Rick was very friendly, listened to my questions and  answered them. He was on time and completed my old ceiling fan removal and install new fan in 1hr as quoted. Everything worked out great. I will recommend Lugo Handyman Services to everyone that asks me about a handyman. I wouldn't hesitate to have other work done by him. Fast, friendly  and didn't try to add to the quote. Marty came to install 5 fans for me this past weekend. He was a little early, which was super appreciated and was fast! He explained everything about what he was doing and gave me different options for my fan remotes. Also, he wore a face mask the entire time of his work, which was thoughtful. If I need any more repairs, I'm calling Marty.

Chris is absolutely the BEST handyman I have ever used.  Chris knows what he is doing.  I just bought a new home and needed help with various projects.  Chris installed 8 ceiling fans, a water filtration system (he even had to drill into my granite for the water spigot which was done flawlessly), and has mounted two tv's which look perfect.  I have several other projects lined up for Chris.  I am so glad I found him.  He is smart, honest, polite, and always leaves the area he has worked on very clean and tidy.  I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a "legit" handyman.

What a great experience!  Mr. Mac came out just as he said he would and ON TIME!  He actually did more for us than we expected!  Very professional and super friendly.  He knows his stuff!  Great guy with a great attitude.  I would most definitely call him back again for another project.  Very reasonably charge as well.  My husband and I both appreciated his experience and knowledge.

J.T. installed a water softener for me recently, and did an immaculate job.  He has also installed a couple ceiling fans for us in the past.  His prices are always very fair, yet I don't have any problem paying for high-quality, honest, friendly service.  It's really nice to know a guy who can fix/install almost anything.  Keep his number handy!

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

SilverBack Handyman was the 6th company I called and the 3rd company I had come out for an Estimate; ultimately they were the ones to complete my job request from start to finish.
I do my research, I am very particular and I know exactly what I need, want and expect when I hire a professional to complete a job they are hired for.
I called, spoke with Bryan over the phone, he was kind, our communication was clear, he listed as I explained what I was looking for and the timeline I had in mind.  Based on what I was asking for he suggested to send out Kathem for my estimate.
Kathem arrived as scheduled, he took his time, asked all the questions, took all the measurements, gave offered suggestions and different options he thought might fit right, he was very thorough in explaining what would be done step by step.  
I received my estimate within the timeframe stated.  They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were extremely fair and competitive, reasonably price.  I agreed to have them complete the work and they were at my place 3 days later. Everything was completed and delivered as promised. I am so glad I gave these guys with little presence on yelp the opportunity, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome!  I will definitely be using them again for my next project!!
