When we bought our house two years ago, it had been rented and then was vacant for a few months. Upon move in, we noticed some bugs, spiders, scorpions, etc and knew we needed help. I called around and liked what I heard after talking with Austin. He did a thorough inspection, explained the pest situation as we have a lot of palm trees. He did a great job and continues to do so every month. He's as courteous as he is knowledgeable. We rarely see a pest anymore, but if one should appear, we call and Austin responds promptly to re-treat. Also, we have dogs and Power Strike is pet friendly. We're super happy with this service.

Austin was excellent!  He texted when he was 20 minutes away, showed up on-time, talked to us about trouble spots, and did a very thorough job.  Most of our problems have been outside, but he sprayed inside as well.  I found him to be affordable, professional, and thorough!

Austin answered my call right away, gave me a very reasonable estimate for an ant problem I have had for a few days. He came as he said, on time. Since the ants were both outside my house and inside my pantry, he thoroughly sprayed outside and left 2 baits inside the pantry after explaining very well everything that he was going to do and said that in 4 days for sure they would be gone. As he told me, pretty soon the ants went in droves to the baits and the following morning they were completely gone! Much earlier (less than 24 hours) than the 4 days timeline! Since then be it outside or inside I haven't seen one ant. I am a very happy camper.

Austin is a very professional and personable young man who knows his job and does it in an excellent manner. Frankly I prefer to give my business to small companies rather than large ones as in the past those large companies really didn't come through for me. That's the reason why I chose him over others while looking on Yelp!

I've lived in Chandler for over 10 years and have had several different companies help with scorpions and bugs.  But Power Strike is the best hands down!!!  We were having an issue with ants.  They treated once and came back a second time at no cost to make sure our issue was handled.  If you are having problems with critters of any kind I recommend Power Strike Pest Control.  Great, intelligent, friendly service.

We were with one of the 'big named' pest control companies before we switched over to power strike about 2 years ago, and SO happy we made the decision to change companies. The owner, Austin, is fabulous, knows his stuff and is always the one to come out. He is very responsive as well, so if we have any random issues he comes out right away. Power Strike is the BEST pest control company that I have ever experienced working with in Chandler, AZ.  Austin really knows and understands the bug/pest control business and I recommend his services to everyone I know.  Very dependable and personalized services offered.  For example, my daughter lives in an area that is highly populated with scorpions.  She used a well known pest control company prior to Power Strike and did not notice a difference.  After she began using Power Strike it was very apparent that this company/owner knows what they are doing to alleviate pest problems.  To date, if she see's ONE scorpion or spider she is terrified and Austin has personally come out to to her property to ensure that she is happy.  Now she rarely see's any terrifying pests, which of course makes her mother happy (as I do not receive calls from her or my grandchild about being scared anymore)! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
