Working with Rebecca, and she has gone above and beyond in every aspect, helping me pick the perfect hardware for my new home. Her knowledge of all the products and style for helping me design different spaces was amazing. A great company to work with and a great experience!

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins  at $126.49 a piece

I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

Our front door handle latch was wearing out.  Ultimately, we decided to replace the handle, lock, and the inactive/dummy side handle and faux lock and the garage entry handle and lock since a couple of locks and the garage door handle had issues, too.  So, we had a challenge of finding a matching set that matched in a number of ways:  finish, handle spacing, shape of cover at the mounting locations, and left/right side handle.  We could not find the full set of matching pieces at either of the major hardware stores, and the parts we could find on Amazon were forecast a 3 weeks delivery.  We had hoped for a sooner delivery so that I could install as much as possible over a holiday break.  Arizona Hardware found us a quality, matching set for little more than the price per component Amazon was charging, well worth it for the guidance in making sure that we had the right parts.  They rekeyed sets to match in store, saving us a locksmith trip.  They had 2/3 of the parts in stock, enabling me to install them early in our break, and the balance just a week later.  Their guidance and expediency were quite valuable for us.

Worst customer service in a business that I've ever encountered. Disrespectful, rude, not worth my time or yours. Won't return and definitely will discourage all of our custom builders and homeowners away from this business.

I needed knobs and pulls for my kitchen/bathrooms drawers and doors. A manufacturer website listed AZ Hardware as a source so I checked them out. They have a tremendous selection at a wide range of prices. I found items that looked like art pieces. I installed them and couldn't be happier. Neil from the store was most courteous and helpful. A great shopping experience.

Neil is very knowledgeable in all aspects of hardware he makes it real easy to work with on all of our projects. He keeps my wife at bay so she doesn't spend to much money!! Haha

Finally, the service was wonderful. The woman who helped us wasn't trying too hard or fake at all, but she was polite, kind, knowledgeable, and PATIENT. We didn't feel like she was helping us just to get our business. She was just being a nice person. We didn't end up spending more than $40 there, and we feel like she would have treated us just the same had we spent $4,000. Another gentleman also came to check on us while she was out of the room and he was extremely respectful and nice. Our visit there was the highlight of our day.

I purchased lighting from here for an exclusive company they are distributors for. They were great, I will use them in the future.

HORRIBLE service! Bill, one of the sales people was one of the rudest people I have ever met!!! Would not let me speak and kept telling me I could not say what I was saying when I complained about their return policy. I told him I can say and think what I want and he told me he can choose to accept my return or not and he doesn't have to do busy with me.  Zero value foe customers or women in general. I will NEVER do business with them and will share my experience with anyone I meet! HORRIBLE....RUDE...SERVICE!

Horrific behavior. Sloppy and arrogant. First they didn't tell us the right thing so we got stuck with two sets of keys for our house. Then when we needed more keys made they were like, who us? Um, yeah, didn't you keep a record? "No." Really... fugget-a-bout-it. Run away, far away.

I ordered cabinet pulls after sales helped me for over an hour! We had a wonderful experience in your store.  On my way back for more hardware for closet rebuild.  We have referred both contractors to your store!
