Called about a leak in our backyard, and within 20 minutes he had it diagnosed. Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.

*Edit-Had my landscaper look at the leak and determined it was not where Leak hunters said it was, nor did I need to replace anything like it was recommended. Landscaper found a buried sprinkler head we didn't know was there and simply turned off the water to it.

I contacted Alex and made an appointment, 4 days later he came to check our pool for leaks.  He and his Son were so polite and friendly.  They got right to work and checked the plumbing system.  They were so professional and explained everything they found.  He even pointed out things we could fix on our own.  I would definitely recommend this company.  He was much cheaper than most companies I contacted.  Quick, trustworthy and financially affordable.  Thanks guys, I enjoyed our interaction!!

When I initially called about a potential leak in our pool, Alex gave me a couple of suggestions to test for over the phone that could have eliminated the need to engage him.  I tried, to no avail, and there was no question about who I was bringing in to assess the situation.

Alex and his son were prompt, thorough in their assessment, and informative about explaining how they diagnosed the issues.  The great news is that there were no structural or piping failures causing the leak.  The fix was simple, requiring adjustments to the water level in the connected spa and an adjustment to the auto filler.  But we could have never gotten to that point without their careful diagnosis.

Honesty, integrity, and fair pricing are hallmarks of Alex's business model.  And because he does NOT do repairs, his motivation is the diagnosis, not the repair revenues.

So thankful for Leak Hunters. We recently finished a swimming pool and had a leak from day 1 of filling it. After contacting several companies and sending one out, they could not identify the leak. We didn't have all the confidence in the world that this particular company knew what they were doing.

We decided to research a 2nd opinion and called Leak Hunters. They came out the SAME DAY and found the leak in the light niche' within minutes of doing the dye test. Repaired with epoxy and so far, so good.

Very nice and honest owner!  He came out and checked my pool equipment and said that it all looked good. Turned out I didn't have a leak it's just dark areas from the company that sprayed my weeds. He didn't need to spend hours checking or charge me bucks just the coming out fee. Highly recommend.

Today was a very informative  day! Alex, came out and gave me a detailed analysis of my pool situation.  Which is necessary when you are a first time pool owner.

Let's just say the home we purchased  was from a seller that thought he knew more than the pool builder!!!

Either way, we started to notice a leak was happening and needed some help. We have a pool guy who told usnwe needed to hire a leak specialist which is how I found LeakHunters!

Alex and his team were amazing!  They were our second leak detection company I had to call out because the first one didn't identify the manifolds or identify where the exact leak was but gladly took our money.  By the time I got to Alex I was pretty exhausted with the process.  We knew we had a slab leak we just needed to find it so we could get a plumber to fix it.  Enter Alex... I called explained to him first company we called didn't apparently do everything they were supposed to and Alex assured me they would identify where the slab leak was as well as identify the manifolds so the plumber could do their job.  Alex was on time, less expensive than the company that didn't even do the job right the first time, and delivered on what he promised.  I'm so thankful for him.  Not only did he deliver on what he promised he would do, he also recommended an amazing plumber.  While having a slab leak was not an idea situation to be put in Alex helped put me at ease that there was a clear resolution.  I'm so thankful for Leak Hunters and would recommend them again and again. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with them.

Alex is wonderful!  He found the first leak in 5 minutes.  He found the 2nd leak soon after he made some necessary pool valve adjustments.  I also showed him my City of Phoenix water bill compared over time, which led him to find the most significant water problem.   It was with my water softener that was stuck in the regeneration mode.    Alex was polite and explained all 3 problems so that I could understand them.  His prices are also reasonable and money well spent!  Ultimately, his excellent service will save me money in the long run.

These guys are fantastic, I sent out a request for quote from a couple places.  Alex responded quickly and was very fair on pricing and because he had a cancellation they came out same day.

They testing my system and found a couple leaks that are simple fixes.  Instead of trying to talk over my head he should me a place that needs a cap and another that needs to be retaped.  Super honest and didnt try to play the upsell game.  I was terrified with a pool leak this was going to be an expensive day, but Leak Hunters did a great job and were honest on the repairs.  Highly recommend!

I called Leak Hunters because of their stellar reviews on Yelp. Alex, his brother and his son came to find a leak in our swimming pool. The pool contractor had tried to find the leak for several weeks and was unable to do so.

First off they were very polite and knowledgeable about their business. They used several pieces of equipment to find the leak. They used pressure testing and a listening device among other methods. They were very thorough.

They found the leak in a very short amount of time, maybe 30 minutes or so. It might've been less time.

They were very understanding, since we were late to our own appointment by 20 minutes. Alex had a very good attitude.
He is very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and explained details In depth.

Overall it was a great experience and I give them an A+ for attitude, professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend them without reservation and  use them again if there is ever a need.

These guys were great -- super reliable & knew what they were doing inside and out.  I called due to a drop in my pool's dedicated vacuum line efficiency.  They pressure tested the line and system through to the filter and were spot on with their inspection throughout.  I'd highly recommend using Leak Hunters if you're concerned about any type of plumbling leak... it was clear to me that they've seen it all with these types of issues.

On time, professional, and explained all they were doing to find a difficult pool leak.  Fair priced compared to others (maybe less).  Arrived and found the leak within 30 minutes, even helped dig a little to show me the problem.  Highly recommend.

Called Leak Hunters based on the reviews here on Yelp to find a leak in our pool. Alex was able to isolate the leak and recommended next steps. He was extremely professional and provided exceptional customer service. He always took the time to answer any questions I had to matter how much time it took. I found his prices to be fair and there were no hidden costs. I can't recommend his services enough.

Our rental property had a underground pipe leak and caused loss of suction for my pool cleaner. Alex came in and performed leak test and replaced approximate 2'-0 long of  underground pipe. We are very satisfied with his service. The job was done without owner's presence,   and they provide 1 year warranty of their work. Honest and trustworthy business!

I discovered a very minuscule leak in our outside main line, somewhere between the water meter and the side of our house, but needed it located before ripping up the entire 30+ foot span. I reached out to Alex after finding him on Yelp and he was able to get on the job within about an hour or so of my initial call, which was fantastic.

Because of the small magnitude of the leak, it was difficult to isolate but Alex kept at it, probably for a good two hours, eventually pinning it down near the side of our house and thankfully away from our recently redone front yard (which I really didn't want to rip up unless absolutely necessary). After getting the location from Alex, we had a plumber come out the next day to dig it up and search for the leak, testing the mettle of Alex's locating job.

It turned out that Alex was incredibly accurate, and his mark was quite literally right on top of the leak. We saved an enormous amount of trouble knowing where to dig from the get go, and had it fixed in much less time than it would have taken to re-pipe the entire main from the meter. It should go without saying that not knowing where the leak was, I would have been saddled with murderous hourly rates for the plumbers to ferret it out (or have them sub-contract another leak detection service with a huge premium), or been forced to simply dig up and replace the entire main line. The cost of doing a pin-point repair at the source of the leak was less than half the cost a new main line, so Alex's locating service paid for itself almost 10x over in saving me that difference.

I also have to add, the plumber was extremely impressed with the accuracy of the leak location Alex did, especially given the small magnitude of the leak, enough that he happily took down the name of the company for future reference.

Water leaks are never fun, and while better outside than inside, they're still an expensive endeavor that I hope not to experience again. That said, if there is a next time, I will certainly call Alex again and I highly recommend him and his service. He's a one man shop, very responsive, punctual and skilled at his craft. Not much more you can ask for!

Several homes in my development have had water leaks, including a neighbor across the street, so I thought it would be beneficial to see if I had one, too (my water bill had not jumped significantly though).  Alex contacted shortly after I contacted him through Yelp, then he was able to stop by a few days later.

I explained to him suspected areas where I thought there could be leaks (e.g., a past leak on the side of the house from the contractor that did my backyard).  He ran a pressure test and fortunately didn't find anything.  He also spent some time with me explaining ways I could reduce my water bill (e.g., reduce the drip system watering times for some zones).  When he left, he said they have a 30-day warranty so they would come back for free if a leak was discovered.  Overall, great & fast service.  I would definitely recommend Leak Hunters.

Andrew came out on short notice at the end of the day.  I had a difficult underground leak and he narrowed it down to an irrigation pipe, and then was able to find the exact spot that was leaking.

Andrew is a very nice guy, knows his stuff, and was very professional.

We recently had an unexpected leak in our irrigation system that led to a significant amount of flooding in our backyard. Alex and his team were able to quickly come out and assess the issue. They did an awesome job in making the repairs. We also appreciated their help in identifying the source of a few other problems we were having with our irrigation system that will need to be addressed by our landscapers. All in all, I highly recommend this company if you want efficient and reliable repairs and friendly service.

We are doing a remodel of our house.  We had our plumber (trusted, they do all our work) state we had a leak somewhere.  He recommended us to Alex.  Turned out to be the best call we could have made.  Alex came out and was able to determine it was not a leak in our pipes but our water softener.  So glad it was not more serious! Alex (owner) is FANTASTIC! I had a leak in my pool's suction line. He not only answered my phone call immediately, but was able to come over the next day and find the leak location within a few minutes. He came back within a few days and fixed the cracked pipe without any problem. I would HIGHLY recommend Leak Hunters to track down your pool leaks. They are incredibly professional and reliable.

Have not yet used, but highly impressed with the phone consult I just received.  We are going to try out a few suggestions and then give them a call if we can't figure it out.  Glad to know companies like this still exist!

Received a call from our pool company that they believed we had a leak in the cleaner line of our pool. I called Alex at Leak Hunters and he got me in the next day. I wasn't able to be there due to my work schedule which wasn't a problem for Alex. He called me as soon as he completed his diagnosis which was completed during the time frame we discussed. The problem was identified and marked. For simplicity I had Alex repair instead of finding another company. Alex returned the next day and repaired the site as expected. Both processes were easy and completed to my satisfaction. Although I never got the pleasure of meeting Alex first hand I have no hesitation in hiring him again should the unforeseen arise. We called Alex, our swimming pool was loosing about 3 of water a day. We talked it out and he instructed us to drain the pool. Alex came the day after the pool was drain and did some very comprehensive testing of all the plumbing. The test results showed that three of the pop up heads were cracked in the pool floor. We contracted CDC Pools to make the repairs. We refilled the pool with water and no more leaks. Alex went over the top to identify the problem and he even followed up with us during the repairs to make sure every thing was going correctly. Thank you Alex for all your expertises.

Alex is amazing! My hot water heater went out and was leaking all over my garage. I called Alex and he was out and replacing my water heater in no time! He was quick, affordable and great to work with! I really recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

So, I got a water bill indicating I used over 40K gallons of water in one month....did the bucket test and noticed my pool lost three inches of water in less than 24 hours.  Called Alex at Leak Hunters and set up an appointment.  Dude came out and located the leak in about ten minutes.  Alex fixed the leak on the spot in about a half-hour.  He was extremely professional and the price was fair.  I would never call on anyone for any future pool leaks (knock on wood....).  Leak Hunters is the bomb.  Out.

I was so worried my leak could not be found. My pool is massive and I have this amazing spa that flows into it from high above. I called Alex and he gave me set prices for each thing: pool, spa, equipment - he didn't ask me my zip code, or how big my pool was (to charge me more - like the other place did). No willy nilly numbers, he gave me firm, reasonable numbers (Im scottish so I appreciate that a lot) His prices were also about half what the leak company my pool-man company told me to use- and they required this huge process of basically an interview, an email - that never came- and signing a document, and then that other outfit was like 4 weeks out.)
So when I found Leak Hunters it was a no brainer. Alex was professional, could fit me in within 1 week, on-time, capable, personable, and most important, he found the leak and recommended two outfits to repair the leak. He also let me pay with chase quickpay - which I love. The spa was still leaking a little after the repair guys, and Alex came back out to re-test for leaks, at no additional fee (he has a 30 day warranty!) Low and behold, the leak was not all the way sealed, and he showed me where the die got sucked into the leak. Gotta have the repair guys back out. But 100% to Alex at Leak Hunters for detecting pool and spa leaks!!!

I have been dealing with a leak in my swimming pool for a year and 1/2 now. I called a previous company and they came out and never found the leak after multiple trips. Leak Hunters came out and found the leak in less than an hour and then got in my freezing pool and repaired it. Of course, based on my previous experience I watched and followed up with the bucket test for a few days. AMAZING!!! My pool no longer leaks!! These guys are the real deal! Don't go to anyone else; you'll waste your money and still have leaks. They are professional and they CLEARLY know what they're doing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We have a large pool area and there was water coming up through the flagstone.  Alex was available and came out and within 30 minutes found the leak.  It was about 12 inches below the deck, but because he could localize it, the repair area was very small.  I would highly recommend alex for any water issues you may have.  He was amazing!

Murphy's law - slow leak through kitchen ceiling on Thanksgiving Day..  Called Leak Hunters the day after Thanksgiving - by Saturday morning Alex had it all done.  Educated us on the issue and luckily it wasn't too serious.  Very responsive and on time.  Thanks again!

Leak Hunters was fantastic. I found the company through Yelp after receiving an incredibly high water bill. The price to detect a leak is exactly what the market value is (I called about 3 different places and they all charged the same based on the specialized equipment that is used). The guy that owns the company was able to fit us in rather quickly. He was extremely personable and professional and was able to identify the exact location of the leak very quickly. He explained things to me at my request while he was working so I could become a better educated home owner. He also explained how our timer settings worked on our sprinkler system (where the leak was identified), helped me change them, and educated me on the various plants in our yard that would likely be the biggest issues for root damage to pipes. He definitely went above and beyond and we will most certainly use this company any time we have a leak.
