I'm so happy I found Shawn of Fixing Spaces!  This guy knows his stuff. We originally had him out to hang some pictures and mirrors, but he works so fast and well that we looked around and found other things for him to do.  He adjusted a few of our doors that were wonky and caulked around a bathroom sink that the original installer made a mess of.  Shawn is super professional, bringing drop cloths to put his tools on to protect your floors and furniture.  And I love that he's a perfectionist who believes things should be done right instead of the easy way. I was happy that he brings a lot of supplies on his truck so he's fully prepared to work. He answered a lot of our questions and made suggestions for things he could do on future visits to improve our home. He even gave us advice about taking care of our a/c units!  If you've got a long to-do list, don't put off calling Shawn of Fixing Spaces because he's the best!

We received his services as part of an Amazon.com purchase for our dining room table to be assembled. He was extremely accommodating and prompt. He was friendly, professional and did a great job with our table. We are already planning on using him to setup the swing-set we will purchase in a few months!

I contacted Mark to assist with repair to my Cabinets.  Mark was prompt, professional and he did a great job repairing my cabinet.  I highly recommend Mark, his prices were good as well.

I used this handyman today, for the first time. I chose him based on his many good reviews on Nextdoor, by my neighbors.

He arrived a few minutes before his appointment time. Being on time, for me, tells a lot about a person!

He completed all my requested items, and did an excellent job! He replaced a backyard water faucet, and security light. He also removed the cracked and broken caulking in my tub, and re-caulked it.

While he was replacing my security light, he noticed something not on my list, and told me that he could easily fix it. It was the latch on my RV gate that was really hard to open. It had been getting progressively worse, and now it works better than it did when I bought my home 1.5 years ago!

I found Dan to be professional, respectful, and very affordable. I will definitely use him from now on!

We needed to install the patio blinds so I sent a quote request on Yelp. Richard responded quickly and his quote was very reasonable. I usually go with 4stars and up businesses on Yelp, but I was impressed with Richard's responsiveness so I decided to go with him. I'm glad I did! He was very communicative, ended up arriving earlier than expected but made sure to let me know 1st, rather than just showing up at my house. He installed the blinds perfectly and quicker than expected. He did such a great job! My boyfriend and I are so happy with his work. Definitely recommend Richard! Wanted a quote for some  kitchen cabinet removal. They came out and we chatted. The next week I received an email that they would get back to me after a short trip to NM. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

My plumber told me a good thing, if they dont call you back nor have the professional courtsey to even email you ,they didnt need the work.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

We have referred several of our HVAC customers to I Fix It 4 U to have various repairs and remodeling projects completed. Every person we have referred was very happy with the service and the amazing quality of the work. Keep it up! You guys rock!!

I contacted Jaime at Jag Home Services after another handyman in Ahwatukee last minute was not able to perform the work and the replacement person failed to schedule. But let me tell you, I am so glad. I have now found a reasonable, reliable, communicative handyman that is also licensed, bonded and insured. My immediate need was to have two hanging garage storage. I will def be contacting Jaime for other jobs!

If you have a problem with a Professional Handyman or any Trade that works for you don't slander them publicly just contact them directly like our fathers did. 99% of negative reviews are customers who "are" the problem themselves. "Honesty is my only excuse.."

Troy was super nice and very helpful! I had two lights that I needed replacing on my patio. He came out the same day and was done with the work really fast! Whoever put in the initial lights didn't do so correctly, which he immediately alerted me to, and found a work around without charging me more. Would recommend him for anyone needing some work done

Our toilets clogged in the middle of the night in both bathrooms due to a plug up from a pile up of non solubles wipes causing back flow into the showers and tubs. So we were super desperate to get an honest affordable plumber in to resolve the issue ASAP ! Not only was Slade's plumbing  immediately responsive they also were willing to drive up and service us that night! I would highly highly recommend this honest business above all others that not only wanted me to wait for a couple days for the next available appointment but then to try and charge me an arm and a leg for what this company did immediately at more than half the price! Great Husband and Wife team. Very responsive and thorough,  they get the job done. Quotes are reasonable.

Had 200sqft tile done. It wasn't the best work. Tiles were uneven in spot but mostly good. Also had thick mortar. I need him to lay 200 more sqft. He said he could do it and make it look great. It took him a week to send me an invoice. He didn't send it until he showed up for the job. DID NOT EVEN BRING HIS OWN EQUIPMENT. HE USED MINE!!! Made them dirty. Wasted mortar. The job is horrible. I thought it was uneven before. I was wrong. It was like it was his first time doing it. He worked from 4-9 pm. He left for 1 hour for family stuff (which is fine). Then as he is leaving for the night. He says in the invoice I sent you there's a 300$ deposit. We never discussed that any time we talked. I refused to pay it. He then says "I need to talk to the boss about this" HE IS THE BOSS. HIS NUMBER IS ON THE HOME PAGE OF HIS WEBSITE AND ON HERE. So he leaves. I check the work. I tell him my concerns about the tile being uneven. He says you didn't sign a contract or pay a deposit. I can not do the work anymore.  Lolololol scam artist at its finest. Do not go with this guy

As a homeowner and not having electrical skills or knowledge to do some of my home repairs, I reached out to Fixer. The repair person was knowledgeable, polite. He replaced a broken GFI outlet and replaced parts on my gas grill ( a difficult repair to access on the grill). So last night I was able to enjoy grilled corn on the cob and steaks. Just in time for the 4th! I will definitely consider Fixer for my next home repair.
