Our new security screen door is beautiful.  Only issue was when Buzz, our installer came to put it in after waiting for 6 weeks (which wasn't the issue) the frame was made wrong.  Buzz was very apologetic, and Josie at the office had it replaced very fast.  Buzz was very professional and I would recommend Steel Shield over the other security door company we have used in the past.  Our sales Rep. Tom Larson was very helpful.  Not sure how the frame was not made correctly, but it all worked out.

Our garage door was slow to open and making a strange noise. I called Frank with SGD and he was very nice and helpful over the phone. He was able to come out the next day and had the issue fixed in no time. He was onetime for the appointment, professional and efficient. He even followed up next day to thank me for choosing him and to make sure everything was good. A+++ service.

I asked the construction crew to leave nearby sprinkler heads uncovered from dirt dug by the construction crew for wall footings.  I discovered they disregarded what I asked and left the sprinkler heads covered under dirt.  Also, a member of the crew communicated to me that the company would retrieve material they sent to the dump or would replace it if it could not be retrieved.  The crew made a call on the phone and implied that they would resolve the issue.  Later in the day, I met the owner, I also addressed the issue with the owner.  At that point, the owner asked his crew member about this implication from his staff and the crew member denied ever telling me they would replace this material.  The owner affirmed to me he would not resolve the issue and walked off from our discussion about a resolution.  He left a sour taste in my mouth when he went to my neighbor, moments later, to put his words in my mouth as if they were mine to create a disagreement between us regarding this wall project.  In any case, I am not pleased with how the owner handled the situation and I do not like that he threatened to tear the wall down.  Furthermore, I feel disrespected when his crew decided to throw their beverage containers on the ground and leave them on my side of the wall.  The owner should have reached out to me and introduced himself before the project and should have reviewed my concerns, since two parties are involved in this wall project.  Therefore, these are some of the reasons why I would not recommend Toro Construction Company.

My spare tire mount broke and M&M trailer repair helped me pick out the right replacement, cut off the old one and superbly mounted the new one. He took great care to make sure it was mounted correctly. And even though it took him longer than expected he honored his price.   Highly recommend.

Compleatly wowed! This door totally enhanced the exterior of the home.  We have a courtyard and we feel so much safer now that we have it enclosed.  It's so sturdy and massive.  The design was custom made by Jaryen and totally matches the unique windows of our home.  It's truly an artisan piece.  The customer service by Shannon was fast and friendly.  The installation was extremely smooth by Matt.  They called ahead of time, came when they said they would, installed perfectly, was quick and he did it with a smile.   If your thinking about getting one you won't regret it.

Fred and Jose did a great job on the rod iron gates and fencing. The quality and workmanship of the fence is excellent and the install went great.

They are good! I needed a busted up chain link fence replaced on a home I had just bought. First win: I actually got a quote from them based on them actually looking at the property!  I think I contacted every fence company that said they service Phoenix. This is the only company that actually came to look at the property to get a good, valid quote. Once I agreed to the quote I was then told what to expect and preparation steps. The construction went much faster than I expected, and communication during the construction was handled well. Great Job!

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! We had a fence installed around our pool two years ago. Recently the latch wouldn't close and I couldn't fix it myself. Called and the next day they were out and not only fixed it but gave a tutorial on how to make adjustments in case it happens again. Awesome service and on time! Thank you!

These guys installed my pool fence so quickly and saved my real estate deal!! The contractors pool company had not finished the pool by the time escrow was going to close. The bank would only allow us to close escrow if a fence was put in place. I called on a Monday, they came on a Wednesday to measure and had my pool fence installed on Saturday. That easy!! They thought ahead and ordered a lot of product so their clients wouldn't have to wait weeks or even months for a fence. I'm so glad I found them. The office staff is so professional and friendly.

Short story: Great people & great product, call them for an estimate. Long story: Bryan came out for estimate and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Bonus for me was that he had color swatches so I could get a visual. (No other company did) Bryan also made recommendations that made sense for safety and for aesthetics. Crew came out for install of rod iron gate and they were efficient, and friendly. Pool gate went up as expected, looks fabulous. Oh and price was comparable to other companies too.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

After trying to get anyone to come out and do my 20' fence and gate install, I finally contacted these folks.  They came out, did a really good job, and can be recommended to others.  Since it was a small job, the price was a little expensive, but I am very pleased to have the work done and have it done properly.

Contacted Gary's Gates and he immediately called me back. He came to my house, took measurements, constructed the gate, and installed on time, and for a great price.  He did all of this while I was away- we never met.  I got a very good feeling from him over the phone. He asked all the right questions, and gave me the impression that he handled his business very professionally.  Now the gate is installed, and it's even better than I hoped! I would definitely suggest using Gary!
