Lugo was here at my new home for phase one of the work needing to be accomplished here.  I am not exaggerating, or embellishing, when I say that Rick, the owner of this business, is by far the best handyman I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing for household fixes.  He is professional, cordial and committed to excellence in his work ethic.  I plan to use him again and again, and would recommend him for any and all work you may have on your list.  For specific perspective, I am a senior, single woman who used to get this sort of help from my son, but we now live in different cities.  I had a hard time finding handymen who were willing to hang heavy mirrors and art, hook up the stereo system etc., since many of those contacted were looking for mostly contractor type work.  This man, I'm surmising, can do it all and we will be moving on to contractor work in phase two.

I needed my sister's house painted, light fixtures installed, tv mounted and furniture built (dining table, wine rack, chairs, entry bench). We were under a time constraint to have it finished before my brother-in-law came home from surgery. They arrived that day and had everything completed in under 3 days. The work was excellent, they were so nice, professional and reasonably priced. They even stopped on the way to get us the right light bulbs for our fixture because we bought the wrong ones. I received quotes from other companies and they didn't compare to how reasonable their prices were. My sister will definitely be hiring them again for any future work they need. Happy we found them at the perfect time and will have a handyman for any future needs. Highly highly recommend.

We were in need of someone to come seal this ASAP and he was able to come next day. He was super communicative, prompt and timely!

I needed an external wall painted on our rental property. Chris went checkout our property the same day and took a picture and gave me a reasonable estimate.

Once the job is scheduled, I received an email stating when the job is scheduled. The job was done exactly when the job was scheduled and sent me a picture of the completed job.

jason is great. he can do many projects around the house that I have no time to do, that I dont know how to do or that would take me 10x as long to do. I found him to be responsive when I've called, setting an appt to accomplish my list of items within a week or so. he calls to confirm appts the day before. all the projects hes done for me are done thoroughly and done well. several projects have been fixing other people work.

Wow, This company, and specifically handyman Dror, is a dream come true.
Picked up my call, I sent him a couple photos of the door that needed repair and he provided estimate and scheduled the job in two hours!  Dror came out as promised... easily completed the repair, was on time, and billed me at the low end of his estimate. I am so impressed. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire again.

What a great experience!  Mr. Mac came out just as he said he would and ON TIME!  He actually did more for us than we expected!  Very professional and super friendly.  He knows his stuff!  Great guy with a great attitude.  I would most definitely call him back again for another project.  Very reasonably charge as well.  My husband and I both appreciated his experience and knowledge.

Being a first time home buyer it's easy to be scammed by contractors, electricians, roofers- you name it. I wanted to be sure I found someone who was honest, clear and good at what they do. I'm so glad I found that with Elvis and his wife Maisa. From day one they were straight with me on what needed to be done and what they can do within my budget whilst also being super chill people to talk to. They completely went above and beyond and made sure I was involved in the full process and aware of what was being done. JT was exceptional! Very honest and got the job done.  Not only did he connect our new reverse osmosis system but he noticed that the water line to our refrigerator needed connecting.  He is busy so if you are lucky enough to get his time, it is worth it.

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

Nate helped me to install new washer machine and he only took 30 minutes to remove & install new one.  Good communication with good deal.

I highly recommend this service. He was very knowledgeable. His appointment was for 10:00am, (not 10:00 to 1:00 or 2:00 pm),  and he was here on the dot. He did a great job hanging a chandelier. I will use this service again.

I haven't dealt with them personally but I'm cleaning up a job that they totally screwed up for a client of mine. I was unable to do the job and he was looking to get it done in a speedy fashion so he called silverback. In the end I'm redoing it all.

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
