Rick arrived the same day I called him and professionally quoted  me that evening. Showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone that needed basic improvements.

For our project I met with three different companies. Marty of MD Home and Repair Services was the only one I did not have to ask to put on a mask. He quickly grasped the scope of our project. I could tell he had a great deal of experience by the considerations he pointed out and the questions he asked. Marty not only did a great job, but he was very considerate of the surroundings. He made the effort to keep the work area clean. He's skilled, efficient, considerate and friendly. I highly recommend MD Home and Repair Services!

Five Stars isn't nearly enough!

Robert came out quickly, assessed the issues correctly and was able to correct the various problems of SIX badly installed doors both interior and exterior that the original contractor did not do right. He rehung our entry way lamp which was also done incorrectly by another contractor And he even helped with hanging some of our artwork.

We had him back out to our place to replace a rotting shed door and door frame as well. He was so intent on completing our job on time and correctly that he was working in the rain for a time as he finished with the installation.

His attention to detail, genuine desire to do a job right the first time no matter what, his friendly demeanor and professionalism all recommend VERY highly indeed for whatever job you might have. But I will also say that I personally would recommend him to anyone that asked me for a handyman, and plan too.

In an environment rife with hack handymen just looking to finish a job and move on it is refreshing indeed to find a true Craftsman!

Had a really good experience with Gus. I lost my handyman who moved out of state and I found Gus to replace him. He showed up on time and took care of my little project just fine. Def recommend and I'll be using him again for sure.

Doug and Steve were very responsive and very open to such a small job that others had turned down because it wasn't worth 'their' time. Customer service done how it should be done, much appreciated guys!

Wow! All I can say is WOW! Jason was right on time, professional, clean and well mannered. Took the time to properly measure out and level everything to my specifications. I asked him to hang mirrors, wall art and my new TV and soundbar. Everything was done slow and methodical and he even stayed 30 minutes after to try and figure out if the soundbar could be paired with the subwoofer. He did not charge me for that time. The charges were more than fair, for which I eagerly paid him. He actually takes credit/debit cards, which was way more convenient than cash. Unfortunately, we did not figure out the soundbar together, but I did later that evening. I feel confident that I will be enjoying my newly installed TV and soundbar as well as the mirrors and artwork for the time I live here and will definitely be hiring Jason again very soon for more work.

I had a roof leak on a rental house I was selling, so I called Liberty and they were out the same day and repaired the roof leak! Then 10 days later, a big storm hit and I had some damage to it. I called Liberty again and he was right out and took care of the problem! Thank you so much! I am so grateful for the wonderful work and fast service!

He responded and came on time and did a great job in fixing my friend's bath tissue holder that broke.

HORRIBLE! Long story short. Before making the apt. They required a picture of the requested work because they won't commit until they submit an estimate that you committed to. I explained that it was a disassembled bookcase that needed to be assembled. But they still wanted the picture. Then they wanted a picture of it assembled. I happened to have one because we're moving it. This back and forth took a whole day to accomplish. And I explained that all it entailed was screwing together 4 sections. About 15 mins work. It then took 2 days to get the estimate ( I had to ask for it 4 times). Promises to send made and never kept. In the end they wanted to charge $125.00 + $8.00 for non existent "materials!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

We were very happy they were able to squeeze our small project in we needed in a hurry. They showed up on time and got the job done. We have requested additional bids from them for future projects.

I had the pleasure of meeting JT today. My husband I and just moved to AZ and have a million things on our "to-do" list. Problem is too many of those things are to complicated for us "to do"
So I called Alltrade and JT was great! He was personable, honest, prompt,  and did wonderful job. He even explained how things worked in our house. It's been awhile since I had such a great customer service experience.
I had an assortment of little things that needed to be done and he did them all with ease!
Then he followed up with a nice email thanking me for the job! WOW
I've already started our next "we can't do it" list and I'm not at all worried.. I know the best handyman out there...JT.

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

First off. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first communication to the completion of the jobs necessary, I knew I had hired the right guy. Nate is a professional and he showed great communication, reliability, and above all great work. He was fair in his pricing and he is a down to earth guy. Those two things are very important, as I am in the "Trades business" as well. Some guys may do great work, but there pricks. Nate was the exact opposite.  We had 4 large TV's mounted to the walls. An extremely heavy mirror and a very large picture hung in our living room. Everything turned out perfect and is secure. It is nice to know the jobs were done right, as my Wife and I have 3 small children and another baby on the way. Now we don't have to worry about one of our TVs or wall hangings coming down on our children, as they like to pull everything down! Young with no fear. I'm sure other parents reading this understand what I mean. Anyways, Thanks for everything Nate. My wife and I will definitely be using your service's in the future!

Axel is a really great guy! He is the best handyman I've found since buying my home. He is multi talented...he's installed new light fixtures inside and out, renewed the caulking around all of my windows and sliding glass doors, and replaced the vent fan/light in one of the bathrooms as well as minor repairs around my home. He is friendly, courteous and professional and excellent communicator. I highly recommend!

SilverBack Handyman was the 6th company I called and the 3rd company I had come out for an Estimate; ultimately they were the ones to complete my job request from start to finish.
I do my research, I am very particular and I know exactly what I need, want and expect when I hire a professional to complete a job they are hired for.
I called, spoke with Bryan over the phone, he was kind, our communication was clear, he listed as I explained what I was looking for and the timeline I had in mind.  Based on what I was asking for he suggested to send out Kathem for my estimate.
Kathem arrived as scheduled, he took his time, asked all the questions, took all the measurements, gave offered suggestions and different options he thought might fit right, he was very thorough in explaining what would be done step by step.  
I received my estimate within the timeframe stated.  They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were extremely fair and competitive, reasonably price.  I agreed to have them complete the work and they were at my place 3 days later. Everything was completed and delivered as promised. I am so glad I gave these guys with little presence on yelp the opportunity, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome!  I will definitely be using them again for my next project!!

*patched walls where needed
*removed all old & installed all new baseboards
*Painted entire Condo from ceilings to baseboards including closets & doors
*removed, repaired, painted & reinstalled kitchen cabinets with new hinges
*removed old and installed new garbage disposal (I purchased)

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
