We received his services as part of an Amazon.com purchase for our dining room table to be assembled. He was extremely accommodating and prompt. He was friendly, professional and did a great job with our table. We are already planning on using him to setup the swing-set we will purchase in a few months!

HANDYMAN NIGHTMARE!! BEWARE!!  Hired Arcadian Handyman, Mark Moretti and paid 2d of 3 installments on my remodel job and then he did not show for 6 days with no communication. Resurfaced after I spent hours interviewing, researching and solidfying new handyman to complete the job. Due to Moretti's unprofessional and unreliable behavior as well as money paid for services not completed -  this has resulted in contacting attorney and handling this matter legally. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Arcadian Handyman.

I used this handyman today, for the first time. I chose him based on his many good reviews on Nextdoor, by my neighbors.

He arrived a few minutes before his appointment time. Being on time, for me, tells a lot about a person!

He completed all my requested items, and did an excellent job! He replaced a backyard water faucet, and security light. He also removed the cracked and broken caulking in my tub, and re-caulked it.

While he was replacing my security light, he noticed something not on my list, and told me that he could easily fix it. It was the latch on my RV gate that was really hard to open. It had been getting progressively worse, and now it works better than it did when I bought my home 1.5 years ago!

I found Dan to be professional, respectful, and very affordable. I will definitely use him from now on!

We needed to install the patio blinds so I sent a quote request on Yelp. Richard responded quickly and his quote was very reasonable. I usually go with 4stars and up businesses on Yelp, but I was impressed with Richard's responsiveness so I decided to go with him. I'm glad I did! He was very communicative, ended up arriving earlier than expected but made sure to let me know 1st, rather than just showing up at my house. He installed the blinds perfectly and quicker than expected. He did such a great job! My boyfriend and I are so happy with his work. Definitely recommend Richard! I have used The Handyman Next Door for some small projects.  They always are on-time, clean, efficient and courteous.  Pricing is right and they clean-up after they are done.  If you want quality work done at a fair price, contact them.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I can't personally thank them enough for the work they did on my home! It turned out better then expected and BJ kept me informed and had great communication from the moment I contacted him about doing some work for me and went out of his way to make sure it turned out great! We recently had JAG Home Services install a wide dog gate in our home. We were very impressed with the professionalism and service provided by Jaime. He was prompt even texting to say he was on his way. He did an excellent job of installing the gate and was very thorough cleaning up when he was finished.
We highly recommend JAG for your home repairs!

Stop whatever research you're doing on handymen, and hire this guy (Basil, the owner).  Basil is the best service person of any kind that I've ever come across.  He was efficient (came out the same day to give us a quote and completed the work the following day), responsive (via text, which was great) and did great work (very thorough and neat/tidy).  He was personable and polite right off the bat, very respectful.  He even took his shoes off before coming into the house (without me even asking)!  He texted me to let me know when he was shutting the water on and off (instead of either not telling me at all or knocking on the door every time), which I appreciated.  When he had to come and go (just to go to Home Depot for additional supplies down the road), he texted me to let me know, so I wasn't in the dark wondering where he'd gone.  Just a stand up, very straight forward guy who works hard for you for a fair price.  I'm very impressed with him and am actually having him out again tomorrow, because we found another problem with our new house.

The owner Troy would come into your home, leave with a part not matching get cash from you to seemingly order the right part, keep texting with you for about a week or so so you don't complain while making excuses every day why he hasn't come back to finish the job. This guy opens a new account every few months, gets his family and friends to write perfect reviews and takes money and never finishes the job!
He took $40 and a part he probably sold after and never came back!

He left my bathroom shower part uninstalled and valve missing which he sold for parts and took my $40 too which was for him to order a new matching valve.

Taylor came out to our house same day, he was very communicative and responsive. He was able to help solve an issue with a leaky faucet in our shower. He responded quickly to my questions via text, showed up on time and was very professional. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with TKS...called and he answered right away, and scheduled appointment for the next morning.  He came to my business where we had multiple odd jobs that needed fixing.  He finished all in one day, and everything it working perfectly now!  The price was very fair.  I would highly recomment TKS!

Amazing work! Gilbert was on time, extremely communicative and did an amazing job!!!

Winds had blown down a chain link fence with vines on it and across the wall it was not secure. Gilbert went in and reinforced every single part of the wall and explained what he did. I am absolutely amazed at his work and how professional he did it. I HIGHLY recommend Our Handyman pros for your Handyman needs. I certainly will be calling him for lots more work!!

Side note: I reached out to 11 handyman folks on Yelp and some refused the job, some were booked and some didn't respond. Pretty upsetting however Gilbert came through and I am extremely happy.

This provider did an amazing job and was on time. He did exactly what we needed done and was agreeable to adding work as necessary. We are moving again in 6 months and will definitely hire him to do our handyman work.

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor customer service.
