Bye Bye Bugs Pest Control

I've had the pleasure of three visits so far from this company and my technician, David is very polite and very courteous. He's extremely prompt, and I appreciate him arriving within the time window given.

Needed some quick relief over a long-standing weed problem that had become dire because of foxtails. Told them that whatever they did, it needed to be pet-friendly. They accommodated every concern and found a time in my schedule to get the job done.  They told me I'd see results in about 2 days. Started seeing a difference in 2 hours! Since then, they've come back for maintenance, and were very receptive along the way. They've got my business for this and exterminating from now on.

Love love love Bye Bye Bugs.  They are consistent, flexible and always have been easy to deal with.  We have been using them almost 3 years and started using them after we moved into a new house and found some scorpions and I freaked out.  We haven't had any problems since we've had Bye Bye Bugs spraying.  Our home also backs up to an empty field and one spring we had a million of these little bugs coming over from the field, Bye Bye Bugs was flexible in coming out and taking care of them and all the bugs were gone within a day.  George is the best and is polite and always makes sure he is covering everything.  We use them for pest and weed control and are extremely happy.  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family owned, reliable, and fairly priced pest/weed control company.

I received a flyer from Bye Bye Bugs on my front door. I called them and
set an appointment for Thursday evening to come take a look at the yard as I was interested in their full package including Pest Control, Landscape, and Weed maintenance. Skyler came out to assess our house. He was nice and prompt. After spending almost an hour reviewing Skyler advised me that he would have called quote to me Friday or Monday at the very latest.
So far everything is perfect, this company is based out of Vistancia just blocks from my house, Skyler spoke highly of the company which was started by his sister and Brother-in-law, he was nice, prompt and seemed knowledgeable.
That was the last we have heard from this company. I called the following Wednesday and Thursday to find out what happened. All I was able to do is leave a message on Wednesday and didn't bother leaving one on Thursday.
Why solicit business in your own neighborhood just to be flaky and waste everyone's time.

Bye Bye Bugs is a fantastic pest control company. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. I've been using them since we purchased our home and everything has been great. Their customer service is on point and staff is very friendly. George is awesome and usually services our place, he's courteous and will ask you if there is anything they should know about. They do inside, outside, weeds and termites. So they are a well rounded choice. When they spray the outside of my property they do not hold back, everything is thoroughly coated in all the right places. Use Bye Bye Bugs!!

Just wanted to share an extremely bad experience I've had with this company. My wife called to schedule an appointment to get a house sprayed we just purchased as were wanting to spray the inside before we move in. Apparently there was a miscommunication somewhere because we wrote down Friday the 22 for our appointment but Thursday night we stop by the house we haven't moved into and see a bill on the door hat charged our account. I called to get the inside rescheduled and spoke with the owner/scheduler Christina. This woman is the most rude, angry person who could have easily just rescheduled but began yelling at me saying I called your wife yesterday now, we answer our phones every time even for those this is a final attempt calling about your student loans with no loans type of people. We were at the Home Depot purchasing so EASILY could've ran back to the house to open the door. Anyways I told Christina we had no missed calls and she turned it into an opportunity to say tell you're accusing me of not calling when you were the ones who didn't answer the door. Uhhhh, okay because it was written down wrong and we didn't get any communication... so I told the woman all we're trying to do is reschedule because we want the inside sprayed and advised her she needs to calm down because she's at work not me, I'M THE CUSTOMER bringing her business... ok so we get through that little spat and she says okay I'll schedule Thursday the 29th I went to look at the calendar to see the 29th was on a Friday!  So I tell her, maybe that's why my wife wrote Friday on our calendar. This woman hung up and won't answer my calls. So since I didn't get the service I was looking for, and by the looks of her not answering probably WONT get the service i was looking for corrected I'd tell everyone to run, run as far away as you can!

Pest control companies can be such a hassle to deal with. Bye Bye Bugs however works like no other. Flexible with schedule, set on pricing (that's well beyond fair), and easy for last minute appointments. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. No bugs!

I bought a groupon for this company and I am so happy I signed up for their monthly service! James was my service tech and he did a great job and was very knowledgable on my silly bug questions. I will refer a ton of business. Great company!
