Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.
No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!
*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.
