I saw the impressive pictures on the website and decided to call Isai. I was really excited about upgrading my patio and was impressed with the work he had done with other small spaces.

It went horribly down hill from there. I scheduled for a quote and he did not show. I was told family emergency, no problem. I scheduled a second time. No show. I was told he was still away on emergency family business. Okay. I scheduled a 3rd time. He showed up an hour late and joked that he was playing in the snow with his grandkids in Flagstaff. I let it go.

He looked around my back patio and was extremely dismissive, saying I should wait 6 months until prices go down. What? I had not even discussed my budget or my needs. He begins telling me about all of the expensive houses he has done.

I ignored him and began telling him what I wanted done. He wrote nothing down except for a few measurements. Almost  10 days later he sends me a quote with nothing on it that I asked for. I immediately write him back to ask about the litany of other things I had told him I wanted.

He wrote me back two weeks later and said all of the things I wanted were included in the quote. Great. I asked him to put it in writing in a new quote and I would like to get started.

He then proceeded to call me multiple times, while I was at work. I emailed him back and said I would like everything in writing.

He then emailed me back and said the things he told me were included are no longer included.

This guy is a shady, condescending asshole who only takes on million dollar homes. If anyone from his company is reading this, my house may not be huge and expensive, but my husband and I both do really well and have a ton of discretionary income. Big mistake. Huge. I have to go shopping now!

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

It is refreshing to work with professionals such as the owners of Sunset Fence.  The entire process went flawlessly.  Every appointment  was on time and all the workmanship exceeded our expectations.  They built over 400 feet of block wall in 4 days.  Just like they said they would.  1st day is footing only so they really built the wall in 3 days.  The employees were very hard-working and always on time and always respectful.  The cleanup was thorough.  The quote process was easy, detailed and accurate.  I highly recommend this company for any masonry work.  It would be hard to find better customer service than Sunset Fence provides.

I had Monroy pour two patios for me and they're perfect. Bryan's estimate came in within my budget, and the work his team did was professional and well-organized. They're all pros, and they explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I'm glad I found them.

I purchased a Napoleon Bar b que off the floor in October.  They delivered it to my patio already put together.  After examining it, I realized there were bolts, and many parts missing.  I immediately called the store and reported the missing items.  I was told the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to me. I have since called 4 or 5 times and was promised it would be taken care of.  Now, they don't even return any of my calls.

We met John at the Phoenix Home show in early 2017.  We went to the show in order to see a number of backyard makeover ideas and speak with vendors about new products and see their products.  We spoke to a number of patio & deck companies that were willing to provide their brochure, try to set up a quote and move on.  John from Arrowhead was different.  He asked a number of questions about what we currently had, what we were looking for, and provided design ideas. We set up appointments with a few vendors and John again spent the most time at the house, looked at the areas and we discussed a number of options. When we received the quotes, Arrowhead was competitive, but not the cheapest. Reading on-line reviews of other contractors, along with my gut feel, we chose Arrowhead...We were not disappointed.  Arrowhead worked with us on the schedule, the payment structure, and communicated all throughout the process leading up to the work.  Talk about under promise and over deliver!! The schedule was supposed to be a full week but the Arrowhead crew was efficient and finished in three and a half days. The Crew Lead was sure to get approval of the work at each step. After the work was done we had some minor issues with clean-up and John came out himself and assured me his crew would return to take care of it...which they did. Finally, because we were doing a complete backyard makeover, another contractor damaged a small area of the new coating, and Arrowhead was there to do the repairs. I highly recommend Arrowhead if you are looking for great design ideas, quality work, and an honest contractor.

Professional work and a positive attitude.  I am very pleased with the work and the results.  Omar is nothing less than an artist applying his trade.   He takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows. I'll be calling them back when I need more work done.

Don't hire just any landscaping company

Trying to hire a quality landscaping company takes time. Between phone calls, meetings, contractors who fail to show up, research, and quotes, a lot of your valuable time is taken away.

When I decided it was time to install a front yard, I made exhaustive phone calls, researched reporting bureau's, contacted Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and spoke with a dozen contractors. I was so glad, after all my hard work I came across Scott, with AZ Dreamscapes

My experience with AZ Dreamscapes was exceptional, from my estimate to the completion of the job. Scott was professional in every sense of the word. Scott came out to my residence, listened to the vision I had for my front yard, gave suggestions, and even gave me drawings to summit to my HOA. Scott, the folks in the office, and the working crew exceeded all my expectations.

I had several other estimates however, AZ Dresmscapes was the only Landscapping Company that took the time to answer all my questions and work with my schedule to get the job done. My yard looks amazing, and I appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail that was put into the installation of my yard.

Yesenia was great at responding to my request for an in home estimate for hardscaping in my back yard.  My appointment was scheduled and I received a text the day before confirming a time frame for the visit.  The morning of, I received a call from Kendall asking to get a little more information about the project.  He asked me what my budget was and I let him know that I wasn't sure as there were a few different scenarios I was interested in depending on costs involved.  He proceeded to try and give me a ballpark price based on arial photos from Maricopa county ($5,000 and I never chose a product). I was a little surprised and said that I felt he needed to be on site to see what I was looking for and that it couldn't be calculated based in arial views.  His statement to me was that he did not want to waste his or my time was a clear indicator that it was his time he was more interested in.  I voiced that I felt like he was vetting me when I was the one interested in learning about the company and what services were offered.  After 10 minutes of exchange his last statement to me was I don't think this is a good fit for our company and he was absolutely right.  I would not waste my time or money on services provided by a company with this type of sales approach.

Today we had Nick Everett and Spencer out from Big Nick's Landscaping and Maintenance. They did an amazing job! It had been a while and many of our plants and bushes were way overgrown. They took their time and trimmed most everything by hand.

Nick completely understood when I explained I wanted the plants to look natural, not trimmed flat and square. Hedges aren't my thing. If you want a family man that will understand what you want, give you top-notch service, and be someone you can count on, Nick is your guy.
