Responsive and showed up as they said. Our yard looked great and I really felt they went above and beyond in making our yard look great as if it was their own! Will use again!

I requested a quote for repairing a lawn sprinkler that was broken underground on 27 June. I called today, 29 June and asked if they saw my request on Yelp. No answer to that. So I told him the issue and what needed fixing but he said he would have to come all the way from Chandler to Maricopa and would have to charge me just the distance fee. I would already be charge heavy on the labor for the repair in the first place. So if you want anything done from this company, make sure you live next door so they will not charge you a distance fee.

Chandler is not 1 hour away from Maricopa, it is only 30 minutes away. Phoenix is 1 hour away.

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

They couldn't help me but gave me advice on who to call t get the wrk done that I need.

I had Monroy pour two patios for me and they're perfect. Bryan's estimate came in within my budget, and the work his team did was professional and well-organized. They're all pros, and they explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I'm glad I found them.

This place is a true diamond in the rough! I can't remember the last time we encountered a business that practiced actual ethics! The owner and employees are all very nice, they enjoy their jobs, and are always eager to help. The prices are not bad at all either. We were incredibly impressed by their awnings and the fact to do an install they would not require a deposit. They are very proud of their standards in business practices and it shows!

I had the WORST experience with Arrowhead Deck & Concrete! The crew showed me 2 sample boards, both were not quite right, but the guy told me he usually only does 2, didn't have another, wouldn't do another. Although John told me they would make as many as I wanted until I got exactly what I wanted. Not so! They messed up from the start by applying the base coat wrong and running out at the end before they finished. He just watered it down and it looked bad.  It was completely speckled and polka dotted. I sent pictures. I asked John, the owner, to come look. He was too busy. He sent another crew saying the first guy was having problems. The second crew tried and tried and took my recommendations but in the end it was worse trying to fix the original problem. I again asked John if he could come look, no he was too busy. He yelled at me and said his guys were telling him I was the problem and being indecisive. I explained that I had chosen the colors and was still using the same ones, no indecision on my part. He continued very angrily about it better be fixed or he would come and grind it all off and give me my money back! On and on yelling. His crew came the next day and recoated and started over. John complaining he wasn't making any money on this job, etc. VERY RUDE! They applied the seal which was mixed wrong. I asked John to come look and he told me more BS and didn't come. I was told it would dry in 2 -3 days. Well after 5 days of waiting for it to dry,  it was sticky as gum. His crew came and restarted that procedure. What a mess! Never did John come to look. Never did he apologize for their mistakes. It is finally finished. This was a nightmare!

Quality work, honest and hard working crew. Poured a 25x25' foundation, very pleased.

AZ Dreamscapes just finished installing pavers and synthetic turf in by backyard, and it looks fantastic!

Like many other reviews on here, I had reached out to a few companies initially, but only Scott from AZ Dreamscapes gave me a prompt reply and  arranged an estimate.  He showed up on time, listened to my ideas, and within two days had delivered a quote which was surprisingly affordable, and met my budget almost exactly. (He didn't know what I planned to spend, and I was expecting to see an initial quote far higher).

After I chose to move forward with the project, we met again and signed the paperwork and he gave an estimated start date range. Their payment approach is 50% up front and 50% at project completion. At this time, they were running about three weeks out, and the work did commence within the estimated week.

It took about four days for their crew to finish the work. Everyone on the crew was polite and respectful and I felt comfortable with having them in my yard while I was away at work.

Once the project was complete, I met with Scott again to finalize the paperwork and he was very accommodating of my busy work schedule.

Overall, everything about this process was a positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend AZ Dreamscapes to anyone who needs quality work with quality materials at an affordable price.

Kendall did a great job listening and then giving his recommendation that fit my needs.  They installed pavers by the driveway, ground out a tree stump, took out an old water fountain, installed new plants and finished up with paver work on the back deck.  His team was able to come within a week, cranked out the work in a day and did a great job.  Big improvement for my house.  They also followed up to make sure I was happy.

Horrible company for responsiveness.   Had contacted them to request a quote, received a text response several hours later saying they would come by to provide one and I did not need to be home.  Waited one week and they never showed up for the quote.   Reached out via text again to confirm when I would be getting a quote, never heard from anyone again.

It's unfair and disrespectful Not to provide a quote to the customer when you have promised. The person came to my home, checked my problem and said that he would let me know how much it would cost. More than a week past, no response! I called the company- the person said that he was still working on getting this quote!
What the hell, I said to myself! I said ok, I will wait. It's been over 1 month, still nothing. Of course, I am not waiting for a call anymore. He could have been honest right from the beginning so that at least I am not going to rely on this company. I explained my problem well over the phone even before he came to my house.
Be Honest and Transparent from the beginning! Do not hide! If you would not be happy with the money you would make or whatever the reason is, just say it.
