Pink Plumbing and Sewer

I called Pink Plumbing because of its great reviews.

I had a hot water line leaking issue on Sunday, called Pink Plumbing on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, but in the meantime, the owner, Chris, was kind enough to spend sometime with me over the phone and taught me how to shut off the hot waterline from the water heater to stop it from running.

Then I got a call mid morning on Monday from the technician, Chris, stating that he would be able to fit me in within an hour.  Chris showed up before I was able to get home, diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate, and called me within an hour to schedule a time for the leak locating service to come at the same time the next day to complete the repair.

The next day, Tuesday, both Chrises (owner and technician) showed up on time, met the leak locating service, located the leak, and rerouted my hot water line.  Chris also recommended a new hot water heater replacement since mine is 19 years old, and it was installed today, Wednesday.

I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Chris, the owner, and Chris, the technician, for their promptness, courteous, and exceptional services.

Because of both Chrises, I was able to minimize any possible water damage to my house, but most importantly, put my mind at ease!

They were also very accommodating with my work schedule.

It is very stressful when you have water issue at the house, and I am so glad I called Pink Plumbing because they really do care!

Pink plumbing fixed my water shut off and installed a beautiful new faucet for a greatprice. Would definitely recommend.

I always use Yelp when I need anything done. My hot water heater was giving me issues. So I read the yelp reviews on pink plumbing and sewer. Their reviews beat everybody else's by a long shot. So I called yesterday and this morning Lou came by and figured out what was going on with the water heater and it was fantastic. Right now I don't need a new one, but when I do which will be soon I will have it put in by pink. Plus I really like the look up their trucks, and was glad to hear the story about why it's pink and that pink represents cancer awareness which is always a top priority for me.

We had a water heater go out and was leaking all over. We had 3 different companies out to give quotes. We felt the most confident and comfortable with Lou at Pink Plumbers. He did a great job for us. He was on time, and did an extra item we sprung on him once there and working. He really hooked us up Ana everything was clean and working great. These guys will be my go-to from now on.

We had an issue with both our bath tub and our outside water faucet. My husband is very handy, but this, we needed the professionals! I called and had an appointment set up right away, the technician was on time, and completed the job and did it well. Great company, great employees and owners.

Lou was great.. Did a excellent job.. Very friendly and explained everything He did... I will  definitely use them again..

A 5 Star review and I didn't even use them. Here's why. All the drains started backing up in my house at 8:30pm on Christmas Eve. I called several plumbers and simply got a sorry, no one available. I called Pink Plumbing. They also had no one available until Monday BUT, Chris, the owner, spend 30 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the problem (clog between the house and the main), walking me through a possible fix by putting the garden hose down the cleanout, and when that didn't work, gave me more suggestions on what to try when Home Depot opened on Saturday. Thanks to Chris, my clog is gone today. Even though I no longer need Pink Plumbing, I know their customer service is top notch!

I would highly recommend this company! We had Lou Hernandez and another gentleman come out and they were so polite and professional and very knowledgeable! They took their time making sure the work was done correctly and informed me every step of the way what they were doing. I will most definitely be using them in the future

I was in desperate need of a quick repair to some leaking pipes in my kitchen, Pink Plumbing was there for me the next day! Prompt and knowledgeable service, the technician Lou was great! Offered a few different options and was in and out quick! Great work! I will provide word of mouth recommendations for these guys!

I rarely write reviews, but...
I had a sewer sump pump issue that needed to fixed properly.  Lou arrived within the scheduled time. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner.  He explained what he fixed, how he fixed and how to prevent future issues. He also fixed another plumbing issue, possibly due to sump pump damage.

I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing and Sewer to family and friend.

Pretty pricey - had some under sink valves replaced. Pretty expensive for the work they did.  I had a question about plumbing for a whole house water system, they just wanted to sell me a commercial $5000 system instead, that had pretty bad reviews.

Had a water leak, and also needed a new main shutoff valve to help diagnose. They came out next day for the valve, after which the leak was discovered between meter and main shutoff. The leak opened up to the point we couldn't leave the water on. They came out the very next day and replaced the line, from the meter to the valve. Very pleased with the work they did and the professionalism they displayed. Chris (owner), Jason, and all the staff were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

Our hot water heater went out and they were here the next day to replace it. Entire process was seamless and Lou was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and genuine. He answered all of my questions and gave good advice on care and maintenance of hot water heater. I highly recommend Pink Plumbing and Sewer and will use them for any future needs.

I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer after my Kitchen faucet stopped working properly and I was put in the schedule right away. Jason came out and was on time and very knowledgeable and informative. He ended up installing a new faucet for us as well as a new valve for the hot water and everything is working great. He was very professional and he made sure to clean up when he was finished. I have no doubt that I will use PP&S for any future plumbing issues. I am extremely happy with their service and I would highly recommend them!

Lou just replaced 2 leaky outdoor spigots and gave us some recommendations for further fixes we needed estimates for. He's very professional and tidy. Definitely will use Lou at PP&S again for pending issues. Thanks for your help today!

Needed a Plumber for a slow draining shower and was recommenced I call Chris at Pink Plumbing.  Tremendous guy, and had a technician to my house to fix the problem in less than an hour!  That has never happened before.  The technician Jason, was very knowledgable and fixed the slow drain quickly and efficiently.  Highly recommend and don't call anybody else!

This company is the best. I've used them three times. They can out same day to take care of a leak. It was a holiday and the owner answered the phone in his way to the airport! Talk about good customer service! We were concerned that the leak was behind the wall but with minimal repairs needed, they saved us from having to have a restoration company come out and that would have been at least $1000 deductible for us. They are always so friendly and follow up to make sure the customer is happy. The job is done clean and well and the prices are very reasonable. They don't try and get you to repairs and fix things that aren't needed. They are honest plumbers.

A great example of the hype living up to the experience.  I read the great reviews Pink Plumbing and Sewer has received and was convinced to give them a shot at fixing a clogged shower drain.  First time hiring them and was very impressed start to finish.  Left a msg, got a return call back within minutes to schedule my appt.  Their technician, Lou Hernandez, arrived right on time, was very pleasant, quickly assessed and resolved our problem.  And the price was right.  Definitely will be using them again.

Jason cane to repair my toilet and shower. He was so nice and thorough. He explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and even mentioned a couple small things to keep an eye on. He had things fixed and left my bathroom, where he worked, even cleaner than when he arrived! The price was fair, he was on time and on estimate. I highly recommend Pink Plumbing!

Chris and his helper were on time (a bit early, actually), and cleared our drains quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price.  Their demeanor was both professional and personable.  Excellent service!

Chris at Pink Plumbing did a great job replacing a 1967 sewer line between a bathroom and the septic tank; there was plenty of digging needed in house and under the back patio. Service was fast and professional. When it was done, it looked like it never even happened and worked better than it ever had in 15 years. Thank you, Pink! Highly recommended.

Chris did a fabulous job at my dad's duplex. Very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. Had a back up at both units and we need to change some piping out. He was able to respond and get everything going in a very quickly. Will definitely use him again. I would highly recommend him.

Woke up to water on the kitchen floor.  Called Pink Plumbing and Chris booked the appointment for the same day between 11-1.  Got a call from Chris at 1030 that the job he was currently on was a big bigger than he expected, and that he would be over ASAP. I appreciated the phone call and that level of customer service.  He also new I was on a time line.  When he arrived he preformed the work and finished in a adequate time.  I am very pleased with his work and will definitely recommend him.

I'm very Impressed with this company.  I came home and My house was flooded, I mean water was literally was coming out my front door.  I called Pink Plumbing and sewer and they send a guy out within 3 min of my call. Talk about impressive.   They had the water turned off and had another company come out and clean up all the water damage and address the problem with my water heated.  Which exploded, and had a brand new water heated installed that night, which I might add that I called them at 9:30 at night on a Saturday.  If you want you things done right and fast I highly recommend calling Pink Plumbing and Sewer.    I might as add that I called 4-5 other companies and I received no response  from them!

Pink Plumbing came to our rescue recently when our hot water heater failed and started to leak water into our garage and home. Chris, the owner arrived at our home almost immediately after I called him and he assessed the problems we were having with the leaking water heater and the water damage that was spreading into our master bedroom closet. His restoration team began immediate efforts to stop any further damage and they initiated steps to start the restoration within 30 minutes after arrival. They called my insurance company to report the situation and garnered approval to begin repair and restoration services immediately. Our new hot water heater was hooked up (temporarily) within 2 hours and it will be permanently installed immediately after the restoration work is complete. Before Chris left he walked around the house with me to troubleshoot for any other possible maintenence issues. Pink Plumbing is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing or sewer issues! Their team is professional, courteous and highly skilled at what they do. Also, their knowledge of state of the art, energy efficient water purification systems is first rate. I recommend you talk to them about whole house water purification systems. Purifying the water that is coming into your home can definitely save you money, keep your plumbing in great shape and allow you to have safe, good tasting water right out of the tap.
