i have used ambassador pest control for routine pest control at my house for years and they are always amazing!   very easy to schedule with, their prices are fantastic and they always arrive on time and complete the service quickly and do a very thorough job

my favorite ambassador visit was when they came in to remove a beehive that appeared overnight!!  they are ALL about safety and made sure to schedule the beehive removal the day after i called.  i was so thankful that they responded so quickly and made sure even the dead space between my ceiling and roof was cleared out since some of the bees had made their way in.  they did great and got them all!!!   price for the service was great too, they definitely have the best prices around for the excellent service they provide.  

i know that they also provide olive tree spraying and termite services.  i have not had to use either, however, i know who to call if i need that!  they do not push you to sign contracts and have a very fast response time.

Great service and great value!  I saw a couple big huge evil cockroaches on my patio and called Ambassador Pest control before they or their friends found a way into my house.  They got me on the schedule for the next day, and I was told the technician would arrive between 1-3pm.  About 1:05, Johnny rang the doorbell. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and did the job. I appreciated the information he provided.  The price is very reasonable, and I appreciated that he arrived so close to the given time frame.

We had a bees nest in the tree in our front yard. Called Ambassador and they were out the next morning to take care of the situation. They found over 1,000 bees and killed them as well as sealing up the nest. They were efficient and got the job accomplished. So thankful as we live near a park and a school. We were worried about kids in the neighborhood being stung.  Thank you so much for getting the job done.

They have poor service, not friendly at all. Plus, I have had my weeds done several times by different companies. This is the only one I saw using round up, the same thing that you buy at Walmart or Home Depot instead of the professional grade. Very disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! It's a ripoff.

A reply a month later? Really! I've moved on to a better company. Thanks but no thanks. Terminx there great company!

Ambassador Pest Control came out to our newly purchased house & treated it for termites. They did it the right way by digging a trench all the way around the house, drilling holes in the foundation, & shooting the chemicals in the holes instead of how some companies do it by just dumping the chemicals into the trench. The personnel were very professional & knew what they were doing. If you have a home with termite trouble or are purchasing a home I would highly recommend this company without hesitation or doubt.

After experiencing pest problems that were never resolved with other companies, I found Ambassador Pest Control several years ago.  They rid my home of the pest problem and I use them for my routine maintenance.  The owner takes the time to visit my home to make sure the services were done to his standards.  The tech's are always on time, professional, knowledgeable and take care of my home as if as it was their own.  I like that that there aren't contracts and that they do not push any unnecessary services or products.

We have been using Ambassador Pest Control for over 15 years. We have always been happy with their monthly service. Recently they came out to deal with roof rats reported in our neighborhood. The technicians were very helpful and thorough. We would recommend these guys to anyone!!! We have also had them out to remove a bee hive. Always prompt and friendly.

I called Saturday afternoon about a bee hive and they were here in a few hours.  They told me what to expect and came early Sunday to take care of it!  Amazing customer service!!!! I will definitely use them again.

Very professional and courteous. I don't know much about the company or how it operates, but if Brian is a direct representation of the company, its outstanding. He's been to my house for initial spray, then follow up. Clean, professional, very nice. Ask for this guy.

They are nice people and very friendly. Wasted no time in calling me back and setting up my appointment. The guys was on time to my house to do the inspection. However, I expected a little more than just looking at hole that rodent created and assuming that whole house was infested. Honestly, before quoting me what would turn out to be around $350 - $400, I would have appreciated if he would have looked around a little more to make sure it was actually necessary. Then I would have been more likely to accept the quote and hire them for this service and others. So I am giving them 3 stars. I am sure they are a great company and do great work, just the first impression did not make me feel comfortable with them.

I needed a termite inspection in a hurry for VA and called Ambassador.  I left a message after hours and Frank called back with in 10 minutes.They had Jesus at my house to do the inspection and got me the paper work right away.   Both gentleman I dealt with were very professional.  I really appreciated the speedy service and how knowledgeable both guys were.

Wow! What great service! I ended up with a years worth of service with Ambassador after a bidding on a silent action at a charitable event called the Festival of the Trees.  On time, friendly, attention to detail and a professional clean serviceman ... what more could a person ask for?  Thanks!

I would highly recommend Ambassador to anyone.  We had a beehive take residence in the ceiling of our master bedroom.  Ambassador came out the next morning to access the situation.  They gave us a thorough explanation of what was happening, how they entered the house and provided different ways of dealing with the bees.  We decided to remove the honeycomb because we wanted to get rid of the issue permanently.  They made sure the house was safe for me and my dogs while they worked in the bedroom to remove the honeycomb.  They were quick, knowledgeable, very friendly and most importantly very honest.  They left the house cleaner than they found it.  They explained every step of the process as they were about to do it so I knew what was going on.  They are definitely experts in this field.  I will be using their services again.

I had a client call Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend trapped in her car because crazy bees had taken over her house. No pest company she knew could come until Tuesday due to the holiday. I gave her Ambassador's information and someone was out that afternoon and took care of her bee issue. She was grateful and I was so impressed. Ambassador has provided great routine service to my home and office, they do specialize in bees, scorpions, roof rats, pigeons. If you have a pest---they really are the best.

Ambassador provides us pest and weed control at our office building. They are friendly and responsive. We have had a lot of rain this year and the weed control has worked wonders. We have used Ambassador for weeds for years.  They are always professional, courteous, and on top of things.  We have also used them for routine maintenance regarding pests - also always professional, courteous and on top of things.  While we have always been beyond happy with their services, they absolutely amazed us this week with their amazing customer service, and stellar work.  We had some serious issues with tenants abandoning our rental property.  There were 2 refrigerators left full of food with no power on at the house.  Our haul away/cleaning company that we hired (who usually cleans refrigerators as part of their service) was unwilling to touch them after seeing and smelling them.  He was only willing to haul them away - but no clean out at all.  Ambassador was willing to take the necessary steps to safely, and efficiently clean these refrigerators.  They not only had to deal with a bug issue with them, but a mold issue as well, and had to deal with the nasty food left. They quickly sent technicians who manned up and got the job done.  The refrigerators looked, and smelled like new when they were done.  They were quick, and saved us a TON of money by not needing to replace them.  Our cleaning guy called us to tell us how floored he was, and ask us who did it.  He is now planning on potentially using them with any tough jobs he may encounter in the future.  Ambassador was also quick to assure us that as soon as the house was ready, they would be over to ensure any and all pest issues would be taken care of in order to have it rent ready for us.  Thank you Ambassador!!!  #customerforlife
