Our backyard needed a complete overhaul and Happy Tree delivered! We reached out requesting a quote and Paul came out the very next day. The quote was competitive and they were able to get us on the schedule the following weekend. We initially thought we needed to lay all new sod but Paul assured us that they could bring back our existing grass which allowed us to direct that money in other areas of our yard. Our existing patio (which was cracked and stained) is now larger and covered with beautiful pavers, we have a fire pit area and a rock border making our yard lower maintenance then it was before. We couldn't be happier and would absolutely utilize Happy Tree for any future landscaping needs.

I saw the impressive pictures on the website and decided to call Isai. I was really excited about upgrading my patio and was impressed with the work he had done with other small spaces.

It went horribly down hill from there. I scheduled for a quote and he did not show. I was told family emergency, no problem. I scheduled a second time. No show. I was told he was still away on emergency family business. Okay. I scheduled a 3rd time. He showed up an hour late and joked that he was playing in the snow with his grandkids in Flagstaff. I let it go.

He looked around my back patio and was extremely dismissive, saying I should wait 6 months until prices go down. What? I had not even discussed my budget or my needs. He begins telling me about all of the expensive houses he has done.

I ignored him and began telling him what I wanted done. He wrote nothing down except for a few measurements. Almost  10 days later he sends me a quote with nothing on it that I asked for. I immediately write him back to ask about the litany of other things I had told him I wanted.

He wrote me back two weeks later and said all of the things I wanted were included in the quote. Great. I asked him to put it in writing in a new quote and I would like to get started.

He then proceeded to call me multiple times, while I was at work. I emailed him back and said I would like everything in writing.

He then emailed me back and said the things he told me were included are no longer included.

This guy is a shady, condescending asshole who only takes on million dollar homes. If anyone from his company is reading this, my house may not be huge and expensive, but my husband and I both do really well and have a ton of discretionary income. Big mistake. Huge. I have to go shopping now!

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

I couldn't be more pleased!  From speaking with Amy to meeting Bob onsite, everyone was friendly, professional and informative.  I had a block side wall being pushed up by a pine tree, which created huge gaps and instability.  Bob came out to assess the situation, provided a fair quote and work started swiftly.  The wall was rebuilt from the bottom up and pine tree roots were cut as well. They did such a great job, arrived on time and completed the wall same day.  I would never hesitate to contact them again - fantastic job and fantastic people!

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

I had Monroy pour two patios for me and they're perfect. Bryan's estimate came in within my budget, and the work his team did was professional and well-organized. They're all pros, and they explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I'm glad I found them.

This place is a true diamond in the rough! I can't remember the last time we encountered a business that practiced actual ethics! The owner and employees are all very nice, they enjoy their jobs, and are always eager to help. The prices are not bad at all either. We were incredibly impressed by their awnings and the fact to do an install they would not require a deposit. They are very proud of their standards in business practices and it shows!

A job well done. We had some issues after Arrowhead Deck did the job. The first crew poorly finished our new drain and tried to match texture which looked terrible. After reviewing the job the owner contacted me immediately. John came out the next day and was not happy with the job and committed to re-doing a portion of the deck.

We were busy with company and had to delay the correction. Upon rescheduling we had more delays due to weather. In the mean time the supervisor came to our home and instead of redoing a number of sections Arrowhead Deck did our whole deck over again.

I can't believe the difference. The quality is outstanding and looks the way I had hope it would turn out. The drains were cut in smoothly, the new 4 drain was cut in making it look nicely finished. I do commend Arrowhead's Decks crew that redid our deck and their commitment to quality work. Our deck now looks like new ready for our upcoming summer heat. We chose Reflector-Shield sealer to provide the coolest surface. Hats off to the crew that just finished the job they really did a fine job.

Extra thanks to John the owner and Chris for taking time to monitor the job and committing to quality work. My neighbor was looking for a recommendation for his home so Chris stopped by to see him today. Keep up the good work and thank you for your response with my concerns.

AZ Dreamscapes just finished installing pavers and synthetic turf in by backyard, and it looks fantastic!

Like many other reviews on here, I had reached out to a few companies initially, but only Scott from AZ Dreamscapes gave me a prompt reply and  arranged an estimate.  He showed up on time, listened to my ideas, and within two days had delivered a quote which was surprisingly affordable, and met my budget almost exactly. (He didn't know what I planned to spend, and I was expecting to see an initial quote far higher).

After I chose to move forward with the project, we met again and signed the paperwork and he gave an estimated start date range. Their payment approach is 50% up front and 50% at project completion. At this time, they were running about three weeks out, and the work did commence within the estimated week.

It took about four days for their crew to finish the work. Everyone on the crew was polite and respectful and I felt comfortable with having them in my yard while I was away at work.

Once the project was complete, I met with Scott again to finalize the paperwork and he was very accommodating of my busy work schedule.

Overall, everything about this process was a positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend AZ Dreamscapes to anyone who needs quality work with quality materials at an affordable price.

Kendall did a great job listening and then giving his recommendation that fit my needs.  They installed pavers by the driveway, ground out a tree stump, took out an old water fountain, installed new plants and finished up with paver work on the back deck.  His team was able to come within a week, cranked out the work in a day and did a great job.  Big improvement for my house.  They also followed up to make sure I was happy.

Horrible company for responsiveness.   Had contacted them to request a quote, received a text response several hours later saying they would come by to provide one and I did not need to be home.  Waited one week and they never showed up for the quote.   Reached out via text again to confirm when I would be getting a quote, never heard from anyone again.

This company is great! Not only do they do a wonderful job, they are a joy to work with. Everyone who has seen my new patio are very impressed and we are really happy with our investment.
