Hired Shawn to put up a few large paintings, curtain rods, and to set up my delicate TV stand. He also help me mount my 75 inch on the stand. I could've done this myself, but I almost always end up damaging something. Always. Every home ive ever left required a fix-up...so I needed a pro to handle this. He came on time, and executed the job perfectly. Everything was done with precision. Will definitely be my go-to handy man now on.

We received his services as part of an Amazon.com purchase for our dining room table to be assembled. He was extremely accommodating and prompt. He was friendly, professional and did a great job with our table. We are already planning on using him to setup the swing-set we will purchase in a few months!

Contacted Mark about needing work done on cabinet doors for built-in bookshelves. He responded same day and the work was completed quickly (within a week) and exceeded our expectations. Did an outstanding job of making the doors match existing unit and went extra mile to do some caulking around the unit. Everything was quick, neat and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We needed to install the patio blinds so I sent a quote request on Yelp. Richard responded quickly and his quote was very reasonable. I usually go with 4stars and up businesses on Yelp, but I was impressed with Richard's responsiveness so I decided to go with him. I'm glad I did! He was very communicative, ended up arriving earlier than expected but made sure to let me know 1st, rather than just showing up at my house. He installed the blinds perfectly and quicker than expected. He did such a great job! My boyfriend and I are so happy with his work. Definitely recommend Richard! We needed to have two bath ceiling fans replaced.  Dolan arrived on time, discussed the best strategy for the repairs, purchased the required equipment and got the job done very efficiently.  We were super impressed and will absolutely use the Handyman Next Door again.   Outstanding service.  It's nice to know that there are businesses out there that you can count on.   This is one of them.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

After having some trouble getting a response from BJ, he is extremely busy, we finally connected and set a date for him to come out and change my photocell. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable and confident in what he was doing. Finally it's working properly! Job well done!! I would highly recommend BJ .

I contacted Jaime at Jag Home Services after another handyman in Ahwatukee last minute was not able to perform the work and the replacement person failed to schedule. But let me tell you, I am so glad. I have now found a reasonable, reliable, communicative handyman that is also licensed, bonded and insured. My immediate need was to have two hanging garage storage. I will def be contacting Jaime for other jobs!

If you have a problem with a Professional Handyman or any Trade that works for you don't slander them publicly just contact them directly like our fathers did. 99% of negative reviews are customers who "are" the problem themselves. "Honesty is my only excuse.."

Truly a phenomenal handyman. Was very responsive. Had an emergency for a short term rental that came up at 8 pm at night. Was able to talk to him the same night and he was out there the next morning. Fixed the problem and was super easy to communicate with. Will 100% use for all my handyman issues. If you have any issues you should just call as you will not find anyone better.

Quick response and great service to fix my leaking shower. Great communication over text and on time for the appointment. Left the site clean and gave me information on what I could do myself in the future.

My kitchen faucet started to leak big time under the sink on thanksgiving morning. I started calling/texting around to see if someone can help. Troy was extremely prompt in getting back to me. Fortunately with his professional help and experience there was an easy fix for my issue.

And we could have peaceful rest of the thanksgiving. We wont hesitate to contact TKS for anything that their team can help with.

I am really happy with the service of this company.  Very clean professional honest reliable and reasonable services.  Very nice gentleman that did a beautiful job on our backsplash and am excited to work with him again in the near future.

Had 200sqft tile done. It wasn't the best work. Tiles were uneven in spot but mostly good. Also had thick mortar. I need him to lay 200 more sqft. He said he could do it and make it look great. It took him a week to send me an invoice. He didn't send it until he showed up for the job. DID NOT EVEN BRING HIS OWN EQUIPMENT. HE USED MINE!!! Made them dirty. Wasted mortar. The job is horrible. I thought it was uneven before. I was wrong. It was like it was his first time doing it. He worked from 4-9 pm. He left for 1 hour for family stuff (which is fine). Then as he is leaving for the night. He says in the invoice I sent you there's a 300$ deposit. We never discussed that any time we talked. I refused to pay it. He then says "I need to talk to the boss about this" HE IS THE BOSS. HIS NUMBER IS ON THE HOME PAGE OF HIS WEBSITE AND ON HERE. So he leaves. I check the work. I tell him my concerns about the tile being uneven. He says you didn't sign a contract or pay a deposit. I can not do the work anymore.  Lolololol scam artist at its finest. Do not go with this guy

Had to remove the tile.

They did an excellent job at our office, their rates are fair and they responded quickly. They help me to hang up some shelves and cabinets, they fix some doors, and they were real professionals. I would contact them any time If I need anything fixed.
