Received a reply to my request within 30 minutes. An appointment was scheduled for the following week to give us an estimate. Andy walked the property with us and made recommendations on what needed to be done to keep the trees healthy. He was very thorough and professional. The same day quote we received was a good value for the work we needed done. The tree trimming was scheduled for 10 days later. The crew arrived right on time and did an amazing job with our 3 very large trees - one Sissoo and 2 Argentine Mesquites. The trees look beautiful, and every piece of debris was blown, swept, and removed. The crew was personable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have their trees trimmed. We have our trees done every year and we will definitely have them back.

How do you write a review when you can only give 5 stars for INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM, TIMELINESS OF SERVICE.
This was way too easy. I had 2 properties to remove and trim back trees. The crews were FULLY STAFFED. They had all the equipment they needed. No individual with a chain saw perilously dangling from my tree while I have my home owners insurance on speed dial.
This is a COMPANY. Designed to do BUSINESS. They will give you a fair price and do an exceptional and timely job.
Shop around. Get a better price.
YOU WILL NOT GET A BETTER SERVICE. I guarantee.

Free estimates. They sent a certified arborist to assess our trees. Seemed knowledgeable, was clear in his explanations of what needed to be done. So we scheduled a major pruning.

The crew showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up our trees, plus did a few special requests (e.g. trim this further away from the house). Trees look much cleaner, should survive the monsoon fine, and hopefully will fill-in better. One in particular was a tangled mess before they trimmed it.

Pricing not cheap, but reasonable. I've paid more for inferior quality, so I'm happy.

I'm not sure I can appropriately explain how great these folks are. We had a huge job with multiple full days spent onsite. Everything was communicated clearly and we knew exactly what to expect. The crews showed up on time and worked HARD - really hard. They were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable about the various tree species and very easy to communicate with. They left the job site in perfect condition after each day and I couldn't be happier with the results. Excellent value for the service.

09-10-2020. OUTSTANDING.
I have a yearling peach tree. It's looking REALLY bad. I assumed it was a bug or something... but wanted a professional's opinion.

I called and left a message... I was called back within 1/2 an hour. I was asked to text pics...and I did. I was called texted back shortly there after and told to just up the watering.... I offered to pay and was told No worries our pleasure.

THAT! is customer service...and HONESTY!! I appreciate it SOOO much.

Bad experience with these guys and they wasted a ton of my time. Called for a tree quote for a large tree trimming job. They were booking a week out to send an arborist, which was fine. He came out, rushed me around our HOA (other companies took an hour to walk around since it was such a large space) and then I never heard back. I waited and after 10 days finally called and left a message that I was still waiting for a quote.

Finally they sent me a one-line quote (for a job of 70 trees) with no details, no specifics on woodchipping, stump removals, firewood, etc... which were all the things I spoke to him about.
The quote was so absurd, it was almost laughable. It was 200% higher than the next highest bid! (28k verses 10k).

They clearly didn't want the job or lost the arborists information to provide an appropriate bid. Wish I hadn't wasted 2.5 weeks on getting a quote from them.

Soo very impressed with this company !!!! Saw a recommendation on Nextdoor and decided to try them out and we are so glad that we did. They were very responsive when contacted- worked up a quote via pictures - got us the quote right away and were extremely reasonable in price. They came when they said they would, had an exceptionally friendly trimmer and ground down the stump so that you would never even know we had a tree there!!

Had Liberty come out and look at a mesquite that was damaged. Daniel said the tree was still good so I had them do a balance and trim, as well as get 5 more mesquites in my yard. The quote was reasonable although Daniel tried to tell me that normally it costs much more. I've had my trees trimmed lots of times so I kind of know how much it cost.

The crew came out the day as planned but they weren't exactly on schedule. No big deal as they made quick work of my yard. Maybe too quick. I ended up with some cracked branches and a bunch of the limbs have little knobs where they trimmed the branch. Pretty sure they could have cut those a bit closer. Once the trees starts growing I'm almost certain branches will sprout everywhere.

Daniel is easy to work with, reliable and has looked after my best interest in maintaining my trees.

The company did a lot of things very well--the estimate and scheduling process was smooth, the price was competitive, and the crew was well-equipped, worked quickly, and cleaned up well. The problem they have as a company is the lack of effective communication between the estimator (arborist) and the crew who comes out to do the actual cutting. I was very clear to the arborist/estimator that we wanted to keep as many branches that shaded the windows as possible on BOTH trees that were being cut, but the notes he took had that note for only one of the trees. As a result, the crew did leave the shade branches for ONE of the trees, but cut them in front of the other, so now the sun streams into our daughter's bedroom, and this summer will be brutal. So if you're going to use this company, MAKE SURE that all of your wishes are EXPRESSLY AND METICULOUSLY WRITTEN OUT on the estimate, because the estimator and cutting crew do not actually talk to one another once the job starts, and all of the discussion you have with the estimator apparently means nothing if it's not written out on the estimate. If you're going to hire them, I would be sure that you can be there all day to supervise. I tried to schedule a time that I could be there to make sure that they did what I wanted, but they don't have their cutting windows tight enough for you to be able to plan on a certain time--they only schedule for 'morning' or 'afternoon,' and I couldn't take the day off.

Had 2 tremendously prolific Ficus trees in my backyard, that swallowed up my swing set and made the block wall behind it disappear, as well as resting one of it's huge branches on my roof. Liberty Tree to the rescue! They had the best quote for the trimming job and then threw in a trim on a bottle-brush tree that they noticed could use a trim. How nice of them! They came five strong, on time and were finished in 70 minutes. They even removed old fallen leaves in the vicinity during their immaculate clean up. A job more than well done and I am a grateful and happy camper. I don't think you could find a nicer, more qualified and reasonable company. I now have them on speed dial.

A microburst took down a 100+ foot pine tree in my yard, which crashed through my fence and spans two neighbors properties. I contacted 3 companies through Yelp to provide an estimate. Because the tree spanned my neighbor's property who live in a gated community they had to be contacted in order to provide access. Cassie orchestrated it all and was very kind to my neighbors. Each company was very informative. Liberty Tree was able to start work the next day and their price was consistent with other companies, though slightly lower. They did an awesome job getting the tree removed (which took two days) and cleaning up everything afterward. This was a huge pain, and I was glad liberty got everything taken care of so quickly

Fantastic tree trimmers! They were referred by our landscaper. They were extremely responsive and sent over their arborist the day after I called. Their quote was a lot less than the others that we received. They completed the work on 3 of our trees days later and the end result is fantastic. I don't think you can beat these guys for service or quality. We bought a house with a great mountain view - unfortunately it was obstructed by an overgrown tree. The crew came in and did a fantastic job thinning and cutting the tree which looked fantastic afterwards. I even called the owner with a request while they were doing the job and he was happy to accomodate. I've hired random people before at other properties and all they did was hack branches and the bushes and trees ended up looking terrible. Hire these guys for a quality job and fair price.

They did a great job on my tree/shrub removal project, completely clearing out a desert willow and a few other unsightly bushes (weeds, to me) the previous owner of the house left me to inherit. They were practically the only service in the price range I was looking for who had the grinding service, and Daniel was even nice enough to dock the clean-up fee.

The only reason I didn't go for 5 stars was the communication was kind of wonky; it took a while from the time I accepted the quote via voicemail to get confirmation they'd come out, and that confirmation was only made after I continually called their office; the office never called me back. Still, both Daniel and the lady in the office were pleasant to talk to, they showed up and finished on time, and for the price and level of service, this business offers a great value; I definitely recommend!

I needed some tree evaluations and remembered that I had saved a flyer from a recent bulk mailer.
I called Liberty Tree Experts and set the ball in motion.
On the appointed day, my husband was home to meet the tree expert. This man arrived (on time!) and reviewed our 4 trees needs.
My husband was impressed with his professional appearance, kindness and expertise.
Regrettably, we can't say that for many companies.
He gave us an estimate for trimming that seemed fair and after reviewing his bid, we approved the work order.
The job was completed exactly as discussed.
The 4 men on site did a commendable job of cleaning all the debris from the tree trimming- even included the pool. Many companies don't take the time and remaining mess clogs the pool equipment.
Because I wasn't feeling well the day of the trimming, I was not able to check out the work when told they were finished and ready to leave.
The next day I checked our 4 trees. All looked great except for one tree that my neighbor always complains about- our olive tree.
When I emailed the company to explain the issue,
an immediate response was received. A Saturday visit, less than 3 days after my request, a crew from Liberty Tree Experts came and trimmed the offending branches overhang on neighboring sidewalk.

Other tree companies- more expensive and frequently leave trees looking lopsided.
I feel very comfortable recommending Liberty Tree- it was a very pleasant experience.

Extremely pleased. We have used their services 2x to remove trees and cactus at our new house. The first was to remove a 30' pine tree and 20' cacti. Second was for a 15' dying grapefruit tree and 3 more smaller cacti. They were extremely responsive on yelp (less than 30 min). They were able to schedule us pretty quickly and also called when they had a cancellation so that they could fit us in sooner which was awesome. They were super efficient and left no mess at all! Art and his team were in and out and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend for any type of tree removal service!

Found these guys working on the trees across the street from my place, struck up a conversation & was impressed with the knowledge base of the foreman. I have a 50 yr old mulberry in my backyard that was in dire need of a haircut & felt comfortable that these guys were skilled & qualified to do the job. These guys were great! I called them to come out to remove a few old giant trees for safety reasons. The gentleman was very friendly to deal with, and his team was the most efficient team I had ever seen. Everyone knew what they were doing, and they worked diligently. I reside in Scottsdale and needed an Iron tree taken down that had been split by high winds exposing very large roots as well. I used YELP to read the reviews and obtained 3-bids.

Liberty asked that I take pictures and send those to them first, which I did. They returned with the hour a bid that included full removal, stump grinding below the surface and full clean-up.

Their bid was 30% cheaper than the closest one! Thirty-percent.

They kept me informed, arrived when they said, and I came home to a spotless landscape where they had performed their work.

I'm from the Pacific Northwest and I have had many trees removed in my lifetime. Liberty should be your only choice. Good people, great communication - and great pricing.

First - how convenient if the Request a Quote feature?! I used this to get in touch with Liberty Tree Experts (along with several other companies) and started getting responses almost immediately!

Liberty Tree Experts was one of the first to get back with me and I'm glad they did!

Nathan came out and gave us a more than fair estimate, as well as plenty of advice on how to tackle the tree in our backyard moving forward. Our main concern was a branch growing towards the service wires to our home.

I'd comment on the crews work, but they came, removed the branch, and all traces they had been there while I was at work. True tree trimming ninjas!

We had such a great experience with this company! We had a two day project requiring a crew of 5 guys. They removed 10 very tall trees, some of which were grown into the foundation of our home and dead oleanders that were grown into a metal fence. The also treated the stumped with chemicals and grinded them. From the moment Daniel came over to assess the situation and give us a quote until when the project was complete and the crew left everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The crew left our yard looking better than before they came. We had 10 different companies come out to give us quotes and I was shocked at how many of them didn't know what they were talking about and didn't carry the proper insurance and workers compensation. I called for an estimate to have a tree removed from my yard. When Kathy answered the phone she let me know that an estimator would call and set up an appointment, no one ever called. 2 days later the estimator called to let me know he was tuning early and could he come by in an hour...... I never had an appointment! When j told him that no One had called me to set up an appointment, he argued with me and then had the office call me. Kathy called me right back, argued with me (again) about having called to set up an appointment and the told me the estimator could come in 2 days. Again she said the estimator would call the day before to set up a time, and again no one ever called.

Had two very large pines removed from my backyard with Liberty Tree. These things were massive (30 years old and well over 2 stories tall). The people at Liberty Tree Experts do amazing work. I've used them three times now. They're very knowledgeable and extremely honest. They always quote you an honest estimate. The first time I used them, they removed a very tall fan palm tree that was adjacent to my fence and house. They did a beautiful job with no damage to the fence or the house. The second time I used them, they trimmed two very large trees that were right next to my swimming pool. I was so impressed at how clean my pool was after they finished. I thought for sure that my pool would be filled with debris, but it was sparkling clean. And recently, they were completely honest with me and told me that the trees I wanted trimmed would do better if I waited till the spring. Instead of just doing the job for the money, they cared enough to be truthful and suggest I wait a few months for the health of my trees.
All of the employees are really friendly and nice to work with. I especially like the office staff and estimators, they're great. I will always use Liberty Tree Experts for any tree trimming needs.

We requested a quote and after a short conversation explaining the situation with our mature pine tree they provide a reasonable price. They even tried to talk us out of the service because they didn't want us to waste our money. Long story short, the tree showed signs of recovering but eventually died 7 months later. They are highly knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your tree needs.

I am not sure what has happened! They have trimmed trees for us and I was very happy! I have been trying to get a quote from them this time, and have been completely ignored! They said they were going to send someone out and look at what needed to be done, and send a quote via email. It has been almost three weeks, and nothing! Very disappointing! I understand being busy, a phone call would of been great! To be ignored is bad customer service!

We recently hired Liberty Tree Experts after collecting 5 quotes for similar services. They were professional, friendly and informative from the get go. Their quote came in lower than most others, however, they explained how they could provide the same or better caliber services that other places at a lower price. They did not disappoint. They were easy to work with from beginning to end and communication was clear with the office, with the initial estimate and with the crew doing the work. We had 5 monstrous ficus trees trimmed and cleaned out, several trees removed, some fertilizing, pruning of other trees, including a pine tree. They worked efficiently, cleaned up well from the job and preformed great work. We will use them again in the future.

We are very happy with the consistently great service we get from Liberty Tree. They are reasonably priced, punctual, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. The care they take to trim our large mesquite tree makes it so that we only have to have them come every two or three years for maintenance. They listen carefully to what we want (ie. not too much off, so we can still get shade and a nice full tree), but enough to keep the HOA happy. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated company.

The estimator Daniel spent a lot of time with us, telling us what might help our two aged mulberries that we love. First, a fellow was sent to inject vitamins into the soil to support the trees, and then, after the leaves appeared, a team came to cut off the diseased, dead, and too-far-reaching limbs. Our trees now look SO healthy. Liberty was in the middle, dollar wise, of the three quotes we received. We'd recommend them in a minute.

Norm was very helpful as we had a messy mesquite hanging over my neighbors house and mine. Approximately 2 and half hours all work was done to perfection. These guys really care! When they call and ask you how everything went, they actually listen! I had some concerns about a broken limb that was not removed when my trees were trimmed and Daniel personally came out to inspect it. He explained why it was left on, but also offerred to remove it if that was what I wanted. The office called me and set up the appt. The crew came out and removed it, no charge. This is the company you want to do business with! I'm picky and I recommend using them!

I called Liberty Tree because I needed to have a mesquite tree in my front yard trimmed. Liberty was very quick to respond with a quote that was more than fair and they were able to get me onto their schedule much sooner than I have found with other tree trimming companies I have hired in the past. The people who work for this company are super friendly. I am very pleased and I told the Owner, Jerry, that Liberty Tree will be our go to company for all of our tree trimming needs going forward. Cassie was great to speak with too. This is the type of service that creates customers for life. I highly recommend them.

Liberty Tree Experts removed a large Texas Ebony tree from my yard. The price was reasonable and I was scheduled within one week of accepting their bid. The crew did a great job! They were so quick and efficient that I barely had time to grab my cellphone to get some pics of the take down and this was a BIG tree. They also cleaned up all of the tree debris left after the removal. I will definitely be calling them again when I need tree services.

Great experience working with this company. One of the owners, Daniel came to our house gave us helpful information about all of our trees. Their prices were very fair, they were able to schedule the work around our schedule, and they cleaned up perfectly. We have them coming out soon to do more work. I highly recommend them!

We had Liberty Tree Experts out to trim a 60-ft eucalyptus tree and a large ficus tree in our front yard. They did a great job and they were quite affordable, being the lowest of the quotes we received. They also came back a week later to get a dead branch in the eucalyptus tree that had been missed. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

Promised to contact my tenant to schedule an inspection and estimate. Never followed up and left me in a tight spot with my HOA. They make all the right noises but follow-through seems to be a weak point. From my perspective, there are much better choices out there.

These guys did a great job on my backyard. All my bushes, mini palms and big palm trees look amazing ! They removed a dead lemon tree and now I have room for a new one. I will definitely be calling them back for a 6 month tune-up. Thanks to Daniel and the crew for a job well done !

We were impressed with Liberty Tree Experts when a neighbor hired them to trim large trees. We observed them in action, and met Daniel the arborist and the crew led by an experienced, hard worker named Junior. One tree they cut was ours, that hung into our neighbor's yard. They did such a good job! The next time we need trees trimmed, we will call Liberty. We've had other, more expensive tree trimmers in our yard who have not done as good a job as Liberty.

This was a very disappointing experience. I requested a quote for tree removal from them on one day, got a reply two days later, and tried to book them 9 days after that. No response. Tried again 8 days later. No response. I thought they were interested in the job, but apparently not. Also apparently not interested in letting the customer know that they were withdrawing their bid. Or anything else. In fact, the last contact from them was nearly a month ago, and I've heard nothing since, despite two attempts to contact them. I hope nothing ill befell them, but it would have been nice to know that I needed to move on instead of waiting on them. Finally, after starting the search all over again, I found another company to do the removal. In the long run, I guess I should thank them - the new company did a good job and was actually almost 1/3 cheaper so, thanks for that.

Great crew, super friendly & did great work quickly. I had a massive 35 foot Chinese Elm in my front yard that they were able to thin out in no time. It looks like a brand new tree now! I recently had cause to call upon the folks at Liberty Tree to do a little restorative work on a couple of older trees in my backyard. To make a long story short, I was thoroughly satisfied with everyone from Daniel (the estimator) who actually came out to look things over, to the very professional (and efficient) four-man crew who actually did the job. I would not hesitate to use these folks again and, not surprisingly, would have no qualms about recommending them to friends or family.

The Liberty Tree Experts are simply the best starting with Cassie in the office. She works with the customer to provide timely service. Daniel, the arborist, is wonderful and hands on. Josue and his crew did a fantastic job pruning my Palo Verde trees and cleaning up afterwards. The couldn't have been more courteous. These guys were great. I messaged them on Yelp about a fallen tree in our yard. They responded the same day and said to text some pictures. Both Daniel and Nate are licensed arborists and it shows- they really know their stuff.
And in the office, Ingrid was always prompt in responding, and very nice to speak with.
In years prior, we hired other tree trimmers to trim our very large tree and very tall tree and they did not do a good job, it looked like our tree got butchered, plus cleanup was sloppy.
The Liberty team arrived on time, did careful and expert work, and cleaned up after themselves - they left our yard as if they had not been there, expect for the now-beautiful tree they left us with.

Liberty Tree Experts did a fantastic job removing three enormous trees from our front yard. The communication and customer service was great from beginning to end. The cost was very reasonable and the work was amazing. They did the removal while my husband and I were at work. When we arrived home, you wouldn't have even known we had three trees! Like others, we had an outstanding experience with Daniel and his Team. He explained exactly how they would remove our 33 year old tree; the Team (Johnie, Jayclyn and two others) showed up on time and completed the job within the time estimated (very careful not to damage either landscape lighting or irrigation) - great job of clean-up. We had a relationship with another tree service (who we have spent a lot money with but was unwilling to be flexible in their price); we chose Daniel's company because: 1) clear explanation of how he would do the job; 2) trained arborist on site during job; 3) insurance - very important - because if anything goes wrong, you want to be sure tree service is covered -- many homeowner policies don't cover damage due to falling trees!) and, 4) while not the deciding factor - his price was very reasonable compared to one other quote and what our neighbors told us we should expect to pay. Finally, their Office Manager, Ingrid, was very helpful in scheduling service and reconfirming date/time team would be on site.

Unrelated to tree removal, Daniel provide good advice on other questions we had about irrigation and landscaping. We have come to trust his judgment and plan to use his company for other projects.

We recommend the use of Liberty without any reservations - great people in a service area where they are very around!

I had a bunch of palms and a couple of fruit trees that needed trimming, so I requested quotes from a few companies. One company gave me a quote out of my budget, so I decided to just have the queen palms done. Other companies immediately rejected the job, I'm guessing due to the job size it wouldn't be worth it to them, but I say who cares? Money is money, right? Liberty Tree Experts contacted me quickly and pleasantly offered to come out discuss options regardless of how big or small the job. Compared to others, I really felt like customer service is a priority with this company. I will definitely keep them on my go to list if ever needed in the future!

We had a cypress tree removed from our villa that was in a confined backyard space with neighbors on all sides. To do the job safely, they used a crane. The crane operator and crew leader communicated and coordinated great. The tree was about 50 foot and weighed about 2500 pounds. The tree was secured and they used one cut at the ground level. The tree was lifted vertically with no movement and swung over two roofs. It was safely placed on the road and quickly cut and chipped. I would highly recommend this company...especially for a more difficult tree removal.

I have a lot of respect for this tree company. We have a lot of tree work to be done and Daniel came out and looked at our trees and provided an estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge of trees and am very confident that they would do a top-notch job. But we received several quotes from tree companies and decided to go with another company. It was a difficult decision as both companies really know their trees and have great reputations. But I'd feel 100% confident in calling up Liberty Tree Experts in the future for tree service.
