ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Tim is a very proud US Army Infantry Veteran Who served his country in 1982 and again in 1986. In 1998 after completing his time in college, Tim became a civil servant and proudly served his community as a police officer.

Tim has the strongest commitment to do the job right and do it at 100% with complete integrity and ethics. He has always stated that he will not stop a job until it is done right and to the customers satisfaction. Do the job and as you would want somebody to do the job for you. There is no second best when it comes to his service.

I have had hired many landscapers in the 15 years I have been living in the house I live in. Compared to the work that Superior View-Property Physical Operations has done for me I do not think I ever had my yard done before. My yard looks better than when I moved in. My yard never looked this great! No one can beat thier above and beyond service for the fair price they offer. Best Landscaping company out there.

Superior view was very prompt in responding to my inquiry for a quote. Not only that, but he showed up right on time for our appointment to change out the locks in my house and he was very courteous/friendly and quick. His quote was accurate and it was a job well done! I will use him again in the future if needed.

I lost my mailbox key and was looking for an affordable locksmith. I came across Superior View and although they had only 1 review, I decided to give them a shot because I saw the business' reply to the bad review and realized it wasn't fair to judge them based on this negative review. So, I was given a fair quote. Tim and his assistant came over and changed my lock out in a timely manner. They were both friendly and professional. The price I paid was the same as quoted. Overall, this was great service. I got what I needed at an affordable price.
