I contacted Larry because I needed an RV Gate on the side of my house. He came over and spent the time to go over all the details for the type of gate I needed. A week after we met it is installed and done. There is nobody in this business like him. Very prompt, honest and quality work. I wouldn't even waste my time with anybody else. I even got proposals or tried to get a hold of everybody in Phoenix that does RV gates on Yelp. Thanks again Larry.

John Haines texted me the estimate. I asked for it in writing. No reply. Finally called him. He said there's no point in writing it up till he knows he has the sale. Explained I wanted it in writing to compare with other estimates. He said he'd email me and said goodbye. I asked him if he had my email address (I knew he did not). He replied he couldn't take it down since he was driving. So he had no intent of emailing me the estimate as I asked. Unfortunately, I found him to be a stereotypical salesman; not interested in doing anything he thinks doesn't relate to a sale. I was seriously considering going with them, but crossed them off the list due to how John handled things.

I called security garage door to install a complete set of new doors. Frank was so professional and did an amazing job(my doors look beautiful!) My neighbor also chose to use them to fix their broken opener and they were very pleased as well. I would definitely refer this company because of their great customer service and will be using them again as needed.

Toro construction just put up a beautiful block wall around the backyard of my historic FQ Story home and I couldn't be more pleased.

We requested many quotes thru Yelp and other sites. We requested M&M to quote and to perform an onsite evaluation.

M&M's Office staff (Chloe) was remarkably polite, courteous and responsive.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else.

They are good! I needed a busted up chain link fence replaced on a home I had just bought. First win: I actually got a quote from them based on them actually looking at the property!  I think I contacted every fence company that said they service Phoenix. This is the only company that actually came to look at the property to get a good, valid quote. Once I agreed to the quote I was then told what to expect and preparation steps. The construction went much faster than I expected, and communication during the construction was handled well. Great Job!

My existing pool barrier had a worn out double sided bolt snap.  I called them and left a message.  Got a call back within 24 hrs.  Was given a number to call for my local service rep.  Spoke to Leonard was able to schedule a service visit the next day.  Leonard was very professional.  Kept me informed throughout the process and fixed the issue.  Great after sales service!  Will do business with them again for sure.

This company was so easy to work with! They were so responsive and anytime I had a question or sent an email I got a response or call back very quickly!  They were very professional, showed up when they said they would, and installed our pool fence beautifully!  I highly recommend using them for any of your pool fence needs and I will be recommending them to all of our friends with kids who need to install a fence!

I contacted Fence Pros to come out and install a new gate for my backyard. After the consultation I decided to go with this company over some of the others and now I vastly regret that decision.

Once I made my initial deposit payment I was told by the salesperson Don that the gate would be installed in 3-4 weeks. In the middle of the 3rd week I called to try to schedule the install and was then told 4-6 weeks. I called a few more times over the next couple weeks to check on the status and every time I was told there was some sort of delay, which wasn't communicated to me until I reached out to them.

When they finally came out to install the gate after over 6 weeks, the installers, after finishing install, told me that the column on my brick wall was a little loose but shouldn't be an issue.

I had to call them multiple times over the next 2 weeks as my gate continually shifted and wasn't able to shut at all, leaving my backyard open to my whole neighborhood.

On the 3rd time calling them to come fix my brand new gate I spoke to the owner Bryan. He proceeded yell at me for 5 minutes and used the F word multiple times. I was blown away by the fact that a business owner would treat a customer this way. As I tried to talk him down from his tirade he wouldn't budge. I explained to him that I didn't want him on my property again and then he began to apologize and tell me he would come adjust my gate again. Too little too late unfortunately. I now have to pay another gate company to come and actually fix the brand new gate I bought from Fence Pros.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

Ralph welded our gate latch and adjusted our gate. It now works excellent and securely. The quality of Ralph's work was outstanding.

Horrible! Horrible! I found a listing for them on Craigslist and was directed to their website. I needed some fencing done on my property so I decided to use the appointment scheduler on his website to set up an appointment for a free estimate. The other estimate I had, from another company, was in the 5,000.00 price range to add another pen and some more 3 rail galvanized fencing to what I already had in place. I set the appointment up for Thursday at 6:30pm. As soon as I clicked on the button to confirm the appointment, I received an email telling me, Thank you, your appointment has been successfully scheduled. Great.... I looked forward to having him come out and give me a quote so I could decide who I was going to use for my fence project.
Thursday comes and I leave work a little early so I would be their in time. At about 7:00pm, and no sign or word from Sereno Custom Fence, I call him and leave a message. About 15 minutes later Mr. Sereno calls me and tells me that he had no record of any appointment for Thursday.... Grrr! He then said that he could come out on Sunday to give me the estimate.... I hesitantly agreed to give him another chance and told him that 9:00am would work for me. I asked him if he needed my address and he said no, that he already had it! How would he have my address if the appointment scheduler did not work?! He got my address but not my appointment time or day??
Regardless, I bit my tongue and tried to move past that. However, it is now 4:30 on Sunday afternoon and I have not seen or heard from anyone from Sereno Custom Fence company. No one showed up for the 9:00am appointment and no one has bothered to call me back after I left a message for them at about 10:30am reminding them about our 9:00am appointment!
What the heck is wrong with this company??? I had work that needed to be done that is in the 5000.00 range with more in the near future to complete all the fencing that I was going to need. I am not sure why they keep making appointments with me and keep not showing up or even calling to tell me to F%@# off. They will NEVER get my money and I will be very sure to let all of my neighbors know of the horrible business practices of Sereno Custom Fence!

Gary did a great job on my new gate. He recommended synthetic  wood and WOW does it look good. It matches my house better than I imagined! Great workmanship and reasonable pricing. Gary is the person doing the sale and the work. I really enjoy working with that kind of business. Thanks Gary!
