We love Arizona Pool Fence. We recently moved and needed a pool fence for the new house so naturally we called them again. Their fence is great quality and looks awesome! The installer was on time and super friendly. We recommend them to anyone needing a pool fence!!

I highly recommend Just Gates.  They did a fantastic job, they came out when scheduled to give me a quote, they emailed me the quote with examples of what the gate would look like, and they delivered and installed on time.  I love my new gate.

When reading online reviews, you never know what you're really getting. In this particular case I am so happy I chose Bob and his crew at Ace Fence, based on his online reviews.  Their workmanship is amazing, the prices were very reasonable, and the job was done on time and on budget. Our pool fence looks amazing!

I searched for a company to replace my gates at home and based on the Yelp reviews picked Sunset. The process took a bit longer than I initially hoped however, we were told of how long it would take during the initial quote process. The gates arrived as scheduled and look and perform well. Our old gate, what was left of it, was hauled off to allow us to complete the job.

So happy with my new gate! They did an excellent job building and installing it. They also were able to haul away my old one. Highly recommend them for all of your gate needs!

WOW!!!  I had a custom gate built for my new home from a different company and it has been wrong since day one, I had to constantly adjust the hinges.  Finally the weld stopping the gate from opening inward completely broke off, I wanted it fixed right so I did not call the company that built it 2 years ago.  Here is where I found Sebastian at Gates the Right Way.  He was responsive, kept in touch fast, reasonably priced (actually cheap but I don't want to tell him that :=)) and fixed the problem fast and right.   The gate has NEVER operated as well as it does now! I will never call another company for any gate needs.

Absolutely fantastic in every way! Extremely friendly and responsive in getting us a quote, setting up a consultation, and keeping us apprised of the progress. Our new gate is absolutely gorgeous! The wait time was extremely reasonable, and it was installed immediately when it was ready. I didn't even have to be home for the install, and I was updated every step of the way. Everything about this service was above and beyond: incredible craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices. I cannot recommend this company enough, and we will certainly be repeat customers (although not for this particular gate, as the quality is such that I expect it will last forever!).

I wanted to give a shout out to an amazing artist who replaced my ugly rickety old gate with this beautiful electric gate. His first name is Paul and his business is called Full Spectrum Art Works. He is absolutely the most polite and responsive person and I would highly recommend him to all of my neighbors looking to upgrade their gates or just looking for unique metal artwork.

Amazing work. I called to have my RV gate fixed after it fell over. Quick response and good price. Alex came out and did such an amazing job, nice to meet and have someone who takes pride in his work. Alex even anchored the pole as it should have been and put in the pipes for the RV gate rods to sit in. Will definitely use Alex for any future gate needs and refer to others in need.

Caution....they will quote you for a very high quality product but what is installed is sub par and when you contact customer service to address any issue you will get a response of it's not our problem, hire a company to fix the problems.

I had Aldo make a gate and privacy barrier at our home in CantaMia. He did a great job, and we moved down the road to another home and needed a security gate fabricated and installed. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with his work. I strongly recommend Aldo's Metal Fabrication.

We just got our new RV 10 ft wide gate installed yesterday July 14th and could not be more pleased ! From my initial contact for a quote the staff was awesome to work with,  they came out exactly  when they said. Salesman  Mike who provided the estimate  was professional  and not pushy but the quality  of  product sales itself. They provided  drawings and samples for HOA approval. They also provided  a temporary gate after removal of existing  gate.  The customer  service  throughout  the process including  accomodating us with working around pool construction was impeccable. The craftsmanship  of our gate and the installation  of it was 100 % the definition  of perfection!  I highly and sincerely  recommend Steel  Creations  & Fabrication.

The quality of the door fabrication appears very good, however, the quality of the final product after installation is less than desirable for the dollar amount of the six doors that I cut a check for.  Doesn't quite live up to the floor room displays and it's a inconvenience for me to take the time to have these problems addressed.  Had a hard time speaking to a person...didn't have that problem before I set up the order.  The automated answering system kept routing me to voice mail multiple times during the day last Thursday when I called just to confirm installation.  Late in the afternoon, Brent answered the phone in sales and was kind enough to run across the street to confirm and call me back.  A fine example of customer service.  Issues with the install:  no strike plates on all the doors (just the raw routed out holes), hinge security studs missing on all doors, misaligned threshold on one door, can see light through one of the door seals and one of the deadbolt mounting screws wasn't threaded (alignment tool?) and popped out when the door closed.  There were two people at the install and the last one left after the sun set.  Maybe they were in a hurry.  Given my past experience with calling, I drove down to the Gilbert showroom today to speak with someone about the issues.  The salesperson called their service department and I was able to schedule another appointment.  If the installations reflected the showroom quality and the customer service were a bit better, this company would rate high.  We'll see how the second/repair install goes.

Contacted multiple times by the FISD Customer Care Director as a result of the review.
With the exception of the misaligned threshold which I discussed with the installer (I opted to take care of that myself at some point), all the installation corrections/repairs were completed to my satisfaction.  The doors look good and function smoothly.  I was going to post before/after photos but it's not clear on how to do that and the time I've spend on this is long enough.  The fact that this all wasn't completed right the first time reflects the 3-star (A-OK) rating, vs. 4 (Yay, I'm a fan) or 5 (Woohoo! As good as it gets!)...those are Yelp's definitions, not mine.
