This place is awesome! We had two doors installed 5 years ago and they were such a great investment. The screen is so perfect it feels like nothing is on the door. Then, I needed an extra piece of screen for my fountain so I stopped in. Not only did the owner help me with a piece of scrap, he had his technician trim to size and didn't charge me a dime. What a delightful business. I hope they have a ton of business. I would recommend for product quality and service. Thank you again! Julie

Frank came when he said he would. It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. When he looked at the unit he saw that the chain had broken and that we needed a new spring. He gave us the price to repair our door. And since our motor was 15 years old, he gave us a price to replace the motor, repair the chain and replace the spring. I thought it was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 1.5 hours. I asked him if he wanted to spend the time now at 4:30 on a Saturday night. He said he wanted to take care of us and that he would fix everything that night. He stayed and by around 6:00 PM everything was in working order. Needless to say, we were very impressed.

Well. Mind blown. We do not do much to our house but in the past the only requirement to say that a contractor was 'good', was that they were not a nightmare. Our neighbor suggested Toro Construction for a shared wall and hubby got a good impression when he got a quote.
They did a good job, finished when they said it was going to be finished, and quickly took care of a couple of items that we brought to their attention afterwards.
I was dreading this project but overall it was a great experience. I believe our neighbor was very happy too.

My only complain is that they woke me up super early for those days, lol...
If they had arrived at 11am I would work with Yelp to give them 6 stars : P

We requested many quotes thru Yelp and other sites. We requested M&M to quote and to perform an onsite evaluation.

M&M's Office staff (Chloe) was remarkably polite, courteous and responsive.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else.

We have had our security door for about 3yrs. Last week the mechanism in the door failed and it would not open. This is our front door and the fire exit for my kids' rooms so very important to correct immediately. While at first we received some resistance, I escalated it and I was put in touch with John Garrison. John embodies the tenants of customer service! He came out at 5:30 on Friday night and worked on it for over two hours. He would not leave until the door was functioning perfectly. He replaced the mechanism at no charge out of warranty due to the failure of it and made sure we were 100% happy. Ralph followed up Monday morning to ensure we are happy. Good move! A story of turning a bad experience into a fabulous one. Definitely recommend them!

I have literally been around construction my entire life, and being an excellent contractor requires several qualities many of which you have or you don't. You must be honest, detail oriented, know your capabilities and your product inside and out, be familiar with local codes, and know how to schedule your work.
I recently decided to install a new swimming pool, which requires a fence. The project was over budget from day one and in an effort to cut costs I decided to hire my own pool fencing contractor. Luckily, I came across Emerald Fence Co and the owner Robin. Robin is old school, like me and being a retired General Contractor I can be a pain to deal with.
Emerald Fence Co are pros, from planning, permitting and building the fence Robin and his team did a fantastic job. Plus I saved about 4 grand on my overall pool budget.
The fence Emerald built for me was a combination concrete block and wrought iron with (3) gates, and the job was in Fountain Hills.

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

Sales guy was all for selling us on the product. Came time to install and the 'team' which found out was one of the owners sons, disregarded the instructions. Left water running and flooded the yard. Because they didn't pay attention, ended up drilling extra holes in concrete. They said they would fix it (after trying to talk me out of it) and yet here we are 4 weeks later and I haven't heard anything from them. Ok product, horrible service and follow up.

Updating September 2016: we did get the holes in the concrete filled and then recent monsoon damages caused me to reach out to this company again. I have to admit, much better experience and communication this time around. Replaced the damaged poles in a timely manner and was upfront about what we should expect for repair time. The crew cleaned up after completing the work and showed much more respect for us and our home this time.

We had Bryann out to take measurements and took the design we had in mind for our wrought iron pool fence and he made it happen. Picked the powder coating color and that was it. We got a call about three weeks later for install, They came out and were super friendly and professional. The measurements were perfect, the quality is great and the fence looks awesome and we are very happy with it.
I had called 6 other companies for bids and Far From Average was the fairest and didn't feel like we were dealing with a car salesmen. Just gave us the facts that matter and a fair price.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

Ralph came to my home and did the job in 90 min...the day before a rep. From jahm iron couldn't..wouldnt do it...ralph left with the cash!! Appreciate you..will use again!!

I have tried to reach them for a quote. They answered my call the first attempt and told me to send pics. I did so and never heard back. I texted them the next day and nothing. I called again and the guy who answered told me to text pics again, which I received no response again!

I get it, times are busy, but to forget about your customer that many times when I am trying to give you my business? It makes me wonder if I dodged a company that would have not provided good services. First impressions are important! Please improve if you are going to offer services to people!

I would not recommend, as it has been 3 weeks and still no follow up...

Gary is a true artist.  He designed 3 original metal gates for us, and they are unique, beautiful, functional and of very high quality.  He is a pleasure to work with.  He is getting very popular because of his quality work, and thus very busy.......but definitely worth the wait!  I highly recommend his company.
