Individual from bless tierra was very responsive initially by scheduling a time to come look at my BIG project. He had great idea and suggestions which made me feel great about them. But then that was it, like every other landscaper I've ran into, did not bother sending back an estimate (going on 3 weeks now) and did not respond to my last text about the estimate.

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

Monroy Construction has completed two remodeling jobs for me.  The finished product is nothing short of spectacular.  Bryan and his employees were very reliable and punctual.  The job was always completed on-time or before the estimated date.  I would highly recommend Monroy Construction and have no problem referring them to my friends and family.

On a whim last September my husband and I stopped in to investigate the possibility of upgrading our backyard. We knew kinda of what we wanted and just wanted to see what was out there.  We met with Cindy. She listened. Then Russell came over to introduce himself. What I wanted was a one stop shop.  I got it.  Selected patio cover, travertine pavers, shades. Arranged for an onsite inspection with Russell and got a price. We requested drawings for the HOA and they were delivered electronically. January 6, 2021 was start date & completed by January 20, 2021. We did wait 4-5 additional weeks for shades which we knew about in advance.  Kudos to Cory the GC.  No surprises. Shot out to all the installers Justin & Tyler for the education and top block install.   Note: We asked Cindy that we wanted a start date that would get all the demo & installs done in a row. That happened.  Now with a broken arm that keeps me at home - that space is a welcome addition!  THANKS

I highly recommend Arrowhead Deck Resurfacing for expert resurfacing of pool decks, patios, driveways and garage floors. John Trice the owner and his crew resurfaced a huge patio for us. The old patio had huge cracks with big chunks of concrete missing. They filled the cracks, sanded the old surface down, resurfaced, textured, painted and sealed the entire area. The effect is such that it looks like stone. John worked closely with my wife and I to get the colors right so they blend in with block walls and  surfaces on the patio. John and his crew are prompt, courteous and professional, and they left the area clean after each work day. The follow-up was great when we had questions and some minor touch ups that needed to be done. John was just as courteous and professional the second time we engaged with him as he was the first. This is a company with integrity, and I recommend them if you are contemplating resurfacing your patio, pool deck or other area for your residence or business.

We are soliciting quotes to put stone veneer on the front facade and pillars by gate and garage door. I had contacted Dreamscapes for a quote via Yelp. The owner got back quickly asking me for phone number so she can call to set up an appointment. I immediately sent her my phone number and address. That was the last communication from her. I even called her twice but only got voicemail and no return call! Terrible customer service and disappointment that potential customers are not important enough to be extended common courtesy. Other vendors were responsible and quickly responded. Terrible experience

Kendall and his team completed our project on time and on budget.  Really happy with our landscape and travertine patio deck.

I can't think of anyone else I would rather hire to take care of my lawn.  Big Nick's Lawn Care is the best overall landscaping and maintenance company in the area by a long shot.  Working with them was easy and they guarantee their work.

We made arrangements during the summer to have the deck redone November. David provided good pricing and the work was completed by 2 guys over 5 days. Workmanship is excellent. David with some negotiation added some small details that helped finish the deck the way it should be. Some small issues with the workmen using my tools and bucket in the backyard and not cleaning them afterwards.

I recommend Deck Services for excellent pricing and workmanship.
