Hired to complete several tasks (replace kitchen sink faucet, toilet shut-off valve and vent fan). Work was completed as expected given the timing and price estimate. However halfway through found him looking through personal items not related to the services requested. Quality of work met expectations, but will not be hiring in the future.

I have John many times. Prompt, pleasant, work is good, prices are reasonable recommend highly.

Wonderful, wonderful service and work to match! Mark's a great guy and was a pleasure to deal with. He recently completed a patio roof remodel for us and he did a great job. He was extremely thorough, did things the right way, and didn't rush the job. He kept us informed of the progress the whole time, and I thoroughly enjoyed having Mark as our handyman and will certainly reccomend him. We needed to install the patio blinds so I sent a quote request on Yelp. Richard responded quickly and his quote was very reasonable. I usually go with 4stars and up businesses on Yelp, but I was impressed with Richard's responsiveness so I decided to go with him. I'm glad I did! He was very communicative, ended up arriving earlier than expected but made sure to let me know 1st, rather than just showing up at my house. He installed the blinds perfectly and quicker than expected. He did such a great job! My boyfriend and I are so happy with his work. Definitely recommend Richard! We are keeping his # for all our future needs. Thank you Richard!

Dolan rocks! He slayed the full day of repairs I had lined up. He hustled all day long. A true professional with an eye for detail. He exceeded my expectations, addressing issues I had not considered. Wish I could afford him as full time staff ;)

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I love this husband and wife team. He did a fabulous job in short order.  Fixed a small drywall patch, installed a light fixture, fixed a broken dresser drawer.  I'm creating a list for his next visit! It took a month for him to be able to schedule... I guess that means I'm not the only one that thinks he's fabulous!

I contacted Jaime at Jag Home Services after another handyman in Ahwatukee last minute was not able to perform the work and the replacement person failed to schedule. But let me tell you, I am so glad. I have now found a reasonable, reliable, communicative handyman that is also licensed, bonded and insured. My immediate need was to have two hanging garage storage. I will def be contacting Jaime for other jobs!

If you have a problem with a Professional Handyman or any Trade that works for you don't slander them publicly just contact them directly like our fathers did. 99% of negative reviews are customers who "are" the problem themselves. "Honesty is my only excuse.."

Troy was super nice and very helpful! I had two lights that I needed replacing on my patio. He came out the same day and was done with the work really fast! Whoever put in the initial lights didn't do so correctly, which he immediately alerted me to, and found a work around without charging me more. Would recommend him for anyone needing some work done

Gold star review alert!!! As you may/may not know, it's an honor to be a Yelp Elite reviewer. I get to help others, looking for services or restaurants or experiences, find a good one through my experiences. It's such a thrill (and relief) to find the perfect business.
I will admit that my eye tends to drift toward those businesses that have been around a long time and have lots of reviews. That's great and they've earned it. This time I added one that does not have a lot of reviews. Most of these businesses, are usually new, such as in this case.
We noticed a leak was coming out of the front lawn onto the driveway. While it looked small, it turned out to be a 1/4 gallon per minute leak (confirmed by Epcor). So, onto Yelp to find a plumber. I chose about 5. While many contacted us pretty quickly, others did not. Our first plumber came out and immediately quoted a replacement of the entire water main from meter to house. This would involve: busting up driveway, lots of backhoe work and then, new driveway section. How much? About $9000. Ouch.
Taylor came out afterwards and immediately offered a suggestion. For a nominal price, he could dig down to actually see the problem and offer a resolution. Brilliant!
We have the go ahead and he and his helper, found the leak. A small break in the pvc. He fixed it and it costs a fraction of what someone quoted without knowing what the problem was. Taylor is an honest, hardworking guy with an awesome assistant. It's hard enough to find competent plumbers out there. Even harder to find hardworking and honest ones.
I'm going overboard on this review because this was the difference between a huge quote, problem unseen, to something that requires some work to see the problem, diagnose and then fix it.
Give this guy a chance and you will also sing praises for his work. I found our plumber for life!!!

I was referred to Troy by someone who raves about him, but whom also said he was slammed with business, so I was thinking I would have to wait (good, quality, honest and not-creepy handymen are not easy to find). I have a refrigerator I've invested more money in than I care to admit - hiring an expensive repairman two years ago to replace the ice maker. I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a new one until Troy came to the rescue. What a find! Troy removed the ice maker, said he'd call in a few days with a replacement and ended up unexpectedly being able to replace/repair it that day - along with another long-needed "honey do" that my husband hadn't addressed. Troy's cost was 1/4th what I would have spent with a refrigerator repair man - and about 1/20th of what I would have spent on a new refrigerator. Thanks Troy for coming to the rescue!

Gilbert did a great job assembling and installing a security screen door I needed hung. It looks great!
He was very quick to respond to my request and got me on schedule quickly.
I'm very happy I found a reliable handy man!!!
Will be using again for future projects.

This provider did an amazing job and was on time. He did exactly what we needed done and was agreeable to adding work as necessary. We are moving again in 6 months and will definitely hire him to do our handyman work.

Best experience I have ever had with getting a handyman. Responsive and fair price! Especially great for someone who has rental properties because you'll get updates regularly during the visit and you can pay online. I definitely recommend the company to everyone.
