I called Matthew after reading reviews posted here and the praise was well-deserved.  My husband and I have some health issues now and could not keep up with our yard.  Matthew did a fantastic job getting it back in order.  The price he quoted for the amount of work needed was fair and reasonable (notice I didn't say cheap).  The amount of work needed to be done was extensive and labor intensive and he did all of the pruning work himself - no chainsaws or indiscriminate hacking away at my trees and shrubs that other landscapers have done.  In this case, I believe you get what you pay for - Matthew is an arborist so he has the necessary training/skills to do what is best for plants.

I have contacted probably eight separate lawn service companies in the Scottsdale area to take care of my yard. Most of them never get back to me, and the ones who do ask for an absurd amount of money for my small yard.

I have spoken to Jeremy several times over the phone and he is always pleasant and professional. He also charged me less than HALF of what another lawn care company had quoted me. While other companies insisted that I receive bi-weekly care at exorbitant prices with guaranteed minimums that are way beyond our needs, Jeremy recommended monthly service at a much lower rate and with reasonable man hours.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Where other lawn companies have flaked, not shown up consistently, over charged, or failed to even call me back, Bim's has been reliable and fair.

Showed up on time and had very creative insights. Reasonably priced and the crew showed attention to detail I have not experienced with any other landscape companies. I'd recommend her to anyone. :)

Danny was very quick to respond and was the best price by far for trimming 2 palm trees. He was done in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

Madelyn came by on super short notice and took care of our shrubs that were in our pool thanks to a storm. A+ Service, super friendly!!

I had a very hard time finding someone to just call me back, however, Jacob not only called me back, but was able to come out and fix my broken valve within 24 hours.  He was very knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being told I needed more work than was necessary.  
For the quality of work, he was very, very reasonably priced.  I will defiantly be using Jacob again.

Our HOA parking lot had broken curbing at the entrance.  Mike and his team were out yesterday and did a great job. Arrived on time and got about 100' of curbing done in 2 hours. The complex looks great again.

Wonderful service, fast replies. Will definitely contract again. I asked for gravel service and they were so quick to get the job done. My front yard looks amazing.

I had a barbeque and travertine pavers installed by Lone Star Landscaping. I couldn't be happier with the finished job and service I received.

Tyler did such an amazing job pruning our palm tree for us! He was so polite, easy to get in contact with, and very quick. I would love to use this company again for any future landscaping needs.

We bought a new home in Prescott and needed complete landscaping for both the front and back yards.  After getting quotes from three companies, we contracted with Yavapai Landscaping for three main reasons.  First, and foremost, was their responsiveness.  Ted Ferris, the sales representative, was extremely responsive and prompt with providing us an estimate and a professional landscaping drawing showing the design concept.  He was always very polite and professional.  Second, the quote they provided was very competitive and in line with the others we received.  Lastly, in comparing the end results of other homes they landscaped in our neighborhood, as compared with others, they have a distinctly different aesthetic in their design and final results.  They just simply look nicer.  I would like to particularly point out that their installation crew is utterly amazing!  They worked hard each and every day from sun up to sun down and rarely even took a break.  They are the hardest workers I have ever seen.  They completed our installation in three and a half days!  I highly recommend this company.  They are great!

Miguel did great work at first, he was with me for three months. Maintaining my business landscaping, and doing great work. I pay him $140 a visit, and according to my cameras his crew is on site never longer than 24 minutes. That equates to $350 per hour, a hefty price but well worth it in my opinion, for great work.

However in my most recent experience I found not only has his work changed, he personally has become very rude. After this service I found that there were hundreds of grass blades and weeds coming through the desert landscape that had not been handled during their service. I reached out to Miguel via text and asked that he send his crew out again to address the grass/weeds. He quickly called to tell me that he sprayed them himself so he knows they were already handled. I asked, shouldn't they be turning color and dying 5 days later, he said Yes the spray must not have worked and that he's not sure why. He agreed to come back out and respray.
The next morning I receive an angry text that says This is the first and the last time I will be doing this I spray this morning and the little rain we got this morning wash out the product tomorrow I will stop by again tomorrow and spray next time I will charge you for doing this.

I decided to call Miguel since text can lead to misunderstandings, and angry words. Miguel answered very rudely, treating me like I had done something wrong, not like I was his client! He was talking over me, and told me it was not his fault that the product didn't work, and that he doesn't need customers acting like BLEEPS... Gasp, I ended the call with saying that it's time to cease our relationship goodbye.

I am not sure what has happened to Miguel Espinosa and his landscaping and Irrigation Business, however I do know this, Poor, Rude behavior, accompanied by attacking and name calling a client who never has called you and complained, Zelle's you money every time without question... in a Service industry this is unacceptable behavior that leads to failure. I hope you get things figured out sooner rather than later. Your'e Fired!

This is the first time I have posted a review I can't say enough about how great Luis and his crew are.  We had several severely overgrown trees that we had them trim and shape up and had them remove a pepper tree.  When I called, Luis responded and came to give me a quote the right away.  Their prices are very reasonable, they show up when they say they will and provide quality work. We are so thrilled with how much better our yard looks.  We will definitely be hiring then for all our landscaping needs.
