Had two separate leak issues needing repair. Found out about the first  when a friend called to say we had water running into the street (we were not in town at the time). Tried the plumber we had used in the past and could not get a response. Looked at the subdivision magazine and found an ad for Dave Singletary. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. Second issue occurred when we were there - I had to leave before they could get to the house. Both repairs were done while I was not there. Friend checked and said all was good. I would highly recommend them - the 5 star reviews are correct. If I could give more, I would.

Simple outside ball valve replacement.  Was quoted $135 over the phone.
Plumber shows up 3 hours late and tells me $285.  A complete SCAM.  RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!  They do the old let me call the office routine.  Oh man oh man.  They should have a NEGATIVE rating.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They do not return calls - Call their main office and left several messages for Teresa, but she does not answer or return my call. I would not recommend them since they are so unresponsive. Good luck with dealing with this company.

We purchased a whole house filtration system and needed a licensed plumber to install it.  My husband wanted the pipes run out of the way and the filter in a particular place that would be was a little farther from the loop to connect to our house plumbing. Victor was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He did a beautiful job. We would recommend Singletary Plumbing.

When I placed a call I got a plumber the same day to fix my hot water heater.  I got top notch service from Manny.  He kept me informed and showed me the problem. He decided to replace the entire hot water heater since it was still under warranty.  Kudos to Manny.  I heartily recommend him.

One door closes and another one opens. Luckily my forever plumber gave me an EXORBITANT quote to replace my house water pressure regulator. The need for additional estimates lead me to Singletary Plumbing.  They appeared to be a local favorite and they do not charge a fee for an estimate, so I had them come out. Their price was very competitive and their plumber, Cesar is professional and easy to work with. My water pressure regulator was quickly replaced without issue. Highly recommend.

I called to schedule a plumber to diagnose why it was taking so long for our Casita to get hot water.  The person who took my call was very professional and scheduled an appointment for Victor Tom come out and provide solutions.  Victor arrived a few minutes early, provided a solution, added a recirculating pump, and we had immediate hot water all within an hour.
Victor, is very professional, knows his stuff, and is very quick.
Best of all he is a great guy.

These folks are simply the best from start to finish.  The lady who answers the phone is super helpful and the plumbers are honest, professional, and do terrific work.  No upsell, no taking advantage of seniors - just friendly and honest work.

I needed to have some plumbing work done at a property that was under contract and needed to be completed to close escrow. I contacted Singleterry and they got someone out immediately. They gave me a two hour window and promised a call before they arrived. I got the call, met the service man at the house where he  diagnosed the problem and was able to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I am really impressed with their customer service, ethics, and efficiency. I am now looking for an air conditioner and you know that I will be calling them first. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it in a tight spot. These days you don't see great customer service but I did with Singleterry. Not only that,  the gentleman that came to the house was really proud that he worked for this company. That said it all.

My Dad is a 95-year old WWII vet who lives independently in the home he and Mom built in Sun City West in 1984.  Recently, he had a situation that required professional plumbing service.  I did research for Dad, and based on other excellent reviews, I called Singletary Plumbing.  Their responsiveness, kindness (toward my Dad), and excellent service are truly refreshing in this day and age.

My shower stall was done by this company in 2012-13 by the previous owner of my unit, very bad workmanship. Now I have to fix it. These pictures are what I found when I painted my bathroom.

DONT USE THEM!! Scammed me with $23,350 check fraud. I paid for two separate service visits the first one was to unclog a drain and the plumber said i didn't need to stay there to watch. I went Inside and from my window I could see he got a baby wipe and stuffed it in the clean out. I told him my septic tank had just been emptied and inspected and no babies live in the house or wipes, feminine products, etc were found during clean out. The second service I paid for a leak locator Victor Tovar their plumber did the work charged $350 when I paid him he took a picture of my check and said the owner needed proof of payment date 09/19/22. On 09/21/22 the same check # was deposited thru mobile deposit for $23,350. I called the owner Teresa Singletary and she said she had my original check and did not know how to do mobile deposits. I told her what had happened and she did not believe after I sent her proof refuses to give me my checks back and is asking me to pay over the phone. I told her I would pay in person and get my checks and still no response.

We've used this plumbing service multiple times for various issues, including clogged toilets, leaking ceiling pipes, and replacing our kitchen faucet. They always do a great job at a reasonable price.

Hot Water Heater burst and water running all over the garage. I called Singletary on a Friday afternoon and they were there with a new HW heater in an hour. Great service, great job. While the truck was parked in front of our home, 2 people came by praising the company's work. Wow.

Victor was on time, professional and got the shower and tub cartridges replaced in 30 mins. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

Singletary Plumbing is an absolutely fantastic company and I highly recommend their services. My home in SCW needed two separate plumbing services twice within a one week time period. I called Singletary to come out to fix a clogged shower drain and toilet tank chain that wasn't connected or working. Joey came out right on time for the scheduled appt and quickly fixed my clogged drain. He then fixed the toilet chain and recommended a new washer that had worn out. He then checked all my toilets to make sure the washers were in good condition. He walked through everything he was doing. He even checked my kitchen sink faucet washer! He confirmed all other toilets and sinks were in very good condition. Totally giving me peace of mind that the inside of the house was all working in great condition. Joey was amazing.

Then a few days later when I returned from running errands all day, I saw that my hot water heater was leaking. I called Singletary in the late afternoon and they said they would send out someone ASAP that was working at another job site in my area. Victor showed up at 3:30 and confirmed that the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and I requested for it to be replaced that day. Victor was brilliant in that he called the offices and the offices sent another plumber to go pick up the new water heater while Victor took out my old one. He was so brilliant and showed how this water heater was between 20-25 years old. I was very lucky I was around to see the start of the leak, it could've caused damage if I wasn't home. Victor then completed the job with the newly delivered water heater. He cleaned up thoroughly after the services.

My 92 year old mother had a leak that the insurance companies leak detector missed, he was totally wrong!

After a week with no water for my mom  I was desperate and called David Singletary at the suggestion of a restoration company.  David got a leak detector out here within an hour that knew what he was doing and found a leak under the dishwasher.

I am so grateful!  David has my business for life.

Had a noisy toilet and a dripping faucet.   The toilet was fixed & in checking found another minor adjustment would fix a future problem.  No added cost!
Next, the faucet.  It was a delta kitchen faucet. The tech let me know the piece needed was expensive but Delta would send me one at no cost!  It took less than a week to arrive & they didn't charge for the 2nd trip!  
They are my 'Go To' plumbers from now on!!

Used Dave Singletary both plumbing and irrigation services for 20 years in Surprise, Arizona.  Telephone staff is very pleasant and always inquires if this is an emergency call that needs prompt attention.  Concerned about toilet running and possible problem with roots in sewer line from Lantana outside bathroom window (had this issue in previous house also fixed by Singletary).  They sent Joey who as always was on time, well stocked truck equipped to handle needed parts.  He completed the job, cleaned up the area, asked for a reasonable price and mission accomplished.  Joey has come to my house on several calls over the years and its nice to know they have a regular staff.  Joey has always been easy to work with, competent, and organized.

Outstanding service from Singletary Plumbing on several occasions. Most recent was a clogged drain line on a Sunday morning. Called them and Victor was at my house within an hour. He quickly identified the problem and cleared the drain. Best part did not charge extra for it being Sunday, very reasonable charge for the service. They are my first call for all plumbing issues. Everything I read about this company proved to be correct.  They came the same day I called them and fixed my problem.  
Everyone in this company is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to get one's problem resolved.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing problem you would have.

Had sewer pipe relined and had no problems since. For years I would get backups and had root rotoring from various companies, but Singletary used a camera and got to the real solution and did it all in one day whereas neighbors who had other companies had their work drag on and on. Teresa, the owner's wife who often answers the phone and billing questions could answer all my questions and was always courteous which added to the overall professionalism of the company.

Simply outstanding service with Singletary Plumbing.  Hot water heater down...called the service early am...Victor was in local area and here in 10 minutes....Diagnosed .....Started heater/recirc install just a bit later that morning....expeditious install and cleanup superb.... Not our first experience with Singletary services... certainly won't be our last if we have any new plumbing issue.  Fair price; incredibly responsive and stand behind their work. I just moved to the area and had an issue with a plugged up garbage disposal.  I called and spoke with a lovely young lady who dispatched Pete within the hour.
He fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes--I should have called earlier instead of wasting my time trying to fix it.
My only issue was that he left some water lying that I ended up cleaning up...not a big deal. I'll definitely recommend and call if a future need arises.  Thanks

These guys are great!!  My water heater was leaking on Sunday - caught it early, not much of a mess or damage.  I called a few places, even one that ONLY specialized in water heaters, which came to my house and quoted me over $600 to replace water heater which was under warranty.  Stated that is for parts and labor!!  These guys were not presentable and arrived in  two separate vans with no identification on the vans (watch your children).  I was shocked and told them to go away.
I called David Singletary who was recommended by my father and spoke to a very nice girl on the phone.  She responded very quickly in getting me a quote which was half of the price of the other guys and told me someone could be there within 30 minutes.  30 minutes?  Yea right!  But 23 minutes later, a clean cut gentleman (Moises) arrived, called me sir, and went to work removing the old water heater.  What surprised me is that he removed and replaced the main valve, both supply lines and installed a drain pan.  All without charging me more than what I was quoted.  Said he noticed some corrosion and if we are going to do it, let's do it right.  Another person showed up (can't recall his name) with the new water heater and 30 minutes later, I was up and running.  They went over the controls with me,  cleaned and swept the area and off on their way.  Couldn't be happier.  Nice job and thanks!

I love the HONESTY of this guy!  Called him because the handle on my toilet broke.  He came in, fixed it, explained why he did it the way he did then went to the other bathroom and checked that toilet tank, too.  All ok there, so then we went to the kitchen where I inquired about a number of changes I want to make which he explained would cost me a fortune, so now I won't do them.  But he took the time to explain alot of different things including the price of putting a water softener on my house.
This guy charged me $88 for the trip which was fair for the NW Valley--and a whole lot cheaper than the big name company that came out here and gouged me once (never again!).  
He is on-time, considerate, dependable.  Try Dave when you have a plumbing problem.  You won't be sorry.  I sure wasn't, and he is my go-to plumber now.

Singletary was recommended by a friend when I had a hot water heater problem.   They came out the next day early but overnight the hot water heater just starting working.   He went ahead and looked at it - acknowledged that it was at that age - 15 years that it could die at any time but recommended that since it was working we might as well keep it.  I was impressed that he was not trying a hard sell.  Was professional and personable and knowledgable.   Also answered some questions about my showers...  and did not charge.    I will definitely call back.

I had just moved my 91 year old father into a house in Sun City and of course the main plumbing line got clogged. After dealing with the home warranty plan who said it wasn't covered because we had no ground level clean out and another plumber who didn't know what he was doing, I search and found Singletary Plumbing. Got ahold of them and they sent Moses out within a few hours (one call ahead of me) and he proceeded to clean out the clog and inspected the main line, and replaced the toilet that the previous plumber had removed in his failed attempt at clearing the line.

Moses was courteous, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.... even helping to catch my dad's dog that got out as he was leaving! I will continue to use them, it's hard to find a reputable, honest contractor, and I'm pleased to have found one!

My Air Conditioning went out late on a hot Friday night.  I called on Saturday to see if I could get someone out from Singletary to fix it.  They were completely booked but gave me a Monday morning date and promised that if the technician could spare time between calls, then he would come out that Saturday.  The technician was there one hour later and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and provided a warranty fix with parts carried on the truck.  They charged us nothing for the fix or the call and we are again enjoying the cool thanks to Singletary.  We use them for Heating & Cooling and plumbing.  If they ever offer anything else I need, we probably would use them for that.  They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

I can't say enough good things about this firm. They responded to my service request quickly and diagnosed the problem with two options. I was thinking it was a small repair on the water heater, but it was a big repair or replace. Since I had a home warranty, I wanted to get them involved, so I thanked them and changed directions. After two nightmare days with the insurance company, they finally authorized replacement, but their company couldn't do it for several more days. I went back to Singletary after noon the day before Thanksgiving and they were out the same day and had my renter back in service. They are my heros! Thank you again.

My wife and I had a leaky bathtub faucet which grew from a small drip to a constant flow of water in less than a week. Finally, after my wife had slowly been driven crazy by the constant sound of running water (yes... I was procrastinating and the mental health bills will fall entirely onto my guilty shoulders) I called Singletary Plumbing after hours and left a message.

The next morning I was called right back and a plumber (Pete) was scheduled to be sent out. He was able to come by in accordance to my schedule, stopped by our house on his way home and even arrived early and then waited for me to get home. Pete was polite, courteous, and simply a pleasure to talk to. He let me see what he was doing as he did it and explained exactly what might (or might not) need to be done. The job was done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price (plus, like I said, Pete was an extremely pleasant person to deal with). I would recommend this company to anyone in less than a heartbeat !

I gotta write another review for these people. I was in a jam last night and waited two hours after my appointment time for a another company to come out and try to over sell me $1,200 worth of work to get my A/C back on. I guess they figured I was too fragile to spend a night in the heat to decline the rip-off. Singletary called me back and I set it up for them to come out today. Randy showed up right at the beginning of the window I was given. He was professional, polite and extremely personable and easy to talk with.  He diagnosed the issue quickly, made the repairs and checked to be sure something else didn't need to be repaired while he was here. The $1,200 repair turned into the $225 repair and I was back in business in less than an hour. Next time I'll just be patient and wait for after hours call back. Everyone I've ever dealt with at this company has been above board honest and a pleasure to deal with.

After getting several quotes, I used Singletary Plumbing to line my sewer pipes.  David was very helpful in answering all of my questions.  The workers showed up when they said they would, did a great job and completed it on schedule.  It was necessary to dig a couple of large holes in the ground, remove a toilet, etc., but when they left you never would have known; they left my house as clean as they found it.  I can't recommend Singletary enough.

When you want the absolute best, call Singletary. They have been the greatest business I have ever dealt with here in Westbrook Village for many years. A family run business, you will be very happy to deal with them on the phone and in person. These people offer more than just plumbing and have great AC service too. And, the most HONEST business you could possibly ask for!  It's great to know they are there for you. Easily FIVE STARS.

My kitchen sink became clogged the day before Thanksgiving which is pretty awful timing.  I called this company based on the positive YELP reviews and they were great.  The office said that it was a busy day, but promised to have someone out by early afternoon.  Ignacio arrived about 2 pm, and managed to solve the problem quickly and neatly for only $98, thereby saving Thanksgiving!  Great company & great people!

** Would give them 10 stars if possible!!  We just had our homes failing sewer pipe situation remedied by this AWESOME family run business.

They arrive at said time, put down clean runners on all floor surfaces that they would be walking on in the house, including the garage floor. David was very gracious and his crew was professional and down to business.
The whole job of digging access holes to our failing sewer line in our well landscaped yard was orderly and well orchestrated. The repiping of our sewer line went flawlessly. David and crew are obviously masters in this highly specialized pipe replacement process as by noon of the 2nd day the job was totally complete and they were packed up and gone. By complete, I mean everything picked up, holes filled in and gravel spread back to original appearance. There was absolutely no way one could tell this was a work site the day before.

Over the years, on our morning walk thru our Sun City neighborhoods, my wife and I have primarily encountered 3 or so different companies in this line of sewer repair work and noticed that 4-5 days of inconvenience for the home owner was not uncommon till the work was completed. We noticed when we would see Singletary Plumbing on a repiping work site, a initial crew of 6 or so was not uncommon AND they would complete the job in half the time the others took! As a side note.., It was on one of these early morning Sun City walks that we first met David Singletary as we stopped to observe at one of his job sites and queried him on the repiping process knowing that we were going to be faced with this repair ourselves as many of the home sewer pipes are beyond their service life and if not addressed will not might fail, creating a repair bill many times more than A preventative repiping bill!

Simply put, it was a great experience dealing with David and his team!

Dave is as good as they get and I highly recommend his family run business!! I live in Sun City and had a sewer pipe collapse under my home. I had 5 plumbers give me estimates and I was given a thorough description of the work that each would perform. 3 of the 5 were going to break holes thru my newly installed ceramic tile flooring to accomplish the replace/repair job on my pipes. Dave and one other plumber had a better idea which was to reroute the 2 inch pipe thru the garage and out to the front yard. The only scar that was left on my property was some new concrete patchwork in the garage and driveway. Way better than my new kitchen floor being trashed. Dave even did the drywall patchwork where he accessed the plumbing pipes for the repair. His drywall repair work is as good as any drywall installer too! All I had to do was paint it!! I also had a 26 year old hot water heater (which Dave needed to disconnect for the repair job), so I went to Lowes and purchased a new one. I told Dave I would install it myself when he was done. No, he did the install of the new hot water heater as well. WOW!!! And there were issues on the install, but it was done perfectly!! Thanks Dave for going the extra mile for me.

My HOA has used this company several times in the past with good results, for some reason this time they decided that they all needed a Christmas bonus and decided to nearly double the charges for a near identical repair from several months prior. When asked why the double charge the HOA was told it took much longer and was much more difficult than the previous repair which was nothing near the truth, both jobs were done in the same amount of time. Claims that there were rocks and impossible digging to be done were far from the truth as the home owner was present during the digging and repair and saw NO such difficulties. It was a one man team for the most part of the day only later did extra help show up when nearly all of the digging had been completed. Will definately consider using other companies for future repair work, getting multiple quotes in writing and evaluating the results after completion.

We have used David Singletary Plumbing for over a year.  They have done an excellent job with our plumbing and A/C.  They are very honest.  The service provider, Randy, is very knowledgeable and courteous.  We highly recommend Singletary.

This company was suggested by a friend who had a great experience with them. I called about 10AM and the service tech was here at 1PM. I had several items that needed attention (clogged drain, leaking outside faucets & broken toilet valve). He checked them all, gave me a price and completed the work in less than 2 hours. The estimated cost was right on the button too! The tech, Moises, was extremely professional and friendly. Should the need arise, I will definitely call them again and ask for Moises. I will gladly recommend them to other friends.

I hire contractors who are vetted by SCHOA. Singletary Plumbing showed up on time, replaced my below ground trash can unit properly, restored the area, and charged a fair price for their time and effort. I would call them again when I need their expertise. They have earned my business.

I had another bad experience with AHS when they sent out Athena Plumbing Services (look up my review on them for the complete story) and Michael proceeded to mess up my kitchen. Michael claimed we had put excessive grease down our kitchen sink when he couldn't fix the clog, he ran the snake from the inside of the house, under the sink because he couldn't get the cap off on the outside (what kind of contractor can't get a cap off???).  I complained to AHS, disagreed with the diagnoses and they wanted to send out Just Plumbing Services for a second opinion.  I looked them up on Yelp! and they had worse reviews than Athena! So I refused the appointment and got my own plumber:  DAVID SINGLETARY PLUMBING.  Moises came in (very upbeat, likeable person) and ran the snake from the outside of the house as it should have been done in the first place, had it fixed in 10 minutes!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, this is how you run a plumbing services company my friends.

We live in Westbrook Village, 91 Ave & Union Hills Rd. and moved into our home in 1994 when it was new. We have used David Singletary's services from the very beginning and have always been satisfied, both by the work and by the price charged. Yesterday, we called them for the second time in the last two months because of a toilet issue. Two months ago it was a drain issue. This time, we had a number of minor issues, including old Price Pfister faucets that had become stiff and hard to use; PP told me they no longer made parts for them. Jory responded (David has expanded his business) for the second time and we walked him through our half dozen issues. He promptly went from one to the next, fixing items as he went, in our 22 year old home. When it came to the faucets, he surprised me by stating these were common throughout our area and Sun City, as well, and he had replacement cartridges from another vender on his truck. He replaced all of our sink and shower faucet cartridges. The price was very reasonable and it is a pleasure to finally have everything working as new. I can't praise these folks too highly; IMHO they are the BEST in the Valley. I highly recommend them!
