He is just plain awesome!! Our prior handyman disappeared in the middle of our remodel. Gary has been out twice and done various things including fixing leaky toilet, framing our wine refrigerators, repairing baseboards, doing drywall repair etc. Wonderful person and a hard worker!!

I really enjoyed working with Luis, he was polite, very competent, and communicates very well.  We had a scheduling issue but he kept me informed constantly on the impact.  We did reschedule but having someone communicate so well was excellent.  I will use him again without hesitation.

Michele seriously has the best dudes ever working her her! I called her sort of last minute for some repairs on my condo and she answered herself and let me know which repairs could easily be done. There was a repairman named George who was super nice at my door the following Monday at 7:30 and he was able to quickly fix my door, some drywall and install new smoke detectors.

We will definitely use her company again!

We hired HandyPro Services for our guest bathroom renovation and the project was perfect from beginning to end. Michelle was not only extremely kind but she did an impeccable job with the renovation (new faucets, fresh paint, floor installation). We were quoted a very fair price, Michelle was organized, clean, and very efficient. We couldn't be happier! Thank you so much and we hope to work on future projects together!

We had a small project but had a difficult time finding the correct service to modify our kitchen cabinet.   After one handyman and several cabinet makers said no, we found Hammertime Handyman.  He replied quickly and showed up on time, did efficient work and we were back to normal in no time.  I will not hesitate to call Chris at Hammertime for my future services.

Eric Smith from Arizona Maintenance just finished a drywall job on my kitchen ceiling and I couldn't be more pleased!! He arrived on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned to the point you can't even tell he was doing drywall in my kitchen. He did such a great job no one would ever be able to tell there was a hole there. I would highly recommend AZM to anyone seeking home maintenance service!

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

In summary, Mike did some nice work for a very inexpensive rate for me.  I needed a few plumbing, electrical, and misc household items taken care of.  He showed up to do the walk-through of the items needing attention exactly on time and showed up at the scheduled time to do the work itself, actually finishing a bit early and charging less than what he originally estimated.  

I would normally take away a star on my rating because he was difficult to get a hold of at first.  It took an e-mail through the website and two voice mails before getting a response.  Mike gets the star back because he went above and beyond during both the walk-through and while doing the repairs.  When he came to provide the estimate, he indicated that one of the electrical issues was very minor and he spent two minutes fixing it right there for free.  He also pointed out how about three other things on my list were things I could probably do on my own and gave me a few tips on them (he was right...I'm not very handy but he pointed me in a direction that enabled me to get them done myself).  When he was onsite doing the work, he commented that my front door kept sticking, basically said "let me take care of that real quick," and did so in about two minutes.

I'll definitely be calling him back for any future household repairs.

We called a few guys (handymen) to get estimates for a fix it list we needed completed in order to sell our house. It was the buyers post inspection request list that we needed to fix up some things.

There were multiple things that I liked about THE Handyman! He promptly returned our call and came over to the house to go over the list. He didn't just ask for info over the phone but rather took the time to come and give an honest estimate in price and time. He was friendly and trustworthy. At no point did I feel as though I was getting overcharged.  

When it came time to do the repairs, he showed up on time, did quality work, was pleasent and easy to talk to. There were a few items he needed to get parts for. He took care of all the ordering and came back as planned and completed everything with ease.
I give THE Handyman a big 5 stars!

If you need a handyman Scott is it. He responded back to me in a very high fashion. He came on time. And literally went to work. Worked very fast, very precise and was worth every bit of money he charged me. He was very careful with my glass and rest of the equipment and walked me through how to put the system hopefully in my garage. Scott will be back to do more projects as I am trying to do upgrades to the house I was just blessed with. I am very pleased and thank you Scott I'll see you soon.

I hired AZ You Wish to install a mini blow up spa in my backyard. They arrived on time and ready to work. Super friendly, good suggestions, and highly skilled. This company went the extra mile and recommended a different vendor for a project he was not able to complete, which in my opinion speaks volumes to his integrity. This company will be my go to as we transition in to our new house in Estrella!

I needed 2 exterior doors replaced. I special-ordered them from Lowe's. They were the wrong size (Lowe's fault) but David made them fit, and they look great. He was very professional, did quality work, and cleaned up completely before he left. I would definitely use Handyman Connection again.

Erick was extremely accommodating the multiple times I had to reschedule. He was on time, worked fast, reasonably priced. Nice and professional. Will definitely use him again.

John was awesome.  Helped us install fans, TVs and a French door to our flex space.  The house is now a home.   The door came out beautiful.  Thanks John for also helping with some of my husbands DIY .  Very responsive and reliable .   Will be calling for help again, especially if the hubs gets DIY AGAIN..

Got a quote from another handyman who stood me up twice.  Complete waste of time.  Called Justin at HandmanPros, got an appointment for the following day to which they showed up on time.  Completed the work quickly and effciently.  Quote was 100% the same as the final price.

My cabinets needed pulls and knobs. I asked Phil if he could in the pulls and knobs properly. He assured me he had template. I asked a number of times not to put in extra holes. Well he did not follow template correctly. He put extra holes in 10 cabinets. If he had checked the very first one, he would have seen it did not fit which unfortunately he did not even check. He could not fix the extra holes. I asked 8 other handyman to fix and unfortunately the holes cannot be fixed. I need to resurface or reface cabinets for $8,000. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for

This is an addition to a previous review on 6/16/21, I couldn't find a way to edit the prior review.  Immediately after I posted the review I received an email saying that a bid had been sent to me "mid last week," that I must have missed it in my junk folder or something, and a bid was attached.  I searched my inbox, junk folder and deleted items - no email with a bid to be found.  Jeremey visited my home on May 27th and I sent three emails to his preferred email address on 5/28, 5/30 and 6/6 - each time asking for a bid or response and never received any type of response until my Yelp review prompted his immediate response.  In subsequent emails Jeremy said my prior emails had gone into his junk folder!  How can that be?  I used his same email address that now magically he was receiving and responding to promptly. Jeremy never accepted responsibility for the communication screwup - instead making excuses.  

In spite of this dispute I was willing to consider his bid and to put the issue behind me, and said so in an email.  In response he said he was electing not to do business with me because of the "arduous" relationship that existed.  It was arduous because of his non-communication initially and then his refusal to accept responsibility - instead implying the problem was somehow mine.  

A total of over a month of my time was wasted; waiting a few weeks for him to show up to gather information and three weeks seeking any kind of response from him about a bid.  Because of the lost time - I was still willing to consider his bid, yet he chose to cancel any further dealings.

I am not saying anything about Jeremy's handyman skills since he didn't do any work for me.  But if anyone wants to work with him, insist on timely communication from the first.  I foolishly counted on Jeremy to be professional in communications with potential clients, and to admit responsibility when things don't go well because of his actions.
