Wonderful job! Responsive, on time, trees look great. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning the entire yard upon completion. Definitely recommend.

I saw the impressive pictures on the website and decided to call Isai. I was really excited about upgrading my patio and was impressed with the work he had done with other small spaces.

It went horribly down hill from there. I scheduled for a quote and he did not show. I was told family emergency, no problem. I scheduled a second time. No show. I was told he was still away on emergency family business. Okay. I scheduled a 3rd time. He showed up an hour late and joked that he was playing in the snow with his grandkids in Flagstaff. I let it go.

He looked around my back patio and was extremely dismissive, saying I should wait 6 months until prices go down. What? I had not even discussed my budget or my needs. He begins telling me about all of the expensive houses he has done.

I ignored him and began telling him what I wanted done. He wrote nothing down except for a few measurements. Almost  10 days later he sends me a quote with nothing on it that I asked for. I immediately write him back to ask about the litany of other things I had told him I wanted.

He wrote me back two weeks later and said all of the things I wanted were included in the quote. Great. I asked him to put it in writing in a new quote and I would like to get started.

He then proceeded to call me multiple times, while I was at work. I emailed him back and said I would like everything in writing.

He then emailed me back and said the things he told me were included are no longer included.

This guy is a shady, condescending asshole who only takes on million dollar homes. If anyone from his company is reading this, my house may not be huge and expensive, but my husband and I both do really well and have a ton of discretionary income. Big mistake. Huge. I have to go shopping now!

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

I put in a request on the Sunset Fence website for a free quote. A day later I receive and email from a sales guy saying they can provide an On-Site consultation for $65 (applicable towards work done by Sunset Fence).  In disbelief I write back to the sales guy asking why there's a fee for a free quote.

Never received a reply. Won't do business with this place.

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

I had concrete work done by Monroy Construction not long ago and they did an excellent job. I have had friends and family over since and many have commented on how good it looks. The work was done on time and I couldn't be happier. Bryan even provided me with some good ideas to consider as I shared with him my plans to finish building the backyard I want. This year we will be looking to have Bryan come out to install a splash pad. Can't Wait!!! Thank you again Monroy Construction

This place is a true diamond in the rough! I can't remember the last time we encountered a business that practiced actual ethics! The owner and employees are all very nice, they enjoy their jobs, and are always eager to help. The prices are not bad at all either. We were incredibly impressed by their awnings and the fact to do an install they would not require a deposit. They are very proud of their standards in business practices and it shows!

The team at Arrowhead Deck Resurfacing did a fabulous job on my pool deck. The owner, John Trice, gave me a great estimate and thoroughly explained the options. His crew arrived on time each day, were professional and friendly, and did wonderful work. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend their services.

We had Omar and his crew do a 20x26 garage foundation.they completed on time were reliable and affordable. Great  craftsmanship and very Professional.

Kendall could not assist me with what I was looking for, but he gave me a great referral of someone he knew could. I appreciate that just as much.

I can't think of anyone else I would rather hire to take care of my lawn.  Big Nick's Lawn Care is the best overall landscaping and maintenance company in the area by a long shot.  Working with them was easy and they guarantee their work.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.
