Rick arrived the same day I called him and professionally quoted  me that evening. Showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone that needed basic improvements.

Owner is rude and aggressive. He does not respect his customers. Do not use their home repair services.

I was in need of having a gate rebuilt.  I contacted Robert and made an appointment.  After exchanging a few photos we quickly settled on a plan of action.  He showed up as we discussed ready to start work.  Robert is very professional, skilled in his profession and an absolute pleasure to work with. i am very pleased with the quality of the work and highly recommend him for your Handyman needs.

Dubey is great to work with and very responsive! On time and very professional. I've used him twice for some work at my home and will use him again.

The whole process was so wonderful! Chris contacted us soon after our call then came out and gave us a quote! He was able to get the paint we picked out and complete our bathroom and bedroom in one day! He and his assistant, Jimmy were very professional and neat and clean! The paint job was beautiful!! I would recommend them completely!!!
Oh they also moved furniture and put everything back with no issues!! He even fixed a crooked light fixture! Love these guys!!!!

How do you get a 5 star review and not do any work? Here is how.

I sent Jason an email and photos about a small bathroom wall retexturing and requested it match the ceiling, (walls previously had wallpaper). He responded promptly but wanted a close up of the texture on the ceiling, photo sent.

Jason called me the following day and said that the texture was an older variety and although he could reproduce it, it was not something that he felt he was the best at. He went on to say he had been at a worksite and seen a similar texturing job done by M&C Services Group, he was so impressed with their work that he got their business card.

As I assumed that Jason was going to refer me to C&M as he wanted me to get the best job possible I expected Jason to give me the name and number and tell me to call them which he did. BUT he also had called them first, asked it they would consider doing the job and since Jason had a rare opening in his schedule and was going to do it by the end of the week he confirmed they could also do it by the end of the week.

This was Tuesday evening about 4:30 pm. I called C&M, they scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, had the bid to us that afternoon and we scheduled the work for Thursday 9:00 am.

Jason went above and beyond for a potential customer whom he received no direct financial compensation, so you judge for yourself reading the other 5 Star reviews along with this one. I'll certainly be calling Jason for other work I need done.....what about you!!!!

Dror responded very quickly and was able to come out the next day to repair a bedroom door. He was in and out in about 45 minutes, work fully completed. Thank you!

He responded and came on time and did a great job in fixing my friend's bath tissue holder that broke.

I seldom write reviews for businesses but I know how daunting it is to find a reliable handyman. I'd like to point out that Brian does an exemplary job. He has a very polite and knowledgeable demeanor, and delivers excellent results. I've used this company for three jobs and I will keep using them for future needs. I especially like the fact that they base their estimates on specific details that the customer provides through pictures and measurements.

Elvis did a great job at my home and rental. I will use him in the future. He had timely responses, was friendly, and did what he said.

I give JT TWO FIVE STARS, first for integrity & second for outstanding workmanship. He's done many projects but the most impressive was the gigantic pot rack installed with an 18' ceiling. Absolutely level the first time!  How many handymen would even attempt that job!  
Another great job was installation of ground lighting and I could go on...

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

My coworker recommended Nate's services to replace a door I had to break (latching was broken). He came to the house, he was prompt, very professional and very respectful. My wife was home alone with our baby, and she raved how comfortable she felt with him working there. He ended up hanging two doors for. The gaps are great and even, and the doors open and close perfectly. I'm glad I was given his info. We even spoke about future work that he'll be doing for us, as well. Thanks Nate!

Axel is a really great guy! He is the best handyman I've found since buying my home. He is multi talented...he's installed new light fixtures inside and out, renewed the caulking around all of my windows and sliding glass doors, and replaced the vent fan/light in one of the bathrooms as well as minor repairs around my home. He is friendly, courteous and professional and excellent communicator. I highly recommend!

Great experience with Silverback Handyman!
Project was a Lifetime playground from one of the warehouse stores. The crew was punctual and showed up ready to work.
Enough Silverbacks were onsite to complete the job safely and professionally!
They cleaned up the project area when complete. Making sure multiple times my wife and I were satisfied.
I will be using Silverback again and recommend them for any project. From a 9 hour playground assembly to helping little old ladies across the street with their groceries. Thank you guys! The family and I appreciate it... especially the boys!!!

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
