A couple years ago Healthy Home Flooring installed my new floors.  It did not turn out how I wanted and there were a few issues.  About a month ago Healthy Home Flooring reached out to me to see if they could come out and see what they could do to rectify the situation. After the inspection Healthy Home Flooring tore out that floor and installed all new flooring. It came out exactly how I wanted, they were professional and the install was completed in two days. They worked around my schedule and made sure the installation went smoothly. I am very impressed on how they treated me and the fact that they wanted to satisfy me, the customer.  I am great full and very pleased with Healthy Home Flooring at this time 5 stars !!! Thank you
John

We were long overdue for new flooring since we purchased 10 yrs. ago. Our sales consultant Larry was extremely knowledgeable with yrs of experience in the flooring business. He also worked with us to get our credit approved through their in-house financing company. Also, he brought the most delicious miniature Bundt cakes as part of the welcome team. We even had to reschedule our installation date several times due to illness and my dad's passing. I was blessed to have Healthy Home Flooring as the company I chose. My flooring turned out so beautifully and exceeded my expectations. Most of  all, it was completed in one day! I highly recommend them  to all my friends and family.

Whether a business has a problem does not make it bad.
Every business is going to have problems, what makes a company good is how they deal with their problems. If they make excuses and try to sweep it under the rug so to speak, or just pass the blame, find someone else. If they man up take responsibility, and make thing right, keep them. Too many people and businesses don't seem to have time to do the job right the first time, but enough time to do it again and again.

Over the last 6 months roughly, Healthy Home has had some employee changes. But Vicki and Josh persevered and made things right.

Thank you, Healthy Home, my home flooring looks great.

Add me to the list of people who wished they looked at Yelp vs other review sites.

This company is an absolute nightmare. Granted, I am pleased with 99% of the final product (still waiting weeks for the last 1% as usual with them). The materials they use are great, and everything looks beautiful. That is the end of any compliment for this company.

You think you are getting a one-stop shop where all of your anxiety is comforted by one company who will advocate to get your project completed. Instead, you have to personally deal with several different sub-contractors who all contact you on their own schedule that is different from what HHF tells you.

My entire demo and install was supposed to take approx. 2.5 weeks. I am now over two months from the start date without a fully finished product.

The original sales/design consultant was anything but a design consultant. He was friendly, though, and convinced us we would like LVP over what we were shopping for, tile (we are pleased). He gave rough ideas and opinions of things to do, but none of this was documented anywhere, so when the sub-contracted installers come, you have to be ready to answer design questions when you don't even really understand your options.

The demo itself took several days longer than they expected, and instead of sending more people to get done closer to on schedule, they sometimes sent only 1 person and once sent nobody. They claim their demo is "less dust" but don't promise "dust-free" which is fair. But they put almost no effort into actually producing less dust or protecting your home/belongings. They put up minimal plastic only in the room they were working in while the rest of the house gets coated. Then they move to the next room and hang plastic. I used their plastic rolls over night to cover all of the things in my house that were clearly collecting dust after one day, i.e., everything. They completely blasted one of my rooms with dust without any care at all. It looked like a war zone in there.

Their demo guys also managed to knock an unused water valve behind my fridge loose that started leaking and caused a small flood in my kitchen. Their installers had to have seen noticeable moisture and installed right over it. We later had to have this ripped up and replaced which took forever within this process.

Progress is slow and you will have to call the office daily to figure out what is going on. They won't know either, but they will promise to call you back, and then you get to see if that's true (usually not).

You will run into surprises because nobody is keeping you informed. Like when our sub-contractor floor installer matter-of-factly gave us about 45 minutes notice before we were to not walk anywhere on our downstairs level for several hours. We had to pack and bolt like refugees over this nonsense. Later, a similar surprise when we were told there would be no way we could use our stairs for 24 hours. They figured out a way around this, but we had to facilitate it ourselves, of course.

They will run out of materials because they didn't order enough and then have to order more, only to still have not ordered enough and have to order yet again. This will make you insane.

And today I find out from one of the sub-contractors that I was expecting to arrive today to finish one last issue that he and 7 other contractors haven't even been getting paid, so they are refusing work now from HHF. But he specifically asked HHF to inform me, and of course, they did not.

This company is absolutely garbage, and it sounds like their days are numbered. Who knows? Don't buy into their marketing. I have yet to get my final inspection and who knows what it will be like to try to get repairs under their worry-free guarantee. It's a nightmare. Don't use this company. Yesterday was 9 weeks into a 3 week job, and I hope it will end someday.

I had a horrible experience with Healthy Home Flooring.
First, I put 50% down payment 2 months in advance of installation! JD the salesman PROMISED ME AN EXACT date of installation! I moved my schedule around to accommodate that date and 48 hours before install HHH cancelled the installation!!
I called JD and he couldn't care less and basically ignored my concerns.
Secondly, someone in their sales department used my VISA credit card to have Jimmy Johns delivery !  I had to cancel my card and order new one as at the time I had no idea how my care was breached.
I later found out that it was HHH that used my card...
Third, the installers were courteous and professional BUT they left TWO SEAMS that are very visible
I was promised so many things but as you can read above this was a complete nightmare!
I had choice to use Express Flooring - and I should have used Express.

I had Larry out for a carpet estimate. He was nice and all but, at the end he didn't offer and when asked would not give me a written estimate. He told me the price and, when I wrote it down in my notebook, Larry said "there you have it in writing"   When I asked how long the estimate was good for, he said carpet is petroleum driven and cost fluctuates with oil. WTF DUDE!  The icing on the cake was when I told him I'd talk it over with my wife. He got all concerned that I was making color choices and all without her there! This is a rental property! She could care less what color the carpet is as long as the house rents. I do however need to discuss a large expenditure with her. Yelp reviews here are either great or really bad... my experience was not great, in fact bad. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I had my Carpet  installed by this company 6 months ago. The sales people were not pushy, we're working with my budget the best out of others I talked to. The installers were tingly and did a great job. They were creative suggested a new bullnose in my stairs that  was more attractive. The carpet is very attractive durable, nice design soft to your  feet. It has a great lengthy warranty, pet protection, stain protection for over 54 yrs. I had 2 stairs bubble up slightly recently at 7 months. They came out and fixed it right away. Their follow up is great. I would totally recommend this company for carpet installation.

I liked these guys from the get-go. Didn't even bother getting additional quotes.  I had SO much tile to remove and the installation team had it removed in less than an hour. They installed new flooring throughout my entire house and the whole process took only 3.5 days. I have friends that had another company come out to remove one room of wood flooring and that took 3 days!

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! They are the absolute worst.!!! We were given a 50 year warranty and they will replace the floor if there's damage or if it was defective!! We have the paperwork to prove it! Well not only did they send inexperienced people to install the flooring but we could not communicate with them because of a language barrier!!  Now they will not honor their warranty or their promise that they promote on their commercials which are all lies!! How do you sleep at night tricking people especially senior citizens?? Take a look at just a few of the pictures . There are so many more!  $7,000 for shoddy flooring that we were told was defective nationwide! Really? Truly president of this company, you are a crook!! Oh and the flooring inspector stated" you can't replace the damaged planks, the whole thing needs to be replaced!". Wow!!

Follow up to my previous review. One month later and still nothing has been done! Head of operations, Devon, doesn't even call you back when he gave his word this would be done and would have full contact with you personally . Workers are not getting paid. So they are refusing to work. And I'm not getting paid either for time off I've taken!!! We are living with a taped up floor and a sunken guest room. I will be contacting BBB again and filing a claim with further action. Also contacting the local Fox News station because they supported their business and we thought it would be a great idea to go local. We are paying on a product that we shouldn't even have to be paying for.  I Have never dealt with a company like this. A lawsuit will be on their hands. I absolutely hate this company and they should not have the privilege of being in business. DO NOT do business with them. They are crooks!

An update.  I was able to get my money back through Wells Fargo and "let Joe know" channel 15.
However, Wells Fargo and Channel 15 did it all not HHF.

The whole process of getting flooring done went very smoothly. Which was a very big thing for me as I just purchased my first home and had no clue what I was doing when it came to floors. But to my surprise this company has handled everything very professionally and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Even customer service has been a big help! I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

***WARNING*** READ FIRST
2 BIG Problems + Address

ADDRESS: 601 N. 44th Ave #102
(Their address is hard to find)

PROBLEM #1: I ordered 20mil luxury vinyl, they delivered ~10 boxes of what I ordered and 50 boxes of 6mil. They look EXACTLY the same, but the 6 is very cheap. My sales guy (JD) must have been padding his margins. The sizing is NOT on the box, but I noticed the model numbers were different and had to call them to look it up in their system. She found that I was given two different products.

PROBLEM #2: Since they delivered the wrong product, I was granted a full refund. They stated it would take 15 business days and it's now been 32 business days without a refund. They WILL NOT call me back despite calling over a dozen times. VERY SHADY.

I have done much research after this issue and I've found that the wrong flooring is delivered very frequently, and this is quite possibly intentional since the label on the box doesn't state the floor specs and the difference in wear layers are virtually not noticeable.

Honestly, you're MUCH better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot. They're not going anywhere and backed by GREAT warranties and workmanship. Lowe's will price match (or beat) Home Depot as long as the products are comparable.

Initial in-home consultation was pleasant. We were able to agree on pricing and get our install pushed up.  But after that....

Their "Dustless Tile Removal" was anything but dustless.  Over a week later and dust is STILL settling from the tile removal.  The website shows suction being used in the tile removal process.  That never occurred in my case.

Tile install went fine however.  The subcontractor (Roberto) did an excellent job on the install but, left all the trash behind.  I'll give him some leeway, as he stayed till after 8 pm (12 hours) going over every grout line on his hands and knees to find any imperfection.  The tile install does look great.

The promised baseboards have yet to be installed.  Every day is a new excuse - or two!  While office staff has been pleasant, each person you speak with will give you a different story for why something is left incomplete.  I REALLY did not enjoy being with out a toilet for a week.

Communication with Healthy Home Flooring has been truly terrible.  It took weeks to receive an official copy of our contract.  The initial sales person, JD, seems to have zero interest in following up with clients.  I was told I needed to access an "Online Portal" to schedule services.  I never received the portal address or login for it.  JD, the sale person, couldn't be bothered to get this information for us and instead replied instructing us to call the main number and ask them.  Only after sending a scathing email to him did he finally reach out to us.  He also addressed us by the wrong names!  I understand unfortunate life events can occur and you must focus on those, but you can't take two minutes to set up an out of office reply?

Constantly having to call to inquire about where installers are, why no one showed up when I was told they would.  Promised callbacks do not happen.  I do have to say to hold music I've now spent a cumulative 93 minutes listening to is better than most.  The continual delays and inconsistent reasons given for those delays...

It's. Just. Not. Worth. It.

Go somewhere else.  Even if you pay a more elsewhere, If the other company can stick to their timetable and actually communicate with you, the lack of stress is worth it.

I had my hopes for Healthy Home Flooring, they have ultimately done nothing but let me down.

I am so sorry I did not check YELP prior to choosing HHF. But I do hope this saves someone else from the expense, dissatisfaction, exhaustion, and mental distress of dealing with this company. After receiving promise after promise from JD, as each was broken he was completely unavailable by phone. Their tens of thousands of dollars "dust less" machine was a man with jackhammer and a man with a shop vac. The job that was supposed to be complete before Christmas is still not complete as of 1/25/23, and probably won't be, because if they do answer the phone, the response is "...let me check on that and call you back." No return call. First stall was, we have to pick-up the rest of the flooring from the warehouse. Suddenly the WHOLE 2nd half of our flooring was damaged. More likely floating money or given to another job. Had to wait a week for them to order more flooring. They ruined my Christmas, my New Year, and most recently jeopardized a house guest to the all of the dust still in my house since they have not provided cleaners. I have now had to hire my own cleaners to clean this dustbowl. Will see you in small claims court if not reimbursed. Still waiting for that call back to verify they ordered the matching 1/4 round edging from Shaw to replace the cheap tacky product they installed not even close to the color of the flooring. I will probably have to hire another company if I want it completed this year. We've also had several calls from their subcontractors because HHF is refusing to pay them for the work that has been completed. Lesson learned, definitely do a deeper dive to review any possible company before hiring, and record their promises and playback when they are broken.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. They are using bait and switch practices. We ordered 20 ml luxury vinyl plank flooring and paid in full. That's is their policy!  HHF installed 6ml flooring. We have been demanding a refund on the difference and they will not comply. I am so fed up with them. Don't buy anything from this company. Read the reviews. So many complaints. BB doesn't do anything.  I'm so upset. Deceptive Business practices and they are getting away with it.

My original review on this company is over 3.5 pages of single spaced Microsoft Word. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow reviews that extensive. If you're really considering this company I'd recommend you find that one at 'Top Rated Local'.

EXACT same experience as others on here! I really wish I'd checked Yelp and BBB prior to signing anything with HHF, unfortunately we just checked reviews elsewhere which they clearly have some sort of control over because they're way too positive. Same bait and switch others have mentioned, same horrendous customer service experience, same lack of care or willingness to make anything right or admit to wrongdoing. My review mentions 24 issues that we had with this company installing 2100sqft of LVP in our home back in late Nov 22' and early Dec 22'. Product we purchased/agreed to have installed hasn't been sold in 20 years, per the pre-inspector. Tile we agreed to have installed was roughly 1/4" thick, stuff we got was slightly thicker than a piece of construction paper. Asked to back out several times, told we could but it'd be a 30% re-stocking fee. Even installers told us we should back out before we explained this fee to them. All employees - design consultant, pre-install, numerous install teams, air duct cleaner, BILLS FROM SHAW have ALL gone to the wrong address. This, even after telling no fewer than 5 employees to fix it for us. Damaged baseboards in numerous locations, air duct "cleaning" was a 15minute joke (only after failing to come the first 1.5 days, damaged appliance parts, failed to put items back where they were, attitude given when asked to do things we had already paid for and agreed upon. "Customer Service" is completely non-existent! have spent hours and hours trying to get some form of compensation, or heck, even contact, with someone to no avail. They simply DO NOT CARE once they get their money. I'm sick of typing about this place, just DON'T USE THEM!!

I'm writing this so no one else gets taken like we did with HEALTHY HOME FLOORING.  Make sure you read your contract thoroughly before you sign with these crooks.  All they put on the contract is 6" moisture barrier and no ml of the flooring.   We purchased 20ml with JD - and received 6ml.  We did not notice this error until day 3 of install.  They are using Bait and Switch practices and if you read other reviews; we were not the first they have done this too. I wish I have read more of the reviews. Beware of JD; supposedly he's one of the owners.  Requested a refund and they denied.  Now, they want to make it right and fix their mistake; but don't show up. Took off 3 days of work. What a shame you can't trust anybody these days.  So very disheartening how companies do business with hard working people.  PLEASE BEWARE!!

I don't even want to give them one star ! They are truly the worst flooring company I have dealt with ! We paid $7000 on flooring that is about 8 months old and has so many crack, choirs and not to mention the toilet bowl was not put back properly nor was it caulked properly so there is water coming from the base. The supposed luxury vinyl plank flooring is a piece of garbage! And the 50 year warranty is bogus. We sent them pictures of the areas that need repair and that was 5 months ago! They have cancelled on us 3 times already! You cannot communicate with the installers because they don't speak English so you need to call the office for a translator. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!  I am a business woman and I would not tolerate this treatment and would never treat my clients like this!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I honestly wish I could give NO stars, on this review. When I say this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with  it's an understatement!! These guys are crooks!! We hired them to install a limestone LVT throughout our home. Shortly after the initial install we started to notice areas of deflection throughout the whole house. We called, and they sent out two guys to fix the issue with 2 boxes of LVT. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate that the problem was throughout the whole house. The installers walked the house and agreed. The installers called the project manager (Milo) to let him know it wasn't just a few areas, it was the entire job. They left and said someone from the office would be in touch to reschedule. A week passed, no call. I called the office and no one seemed to know anything about it. We scheduled a new date to have someone come out to fix the floors. On the scheduled date same  story, two guys show up with 4 boxes of flooring to fix the whole house.  Again, we try to explain to these guys that it's not just a few spots it's the whole house. They walk the house and agree. Another call to the project manager (Milo). They explain to him that it's the whole job that needs to be redone. He disagrees and schedules himself to come out a week later. He shows up a week later with another guy to walk the job. He states that the installers just didn't leave enough room for the floating floor to move therefore it caused the deflection. He says the office will be in touch in a couple of days to schedule a day to fix the floor again. The next team of guys to show up with 6 boxes of flooring.. (By now you can see where this is going). We explain that 6 boxes of flooring is not going to be enough to do this job as the problem is throughout the entire house. Finally, Milo agrees to replace about 80% of the flooring. A team of 3 guys show up and tears out about 80% of the bad flooring, and lay new flooring. Hallelujah, right?? Nope, after 3 weeks we start to notice deflection in the new floor. We call the office again after several lengthy phone calls to the office I speak to another guy who agrees to send out a third party inspector to check the job. I call and get that scheduled for 3 weeks from that day. The inspector shows up and performs many tests, walks the entire house asks all kinds of questions. Finally, he says okay I'm all done, healthy home flooring should receive a copy of the report from Shaw (the LVT maker) in about a week or two. A week and a half later I call healthy home flooring to see if they had received the report back yet. Giovanni stated they had not, but he would call and find out the status and give us a call back the next day. He calls back the following day and says that the report indicates that we have a moisture issue in our home and that's why the floor is failing, and if we want it replaced again we would have to pay  to have it installed again. I contacted Shaw to request a copy of the report and find out why this product was failing in my house. Two different ladies that I spoke to at Shaw stated that Shaw requires a moisture test be performed prior to install with their flooring products. That was interesting, considering no such test was ever done in our house prior to the installation. Nor was there a moisture plastic barrier put down prior to install. Long story long I'm out $9000. And I had to buy new flooring again! If you're looking for a reputable flooring company, Don't walk... RUN fast away from these swindlers! DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON READING REVIEWS AND DON'T sign a contract without reading the fine print!!

I've been dealing with this company since Jan. 10,2022. We have the exact same issue that Shannon S. has only we are now in the middle of installation #3 and they are making the same claim that moisture is the issue and we can either install concrete sealer for $2800 or have them finish installing the flooring but will void the warranty. They hired an "independent" flooring inspector who checked the concrete slab through the vinyl planking and reported elevated moisture, not excessive moisture but elevated and that is what HHF latched onto. They ignored the occlusion the inspector made refering to acclimation and installation of plastic vapor barrier, which according to his report was incorrectly installed. They failed to leave the product inside the house for 24 hours to acclimate and also failed to overlap the plastic vapor barrier by 6 inches and tape the seams with waterproof tape. Now they are blackmailing us to get the flooring installed. Did I mention that we were in a hotel for 13 days over Thanksgiving (at their expense), we could not take it any longer and moved back into our house even though there is only one functional toilet upstairs and my wife has bad knees and back. During this ordeal they also pulled the bait and switch with the dust free tile removal, they finally sent me a check they had stamped a release of liability where you endorse the check, I refused to sign, eventually they credited our account. I also filed a dispute with Wells Fargo for a charge back on the credit card, HHF sent a copy of the original work order that had a signature were it said I was satisfied with the installation and product, problem is I refused to sign it when the installers completed the job, I think they call that fraud but not sure. I'll ask the attorney when I go see him. After floor #2 was installed, I signed the work order, but I put several issues in the comments box that needed to be addressed. Several days later I recieved a request from HHF's "Customer Resolution Manager" saying they had lost that work order and sent a new one requesting that I sign it, I did them one better, I took a picture of the original W/O so I sent that to her, I didn't even get a thankyou or kiss my butt from her. I think she expected me to sign a blank W/O. Who has a "Customer Resolution Manager" with an assistant, that says a lot about this company. Like Shannon said don't walk but run away from this company.

do not i mean do not do business with this company. they are a bunch of liars crooks and irresponsible . i had a carpert picked out for two bedrooms which the sales guy j d had said would be a great choice. he called in to see if it was in stock they said yes so we had a scheduled install date of nov 19 th 2022 the saturday before thanksgiving. so we moved all the old furniture out as too make it go smoother for the install guys. well they called me on thursday the 17 th too see if they could do on friday i said that would be fine so i took the day off work which cost me 200 dollars . so friday the day of richard who is in charge of deliverys called around 9 am to inform me that they had unrolled the carpert and that they did not have enough to do the install . after going round and round with him about getting something else he sent some pictures of other carpert we choose one and asked if it could be done on saturday never heard back from him again . i had asked  richard about a discount since they screwed everything all up he said he would talk to the owner . so when i called back on monday of course he denied anything about saying this . around and around we went calling the office had to get j d back out to do a reselct of the carpert which we found one and got it installed on thesday before thanksgiving. it was one guy who did it he was great. to make a even longer story short i called the office a number of times spoke with trish who tried to connect me with the right people who were always in ametting or would supposedly call me back which you gessed never happened . i finally spoke to vicki who called to get the rest of the money told her my situation who promissed to send me a 150 dollar gift card. well wouldnt you know it that never happened then they said they would send out a check because they were having problems with ther gift cards well still havent recevied the check . just dont expect any answers from these people as they will give you the run around and tell the same story over and over how they will call you back or take care of a wrong that they did. so richard trish and vicki you all are on the bad list hopefully you got coal in your stockings this year because you all are a bunch of no good people. i will be using a different company for my other two rooms that need to be done .  so you all can g e a f d !!!!!!!
