Hired Happy Tree to trim my six large palm trees, and they did a great job. Trees look great and the guys were very thorough with cleanup and hauling away the trimmings. Will definitely work with them again!

Could not recommend more! We had a rough time with past attempts at having our backyard redone and Bless Tierra exceeded our expectations. Great communication, beautiful execution, and they've even made a point to follow up with us multiple times to ensure everything is still going well. They were a delight to work with and would work with them again in a heartbeat if needed down the road!

For those interested in what we had done, they installed a paver patio, an irrigation system (and fixed our old front yard irrigation, installed turf, and rock beds with a variety of plants.

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

Not the cheapest, just the best. Highly professional from start to finish. We had an unusual situation - a 50-year-old redwood fence overgrown with literally tons of cat's claw vines. The overgrowth was about 12 feet high and 8 feet thick along the 90 food length of our back yard. This isn't the kind of demo Sunset usually has to do, but they quickly arranged for another contractor with a backhoe and large truck to haul the cat's claw away in just two hours! All in all, a great experience, and the fence they put up - in just one day! - is beautiful.

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

Monroy Construction has completed two remodeling jobs for me.  The finished product is nothing short of spectacular.  Bryan and his employees were very reliable and punctual.  The job was always completed on-time or before the estimated date.  I would highly recommend Monroy Construction and have no problem referring them to my friends and family.

I purchased a Napoleon Bar b que off the floor in October.  They delivered it to my patio already put together.  After examining it, I realized there were bolts, and many parts missing.  I immediately called the store and reported the missing items.  I was told the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to me. I have since called 4 or 5 times and was promised it would be taken care of.  Now, they don't even return any of my calls.

The team at Arrowhead Deck Resurfacing did a fabulous job on my pool deck. The owner, John Trice, gave me a great estimate and thoroughly explained the options. His crew arrived on time each day, were professional and friendly, and did wonderful work. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend their services.

I hired Omar to pour a 14 x 14 slab in my back yard.  His crew was supposed to be at my house at 630.  They didnt show up till 730, that should have been my first clue not to use them. All was good in the beginning, till i noticed concrete on my pavered driveway.  I asked Omar about it.  He said it will come off.  Little bit later I noticed that it was splattered all over and a trail going to my back yard.  They tried scrubbing it with brushes.  When they said they was done the pavers were wet.  I told Omar that i needed to see them when they dried to see if it was taken care of.  Omar began to start yelling causing and threatening physical harm to myself and property. The company that Omar hired to deliver the concrete poured acid over my paver and totally discolored them. To make a long story short, i would not used Omar EJs allstate finsh for anything.

I just moved from the PNW and after caring for 1/3 acre myself for years, I wanted to make my Arizona backyard simple but easy to enjoy. For the time being, I just needed to get started and all I needed was some synthetic grass for my little dog and rocks to cover the dirt. Scott came in and gave his opinions and thoughts - since I was used to a lush, green, high-maintenance backyard - I told him I wanted this to eventually be an extension of the living room, but over time. We came up with plans for the future (I.e. pavers, patios, outdoor kitchen, etc) but for now we lay the foundation and build off of it later. Scott and his team came through and did it quickly! They are extremely efficient and their quality is unmatched, even for this small of a job. I'm very excited to have Scott out again to extend our patio with pavers. Yesenia was great at responding to my request for an in home estimate for hardscaping in my back yard.  My appointment was scheduled and I received a text the day before confirming a time frame for the visit.  The morning of, I received a call from Kendall asking to get a little more information about the project.  He asked me what my budget was and I let him know that I wasn't sure as there were a few different scenarios I was interested in depending on costs involved.  He proceeded to try and give me a ballpark price based on arial photos from Maricopa county ($5,000 and I never chose a product). I was a little surprised and said that I felt he needed to be on site to see what I was looking for and that it couldn't be calculated based in arial views.  His statement to me was that he did not want to waste his or my time was a clear indicator that it was his time he was more interested in.  I voiced that I felt like he was vetting me when I was the one interested in learning about the company and what services were offered.  After 10 minutes of exchange his last statement to me was I don't think this is a good fit for our company and he was absolutely right.  I would not waste my time or money on services provided by a company with this type of sales approach.

Great work, on time and affordable.  They installed uneven flagstone pavers like it was no big deal after multiple other landscapes told me it was impossible.

It's unfair and disrespectful Not to provide a quote to the customer when you have promised. The person came to my home, checked my problem and said that he would let me know how much it would cost. More than a week past, no response! I called the company- the person said that he was still working on getting this quote!
What the hell, I said to myself! I said ok, I will wait. It's been over 1 month, still nothing. Of course, I am not waiting for a call anymore. He could have been honest right from the beginning so that at least I am not going to rely on this company. I explained my problem well over the phone even before he came to my house.
Be Honest and Transparent from the beginning! Do not hide! If you would not be happy with the money you would make or whatever the reason is, just say it.
