The most recent storm knocked a section of the wall over at our church. I reached out to several wall/fence businesses. Abraham was not only the quickest to reply and the fastest to get us a quote, he was also the most fair and reasonable! AND, the work they performed was spectacular!! The repaired wall looks FLAWLESS. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing all the services they offer.

Wow, perfect service.  Can't say enough about them.  We were moving into a new home and have a child with Down syndrome.  We needed the fence up the day we closed before we even moved in.  Nobody else would give us an estimate without coming out but we could not do that because we did not own the home yet.  Gina looked up our new home on googlemap and gave me a rough estimate with prices and scheduled our install the day after we closed on the home.  They came out on time. Did a perfect job.  Had a great price.  The sand color fence looks great.  Tim and Gina called me personally.  When you call you don't get some corporate office.  You get the owners cell phone and they pick up right away.  Tim, a fire fighter knows all about safety, no just the pool but does doors and gates as well.  Professinal, responsive and flexible.  They know safety!!

Sounds like they build great gates and was excited to work the this company but I have waited a month just to get someone to come out for measurement!  I called to check in on a status 2 weeks ago and Carol reached out saying I was still on the wait list and could not schedule and appointment for me. It has now been a month and I have decided to go with another company as I can't wait over 4 weeks just for a measurement and price!

I called Bob because I needed a pool fence in a hurry. He came to my house an hour later to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgable and professional. Our beautiful fence was installed in a week. I couldn't be happier with the product (and the reasonable price). I highly recommend.

Found these guys in Yelp! And after a horrible initial experience from a previous local gate business was happy with how easy this was. They sent out a gentlemen to give an estimate and make some measurements. Took a few weeks and the fence was in and better than I even expected. They offer a lot of cool upgrades like locking drop rods and blinders to fill in the gaps in the fence so you can see through it as much. Price was reasonable and i think it was money well spent on my home. Would definitely use hear guys again but this gate looks built to last. I attached some before & after pictures.

I could not be more pleased with my beautiful stair case.  Each phase of the project was done professionally and great communication. The picture first do the steps justice. If you are ready this, just call them now. They won't let you down.

Juan and his team were amazing. They came and out gave us a quote within a couple days, with so many customization options. Installed the gate in under an hour. So friendly and helpful!

Owner responded with a sorry I don't do that kind of work the end.  Didn't ask me to clarify my wants or if you ever need xyz...obviously doesn't need my business!   If I ever need whatever he does do, I wouldn't bother with him!

Mike came by to consult with us on the courtyard gate we were thinking to have put it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with a reasonable quote in a timely manner. He set the right expectation. Our gate was installed as scheduled and we are very happy with the product!

After all the great reviews I set up an appointment with Michael. Unfortunately he never showed up for the appointment and never reached out to reschedule. Eventually we ended up going with another company. I understand sometimes things come up but the total lack of communication was very unprofessional.

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! We are so blown away by their execution, creativity and sense of quality....workmanship!  We absolutely love how their iron rail work turned our home into contemporary elegance!  We are so grateful we were able to work with them!  They were so timely and accurate and always made sure they cleaned up after the days work.  Incredible sense of design and work ethic!!!

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Gabe helped me understand what can be done with metal and offered suggestions from his years of experience and his expertise took my vison to another lever that I did not think would be possible.

Gabe's attention to detail was evident from start to finish. (I am that annoying homeowner that loves to hover and ask questions so I was very involved with the project which allowed me to see the time and effort Gabe displayed in making sure my project was being constructed to my liking). The more I got to learn about Gabe to more I realized the pride Gabe takes in his work and his willingness to always go the extra mile.

My project involved working closely with another contractor which can be challenging but Gabe did not skip a beat and worked hand in hand with my paver installation allowing both companies to do their best work. Gabe showed up on time, every time with strong communication skills that kept me in tune with the project completion and was also patient with me when I asked to modify the plans on the fly. At the end of day, Sacred Steel aims to please.

If you are considering getting any type of metal work done I would highly recommend Gabe at Sacred Steel AZ. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. I thought this was a reputable company, as they advertise being the longest running security gate company in Arizona. I wish I would've done more research. The problems started initially when I was told it would be 2 weeks from purchase date to install. It ended up being 6 weeks. I've had my doors now for about 27 days and already have problems. The anchor on the French door is stuck in an out position leaving my security doors stuck open and 100% not secure. I spent over $1,600 for security doors and could not be more disappointed. When I called to have the problem fixed, they told me they'll have someone come out in 3 weeks. When I said my security was at risk, the Customer Care agent named Jennifer could not have cared less. She told me to go spend more money on silicone spray to fix the problem and that I should already know the solution because I should have read the owner's manual. I never received a manual. Regardless, I was hoping this would fix the solution so I bought the spray and applied it. Of course, this didn't fix anything. I called back about six times and nobody answered. I've left messages with both their main inbox as well as Jennifer's manager Samantha, but nobody seems to care. Do not use this company.
