I contacted Larry because I needed an RV Gate on the side of my house. He came over and spent the time to go over all the details for the type of gate I needed. A week after we met it is installed and done. There is nobody in this business like him. Very prompt, honest and quality work. I wouldn't even waste my time with anybody else. I even got proposals or tried to get a hold of everybody in Phoenix that does RV gates on Yelp. Thanks again Larry.

I went through Adobe Blinds in Maricopa and they set up Steel Shield for my security door. I am so pleased with the installer, a very professional and polite young man named Buzz. He arrived promptly and explained that the installation was going to be a bit noisy and that he would be done in 2-3 hours. I let him do this thing and in 2 hours, maybe even a little less, it was done. Buzz had me inspect the door and it was absolutely beautifully installed. It was squared up, solid, and sturdy. It was obvious that he took time at every step to make sure everything was done nicely. After the install, he explained to us how the door works (very different than the old screen doors of my youth) and how to operate the door in different situations (i.e. if we needed more than the 90 degree opening). Buzz was very patient with our questions and me reiterating everything to make sure I got it all, especially the grease gun part. Then he went through their checklist and everything was perfect. No gaps of light anywhere, everything was level and the caulking was so even that I wished Buzz was the one who did the interior of my house.  So I'm really glad that the installer who came yesterday made up excuses to not install my door - I had someone pressure washing my roof at the same time and he didn't want to get sprayed even though I told him I had gutters that would solve the problem and it was obvious that the drain spouts were doing their job, but I guess he didn't feel like working. So happy now about that because we got a great install with Buzz.   Oh, by the way, I love my new door too!  Thank you Buzz and Steel Sheild.

I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!

Everything done as promised. 70'x8' with drainage and a gate. Dan gave me the lowest quote and we couldn't be happier. The job was done in two days and the guys were very respectful and kind to all my Pitbulls and no one escaped. They picked up after themselves and even hauled off about 90' of chain link after removing a 20' section that they weren't even working on. I will definitely call on them again

We requested many quotes thru Yelp and other sites. We requested M&M to quote and to perform an onsite evaluation.

M&M's Office staff (Chloe) was remarkably polite, courteous and responsive.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else.

Very responsive and highly recommended. I was helped by Ryan and he was very knowledgeable about what I needed and he was a lot of help.  What I like about all pro Fence is they offer quality services at a very good price.  I will defiantly be back to all pro fence!

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! My existing pool barrier had a worn out double sided bolt snap.  I called them and left a message.  Got a call back within 24 hrs.  Was given a number to call for my local service rep.  Spoke to Leonard was able to schedule a service visit the next day.  Leonard was very professional.  Kept me informed throughout the process and fixed the issue.  Great after sales service!  Will do business with them again for sure.

This company was awesome!!! We spoke with many different companies before deciding on protect-a-child.  They had the best price, product, and customer service.  We even thought about putting in the fence by ourself but they had very competitive rate and we knew it was getting done right.  Marty was awesome.  At the estimate he was very helpful with all the questions we had and did not try and up-sell or push anything on us.  He said he was pretty booked up but would fit us in as soon as he could because he knew we had small children and bigger children and the house we just bought did not have a fence.  He booked us for three weeks out.  He made it very clear that they had no set time and to be available the whole day.  This was completely fine with us cause we really just wanted the fence and to make sure our kids were safe.  They called ten minutes before the install and said they were on the way.  Josh and Vic were very friendly, professional and worked quick.  They also answered any questions we had and made us feel comfortable.  They did have a 3% charge for using a debt card.  Overall the whole process was easy and better than we expected.  The fence looks awesome compared to those huge iron fences we are used too.

Short story: Great people & great product, call them for an estimate. Long story: Bryan came out for estimate and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Bonus for me was that he had color swatches so I could get a visual. (No other company did) Bryan also made recommendations that made sense for safety and for aesthetics. Crew came out for install of rod iron gate and they were efficient, and friendly. Pool gate went up as expected, looks fabulous. Oh and price was comparable to other companies too.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

Ralph came to my home and did the job in 90 min...the day before a rep. From jahm iron couldn't..wouldnt do it...ralph left with the cash!! Appreciate you..will use again!!

Horrible! Horrible! I found a listing for them on Craigslist and was directed to their website. I needed some fencing done on my property so I decided to use the appointment scheduler on his website to set up an appointment for a free estimate. The other estimate I had, from another company, was in the 5,000.00 price range to add another pen and some more 3 rail galvanized fencing to what I already had in place. I set the appointment up for Thursday at 6:30pm. As soon as I clicked on the button to confirm the appointment, I received an email telling me, Thank you, your appointment has been successfully scheduled. Great.... I looked forward to having him come out and give me a quote so I could decide who I was going to use for my fence project.
Thursday comes and I leave work a little early so I would be their in time. At about 7:00pm, and no sign or word from Sereno Custom Fence, I call him and leave a message. About 15 minutes later Mr. Sereno calls me and tells me that he had no record of any appointment for Thursday.... Grrr! He then said that he could come out on Sunday to give me the estimate.... I hesitantly agreed to give him another chance and told him that 9:00am would work for me. I asked him if he needed my address and he said no, that he already had it! How would he have my address if the appointment scheduler did not work?! He got my address but not my appointment time or day??
Regardless, I bit my tongue and tried to move past that. However, it is now 4:30 on Sunday afternoon and I have not seen or heard from anyone from Sereno Custom Fence company. No one showed up for the 9:00am appointment and no one has bothered to call me back after I left a message for them at about 10:30am reminding them about our 9:00am appointment!
What the heck is wrong with this company??? I had work that needed to be done that is in the 5000.00 range with more in the near future to complete all the fencing that I was going to need. I am not sure why they keep making appointments with me and keep not showing up or even calling to tell me to F%@# off. They will NEVER get my money and I will be very sure to let all of my neighbors know of the horrible business practices of Sereno Custom Fence!

Great job on construction and Gary is honest and ethical.  This was a quality product at a fair price.  Shop here vs the big guys.  Be willing to wait a bit for your product.
