack; but he's skinny enough to get to those hard to reach places; under sinks and in attics!  I'm a Realtor, and I have to refer trades to clients all the time.  I actually have folks calling me after the work is done to say, Thanks for such a great referral!  I'm just glad to help, and so are my pals at BOYDCO.

Did I just win the lottery or what?  Well, maybe not winning  in the traditional sense, but my experience with these three companies was close enough:  Knockout Plumbing, Preferred Choice Restoration and Elite Roofing and Remodeling.  

My journey with these companies started when a galvanized water pipe burst in the crawl space of my 1935 home in one of Phoenix' historic neighborhoods.  

Initially I contacted Knockout Plumbing.  Since the water damage to the bathroom was extensive, they referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration.   Sarah immediately eased my concerns and within two hours sent Cameron out to access the damage and assist with the next steps.  I was immediately impressed with his understanding, professionalism and knowledge.  His crew came out quickly to set up fans and start the demo work to avoid any health issues.  I was equally impressed with Dan, who handled the water mitigation with my insurance company, and with Mark, who processed the restoration estimates.  Mark also subcontracted the reconstruction of my bathroom and hardwood floors with Justin at Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

The plumbing work was completed by Knockout Plumbing - thanks to Joey and Cody!  Because the floor was already opened up, I decided to have the entire house replumbed.  Dan scheduled everything and Josh completed the work!  I also spoke with Diana a few times and she was awesome!

When it comes to Elite Roofing and Remodeling, I cannot thank Justin enough for the outstanding work he and his team did.  They were exceptional to work with and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined.

These companies worked in perfect harmony with each other and with me as well.  Each process was thoroughly explained and delivered on time.  Although they are three different companies, they share some common goals and expectations which their employees embodied and made them dream teams to work with:  produce quality work, strive for excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend that you at least consider contacting any one of these companies for plumbing, water mitigation and/or restoration.  In the end, I'm confident that you will feel as though you've won the lottery when your project is completed, too.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Family visiting and the first one that arrives has to take a cold shower!  Darryl and Paul came over the next AM, they did a great job, cleaned up, and we were back in action right away.  I try to avoid the mega-chains when possible, because they tend to flip you the middle finger if you have a problem.  Local small business owners tend to actually care about satisfaction, especially in this era of social media rating of everything.  I hope not to see them for a long time, but if I need a plumber, I know who I am calling, especially when I mainly live out of state, and need someone that I can trust without me looking over their shoulder.
