Asked about getting a quote for my landscaping project. He set up a date and didn't show. Told me after he could go the next day. The next day came I asked what time was good he said a time and of course didn't show again. No message or anything. I'm just saying if getting a quote is so hard and unprofessional from this guy I recommend looking elsewhere

Their crew did an outstanding job of landscaping I would certainly recommend them they took care of my yard, trimmed my plants and bushes to perfection. And cost is very reasonable

Called to get a quote and he asked me to send my address and he would text me a time to give quote and never got a text back. Gave another chance asking if I could get a price and still no answer so moving on

I had an appointment scheduled with this company and they failed to show up.  They didn't even bother to call me. Very unprofessional and unreliable.  Hopefully, this doesn't happen to you.

Garnicas was quick to respond to my quote request through yelp. They came out to see our property and provided a competitive rate to maintain our landscape. We have had 2 visits by this landscaper and both have turned out well. They cut our grass, edge, and blow out all the debris. They also take care of any weeds that may happen to pop up in our hardscape areas. So far we are pleased with this landscaping company.

I contacted Garnicas Landscaping to clean up our yard on May 5, they responded they could be here in the afternoon or the next day.  I said either day would work, they choose the next day which would have been May 6.  They never showed.  Contacted them that evening, they said they could be there on May 7, I said that would be OK if it was before noon.  They never showed.  I had given them my contact phone number and ask them to please call if they can not make it.  Didn't hear a word from them.  I told them my yard was not that big, I can understand if they did not want to do a small job, but at least tell me.   I would give them a minus rating if I could, the least they could do is contact the customer and tell them they would not be able to do the job.  Very bad way to conduct a business.

Randy is a certified arborist.  He did an excellent job pruning our overgrown mesquite tree.  He explained everything very well.  He is reliable and his work is very reasonably priced.   Highly recommend him.

They did great work removing this big mesquite tree in our backyard. They came by for a quote and booked time two days later to cut the tree down! They did it in 2 hours with no damage to our property. And totally reasonably priced. We're using them again for our landscaping!

Tony and his crew do great work. From landscaping to tree trimming all areas show great care and attention to detail.  Had Twilight as a landscaper and I was always pleased with the work performed. The crew always showed up at the time agreed upon and left the property looking fantastic. Recently had his crew trim a tree in my yard. Once again a stellar job. Solid recommendation for any landscaping needs.

We wish we had before and after pictures! We bought a new home and the yard needed a lot of love to get it back into shape. Tony and his team are absolutely #1 in my book. We called on 5 landscapers from Yelp and only 2 of the 5 even showed up on their appointment time to give us a quote. We have a very large yard to clean up and we were interviewing for bi-weekly service if we liked them so their loss! Anyway, Tony was the first to get back to me and took the time to check out every tree and bush, he told me what the plants were, how to take care of them, what they needed now and what they needed later! No one takes that kind of time anymore I was so impressed. Then he sent me a professional quote that very evening! His team spent all day on our property and are coming back for finishing touches. I have spent countless hours on Yelp and other sites searching for various businesses for things that need to be done in our new home, many of these businesses waste a lot of our valuable time. Working with Tony was by far one of our best experiences.

We recently completed our landscape project with Yavapai Landscaping after considering several companies to do the work.  Ted who was our contact for the project listened to what we wanted to create and helped us fine tune all of the details we wanted included.  Hugo and his crew were TOP TIER Artists and their workmanship was 2nd to NONE!!!  I have done many landscape projects over the years and by far this was the most satisfying and finely executed one I have ever done.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ted and his team to anyone looking for PERFECTION!!!  Thank you Team Yavapai!!! :)

We are so happy!!

Just moved to a new build in Chino Valley and needed our entire acre landscaped to help with the quicksand mud that was present. When calling around to get quotes, Nathan got right back to us and was able to come out a couple of days later to discuss the project. He was able to give us a preliminary quote on the spot along with providing a visual of the design via drone photos which was so helpful!

As we are new to the area and had a blank slate to work with, we were a little overwhelmed about what should happen first, how we should prioritize, which plants/trees would thrive, best material options, etc. Once we had our design, he brought out various samples for us to choose from along with the education on differences between products and allowed us to choose pressure free. He really listened and incorporated our wants and we are super happy with the outcome.

Walter and the team were phenomenal! Their #1 priority was to make sure we were happy by having us review the work at various steps. They ALWAYS had smiles on their face and were so pleasant. We implemented a specialty item that was thought about halfway through the project and they took our changes in stride. They asked if it was ok to work from sunup to sundown, (we gave our permission of course) and they were never in our way or bothersome which was much appreciated. I have never seen a team work as hard as they did AND enjoy themselves while doing it!

When missteps happened, which almost always do in projects, either Nathan or the team would bring it up to us before we had a chance to notice and would let us know what they were going to do to remedy the issue. Very trustworthy and accountable.  

It was very important to us to bring in the right trees and plants that would thrive in our area, have diversity and bring in pollinators. Cheyenne took the challenge head on and brought out a plethora of options. After educating me about each plant, she didn't bat an eye when I said no to certain ones or pushed me to accept others.  

We are actually going to miss seeing the guys now that the project is over!

We bought a side X side from Yavapai Landscaping and they hid the fact that the side X side is a salvage vehicle. This is how dishonest this company is. I would not trust them for anything if this is how they do business.

We worked with Ted Ferris to design and install our landscaping in the front and back of our home in April of 2022. We live in an HOA community, therefore we have some semi-strict rules that needed to be followed, and Ted and crew were more than happy to accommodate.  

You can tell that Ted is super passionate about his job, which made me feel at ease, that I wasn't just being sold some product mix to increase sales. I felt that Ted genuinely cared that Yavapai Landscaping understood our vision for our yard front and back, and after some design change edits, we ultimately decided to go with Yavapai.  

Ted's installation crew was extremely professional and cared very much about making sure I was happy with the work they were doing throughout the process. Im very pleased with the end result of this landscape install. If I have to install new landscaping again the future, the first call Im going to make is to Ted.  

Lastly (and probably most importantly), I felt the cost was extremely competitive, especially compared to some of the quotes we got from other installers.

Ted and his crew did a wonderful job landscaping my new home in Prescott.  The workers arrived at 7:00 every day and worked until the sun went down.  
They even cleaned up after themselves daily.  Prices may be slightly higher than most but you get what you pay for.  Quality was excellent.  I have had numerous compliments on my yard and I am very pleased with the final results.  I would highly recommend this company.  You won't be disappointed.

Garnicas Landscaping responded to my Yelp message quickly, provided a great quote and was able to schedule me for the clean up of my landscape including trimming a large Ficus tree in my backyard within two days. They arrived right on time and did a fantastic job trimming all the bushes including shaping my Ficus tree. They cleaned up all the debris/leaves after and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend Garnicas Landscaping and will use them again.

Randy did a great job reshaping some very large ficus trees for us. I definitely recommend him, he will not ruin your trees. He is a certified arborist. The price was good for the amount of work done.

Didn't end up using this company due to scheduling conflict on my end, but they were very quick with response time. I will definitely look at this company in the future when I need this type of service

Very disappointing. Did a great job at first, but then stopped showing up. They were supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and no showed me. I messaged 4x through Yelp and no response. After multiple times of calling, I finally reached them. I received no apology or offer to make it right, just that they'd show up the coming Monday, but guess what? They didn't show! So I called again and they said Thursday, and once again, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Extremely unprofessional.
