I have been a customer of Scorpion Specialists since having them seal my home.  I have the annual inspection performed and am very pleased with their professionalism, efficiency and thorough work.  The owner and technicians are highly knowledgable and provide excellent customer service.  They communicate very effectivly and provide prompt and courteous service!
Most of all, the initial scorpion situation is under control and brings me much peace of mind!

Robert did a great job explaining the process and showing me everything he did. He made recommendations based on what I truly needed. I definitely felt like he took care of us!

Great customer service from Chris who personally answered and responded to my calls. He accommodated my urgency for literally next day service. The guys that showed up (Tommy and a new guy) were very courteous, professionally and for the most part quite thorough in their job of sealing our house.

It is now almost a year later and the sealing job was quite thorough except for a few spots that I've had my husband do after we found one scorpion in a place where it could not have come from anywhere else but from behind the bathroom cabinet (gaps in the sheet rock behind the cabinets, thank you shitty home builders for such piss poor work).

My only wish is that they had sealed the walls inside my garage, no not the garage door itself, but the walls inside my garage.  They said that they don't do that.  That was kind of lame to me being that they didn't do that... but they did the rest and so far, almost 99% sealed them out.

Super professional and really great communication. We have been scorpion free for years.  I never see any inside only dead around the parameters. Linda one of the employees is always making sure to warn me when she is on the way so that I can open the garage and get the best spray. Thank you for your great service.

Yes I stand behind this company. They sealed our home over 4 or 5 years ago - best thing we have ever done!! We have never seen a scorpion or even any bug or spider in this house. They seal light switches, the calk around all ceiling fans and air registers. They put new rubber door sweeps on on our doors. They even calked around the whole outside of the perimeter of our home along the bottom of the house where it meets the slab. I can't tell you how thoroughly they seal everything up. Give them a call to get an estimate. Please tell them I referred you.  we use them monthly to spray our yard and garages.

After moving to south Gilbert from Tempe I noticed something I'd never seen in my previous home... scorpions!! Eek. These guys have been amazing and come monthly to make sure my house is scorpion free! I haven't seen one since using their service! Thank you so much!

Ricky has done an amazing job with both getting rid of our scorpion and black widow problem, AND preventing their return. I knew that we were in for trouble when developers started to disturb the land across the street, but I never expected how fast, or how prolific the problem would become. We had every size bark scorpion showing up in our yard, in the garage, and in the house - even on the second story! Rickey has made a fantastic effort to spare the non-target insects, while making my home safe for my kids. We really couldn't be happier!

Off to a bad start.  Told I had an appointment next day then owner (I assume) text me the night before they've changed my appointment three weeks out.  I understand emergencies that come up and pushing out a day or two but three weeks?

I moved into my Gilbert home April 2016.  That summer I killed 8 scorpions inside my home, 3 in the garage and 60 in my backyard!  I was ready to move out! I found Scorpion Specialist online Feb 2017 and they gave me a great price to seal my entire home, inside and out.  

The summer of 2017 I had NO scorpions in my home.  

Scorpion Specialists come out once year to inspect the seals and patch up any areas where the seal might be broken.  I also get the monthly spray service to the outside of my home April thru October and only saw 4 scorpions outside the entire summer of 2017! I am hoping for another problem free year! This is a great company and has truly solved my scorpion problem. Thank you Chris!

I initially had Scorpion Specialists out to complete a full house scorpion prevention system; with barriers and sealant. Since then, they've been out every month to do pest control services on the exterior of the home and they're always on time and perform the job to perfection.

I highly recommend their services.

What a class act Chris is!!!  I live so far away, in an area it's just not feasible for him to service  he was great to talk to. Helped me WAY more than anyone would with knowing he wasn't going to make a sale. Honest guy. Absolutely understands excellent customer service. Even made some recommendations for my unique situation knowing I was outside of his service area I would easily recommend him to anyone. Hands down.

I waited to wrote my review because I wanted to be SURE that everything was good. Well, it is! We bought our house last year and it was infested with scorpions. I am native to Phoenix but have not had a problem like this before. I got stung, they were everywhere! One night we went out to dinner and came home. Before we turned the lights on we went around the first floor with a black light. We found babies everywhere just hanging out on the tile. I am surprised that I was the only unfortunate one in our family that got stung. Keep in mind at this point we had 2 different pest control companies coming at the same time, to no avail. Once the weather cooled off I knew we had to do something. I started researching having our home sealed. Our home is quite large so it was going to be an investment. Scorpion Specialists was not the cheapest but they were far from the most expensive and they seemed to be the most thorough. The owner was straight forward and confident he could handle our problem. He sent 2 guys out a couple weeks after I called. They were at our house for 2 full days sealing it up. Not only did they seal it, but they taught me what I needed to do. They didnt hide any secret sealing techniques. I appreciated that because a few days after they left I found a few small areas that were passed over (my house is big so I expected to find a few areas) and I was able to take care of those areas myself. They said they would come back if I found any areas that were missed but I didn't need them to because they were quick fixes. Also, the knowledge I gained was priceless. Fast forward this summer- not one scorpion in our house! Our glue traps have been empty for MONTHS. In the garage we used to replace them weekly. I am shocked at the difference. They come monthly to spray as well. This is the best money we have ever spent! I will never use anyone else ever again.

Chris and his team are truly the best! After seeing several scorpions in my house during the early Spring months (this was before it even got hot out!), I was concerned about how many more I would come across when the season truly started. One of my neighbors recommended Chris and he did a complete walk-through with me and I decided on getting my place sealed with monthly sprays. It has been three months so far and no scorpions! We moved here 5 years ago and saw scorps allot!  One is too many for me.  We had them in the house, garage and pool.   After finding 2 in the kitchen cupboards that have no access to the outside we contacted Scorpion Specialists on a referral.   Best choice we ever made.  After their first spray 3 years ago I have not had one scorp in my house.  The stuff they use WORKS!!!  Superior customer service, superior people.  They are my scorp prevention family!   Absolutely the best!!!!

I was excited to move into our lovely 3 bedroom house but unknowingly it came with Scorpions galore!!! Mr O'Brien was understanding to our situation and has taken care of us with professionalism ever since. I have used a few other companies unsuccessfully before moving here; one was Blue Sky, and our pets would vomit yellow following their treatments, they stained the tile in the master bedroom and alas didn't get rid of the bugs either. This company is family owned and treats you like a friend as they worked with me adjusting my their schedules to suit me yet still maintain treatment. I recommend them 100%.

I have used this company for years. I am not easy to please. I have seen one scorpion in my home since starting service with them after bringing a package in from outside.  They immediately sent a team out to respray inside and out and ease my concerns. Three years ago, we were seeing three scorpions a week in our house.  After Scorpion Specialists sealed the house, that number has gone down to ZERO!  We continue to have Scorpion Specialists spray outside monthly and have been extremely pleased.  And it's comforting to not have pesticides being sprayed inside our home - that wasn't working anyway!  We recommend this company to everyone we meet.

After several years of going through many pest control companies and getting minimal results, I decided to look for yet another pest control service. I had a specific company for close to 5 years, but after finding scorpions in my home on a weekly basis I needed to get results. I was referred to Scorpion Special by a family member that had pretty serious scorpion issues, so I decided to give them a call.

The first step they took was to seal the house to keep not only scorpions, but most other bugs out. The initial cost might have some sticker shock to some people, but it is well worth it. During the process they explained everything they were doing and when completed they'll walk you through you through your home and give details on all the work done. I can say that this might be the most effective part of their service since I never seen a scorpion, roach, cricket, etc... from the time it was done.

After the initial sealing, I went with monthly spraying. They notify me everytime they are going to be coming out to spray and from what I can see, there are less things around the outside of my house. I see an occasional earwig or two, but not much more than that. The previous company was not only ineffective, but I caught them a couple times skipping my back yard altogether and lying about it on the receipt they would leave. Scorpion Specialist has always been thorough and the proof is in the results!

We had our house sealed five months ago and we haven't seen a scorpion since! I highly recommend this company.

We used Scorpion Specialists last September 2017 after finding 20 scorpion in our house. We even had one fall out of the air duct right on my wife. Now it's been one year and not a single scorpion in our house. We do have them spay the house every month and they do a great job. I would HIGHLY recommended this company, I am really amazed not to have any scorpion.

The owner has always been very informative and professional, he clearly knows what he is doing. He is always on time and his product is very effective. We have irrigation at our home and Chris always leaves us some sort of a granule for after our irrigation comes in because that is when we would typically see the scorpions. We would recommend him to anyone having scorpion problems!

A friend referred us to Scorpion Specialists. They are very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We had our home sealed by them after finding scorpions in our home and have not found one inside since. We have found a handful outside over the past year but most were dead thanks to the bi monthly spraying we receive from them. Thanks for keeping the scorpions away and guaranteeing your work! It's always nice to work with a company that guarantees their work 100% and at no additional cost either.

I reached out to Chris in February of 2018 after my wife got stung by a scorpion in our bed. We've had our house professionally sprayed for 8 years and never saw a dead scorpion, only live ones inside and out, so I wanted to try a different direction. Chris and his team came out and sealed the inside of the house, exterior, garage and block wall. He also sprays 1-2 times a month with some miracle chemicals. Chris has asked me several times to write a review, and without going through a summer, I couldn't be as honest as I wanted to be. With that said, we are 8 months in and have been extremely happy. We have spent the last few years wearing slippers in the house and checking the inside with a black light every night before bed. We now feel comfortable not checking and walking without slippers. Even our glue traps that would have 3-5 a month have been empty all summer. His crew is polite, on time and always willing to help. Keep up the good work.

I contacted this company after paying a different company to seal my house. I revert purchased a home in Queen Creek and it had scorpions inside. I was seeing them consistently and lucky for me they were mostly in the master bedroom.

I paid the original company to seal my home. However, after sealing there was no relief. When I contacted the prior company they continued to blame the issue on my neighbor and also stated that I needed to give it time. Unhappy with that answer o contacted Scorpion Specialists. The owner spent almost an hour on the phone with me talking over the different things that could be going on that was still contributing to the problem and listening to me complain because I was frustrated. He had someone come out the next week. The two gentleman that came to my home were GREAT. They were able to show me the things that the original didn't do correctly as well as the additional services their company offers that would help to aid in the resolution to my problem. Mind you all the stuff Scorpion Specialists offer as their normal seal is much much more than the original company and it would have costed the same price.

Needless to say I am hopeful that the re-seal is going to work as I haven't seen anything since they completed the job! Excellent customer service and very detail oriented.
